…
"I won!" The psychotic Yusuke Onodera cheered as Tsukasa Kadoya fell to the ground, clutching his bleeding chest. "I'm the winner of the King Game!"
As he started laughing maniacally, a familiar voice spoke up. "Oh really?"
Yusuke whirled around and stared in disbelief at Sougo Tokiwa, whom he had killed just a few minutes ago, standing just a few feet away. "You!" He cried. "How are you alive?!"
Trembling and sweating in pain, Tsukasa managed to look up. "You too? You're not the Sougo Tokiwa I know."
"Well… I did take a little damage," Sougo admitted, pulling apart the tear on the front of his basketball uniform and revealing sparking circuits.
"You're a robot?!" Yusuke cried. "Is that even possible?!"
"In my dimension, humanity was destroyed and everyone became robots," Sougo explained.
Suddenly, Heuer walked over, covered in blood, but also still alive. "I'm here too," he said, startling Yusuke and causing him to fall over in surprise. His eyes glowed red, red bands circled around his body, and in a flash of light, he transformed into something that totally wasn't a reuse of the costume of Space Ninja Denmost.
As Tsukasa managed to pull himself up into a sitting position against a nearby palm tree, he murmured, "A space ninja?"
"In my dimension, all the people are transformed aliens like me," Heuer explained.
He performed a hand seal, a light on his chest glowing red, and suddenly his body got sucked into the UFO forming his head. "Bye-bye!" He cried as he flew off into the sky and disappeared.
"No way!" Yusuke protested.
"How 'bout I surprise you even more?!" Said Misa Kuon as she walked towards and through him, her body glowing and transparent and freaking Yusuke out again.
Approaching Sougo, Misa chirped, "Yo!"
"Yo," he replied.
Tsukasa managed a smirk. "I was impressed when you lost rock, paper, scissors on purpose… But I had no idea you were dead to begin with."
Yusuke stared at Misa in disbelief. "A ghost?!" He started grabbing and pulling at his hair frantically.
Misa smiled at Sougo. "So you're a robot! I wish you'd been human."
"You're one to talk," he pointed out.
"Guess it don't matter. When I'm reborn, I'll look for a guy like you," Misa promised, before fading away completely.
Sougo laughed.
"Stop messing with me!" Yusuke shouted, surging to his feet. "I don't accept this! I'll never accept this!"
"Is this a bad time to mention that I'm okay as well?" Ora asked, limping over, opening her mouth to reveal fangs as stained glass patterns formed on her skin. "In my dimension, everyone is a member of one of the 13 Demon Races."
Yusuke stared at her, dumbfounded. "What?"
"And in my dimension, everyone is actually sentient colonies of bacteria," Swartz announced, materializing from millions of globules that swirled out of the air and coalesced before them.
Yusuke's eye twitched. "You're kidding me."
"I sold my soul to the devil," the unnamed yakuza spoke up as he walked over, eyes glowing and his footsteps bursting into flame. "You won't get rid of me that easily."
A shaft of light shone down from the heavens, and the unnamed housewife who totally wasn't a man in drag descended, beautiful white wings spreading behind her and a halo shining over her head. "And I have become an angel of love, returning from beyond to be with my husband until his time is up!"
Yusuke started grinding his teeth. "Are you… Are you all for real?"
"I'm okay too," the unnamed old man explained as he walked over. "I'm very rich, you see, so long ago I modified my body so that-"
"I DON'T CARE!" Yusuke shouted, throwing up his hands in exasperation. "This is stupid! I quit! This game sucks! I hate all of you!"
He stalked off angrily, while everyone else awkwardly looked after him.
"Should we… Just let him go?" Sougo asked uncertainly.
"We're on an island, he's not going anywhere," the old man pointed out.
"If anyone is willing to sue him for attempted murder, I'd be happy to represent you," Swartz offered.
"No, that won't be necessary, I'm just going to kill him," the yakuza sneered.
"Not if I eat him first," Ora shuddered hungrily, licking her fangs.
Tsukasa blinked as he continued to bleed out. "Well, this is certainly not how I saw today unfolding."
The masked man suddenly appeared from out of nowhere and shook his fist at him angrily. "Curse you, Decade!"
