The beginning

(Summary: Abigail Stein is a normal pre-teen, constantly drawing with her father after the events of The Ink Machine involving Joey Drew. Bendy, Tom, and Allison have moved in with them to see the world. But, despite Joey Drew to be believed dead, news that the old rundown cartoon building has had activity seen within it. Henry goes to investigate, but doesn't return. Abigail had been with the cartoons for a week after Henry should've returned, but they finally decide to go look, only for Abigail to disappear, and a new Ink Demon to rise, and Henry to help the cartoons, as the story of Ink Machine restarts.)

(I'm sorry the Summary was so long, but, here's chapter one!)

Abigail flopped backwards onto the floor, her crossed legs in their basically frozen position. Henry chuckled from his spot by the coffee table. The pre-teen's mind was somewhere else, her pupils basically stars as she began thinking aloud her ideas. "I know! A cat that can fly! And it saves the world with the power of truth and peace!" exclaimed. "Sounds amazing, sweetheart." Henry responded. Abigail turned to her father, her short brown bangs just barely brushing her eyebrows. Her bright blue eyes scanned her father's. She didn't know if she was imagining it, but he looked a little bit uneasy. She shrugged it off mentaly. They both hear a faint, "Da-na-na, na-na~ da-na-na-na~ da-na-na-NA-NA-NA!" Allison and Bendy yelled, rolling into the room. Abigail rolled out of the way, her pencil nearly stabbing her. Tom looked around the corner, confused, before noticing Allison and Bendy, and realizing. There was a sudden knock, and everyone looked towards the door. Henry stood up, walking over to the door and opening it. He smiled and welcomed the person in. "Sammy!" Abigail shouted. They had fixed the man's sanity, and Abigail was overjoyed to see him everytime he came over, and that meant…

"Movie night!"

Abigail shot up into a spinning position, her hair flying into her face. She shoved her hair behind her shoulders and stood up, charging across the room and nearly knocking Sammy over. "Abigail, calm down." Henry sighed. It was only when the breaking news intro was heard on the tv that everyone went quiet.

"News has it that the old cartoon studio known as "Joey Drew Studios" has had activity stirring within it. We advise that no one goes near the building until this is solved."

Everyone, except Abigail, froze.

Abigail cocked her head. "What's wrong?" She asked. "Abigail, sweetie, go to your room please, the older ones need to have a conversation." Henry said, pulling Abigail off Sammy and patting her head. "Okay, papa." Abigail responded. She picked up her drawings and her pencils, and walked to her room. She sat on her bed, swinging her legs back and forth, confused. She pulled out a blank sheet of paper, and grabbed a pencil, drawing more of her character.

"Do you think…?" Allison asked, not finishing. "He burned in the fire, in the shed, there's no way he's back." Henry said firmly. "He escaped death once, he can do it again, Henry." Sammy responded. Henry sighed, knowing Sammy was right. "I just don't want Abigail kidnapped by him…" Henry murmured quietly. Allison patted his back. "We won't let her. Why don't you go in with Sammy? We'll watch Abigail." Allison said. "Okay…" Henry responded, an uneasy ball of steel in his stomach.

Abigail had fallen asleep against the wall, before suddenly lurching forward and gasping, sweat dripping down her forehead. She felt cold but warm, she didn't like it. She shivered. Henry looked in. "Hey, sweetheart-" he cut himself off, suddenly concerned. He walked over quickly, and crouched in front of her, pressing a hand to her forehead. "Your warm, like, really warm…" he muttered. "I'll have Allison and Tom look after you." Henry said. "I have to go somewhere, okay?" Henry told her. She nodded. "I'll be back later." He said before standing up and walking out. He told Tom Abigail's condition, in which the Boris clone agreed to help Abigail with Allison, and checked on her. Abigail was curled in a fluffy blanket, asleep, against the wall. He pressed a hand to her forehead. She really was warm. He sighed and set her on her bed, making sure it was comfortable before pausing in the doorway. He glanced back at the child before walking out. Abigail, meanwhile, had her eyes open. She didn't want to cause anyone trouble, it was a little fever, she decided she could do things. She sat up, and carefully slid out of bed, as not to cause creaking. She carefully looked out into the hallway, only to listen in on a conversation from the kitchen, which was right beside her room. "Alright, guys, we have the house to ourselves and Abigail for a few hours, let's make the most of it!" Abigail heard Allison exclaim. She heard two sighs, probably belonging to Bendy and Tom. Abigail managed to hide behind a large box in the kitchen, before sneaking into the living room and hiding behind the couch. Poking her head out enough to see what was going on, Bendy, Tom, and Allison had all walked in and got out a board game. Abigail curled up on the floor, (which was oddly comfy, unlike her bed) and watched, sleep invading her thoughts. It would be fine to sleep for a little bit. Abigail let her eyes close and sleep overcome her.

