I still have a thesis to write. I work better with deadlines and this one comes sooner. So here we go!

Day 1: Beguile

Gray reflects on his behavior change

"What's happening to me?" he'd ask himself as he caught himself thinking about her. After every dream where they were traveling together as natural as can be. There was longing as he caught himself watching the entrance to the guild the days she was expected to return.

"What's happening to me?" he'd think as he felt true warmth upon seeing her smile as she offered him some other Gray-themed food item. It was easier to deny the what and the why.

He didn't have time for a silly crush, for love, for anything of that nature. He didn't deserve it. He wasn't meant it for. That's what he told himself as he questioned these feelings that kept appearing.

Time passed. Wars were won. Quests were completed.

On this random night, Gray and Juvia were laying on the grass hand in hand staring at the stars. Once more Gray had that feeling. He knew it well at this point, it never left. He softly chuckled remembering his the denial he put himself through.

"What's so funny Gray-sama?"

"I'm just thinking about how I used to question my sanity when I felt this way the first time. I remember just asking myself-"

"'What's happening to me?' Juvia felt the same thing the first day we met."

Gray sat up, "We met on the rooftop. Engaging in battle!"
"Yes, my love" Juvia answered.

"You knew since then?"

"Of course, Juvia wasn't exactly subtle."

He couldn't deny that. "Yeah, but, it could have been just a silly crush."

"Where did Gray-sama's silly crush lead him?" Juvia giggled. "Juvia's crush was strong enough to distract her in battle."

"That still seems too fast."

"With how long it took Gray-sama to realize I think we balance out." Juvia sassily answered as he helped her up as they headed back home.

No… He thought, it was denial. You had me under your spell for longer than I can even say.

"Gray-sama?"

"Mmm?"

"Juvia knows that Gray-sama wants to paint it as Juvia seducing and beguiling Gray-sama into submission."

"No! That's not!-"

"But Gray-sama needs to know that Juvia fell for his charms first."

"I didn't do anything special."

"Gray-sama, Juvia's crush was strong enough to distract her in battle, but it was love that took the rain away. Gray-sama broke the curse."

"Broke the curse? You make it sound like some bedtime story."

"Yes! The prince breaks the curse and sweeps the princess of her feet to a far off land where all her dreams come true! All of that happened!"

"I'm no prince! And usually the prince is trying to break the curse! You know, on purpose."

"Yes, you are! Gray-sama is the best thing that ever happened to Juvia!"

"No, you're the best thing that ever happened to me.I can't say exactly when it was, but you had me under your spell for far longer than I wanted to admit. I just had to stop fighting it."

She put her head against his shoulder. "Juvia loves you, Gray-sama."

I know what happened to me. I fell in love, he thought as he said, "me too."

I don't know how many I will do but I hope you enjoy by guilty writing pleasures.