…
How Rider Time: Kamen Rider Decade VS Zi-O -Decade Mansion's Death Game-Should Have Ended
…
As everyone finished setting up chairs in the dining room, the TV switched on to reveal the mysterious masked man. "You pass!" He cried proudly. "Except for one of you."
He pointed at the yakuza, who was unimpressed. "The loser will get punished!"
He gestured to his right, and a nearby mirror rippled, a horrible monster emerging from it.
RYUKI!
The contestants/captives screamed in fright as the monster lurched towards them…
Except for Sougo, who produced a watch, which he inserted into a strange device.
ZIKU DRIVER!
He slapped the device onto his waist, straps shooting out from either side to wrap around his body and form a belt, posing as several clock faces appeared behind him.
"Henshin!"
RIDER TIME! KAMEN RIDER ZI-O!
Transformed, Sougo tackled Another Ryuki, knocking it away from the yakuza, whom it had been about to attack. "I won't let you hurt any of them!" He cried.
Misa's eyes widened, incredibly aroused. "No way…"
"You're a Kamen Rider?!" Yusuke asked in disbelief, suddenly reconsidering some of his plans.
"That's right!" Sougo proclaimed, standing between them and the monster as the Another Rider got back to its feet. "And I'm going to defeat this monster and save everyone, which is exactly what a Kamen Rider would do! I mean, it would be pretty stupid if it turned out that I could've transformed all along but didn't and let a bunch of people die for nothing, right?"
Everyone nodded and murmured in agreement at this.
The masked man shook his fist angrily at him from the television. "Curse you, Zi-O!"

"Tsukasa," Yusuke asked Tsukasa. "Do you know anything about this nonsense King Game?"
After considering for a moment, Tsukasa explained, "This mansion is the entrance to a dimensional gap."
Leaning over to look at one of the pots on the table, he continued. "This game has happened many times in the past." He took off a pot lid and handed it to Yusuke. "And the one behind this is the true Sougo."
At the dining table, Sougo coughed and gave him a confused look. "True Sougo?! That's my name."
Tsukasa nodded and stood up, picking up his camera from the table. "The true Sougo is a demon king. His destiny is to someday become Oma Zi-O."
Examining his camera, he walked into the dining room and took a picture of the other captives/contestants.
"But why would he do this?" Yusuke asked, following him.
"Right now, the true Sougo is weakened because he's used too much power," Tsukasa explained. "That may be connected to this game."
He gave everyone a reassuring smile. "Fortunately, none of you have to worry about any of that, because I can travel dimensions at will, so I'll send you all back to your own realities, destroy this world, and take care of the true Sougo, because I'm a Kamen Rider, and it's the right thing to do."
"Yay!" Everyone cheered.
The TV switched on, and the masked man angrily shook his fist at Tsukasa. "Curse you, Decade!"

Tsukasa glanced at the mirror, where Oma Zi-O was looming ominously. "I will end it," he promised, producing a strange belt buckle and a touchscreen cell phone.
K-TOUCH 21!
Sougo, in the meantime, produced a strange belt buckle and ridiculously ornate and unwieldy gold watch.
ZIKU DRIVER! ZI-O! GRAND ZI-O!
Both Riders strapped their buckles around their waists, and Tsukasa started pressing buttons on his phone before inserting it into his belt.
DOUBLE, OOO, FOURZE, WIZARD, GAIM, DRIVE, GHOST, EX-AID, BUILD, ZI-O, ZERO-ONE!
FINAL KAMEN RIDE!
DECADE COMPLETE 21!
Sougo, on the other hand, inserted both his watches into his Driver.
RIDER TIME! KAMEN RIDER ZI-O! GRAND TIME! IWAE! KAMEN RIDER~! GRANDZI-O~!
"HENSHIN!" Both of them cried, changing into their strongest forms.
Narutaki gave the duo a surprised look. "Wait, you're changing into your ultimate forms?"
"Well yeah, why wouldn't we?" Sougo asked.
Tsukasa nodded. "Oma Zi-O is probably the most powerful villain in the entire history of Kamen Rider. It would be foolish to go against him at anything less than full power."
"Oh. I guess that makes sense," Narutaki admitted.
