A/N: Hello whoever might be reading this. I'm a new writer and this is the first fanfic I've made, I'd appreciate it if there was no flaming, but constructive criticism is highly welcomed. Originally, I was going to make this the intro to a Harry Potter crossover, but I decided it just didn't fit with what I wanted it to be. So, I just decided to make this into an entirely different story. This won't be Percabeth, so sorry to anyone who likes that. I'm pretty sure this is going to be Pertemis, but don't worry. It's not going to turn into a cliché guardian of the hunt story. I might have him hang out with the hunt for a while at some point, but I'm going to try my best to make it original. Chaos will also play a part in this story, but once again, I'm going to do my best to make it original.

Percy Jackson: The Chosen

By Drewson

Chapter 1: Prologue

It's been a year.

A year since the war ended.

A year since Percy stabbed Gaea through the heart.

A year since he and Annabeth parted ways.

He's been training himself ever since, pushing his body to the limits, trying to be the best version of himself that he can be. He didn't know what was coming, but he could feel that something was. Something much different than he's ever faced before. And that frightened him. He didn't like the feeling. So, he trained and trained. Until he was almost unrecognizable, he was still his sassy self. But no more was the frightened kid he once was.

Campers and even some gods looked at him in awe when he passed by. He became more powerful than he ever was before, but he didn't want to stop there. Percy knew he had to be prepared for whatever was coming. He wasn't quite sure what it was yet. But he still pushed himself nonetheless.

He had become somewhat of a legend in the camp, and at Olympus, after all, he did kill Gaia single-handedly. He chuckled thinking back on that while he was on his way to his campsite. That was the moment he realized just how powerful he could be.

ONE YEAR AGO

This is it Percy mused. The final battle. Gaia has sent her forces and went to Greece. The campers were standing in an empty valley, the seven in front of them and Gaia's army on the other side. A few oak trees spotted the landscape, along with some dead grass. But other than that, it was empty. Nothing but them and the enemy. They were at a standstill, both forces waiting for the other to make a move. (I haven't read BoO in a long time, so I don't really remember where it took place and stuff, so I'm just putting it here).

Both Camp Jupiter and Camp Half-Blood were there. After the Athena Parthenos was recovered and taken back, they came together. Percy was extremely grateful for that; he didn't know if they could even possibly win without the Romans. There were simply too many monsters. They would've got overwhelmed quickly.

Percy looked over the enemy forces. They looked to be scattered randomly. There didn't seem to be a pattern that he could tell. He could see dracaena, cyclops, hellhounds, earth borns, and so many others, some that he didn't even recognize. But one thing that stuck out to him was the minitour. Even from this far away, he could see the beef head glaring daggers at him.

He grinned at the thought of him facing him one more time. "The minitour is mine." He whispered to Jason, who was beside him. Jason just chuckled and shook his head. The campers looked at them in shock, wondering how they could be laughing at a time like this.

The truth was that he was terrified, not for himself, but for his friends. He was scared that one of them would die; he didn't know what he would do if that happened. He didn't show it, though. He had to be strong for them. They all looked up to him to lead them, and if he were to show weakness, everyone would fall apart.

Then, apparently, the monsters got tired of waiting. A yell broke out across the valley as the monsters started charging. The campers followed suit, leashing war cries of their own. The seven immediately jumped into battle, killing dozens of them at a time. The campers followed suit. But when they killed one, four would take its place. They were hopelessly outnumbered. However, that didn't stop them.

Annabeth and Percy were back to back, fighting as one. They had gotten so accustomed to doing this; it was just natural. They were a force to be reckoned with. They left a path of destruction wherever they went. Percy could see Jason and Piper doing the same, both fighting together to try and push back the wave of monsters. He wasn't able to see the rest of the seven, but he could smell burning flesh, so he assumed Leo was doing fine. He wasn't sure about the others.

The battle seemed to go on for ages, both sides clashing. At some point, Percy and Annabeth got separated in the chaos. He barely ducked under a cyclops' club while he was distracted looking for her. As soon as he ducked, he weaved under the cyclops' arm and stuck riptide through the bottom of its chin.

He used this time to survey his surroundings. It wasn't good. There were so many dead; the monster rate was down, but not enough. He knew he had to do something, or else it would all be over. His mind raced to try and figure something out, and then it clicked. He thought about that time at Mt. St. Helens and knew what to do.

Percy stretched his senses to search for any nearby bodies of water. Thankfully, there was one not too far. He commanded the water to come to him as he felt that familiar tug in his gut. Then he started running as fast as he could before the water could catch up, then when it did, he let it guide him up into the air right above the middle of the monster army. Then he let himself drop, slowing his fall by making the water molecules around him denser. This was a trick he had been practicing during his downtime on the Argo II.

When he finally hit the ground, he stabbed riptide into the Earth and focused. He did his best to try and replicate what he did at the mountain. He gave it his all as a scream was ripped from his mouth; it was like a dam broke in his body, causing him to access strength he never knew he had before. It felt… exhilarating. But he couldn't dwell on that for too long. He knew he couldn't let his friends die. He couldn't.

The ground started shaking violently, the winds picked up, and a hurricane started to form. Trees were uprooted, lightning flashed, and the Earth split open, and countless monsters fell into it due to the rumbles the earthquake was creating and the winds that were ravaging them. Percy's whole body was in immense pain. It was like his blood turned it to water from the river Styx. But regardless, he pushed on and focused on protecting his friends and all the campers; he couldn't let them get hurt. Somehow, this effectively shielded them from the earthquake, he didn't know how he did it, but he did.