"Haha! I have won again!" Allison exclaimed, throwing her last card onto the stack. "How!?" Bendy asked, confused, as Allison had won the past thirty rounds. "I'm gonna go check on Abigail." Tom said, setting his cards down and standing up. Abigail was still asleep behind the couch. Tom walked down the hall, and opened Allison's door, only to find her bed empty. He frowned. He looked around, and his frown grew deeper. Abigail was nowhere in her room. He looked in Henry's room. She wasn't there either, and the bathroom light was off, they would've known if she went outside, and she wasn't in Henry's office either. This gave Tom a bit of panic. Tom ran back to the living room. "Abigail isn't anywhere." He said. Bendy and Allison looked up. Then there was silence. A small whimper had been heard, but from where? Allison stood up, listening. Another whimper was heard, from behind the couch. Allison walked over to the couch, and looked behind it. "Found her." She said, reaching behind the couch and picking up Abigail. Abigail had always been light, though none of them knew why. Abigail had been curled up, her brows furrowed, like a nightmare or something. Allison set her on the floor, where Abigail seemed to relax a little, but her brows were still furrowed. Abigail's heart rate increased, and that's when the three started getting really concerned. Abigail suddenly sat up and yelled, "No!" When she realized she was at home, with Allison, Tom, and Bendy. She was safe. She was okay. "Hey, we're right here." Allison began reassuring Abigail. Abigail sat there for a few moments before launching herself at Allison, hugging her tightly. Abigail began crying. Allison sighed and sat there, letting Abigail cry it out. Silence fell after about seven minutes and Abigail looked up. Abigail's face was still red, and her eyes felt dry as heck, and she was hiccuping. "It's alright, we're here." Allison reassured her. "Hey, where's dad?" Abigail asked, hiccuping again. "You're right, he said he'd be back in a few hours…" Allison said, growing slightly distant all of a sudden…

….

With Henry…

"OW!" Henry yelled, sliding backwards, nearly falling because of the ink covered floor. Sammy looked up from the thing he was fiddling with. "What?" Sammy asked. "Sorry, splinters." Henry apologized. Henry took a look at his slightly ink covered hand, and spotted a splinter right in his palm. He pushed around it with his finger, before pulling it out of his hand. Sammy shrugged and continued fiddling with whatever it was. Henry was searching for the axe he had left behind. Henry looked up, and suddenly became confused. "Sammy, how is the axe up there?" Henry pointed upwards, to where the axe was embedded in the ceiling. "You threw it up there in your haste to grab Joey, and it got stuck." Sammy responded. Henry looked at Sammy before looking back at the axe. Henry looked around before shrugging and jumping at the ceiling. Grabbing the handle, he suddenly found himself five feet in the air. He shrugged and tugged the axe out of the ceiling, falling to the floor and luckily not getting beheaded. Sammy looked at him. "How?" Sammy asked. "Don't. Ask." Henry responded. Sammy shrugged and continued fiddling with what looked like his mask, Henry didn't know. Henry stood up and picked up the axe. He walked down the hall, Sammy quickly scrambling up and following. The floor was unstable in so many places, and Ink coated the walls. Henry stopped in front of his old office. He hesitantly pushed open the door. The door opened with a loud creak, sounding like it would just fall of it's hinges. His desk was by the wall, his brushes broken and scattered. His pencils were scattered in the floor, broken into pieces, and covered in ink. Something was off, though…

The floor…

The floor was covered in writing in dried ink. "I will get my revenge." Was repeatedly written on the floor, and Henry recognized the handwriting at once.

"Joey."

One word was enough for Sammy to understand. Henry crouched down and ran a finger along the ink. A few spots were still wet, until suddenly, both were knocked out by a figure in a black clock, who pulled the hood off to reveal none other, than…

Joey Drew.

(A/N: PHEW! I'm tired! I've wanted to do this idea for a while, planning out everything, writing it down on paper before typing it, it was all work, but it won't pay for nothing! Hopefully. I'll try to release the next chapter as soon as possible. Also, I want to do a one-shot collection fanfic of Bendy and the Ink Machine. There are no ships, unless requested.