"By the way, Tsukasa, the heck is up with that costume? You've got cards stuck to your cape, your headpiece looks ridiculous, and… Why do you even have the power of Zero-Two? He's a Reiwa Rider!" Sougo pointed out.
"I didn't design the thing, okay?!" Tsukasa insisted. "I don't exactly like it either!"
"Curse you, Decade…'s costume designers!" Narutaki cried, shaking his fist at him angrily.

As Sougo and Tsukasa helplessly watched as Kamen Riders Diend, Kuuga, and Kiva-la got the crap kicked out of them by Oma Zi-O, Sougo took out a Ride Watch and offered it to Tsukasa. "Tsukasa-san, please use this."
Tsukasa examined it, frowning beneath his mask. "This is…? I can't use this."
"Then… Give it to someone who deserves power," Sougo suggested, struggling to his feet. "This battle won't end here."
"But… You can use it," Tsukasa argued. "Why are you giving this to me instead of using it yourself?"
Sougo considered this. "Oh yeah, good point. Never mind."
He took back the watch and activated it before inserting it into his Decade Ride Watch and plugging it into his Driver.
SABER! FINAL FORM TIME! KAMEN RIDER! SABER BRAVE DRAGON!
Transformed into the rather underwhelming in appearance Decade Armor Saber Form, Sougo summoned the Rider Heisaber and charged towards Oma Zi-O…
And was blasted back, instantly knocked out of his form because Oma Zi-O was probably the most powerful villain in the history of Kamen Rider and he was using an upgrade form from fairly early in his adventures. "Ow. Why did I think that would work? Curse you, Decade!" He cried, shaking his fist angrily at an embarrassed Tsukasa.
BUT THIS IS HOW IT REALLY SHOULD HAVE ENDED…
Sougo and Tsukasa valiantly challenged the demon king… And were beaten rather easily, seeing as how for some reason they decided to fight him in only their base forms.
"Why are you fighting me in your base forms?" Oma Zi-O asked, blasting them away. "I'm the most powerful villain in Kamen Rider history! Honestly, it's kind of insulting!"
"That's… a good question, actually," Tsukasa admitted.
"We really should've come in here in our ultimate forms," Sougo agreed.
The demon king gathered power, preparing to destroy the two of them along with the entire world…
When suddenly the sky transformed into stained glass.
Sougo and Oma Zi-O looked up in confusion, while under his mask, Tsukasa paled. "No… No no no no no, not her, not now!"
"Her? Who's her-" Sougo began, only for the stained glass to suddenly shatter as a colossal gold and white Dragon with stained-glass wings carrying a fairytale castle which wouldn't look out of place in a Disney movie on its back descended, its strident cries echoing across the pocket dimension they were in as it gracefully swooped down and landed nearby.
The Dragon lowered its head to the ground, the ridges on the back of its neck turning into steps as the doors of the palace swung open, smoke billowing out along with a swarm of Kivats which scattered flower petals and confetti all over the place as the sound of violins filled the air, and a red carpet unfurled down the back of the dragon's neck.
"Rejoice!" The Kivats sang. "Rejoice, for the advent of the True Queen! Bow your heads in welcome for the Empress of Fangires, Queen of Queens, Patron of all female Riders, Guardian of the Multiverse, and Destroyer of Destroyers! Behold our mistress, the one, the only, the inestimable Natsumi Hikari, Kamen Rider Kiva-la!"
And with that, Kamen Rider Kiva-la dramatically strode forth from her palace, her silvery suit shining brilliantly in the weird light filling this pocket plane. It was a truly magnificent entrance, and Sougo, Tsukasa, and Oma Zi-O stated her in awe. (Well, Sougo and his alternate self did, Tsukasa just muttered about her being a showoff.)
And then Kamen Riders Kuuga popped up from behind Natsumi, waving enthusiastically Tsukasa. "Hi, Tsukasa!" He called. "It's been a while!"
Tsukasa groaned and facepalmed. "Hey, Yusuke…" He muttered. "And Natsumi, of course."
"No welcome for me, Kadoya?" Kamen Rider Diend asked, poking his head out the door. For some reason, he was wearing a collar and a jester's hat.
"No," Tsukasa said bluntly.
