A NEW STORY
Location: Vale Police station
Rachel Rust, a 6'6 tall, Black bear faunus with bear ears, muscled body, several scars from fighting grimm. She was in jail because she helped a young girl in red stop a robbery by the criminal Roman Torchwick. While she was waiting she was expecting a detective, she was suprised when Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch of Beacon Academy walk into the room.
Rachel sat up, only because she respected the two in front of her. Both party's sat silent for a few minutes when Ozpin opened up with
"So Miss Rust, you have a interesting background, orphaned at a young age, lived alone on the streets, joined the white fang where you made your weapon" Rachel tensed up at this "Left around the same time Blake Belladonna did. Tell me why did you leave?" he asked. This suprised Rachel but she replied with
"The White Fang is not the organization it once was. I didn't join to hurt humans I joined to help better treatment of faunus so I left and that's it. So if I'm gonna get arrested just arrest me already" Rachel said, looking up at the two with a defeated look "I don't care anymore"
"Now now no need for that, I come here with a offer. How would you like to join my Academy? I could use someone of your talents, after all not many students have your experience" Ozpin said sipping his coffee, Glynda giving her famous stare, although she was hoping Rachel would accept
"Yes!! I'll accept! But wait I thought there were no more slots open?" Rachel had tried to apply under self taught but she was told there were no more openings
"well one of the students tried to get in with fake transcripts. Anyways I'm glad you accepted my offer. You can pick up your weapon when you leave"
Soon Rachel was back in her hotel room and doing weapon mantanice on her warhammer/SAW machine gun, making sure that her barrel was clean. She then got on her scroll and started looking at who she could possibly get on a team with. She noted Ruby, who she helped, Pyrrha, unlikely because she was sure the Schnee would get with her, there was a few others but those wherw the ones she wanted the most. seeing as how she would find out in a few days she went to sleep, dreaming of a time when she had a family
