This is my first full story of Young Justice. I'm terribly sorry if Im unable to finish it, but I seriously hope so. Sometimes I just don't have the motivation to do so, and I often get writers block. I have never wrote a big Young Justice fanfiction, and I've gone completely used to reading the fanfictions instead of actual writing them. So while I just write their names, it's so weird and strange :P

Summary- After a threat to Gotham Academy, the team goes undercover in civvies to make sure to keep the students in the school safe. The team knows Artemis goes to Gotham Academy, but do they know a certain ninja does as well? Of curse, batman makes an excuse for Robin not do be there, but instead Dick Grayson will be backing the team up in the dark.

P. S. Wally knows Robin's Identity as well, and... Sorry there isn't a lot of characters since I don't exactly bother to add more people to have dialogue and POVs, etc. Maybe I could add the Jason, Tim and Damien. But reverse? Or just normal?

The mountain once again, is a complete disaster with arguments of Wally and Artemis.

Connor growled, "It has been an hour, haven't they already shut up?!" He sat in front of the TV watching static.

M'gaan was busy baking her cookies and did not want to interfere with the couple and their storms in the teacup as what the humans called it.

Kaldur pinched his nose, "Wally, Artemis, that's enough." He spoke on his commanding voice which was enough to quiet down the two. "You both should apologise to each other."

Wally snorted, "Oh yeah? So it's my fault Little Miss Moony decided to trip me over and judo-flip me with absolute not mercy?!" He waved his hands and arms around to emphasis.

"Like you didn't eat every last bit of food in the refrigerator last night?" Artemis raised his eyebrows.

"Hey! High metabolism!"

"Sure, just leave us to starve to death."

"Geez, at least I don't leave people to flip to death."

Kaldur sighed. They were both so stubborn, no matter what little thing it was, they would argue for days over it, likely months. Kaldur used to purposely put them in groups to watch for each others backs, but now he decided to prevent that from happening especially after the last time he did it.

Recognised Robin B01

Wally broke out of the argument with Artemis and rushed over to his friend, nearly toppling him over. Robin backed up for a second, "Hey KF."

"HeyRobHaveYouGotAnyThingOnNewMissionsAndStuffBecauseISeriouslyNeedABreakFromThisMountainAnd-"

"Slow down, slow down. I don't have superspeed, dude. And no, sorry, I got nothing on new missions."

Wally groaned and grumbled about being stuck at the mountain with green archers.

Artemis totally heard Wally talking trash about her. For once, she ignored it because she was also unconsciously mumbling to herself about how annoying and idiotic Wally was. Why couldn't he just let it go? Well, why couldn't she just let it go?

M'gaan flew over with a batch of cookies which filled the air with a nice smell. "Oh Robin, you're here. I made new cookies with a new recipe and this time it didn't burn too much!-"

"Team, report to mission debriefing."

_§_

"There has been a threat in Gotham Academy, the mission is to go undercover to keep the students safe, find out who is in charge and what the threat is, and give me a report on this. You are expected to arrive tomorrow in civilian uniform and would stay in Gotham Academy as temporary transfer students. I have already contacted your schools, and those of you who are already in Gotham Academy , you will also be joining the mission. Aqualad, you will be leading the team and Robin would not be joining you on your mission because we have other business to deal with. Batman out. "

Artemis blinked, "GOTHAM ACADEMY?!" She stood there blankly for a while.

Wally chewed on his muffin, "What? You go to school there?"

"Mind your business, Kid idiot."

"Hm, I thought you lived in Star City huh? Sounds suspicious to me."

Connor raised his voice a bit, "Why would we even care? Isn't that school full of rich spoiled brats there?"

"Not all of them are brats,"Wally said. He looked over to Robin briefly. He whispered to him," Hey dude, you good? "

"No! How can batman not tell me about this? I mean, why the team? I can clearly handle things on my own."

"Well, solo undercover while keeping your identity and having Artemis in the school at the same time kinda means back up needed."

Robin sighed, "Well, I can't just avoid you guys."

"Hey, just act like yourself and not show off your awesome acrobatic skills. I'll try to keep your cover."

"Thanks, kf. And oh, I'm totally flexing that," He smirked. Dick quickly hugged his friend. He wrapped his arms around Wally, "Make sure you don't go crazy when you see the cafeteria."

"Are you underestimating me?" Wally scoffed. The ebony punched his arm, "Like you didn't eat the whole refrigerator."

"Ouch?" Wally gave a sheepish grin. On the inside, Wally was worried. Why? He had been the first ever person Dick trusted to keep his identity, and he even went agasint Batman, the freaking goddamn batman's orders and told him. He seriously did not want to mess it up and blow his cover because he owed it to Robin. Robin had actually been his first friend who understood him and was around his age. Well, not height, but he was much mature training four years under the dark knight's wing.

Wally had the fear of letting people down sometimes. Once he promised a kid that he would save his parents before the building collapsed. They didn't make it. He couldn't save either of them, he could bare even looking at the brokenhearted 7 year old who just watched as the building with her parents inside collapse into pieces. The subject was sore and touchy for him. But there was always, always that one reason he let people down.