The two Zi-O's exchanged confused looks. "Do you… do you have any idea what's going on?" Sougo asked.
"Honestly, I'm as confused as you are," Oma Zi-O admitted.
"Tsukasa," Natsumi called regally. "It's good to see you again."
"Natsumi, what are you doing here?" Tsukasa demanded.
"I heard that you were chasing down the most powerful villain in all of Kamen Rider history, and I thought you could use a hand," she replied. "After all, I do have a reputation for defeating the undefeatable, especially world-ending anniversary Riders."
"You know as well as I do that I threw our fight!" Tsukasa protested.
"The first one," Natsumi reminded him. "The second one, not so much."
Tsukasa grimaced beneath his mask. He had expected her to beat him as part of that exhibition match to keep her empire from collapsing, yes… But he hadn't expected her to make it look so effortless. "Look, while I appreciate you coming all this way, you needn't have bothered. I've got everything under control."
"Really? Then why do you and that other guy look like you've been losing?" Yusuke asked obliviously.
"And why aren't you using your new final form?" Daiki asked. "Is it because you're embarrassed because it looks so ridiculous-"
"No, that's not why!" Tsukasa insisted a little too quickly. "Look, really, we have this handled-"
"Actually, I wouldn't mind if they helped out-" Sougo started.
"Shut up, Tokiwa!"
"Kiva-la… I have heard of you," Oma Zi-O mused, turning his back on Tsukasa and Sougo and gazing at the female Rider with interest. "There are those that call me the demon king, and others that call you the demon Queen. I have always wondered, if our paths should cross, which of us would be stronger."
"Then let us find out," Natsumi said, drawing her Kiva-la Saber, a weapon that had struck down countless tyrants, monsters, and destroyers. "It has been a while since I have faced a worthy adversary."
Oma Zi-O chuckled as he gathered power to himself, the earth quaking around him. "Likewise."
"I'm right here," Tsukasa protested.
"I know," Oma Zi-O replied, not even deigning to look at him.
Tsukasa spluttered, and Daiki burst into laughter. "Don't worry, Tsukasa, I still believe in you!" Yusuke called out.
"That… Doesn't make me feel nearly as good as you might think," Tsukasa grumbled.
"When this is over, we shall determine once and for all which of us can truly be considered ruler of the multiverse," Oma Zi-O stated as he continued powering up.
"You speak as if that question were ever in doubt," Natsumi said confidently, brandishing her saber. "Yusuke, begin the countdown. Let's see how long this one lasts."
"On it!" Yusuke replied, starting a stopwatch.
The two Riders launched forward, shooting towards each other with flying kicks…
…
"And then I defeated him, healed Tsukasa, brought everyone else back from the dead, returned them to their home dimensions, and put the murderous version of Yusuke in jail," Natsumi finished, taking a sip from her coffee. She made a surprised face. "Wow, this is really good stuff. I'm going to need to employ one of the proprietor's parallels, this is the best coffee I've ever had."
"Thanks!" Soichi Isurugi replied, mixing drinks from behind his counter.
Natsumi, Tsukasa, and Sougo were currently in Nascita, relating the story to Sento Kiryu and Ryuga Banjo. Tsukasa was sulking, Sougo looked mildly confused, and Sento and Ryuga regarded the Fangire Queen with interest.
"Wow, sounds like that was quite a battle," Sento commented.
"It was," Natsumi confirmed. "One of the toughest I've ever fought. I have to hand it to him, he really made me work for that victory. He was certainly a more formidable adversary than Tsukasa ever was."
Tsukasa opened his mouth.
"And yes, I'm including our second battle."
Tsukasa closed his mouth and scowled at her.
Ryuga nodded in agreement. "Yeah, a shame you weren't around the first time we had to deal with Evolt, I think things would've gone a lot smoother if you'd been here."
"I try, but I can't be everywhere at once," Natsumi said in apology, savoring more of the delicious, delicious coffee.
"Speaking of Evolt, I don't suppose you'd be willing to deal with him now?" Sento pleaded. "He's a really obnoxious roommate. He screws with my equipment, doesn't clean up the messes he and his friends make, throws wild parties without warning, clogs up the toilet-"
"Actually, that last one was my fault, sorry," Ryuga apologized.