He collapsed from exhaustion a few moments later. He hasn't done something of that magnitude before. He had managed to wipe up 90% of the remaining monsters, but his vision was getting foggy. All he could see was the blurry form of a dead camper that was killed by a monster a while ago. The darkness started to cloud his vision, and he embraced it like a long-lost friend. It felt… comforting. He could rest now. No more battles, no more wars, no more monsters. He didn't have to deal with that anymore. He was finally free. He'd been at this game for years now, barely getting any breaks. It had taken its toll on him, and he just wanted it to end. But as soon as he was about to give up, a scream broke him out of his thoughts.

He could vaguely see someone running up to him. He couldn't recognize who it was, though. His vision kept fading. He felt warm hands cup his face and open his mouth. He tried to resist, but to no avail. He didn't have the strength. He felt a warm liquid go down his throat, and it instantly gave him some of his strength back. Nectar, he thought. At the same time, someone rushed and dumped a bucket of water on his face that rejuvenated him even more. His vision started to return along with the rest of his senses.

He blinked a few times to clear the rest of the spots that lingered in his view, and as he looked up, he noticed something that made his heart jump. A familiar pair of piercing grey eyes and blonde curls. He smiled at her and instantly felt guilty as he thought about how willing he was to give up just moments previously. He vowed never to do that again. How could he even think about doing that? He couldn't give up and leave his friends like that. They needed him. Now more than ever.

"Percy…" Annabeth whispered to him with tears in her eyes. He reached up and cupped her face and smiled; she smiled back at him. Before they could say anything else, they were interrupted by the Earth rumbling and shaking violently. The remaining demigods looked to Percy, but he shook his head and told them that this wasn't him.

They looked as the Earth started to split apart. Steam began to pour out from the crack that masked the area. While this was happening, 13 flashes appeared surrounding the figure landing next to their children, all in their 15-foot forms (is that how tall they are? I don't remember, and it's 13 because I'm adding Hades here).

Now they wanted to show up, Percy thought bitterly. But despite them not coming sooner, he was thankful that they were there. This would be the fight of their lives. The demigods started cheering at the sign of the gods, and this greatly boosted their morale.

Everyone knew who was rising out of the crack. It took a while, but when you're asleep for ages stuck in the core of the Earth, it's understandable, but it gave them time to prepare themselves. Percy shook out of his thoughts as he saw his father drop down to a knee in front of him. He smiled at the sight of his dad; he had always been there for him.

"Are you alright son?"

"Yea, I'm just still a little tired. It took me a lot of energy to pull a move like that."

Poseidon looked at his son with pride. He had been watching the battle from Olympus. None of his sons had ever done something like that before. Percy was easily the most powerful offspring of his. He has made him the proudest father any father could be. He has done so much in the short time that he's known his real heritage. He knew Percy was special; he wasn't quite sure why, but he knew he was.

"Here," Poseidon told Percy.

Percy felt his father's finger being placed on his forehead, and immediately he felt a rush of energy. All of his strength had returned to him. He stumbled back in shock, wondering what had just happened.

Poseidon chuckled at his son's antics. "I simply restored your strength. It's a trick us gods can do if need be."

Percy gave his father a grateful looked and smiled at him. "Thanks dad." He looked around and saw the other gods doing the same for some of their kids.

A minute later, they were still waiting, but they could tell that dirt face was getting closer to the surface. The crack was starting to become longer, and it was breaking open more. The gods and demigods all waited with baited breaths and iron grips on their weapons.

Zeus walked forward and elevated himself in the air so everyone could see him as he addressed them. "Campers! The time has come. This is bigger than anything you have ever faced. I know some of you are scared. Some of you have fought in countless battles and want nothing more to do with this. But much more is at stake. We are the world's last line of defense. Everyone is counting on us. But do not be afraid, we can do this! Together!"

The valley erupted into various cheers, and war cries as they prepared for battle—the speech giving them a much-needed morale boost. Percy smiled at this. Then a figure started to rise out of the crack, it was still covered with steam so that no-one could see anything, but everyone knew who it was.

A deep evil laugh echoed throughout the valley. It seemed to come from every direction at once. Percy felt a shiver crawl up his spine, and he saw some of the younger campers look around nervously. Slowly the steam started to die out, and a 30-foot figure was revealed.

It was a woman with a somewhat earthy complexion. It was like someone took grass and dirt and ingrained it into her skin with delicate precision. She was wearing a green dress that cut off into two different parts at the sides of her waist, so the sides of her legs were showing. She had long silky green hair that seemed to be made of forests. Everything about her just seemed to scream mother nature. Overall, she would have been a beautiful woman if it weren't for that evil look on her face.

Her eerie voice started to echo across the valley, sending shivers across everyone's spines.

"It is time." She whispered.

"Time for me to take my vengeance and fix what is mine. And NONE of you can stop me this time! Look around you. Your forces are in shambles; you barely defeated my army. How could you possibly defeat me, the primordial of the Earth? You've seen what a titan can do, and I am so much stronger than Kronos."

There was mumbling between the campers at this. They were so sure they could do this before. But now? Not so much. Her words hit them. She was literally a primordial, one of the first beings that were on Earth. In fact, she literally was the Earth. How could they even have a chance of defeating her?

Percy looked around and saw precisely this, and he knew he had to intervene. He stepped up until he was in front of everybody, and he stared her dead in the eyes.

"You don't control this world anymore. You forfeited that right ages ago. We control this world, and we are NOT going to let you take that from us. I don't care how powerful you are. I stood up to Kronos and the King of the Pit himself. You are no different. You may think yourself all high and mighty, but in reality, you're just like any other monster I've come across, evil and pathetic. We will beat you, and we will win this battle. No matter the cost." Percy finished with a deadly tone to his voice.