He wasn't fast enough. After the experiment, he was super fast, but he could never be as fast as Uncle Barry or Jay. He let people down because he isn't fast enough, he couldn't even deserve his own powers. The sparkling speed in him as beautiful, but not big. He always needed a way, a way to prove to people that his powers were not the failure of his mistake, he had to make some grand win and trick with his superspeed. Prove that he was a contribution to catching villian when he works with Uncle Barry. Robin was the first to understand him, that's why he treasured their friendship so much.

The entrance was grand and fancy, the floor was polished smooth adesite stone with marble floors inside. Artemis couldn't think of how much the school costed to build. Maybe a thousand times more than the money she has? One thing she hated was the skirts. The school just happens to believe that boys should wear pants and girls should wear skirts. Girls can wear pants, but apparently, it isn't really the girl vibe. What logic even was that? That's just gender stereotype.

Look at Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Wonder man, heck the amazons and even the supervillians. Do they even look like the type who would knit socks or go war?

She rolled her eyes at that thought.

She stood next to the team excluding Robin. She wondered why he wasn't coming, would've been fun though. The bat's always have secret business to do. Seriously, batman is paranoid and creepy sometimes. He doesn't necessarily scare her, but she still gets the creeps from him. The man was highly terrifying to be honest. How could such a cheery and colourful kid even be his partner? They were like complete opposite.

Miss M squealed, "This place looks fantastic!" She looked around in wonder and admiring the cute school uniforms which Artemis did not agree at all as Connor protectively stood next to her. He grunted and continued to walk.

The five of them walked over to meet the principal who greeted them. They looked like an awkward bunch there which students gossiped about it. Little did they know, a student was taking photos of Artemis in that skirt for blackmail

"So these are your timetables and classes. There will be a student to show you around in a minute and explain to you. Is it clear?"

Kaldur replied for them, "Yes, sir. Thank you. "

Students have been giving him weird looks when he was wearing a scarf to hide his gills. Breathing oxygen at first when he reached the surface world was strange. He couldn't feel the water ripple and flow around him and his skin felt dry as ever. Soon, he got used to it, but still he always needed somewhere to hydrate himself. Hopefully seeing this school was prestigious and large, they would have a swimming pool.

He looked at his teammates who seemed to be waiting for him to do something first. He snapped out of it and asked the principal, "May I ask who will be our guide?"

The principal, supposedly Mr Daverson, was reading files, "Ah yes, the student in charge is Richard Grayson."

(I randomly thought of a name, it sounds quite regular for a principal I guess.)

Wally nearly choked and almost grabbed the nearest file to throw it at the principal and say, "YOU KIDDIN' MISTER?!"

But of course, he held himself back. The principal seemed to be a nice and calm man. At least. He had met some pretty rude and irresponsible teachers who really didn't give such a good impression in his memory.

He looked at the team's reactions. Artemis seemed to look disgusted. He was going to kill her for that, it's Robin for gods sake.

The door opened as a not-so-tall student walked in with his hair gelled and slicked back. Wally cringed immediately.

Hoping everyone isn't going to look at him, he awkwardly said, "Hey."

Everyone looked at him.

Rob-Dick gave his best fake smile which he absuloutely hated. He looked like some perfect nerd, all he needed was some braces and glasses then they'll never suspect he's Robin not even a bit.

Dick started, "So I'm your student guide for now, Richard Grayson." He put out an awkward waving position with his right hand.

Kaldur said calmly, "It's nice meeting you, Richard." He nodded at Dick. Robin really wanted to say 'Friends call me Dick, Richard is too formal', but oh gods, no. Not in front of his teammates. Not yet maybe.

He saw Artemis was here as well. Strange that she was here. Wasn't she already in Gotham Academy?

Finally he caught sight of Wally, he gave him a quick smile with an inside meaning of 'Gods help me, I'm dying'

Mr Daverson said, "Richard, please explain where each class and room is."

"Yes, Mr Daverson," He tried to sound less hoarse. But he couldn't help it with 4 of his teammates who didn't know he was their ninja acrobat hacker on the team and another friend who was hopelessly bad at keeping secrets, but he fully trusted wally. He mentally chuckled at Wally flirting with the girls in the school and Artemis' jealous face when they start an argument that scares the entire school and the people threatening the school away like knocking a piece of paper away with a large gust of wind.

He really didn't want to show his supposed rich spoiled brat personality, which never really existed, hopefully he could get a good impression of the team. He really didn't want his team to be talking about him, actually him when they'll realised his identity pretty soon. Might as well do one thing.

Troll.

Today's about to get interesting

_§_

I'm so sorry if the chapter was short or things were rushed. If you're reviewing, should I just never let the team know his identity, or shock them when Dick does some awesome move and saves them when they think he was some helpless rich kid. And then he acts all Robin persona and scares the heck outa the team then finally they find out his identity.

I can hopefully finish it. But I'll probably keep it as the team together first, then the story would move to Dick x Artemis kidnapped. Maybe? Or should it just be the team all the way. Or the team doesn't get kidnapped, instead only dick and Artemis does. Well having wally kidnapped with Robin would not be so fun since well he knows his identity, but he's going to be the one that cares and is worried and stressed out and all the stuff.