"What? Why didn't you tell me?" Sento asked, alarmed.
"Because I hate Evolt and am completely fine with using him as a scapegoat," Ryuga said bluntly.
"Fair enough," Sento conceded.
"My apologies, but unless he's doing anything actively evil that threatens the stability of the multiverse, I don't really have a justification for interfering," Natsumi said apologetically. "If he is just being annoying, you'll have to deal with it on your own."
"Figures," Ryuga grumbled.
Somewhat confused, Sougo leaned in to ask Tsukasa, "Tsukasa, why are we here exactly?"
"Because this is the end of a How it Should Have Ended parody, so we would either finish it here or at Cous Coussier, since those are the best choices for a 'superhero café'," he replied.
"Oh," said Sougo, even more confused. "Well, in any event, thanks so much for saving us, Queen Hikari! If you hadn't been there, I probably would've died, and Tsukasa would… I don't know, probably have gone to some other dimension and started murdering other versions of me to try and find Oma Zi-O, and probably died due to his fatal wound from the other Yusuke or something."
Natsumi nodded sagely. "Yes, it's a very good thing that will never happen now. It doesn't even make a lot of sense, really. I mean, what, would he give one of these alternate Sougos some sort of Reiwa era Ride Watch? Why would he even have that? Why would it even be particularly effective against Oma Zi-O?"
"Something like that could work," Tsukasa protested while a very uncomfortable Sougo decided not to mention the Saber Ride Watch metaphorically burning a hole in his pocket. "I mean, it's already been proven that Oma Zi-O is vulnerable to powers he doesn't possess, so something from the Reiwa era might hurt him. It's not a bad plan!"
Natsumi rolled her eyes. "Yes, just like you abruptly becoming evil and trying to destroy the world only to later justify it by saying it was necessary for the greater good isn't a bad plan. You know, just like you've done at least a dozen times by now."
"It hasn't been… That many," Tsukasa grumbled. "And it worked every time!… Sort of."
"So… Are you two dating?" Asked a confused Sougo, head darting back and forth between the two of them as they kept up their banter.
Tsukasa nearly spat out his coffee and Natsumi burst into laughter. "He wishes. If anything, he's dating Daiki."
"No I'm not!" Tsukasa protested.
Abruptly, Daiki, still wearing a jester's hat, poked his head into the door. "Hey, Kadoya, are we still on for tonight?"
Tsukasa put his face in his hands. "Daiki. Go away."
"I'll take that as a yes," the thief replied, leaving again.
"It's okay, Tsukasa, people keep calling Sento and me gay because even though I got a girlfriend," Ryuga told the Destroyer of World sympathetically.
"Sento and I," Sento corrected him.
Ryuga gave him a confused look. "Huh? But you're Sento. Are you saying you're dating your brother Takumi now? That's weird, Sento. Incest is gross."
"That's not… Oh, nevermind," Sento sighed in exasperation.
"Speaking of dating, I'm going to look up the robot version of Misa when I get back to my world," Sougo spoke up. "I think she's the sailor girl I've been in love with ever since I was a little boy. You know, seeing as how she was wearing a sailor outfit."
"Make sense," Ryuga agreed.
"I wish you luck in your search for love," Natsumi said encouragingly.
"Thanks, Queen Hikari!" Sougo replied gratefully.
"So, changing the subject, why didn't either of you start the fight off in your strongest forms?" Sento asked Sougo and Tsukasa.
Ryuga nodded. "Yeah, even I think that's dumb!"
"Honestly, I blame the writers," Tsukasa grunted. "Just like I also blame whoever came up with the costume for my Complete Form 21 form."
"Do you blame them for making your regular suit pink as well?" Natsumi joked.
"For the last time, it's MAGENTA!" Tsukasa shouted, pounding the table and startling Sougo.
"Really? I always thought it was pink," Sougo spoke up. "I was actually really impressed that you were confident enough in your masculinity to go around looking like that all the time."
Tsukasa slammed his head on the table. "I swear, I'd better be treated with more dignity than this in the next chapter."
"I don't think you will," Natsumi said in apology. "The author isn't particularly fond of you."
Tsukasa shook his fist furiously at the heavens. "Curse you, Ri2!"