At this, the campers and gods roared in agreement, and Poseidon looked at his son in pride once again. An angered face appeared on Gaea's as he said this, and she sneered at him.

"You're going to pay for that demigod. I swear it. I haven't forgotten what you did to my husband and son." She said with half-closed eyes and pursed lips.

Suddenly she started to glow in a dark green light, and it seemed to radiate off of her like it was trying to escape. At the same time, she raised her hands, and a small army of earthborn came out of the ground and started rushing towards the campers.

Percy immediately took charge and boomed: "The seven and Olympians with me! Campers take out the earthborn!" Some of the gods didn't look too pleased about following a demigod's orders, but nonetheless, they followed.

Both Jason and Percy led the charge. The rest of the seven was behind them, and their godly parents were beside them. Gaea was standing patiently, waiting for them to reach her. She was leaning on a giant longsword that seemed to be made out of branches. It had a small gem in the middle of the hilt that was split into four sections. They were filled with water, rock, air, and lava.

Percy looked at the water portion of it and grinned. Maybe he could use that to his advantage somehow. He looked to his side and saw his father noticed the same thing.

As they reached her, they all spread out and started formed a circle around her. Zeus, Poseidon, Jason, and Percy went to the front, Athena and Annabeth went to one side of them, and Ares/Mars and Frank went to the other. It kept going like this until the gods and their respective children completely surrounded Gaea. Minus Artemis, her hunters, and Dionysus as they were helping the rest of the campers with the Earthborn.

Aphrodite was with Piper, Hades was with Hazel and Nico, Hephaestus was with Leo, Apollo was with Will, Demeter was with Katie, Hermes was with Conner and Travis, and Hera was standing with Zeus. Hestia was watching Olympus once again.

Gaea merely chuckled at this, and spoke "Is this your attempt to intimidate me? Because I must say, this is pathetic."

Ares, being the hothead he is, was enraged by this and charged at her. He managed to catch her by surprise and get a slash into her chest. He went to attack again, only to be sidestepped and kicked in the back. This sent him tumbling into the dirt. She chuckled at the sight and looked back at the rest of the circle surrounding her.

The gods and demigods were watching her every move, eyeing her warily. Suddenly she pulled out her long sword from the ground and leveled it at Zeus and Poseidon.

"ATTACK!" Zeus boomed.

All at once, they all charged at Gaea, giving it their all. Everyone was attacking her from all sides, but somehow, she managed to fend them off one way or the other. In every situation, she managed to find a way to defend herself. Whether that be by bringing up a piece of the Earth to block something, using her sword, or just plain out dodging.

Then it hit him. She was just playing with us.

But then, suddenly, Percy managed to get a slash to her calf making her stumble. Poseidon took this as an opportunity to make her lose balance. He summoned a wave from the water molecules in the air and used it to knock her down onto her back.

Ihave got to learn how to do that, Percy thought.

The rest of the gods and campers took advantage of this and leashed a multitude of attacks on her. She managed to block some of them, but before they knew it, Gaea was on her feet, and she lashed out and stabbed the ground, and it unleashed a shockwave that sent the gods and demigods tumbling backward, well, except for Poseidon and Percy that is.

"I grow tired of these games. It is time to end this. But first, I have a promise to keep." Gaea finished with an evil smile.

With this, she outstretched her hand to the valley wall and made a fist, then quickly brought it down. A large chunk of rock broke off from the valley and crashed onto Ares, Zeus, and Apollo. Effectively trapping them and preventing them from doing anything.

Then, without relenting, she raised her hands up and sprouted up vines from the Earth. She directed them towards Athena and Aphrodite. Demeter saw this and tried to control them away but to no avail. Gaea's willpower simply outpowered hers. Within seconds Athena and Aphrodite were trapped, unable to escape their bonds.

One by one, all of the Olympians were either incapacitated or trapped by Gaea, including the remaining demigods.

They were at her mercy.

And all they could do was sit and wait.

Percy looked up in a daze to see Gaea pacing in front of them. She had put them into a line so she could see all of them without having to worry about getting snuck up on. Which was something he was hoping she didn't do.

Percy racked his brain to try and come up with a plan to get him and everyone else out of their bonds. He knew he couldn't take her on by himself, so he would need everyone else's help.

Or at least he thought he couldn't.

Percy was shaken out of his thoughts as he heard Gaea start chuckling.

"The mighty Olympians, the so-called 'rulers' of the Earth. Brought down in mere minutes. You call yourself gods? You're no more than mere children. You let these mortals pollute and corrupt my Earth. No more! I will start anew and wipe this planet back to its original state. There is no stopping me this time."

At this, Zeus yelled, enraged, and attempted to break free. But to no avail, the bonds were holding him together with enough force to stop a mountain in its tracks. Percy chuckled to himself at this. Zeus' ego would never allow him to take an insult like that. Even on his knees, he's still the arrogant god he's always been. Or perhaps he actually cared for the Earth and didn't want to see it die. Or was it just self-preservation? He didn't know. For once, Percy was stumped on Zeus' true intentions.

Percy snapped out of his thoughts when he noticed Gaea starting to look at him with a grin.

"Hey, dirt face! How you been? I hope being awake again is treating you well. It must have been a transition, with you being asleep for centuries and all. Oh, hey, by the way, how is Tartarus doing? Haven't heard from him much since well, Tartarus." Percy finished with a grin.

Gaea sneered at Percy with so much hate that it was practically oozing out of her.

Some of the gods looked around at each other in confusion, not knowing why Gaea hated Percy so much. They knew Gaea was evil and hated them all, but this, this was something different. Something much more than hate.

"You'll pay for that one demigod." She said with pursed lips.

"He is still reforming because of you and my stupid sister. After I'm done with you, I'm going for her." Gaea finished with an evil grin.

The campers and gods were in total shock. They didn't know what had happened down there. All they knew was that Percy and Annabeth had made it out. Just how powerful was Percy? Even with the help of another primordial, to defeat a primordial is beyond anything any demigod had ever done. Poseidon couldn't help but look at his son in pride and wonder.

"That's a bold statement dirt-face, interesting of you to assume you're even going to make it out. of here alive."

"For once in your life Jackson, SHUT UP." Zeus boomed at Percy.

Percy merely grinned at him and spoke, "I'd rather not, much better this way."

Despite their current situation, the campers couldn't help but grin. Percy had always had that effect on them. He gave people hope in the hardest of times. Even when things were looking grim, he didn't let it get to him. Percy stood in the face of opposition and spat right in its face. It was one of the things everybody loved about him. His snarky humor and his sassy attitude always managed to make others feel better. Well, except Zeus, that is.

Percy looked back at Gaea to see her smirking at him with an evil glint to her eyes. That can't be good, he thought with a grimace.

"I think it's time I get my revenge. But hmmm… who first?" As she said this, she started pacing in front of them, dragging her sword behind her. Suddenly she stopped right in front of Leo and slowly turned her head.

Percy's eyes widened in realization, but before he could say anything, a yell rang out, and Leo's head was sliced off in the blink of an eye. A dull thud was heard as his head slowly rolled right in front of Percy, stopping just as it got directly in his eyesight.

Leo's eyes stared straight into him, drilling holes directly into his soul. Everything went dark. The only thing he saw was Leo's eyes, frozen in a state of shock. All sound around him faded. The only thing he heard was the sound of Leo screaming.

Over and over again. For what seemed like an eternity, all Percy could see and hear was Leo's disembodied head and his screams.

His mind couldn't comprehend what had just happened. The extremely talkative and goofy person he had once known was gone. Leo had died, and it was all his fault. Memories flashed within Percy's head, memories of Leo. Of all the time they spent together, of all the times he tried to flirt with the Aphrodite cabin, of all the times he was working on some weird project. All of that was gone now. Percy wouldn't get to see one of his best friends ever again.

All because of Gaea.

A primordial rage started boiling up inside of Percy. Finally unlocked after years of being hidden deep inside of him. It was all coming to the surface now. The floodgates had been opened, and now Percy had become more powerful than ever before. Power was flowing through Percy's veins, power that he had felt before. It was like how he felt in the Pit after he killed Tartarus with the help of Nyx, but ten times greater.

But that was impossible, wasn't it? That was just a one-time thing—a power boost given to him by Nyx to defeat Tartarus and save Annabeth.

Or was it? Percy thought.

Percy didn't know, but it did not matter. The rage inside of him grew, just waiting to be released. To be uncaged like a lion in a snare.

Percy looked up and saw Gaea about to bring her sword down onto Annabeth's neck.

That was the moment Percy finally snapped.

"NO!" Percy screamed.

A long guttural yell echoed from out of his mouth. Halting everything around him, the birds stopped chirping; the grass went quiet. All movement ceased. It was as if the whole world stopped to watch what he was about to do.

Suddenly, a burst of energy exploded from out of Percy, breaking his bonds along with everyone else's and sending Gaea flying onto her back.

Percy started growing. He kept growing until he was 15 feet tall. Golden greek armor appeared on his body, fitting to match his new size. Riptide grew along with him as well, growing until it fit in his hand just as it would if he were normal-sized.

Everybody around him looked at him in disbelief, including Gaea. Their eyes wider than they had ever been before, and their jaws dropped towards the ground. No one knew what to think. They were so dumbfounded that they just sat and watched. How was this even possible? He was a demigod and never had a demigod done ANYTHING like this. Only gods could grow like that.

How was Percy doing this?

To Percy, it did not matter. All he knew was that he had to kill Gaea to avenge his fallen friend and protect those he loved. He wasn't going to let her hurt them. Not again. She had taken too much from him, and now it was time to put her cruelty to a stop.

Power was rolling off of Percy in waves. It was more powerful than anything anyone in the room had ever felt before. It repelled the gods back, and they had to fight against the aura that Percy was emanating to even move. The campers were even worse. They couldn't move at all due to the sheer power of Percy. They were forced onto their knees, grunting with effort.

The gods looked up at Percy in sheer fear and wonder as he started approaching Gaea. They did not know what to think. Him growing was one thing, but this? This was on another level. It didn't make any sense. No-one spoke a word. Everyone was in too much shock to even attempt to speak a sentence.

Gaea, who hadn't moved from her position on the floor, looked up in shock and fear at Percy as he slowly stalked towards her, making the Earth rumble and shake with each step. A hurricane started to form, one much more powerful than anyone had seen before. The clouds in the sky turned dark grey, and thunder rumbled. It was as if the Earth itself was angry at what Gaea had done.

"You will pay for that Gaea…" Percy said with a deadly tone to his voice, letting it trail off and echo across the valley.

As Percy finally reached Gaea, she finally snapped to her senses and tried to scramble back onto her feet, only to get thrown back into the dirt.

"Stay. Down." Percy spoke slowly and threateningly.

Gaea looked up in horror at the man standing over him. She had never felt so weak before in her immortal life.

"What… are you?" She said between shaky breaths.

Percy picked up her weapon from the ground where it fell next to her and stabbed it into the ground. Gaea, thinking he was about to kill her, cowered behind her arms, waiting for the final strike to come. But it never did. She looked up to see Percy staring her dead in the eyes. It was like all emotion had left him, and the only thing left was pure, unbridled rage. Rage that made her scared, never had she been afraid, not like this at least.

"Get up and fight me, coward," Percy said with venom. Gaea just stared at Percy in shock, not knowing what to do, but before she could think any further, Percy interrupted her.

"I SAID GET UP AND FIGHT!" Percy boomed.

All the gods and campers looked up in shock. It was rare that he ever yelled like this. Never before had he even acted like this. It frightened them. They had never seen this side of Percy, and they never wanted to again.

Gaea, finally realizing how she was acting and scrambled onto her feet in an effort to keep her pride intact.

"You're going to regret that, Jackson." She sneered.

All traces of the fear she had once felt disappeared off of her face. She seemed to be her cocky self again, but inside she was nervous. She had no clue how Percy was capable of this, and it frightened her to no end how he was just standing there menacingly.

His eyes were void of anything. Their usual sparkle had all but disappeared. That unnerved everyone present; the care-free boy they once knew seemed to have been replaced with a ruthless warrior.

Percy and Gaea both eyed each other, waiting for the other to make the first move. But Percy had time. He knew what he had to do. He didn't know how, but he was able to analyze almost every move Gaea could possibly make. A small part of him was extremely confused and scared that he had this much power. But Percy was grateful for it nonetheless. He could avenge Leo and stop Gaea once and for all. That's all that mattered at the moment.

Then it seemed Gaea got tired of waiting. She started charging Percy with her broadsword held over her right shoulder like a spear. Percy saw this coming, though, and merely ducked and spun under her sword and kicked her in her back. She charged him once again, only for Percy to parry her strike and clock her in the face. This pattern went on for a couple of minutes. It was a whirlwind of movement. Only some of the Olympians could even keep up. Then Gaea finally managed to get a slash onto Percy's arm, but this only enraged him even more, leading him to unleash a flurry of attacks onto Gaea. But every time he did, she would immediately heal right back to normal.

Finally, Percy had enough and kicked her. She flew backward around 20 feet before getting up and speaking.

"You may be powerful, but there is nothing you can do to defeat me! I AM the Earth, so long as I am on it, there is nothing you ca-" she was cut off as Percy lifted her up into the air with water from the nearby lake he had used earlier, effectively immobilizing her.

"How does it feel, Gaea? Being so helpless, sitting there just waiting for death? You're going to pay for what you did. It is high time I got rid of you."

At this, Percy started charging to where Gaea was. Right before he got to her, he took a bounding leap into the air with his sword over his head, ready to bring it down on the person who murdered his friend. Gaea could only look up in horror as the blade pierced directly into her heart. Effectively killing her.

The whole world stopped, birds fell out of the air, the air ceased moving, the grass went still. It was as if the entire Earth just died, which in a way, it did. Everyone struggled for breath. All of the oxygen in the air seemed to have just disappeared. All everyone present could only look on in amazement at what just happened as they struggled for breath. A demigod had killed one of the first primordials. Was he even a demigod, though? No one knew, not even Percy.

Then, suddenly, Gaea's body started to rise into the air, and a green-gold energy seemed to be coming out from her body, ripping her apart slowly. The light emanating from her blinded everyone there, except for Percy. He just stood there emotionless, watching.

A few seconds later, Gaea seemed to literally explode, and the energy shot out of her and flew directly into the Earth. It from there spread across the whole valley, and supposedly, the entire planet.

Everyone else was looking around in confusion, but then a scream was let out by one of the campers when they noticed Percy swaying back and forth and then falling into the dirt from exhaustion. As soon as he hit the ground, he started shrinking to normal size.

Percy woke up to a blinding light shining his eyes, making him unable to see much at all. After a few seconds and blinking a bunch of times, he was able to take in his surroundings and figure out where he was.

He was in a room with gold and white patterns on the floor and walls. There was no visible light sources from what he could see. The room was just emanating light somehow.

I must be in Apollo's palace, he thought. That was the most reasonable place that could possibly look like this.

Then, a nymph walked in with a new IV bag, which he didn't even realize he had on, but as soon as she saw him awake, she went wide-eyed and dropped everything and ran out of the room. Percy looked at her retreating figure in curiosity. Why would she react that way? He hadn't been here that long, had he?

Speaking of that, why was he even here? The last thing he remembered was being trapped by Gaea and then… Leo…

Percy looked down, thinking about his fallen friend. He could've done something. It was all his fault. He was dead because of him. Was Annabeth still alive? He didn't even want to think about that… things had been rocky with them ever since the Pit, but he still cared for her. Much more than he cared to admit. He couldn't bear the thought of losing her.

Thankfully, he was pulled out of his thoughts when Apollo entered into the room, rushing to his side. Immediately he went full doctor mode and checked his pulse and temperature. Not even talking to Percy.

"Thank the fates you're alright. We almost lost you, Perce." Apollo said.

"What happened? The last thing I remember was all of us being at Gaea's mercy… and then Leo." At this, Apollo looked taken aback. He gave Percy a puzzling look before speaking.

"You don't… remember?" Percy shook his head, confused.

"I think it's best if you came to the throne room. The campers are on their way. We've been waiting for you to wake up before we gave any awards." Apollo grimaced. "What do you mean you've been waiting for me? How long has it been?" Percy spluttered.

"You've been asleep for over two weeks, Percy. We'll do the rest of the explaining inside."

At that, Percy followed Apollo to the throne room. Along the way, however, Percy noticed that people gasped and pointed at him as he walked by. What was that about? He thought. Did he have something on his face?

Seeing Percy's confused look, Apollo merely glanced at him and chuckled. The walk to the throne room was relatively quiet. Neither of them saying a word. The only thing he could think about was how he failed Leo and how he had failed everyone who died. He couldn't let anyone die under his watch again. It felt like an eternity before they actually got there. Right as they were about to enter the throne room, Apollo stopped Percy and put his hand on his shoulder.

"Listen Perce… I'm not entirely sure why you don't remember what happened. But brace yourself. I called Iris, and she's going to reveal to you what happened. It may be weird for you to watch." Apollo told Percy with a concerned look on his face.

Percy looked at him in confusion. What had happened, that was causing him to act this way? He didn't do anything bad, did he? At that, Percy started to freak out, wondering what had happened. Before he could say anything, though, Apollo threw open the throne room doors and pulled him in.

The campers and gods all stared at him as he walked in. Most of them had awe on their faces as if he was some sort of god. He looked around for his friends, and when he saw them, he smiled. But the smile was soon cut short when he noticed Leo wasn't there.

The room was dead silent, and the tension was thick. Percy was tempted to try and take riptide out to try to cut it.

Percy didn't like it. Sure he was used to being stared at. He was a child of the big three, and after everything he had done, he was sort of a celebrity. But this? This was on another level. It made him uncomfortable. He walked to the middle of the throne room and stood there for a couple of seconds, waiting for something to happen.

Percy couldn't take it anymore and spoke up. "Are you guys just going to sit there or what?" This apparently brought everyone out of their stupor, and Zeus was about to speak up before Apollo interrupted him.

"Father, he doesn't remember what happened after Gaea killed Leo."

The ones that were close to Leo got a sad look on their faces, and Hephaestus looked down. "I have called Iris to come and show us what exactly happened, as I know some of the younger campers want to see it as well." He continued.

At that, Iris popped in and looked around and kneeled before Zeus and the other gods. As she turned around, however, she noticed Percy and stopped dead in her tracks. Now Percy was getting kind of fed up. What had he done? He didn't show it, though. He did not want to anger Iris. He had always liked her. He bowed to her, much to the anger of Zeus as he did not get the same treatment.

Percy smirked when he saw the look on Zeus' face at this. He loved getting him mad. Iris smiled up at Percy and spoke to him. "No need to bow. You have always treated me with respect. I do not want such formalities. But I am sure you're curious as to what happened, Apollo filled me in telepathically on your situation, and I am here to show you just that."

At this, she looked at Poseidon with a silent question on her lips. Poseidon, understanding what she wanted, summoned a wall of mist in the air in front of Percy. She waved her hand, and the final battle started to play in the mist.

It started with Gaea killing Leo, which Percy looked away from—not being able to watch his best friend die for the second time. But when Percy looked back up, he looked on in horror and amazement as he witnessed himself growing and defeating Gaea. By the end of it, Percy was shocked. He didn't know what to say or do. He just stood there speechless. Poseidon looked on in concern for his son, hoping that he was alright.

"Bu- but what? H- how?" Percy stuttered. "We don't know." Said, Zeus. "We were hoping you would be able to tell us."

Percy looked at Zeus, confused. He didn't know what to think. How had he done that? This had to have been some sort of joke.

Percy was about to speak up when three bright lights appeared in the room, blinding everyone temporarily. Immediately, Percy knew what it was and groaned internally. They just had to have something to do with this, didn't they? Why couldn't his life be somewhat normal for once?

"Perseus Jackson." They hissed. "It is time for you to learn the truth."

Everyone present looked around in confusion, hoping that someone knew what was going on. "Uh… what truth?" Percy asked dumbly.

Usually, everyone would have laughed at his antics, but they were all wondering the same question. Then, Clotho spoke up.

"Eons ago, Ananke and Chaos came together. They foresaw deadly conflicts that, if were not dealt with properly, could be the end of the world. What just occurred was an example of that." They spoke while staring Percy dead in the eye. "They needed someone who was strong enough to lead these battles and put them to an end. But they also needed someone pure of heart, lest they be corrupted. You were chosen by them. You were the only one capable of performing what they had planned."

Percy was about to speak up when they glared at him, and Clotho continued. "They came together and agreed that when you came along, you would be made a god when it was time. But your power would rest inside you, dormant until it was unlocked." They finished.

The room went silent. Everybody was still in shock. Not knowing to think of this new-found information.

"Wh-why me? Why is it always me?" Percy said softly, looking downtrodden. Ever since he came to camp, it seemed like the weight of the world was on his shoulders, like it depended on him. And now, he learned that it actually does. It was a lot of info for him to take in.

"We are sorry, Perseus, but you have a much bigger role to play," Atropos said sadly, knowing how much stress he was in. Percy and some others looked up in shock. Never had they seen one of the fates apologize to anyone.

Percy, realizing something, piped up and asked, "Wait, so, were my 'powers' unlocked at the final battle? Am I really that powerful?"

"Yes, they were. Chaos knew it was time. Originally, you were supposed to get them now. But things did not go as he had expected them to, so he was forced to play his hand. And yes, you are, but not really. You will need to train for many years if you want to defeat a primordial with ease again like you did. Chaos knew that he had to do something, so he gave you a boost of energy. With that on top of your emotions, it made you powerful enough to defeat Gaea." Lachesis finished.

Percy nodded slowly, still in shock. Poseidon, however, looked on at his son in pride. He knew he was meant for great things. But, he was also saddened. He knew his son didn't want this life, all he wanted was to be left in peace, and for that, he pitied him. Most of the gods in the room were thinking the same thing, looking at him in both pity and amazement.

"We know this must be a lot to take in, but it is time for you to officially become a god," Clotho said.

Percy nodded sadly. There was nothing he could do about it now. He would be forced to watch those he loved die, powerless to do anything about it.

The fates formed in front of him and started chanting in an ancient dialect. From what Percy could tell, it definitely wasn't Ancient Greek or Latin. It was something much, much older. However, Percy couldn't reflect on it any longer. He was brought back out of his thoughts when he began to rise from the ground. He finally stopped once he was in the middle of the room. Golden tendrils were coming out of the fates, which latched onto Percy, making him glow a golden hue. In the corner of his eye, he could see the campers staring at him wide-eyed, probably having been like that for a while. He could also see some of the gods, including Zeus, who, to his surprise, wasn't angry. He looked saddened and somewhat concerned. Percy went wide-eyed at that. He had expected Zeus to be mad that he was becoming more powerful.

Percy couldn't dwell on this for much longer, though. A blinding pain struck through him. It felt as if his insides were being turned inside out, and his blood was being boiled away. It felt like his internal organs had been turned into jelly, only to reform over and over again. It was a constant wave each time it happened; it hurt more than the last. His blood was boiling, which he guessed meant it was turning into Ichor.

The world drowned out around him. The only thing he could focus on was the pain. There was nothing else that could even remotely draw his attention. It was so much worse than the Styx. He let a harsh yell as the light started getting brighter and the fates started chanting loader.

Just as Percy was about to pass out from the pain, it stopped. He fell to the ground and landed on one knee, right in front of everyone. He panted for breath, trying to clear the dark spots that danced in his vision.

Everybody in the room waited in anticipation, each trying to see if he was okay. He slowly got to his feet, and as this was happening, the fates started speaking.

"All hail Perseus Achilles Jackson, god of heroes, loyalty, betrayal, tides, harvest, time, discipline, and swordsmanship. Chosen of Chaos and Ananke."

When he got to his feet, everyone was wide-eyed, including Percy. No god has had that many domains before. Typically, they would only have control over one specific thing.

The gods gasped at his appearance. Aphrodite even started drooling. Percy looked at them, confused. Poseidon, seeing this, summoned a mirror and threw it to Percy, who caught it.

Percy looked at his reflection and gasped as well. His features had become more rugged and model-like. He had always had a well-defined face, but now it seemed like his face was sculpted and had so much more definition to it. He looked down at his body and noticed that his muscles had become more defined as well. Overall, he looked like someone any girl would die for. He also noticed that he had a tattoo that appeared on his left pec that extended to his shoulder and his upper arm. It glowed a royal blue color, and on his chest, the tattoo swirled in circles, making it look like waves. On his shoulder and his arm, it depicted many of his accomplishments. Such as him defeating Hyperion, some giants, Kronos, Tartarus, Gaea, etc. Overall, it looked pretty epic if you asked him. (A/N: Imagine the Rock's tattoo to get a better picture of it, I don't think I'm very good at describing it. It's based on that.)

He looked back at the fates, who smiled at him in unison, which Percy thought was pretty creepy in his opinion.

"Your symbol of power shall be riptide and a trident. To summon them, touch your tattoo and imagine them appearing in your hand. You can still keep riptide in pen form if you wish, though. Your sacred animal is blackjack. I'm sure why you are wondering why you have so many domains." Atropos said. At this, Percy nodded, still not fully registering what was going on.

"In order for you to be ready for what you must face, you must be powerful enough." Lachesis continued. "Chaos and Ananke decided they would be the most useful to you in your endeavors. However, that is not the reason you got the domain of time." Percy looked at her, confused until he remembered something. Something he thought wouldn't matter all that much.

The fates looked towards the Olympians at this point, so they could explain what had happened. Since Percy already knew what had happened.

"Kronos has faded." There were gasps at this. But before any could say anything, Clotho continued. "After Percy gave Luke the knife and he was defeated, he was sent to Tartarus where he originally was going to reform. However, when Percy here went into the Pit, Kronos confronted him. Not to kill him, but to apologize. Time works differently down there, and because of this, Kronos had been in there for over two centuries. While he was there, Nyx imprisoned him, which gave him many years to think. Percy had a big influence on him, whether Percy himself realized it or not."

As Clotho was telling them this, no one could believe it. The mad titan Kronos turning over a new leaf? That was something they never thought was even remotely possible, but then again, this was Percy that they were talking about. What couldn't he do at this point?

"Nyx, knowing that Percy had fallen into Tartarus and that Kronos had regretted his actions, she let Kronos free, willing to stop him if need be. But as it turned out, that wasn't necessary. Kronos trekked through the Pit in search of him. When he eventually found him, Percy was near-death. He had been carrying an unconscious Annabeth for miles hoping to get to the doors of death." When Clotho said this, many people looked at Annabeth in concern. No one knew what happened in the Pit; they were just glad they were both alright.

"Percy, thinking Kronos was going to try and finish him off, drew his sword in an attempt to defend himself. But Kronos just looked at him sadly and explained that he no longer wished to live. He apologized to Percy for everything that he had put him through and told him that he wanted Percy to kill him so he could fade. Percy took pity on him and granted his wish. What he didn't know though was that in doing so, Kronos' control over time and the harvest transferred to him." Clotho finished while glancing at a wide-eyed Percy.

Before Percy could speak however, Lachesis continued. "There needed to be a balance in the universe, the domains had to go to someone, and Kronos wanted that to be Percy. Thus, resulting in his domains."

This day keeps getting stranger, and stranger Percy thought. He woke up without any memories of what happened, and now he's supposed to be one of the strongest gods in the entire world? This was too much for him.

But then Atropos started speaking again. "We are almost done here. However, there are some things that you need to know. As the god of heroes, you can give partial immortality to those who you deem worthy. We trust that you will not abuse this power. Percy nodded at this. That could be extremely useful; however, it is a great responsibility to bear. "You are also not bound by the ancient laws. Your role to play in the upcoming battles is too great to be hindered by them." Many gods looked at Percy in jealousy, knowing that he would be able to do many of the things they couldn't.

"Thank you, for everything." Percy said to them. At that, they merely smiled at him and flashed out.

The majority of the people occupying the throne room finally broke out of their stupor, and the room erupted into chaos. Questions were being thrown left and right, and the gods started arguing amongst themselves.

They probably didn't like the idea of him being so powerful, Percy mused.

Apparently, Zeus had enough of this though, because he slammed his master bolt into the ground and yelled "ENOUGH!"

This immediately quieted all occupants of the room, and everyone stared up at Zeus.

"However much it pains me to admit it, there is nothing we can do about Percy's current situation. Chaos himself has decreed it, and I won't dare to interfere with him no matter how much I don't like it. So, sit down, and shut up. Let's talk about this like adults." Zeus finished.

Percy raised an eyebrow at Zeus' behavior. He was taking this much better than he expected him to.

Percy looked back at the seven and scanned over them. Smiling at them one by one, most of them looking at him with surprise still written on their faces. But when his eyes reached Annabeth's, she just stared back at him sadly. Nothing had been the same since Tartarus. Percy looked away with a heavy heart, knowing that after the ceremony, things would never be the same between them.

Dionysus looked up from his magazine and, being the prat he was, spoke up in protest. "But father, you can't really let the boy run free, can you? Who says he's not going to try and overthrow us?"

Zeus glared at him and was about to speak, but Artemis cut him off. "Quite Dionysus, this boy you speak of is perhaps the only decent male left on this planet." She said with venom in her voice. The inhabitants of the room were shocked. Artemis the man-hater defending a boy? This was history.

Percy looked at Artemis in thanks, who nodded back at him. Percy went on a knee and spoke to the gods.

"I swear on Chaos' name that I will remain loyal to Olympus for the rest of my immortal life, as long as the Olympians never turn evil or turn their back on the world." After he said this, the whole Earth shook, and thunder ripped across the sky, indicating that the oath was sealed.

Dionysus looked at Percy in shock, so did the majority of the room. No-one had sworn on Chaos' name and lived. It was deemed a death sentence. Yet here Percy was, alive and well.

"Does that satisfy you, Dionysus?" Percy said with a sly grin plastered on his face. Dionysus merely glared at him and went back to reading his wine catalog.

"Well, with that settled… let's get to the rewards." Zeus said with a slight tremble to his voice.

"The seven, please step forward." At this, the aforementioned people stepped up nervously, not knowing what exactly 'rewards' entailed. "You will all be granted partial immortality." They gasped at this. "And if you prove that you will not let this corrupt you, then we can grant you godhood. If you so accept it, that is. You will also be granted a wish. In Percy's case… we will grant you two extra wishes." Zeus said while the other gods nodded in agreement.

The seven looked amongst themselves with incredulous looks on their faces. They weren't expecting to become immortal, well, except maybe Annabeth since she had already been through all of this before.

Jason looked at Piper with a questioning look on his face. Piper, understanding what he was trying to say, nodded her head and smiled back at him. Frank did the same thing with Hazel, who was standing next to him.

When Aphrodite saw this, she couldn't help but smile. They were considerate enough to see if their partner would accept the Olympian's offer.

Percy was in a world of his own. His mind went back to Leo and how he wasn't here to experience this. The little elf would have jumped at this opportunity, but he wasn't here. And it was all his fault, if only he were stronger, if only he had done something instead of just sitting there. He glanced up to see Hephaestus looking down with a faraway look in his eyes. Seeing this only made Percy's heart heavier. But it strengthened his resolve as well. He now knew what he had to do. He wasn't going to be unprepared like last time.

By the time he zoned back into the world, the seven, besides Percy, all already agreed to partial immortality. He could tell because Artemis was standing in front of them with her hands extended. After a couple of seconds went by, they all glowed a yellow light for a second before it faded away. The seven grinned at each other, and Percy gave back a weak one, not having the willpower to smile back.

Once Artemis got to her seat, Ares turned into his roman form, Mars, and yelled out.

"FRANK ZHANG, STEP FORWARD!" Came his booming voice.

Frank looked around nervously before stepping forward and kneeling in front of his father before getting back up. "What is your wish?" Mars spoke.

"I don't want my life to be tethered to a piece of firewood anymore. I'd rather be able to live without the constant worry of it burning." Frank spoke nervously

At this, Mars merely smiled and snapped his fingers. "It is done."

Frank reached into his pocket to feel that it was no longer there and smiled at his father. "Thank you, dad." He whispered. In response, Mars put his hand on his son's shoulder and spoke. "I'm proud of you." At that, he shifted back into his Greek form and sat back on his throne.

"ANNABETH CHASE, STEP FORWARD!" Athena yelled.

Annabeth stepped forward, unsure of what was going to happen. "On top of you receiving a wish, we have also decided that it be fit for you to become the Architect of Olympus. Do you accept?" Athena finished with a smile.

Annabeth's eyes practically jumped out of her face at this question. She had dreamed about this nearly her whole life. Immediately she yelled, "Yes!" Which incited a few chuckles from everyone present. Athena beamed at her daughter before moving on to her next question.

"Now, what would you wish from me, daughter?" She said. Annabeth thought about it before deciding on there being a New Athens, similar to New Rome. A place Greek demigods would feel more comfortable going to college at. When she said this, Athena smiled and said, "It will be done." When Annabeth stepped back, she snuck a glance at Percy and realized what she had just done. There would be little to no fixing what they had with her new title. She looked down in shame, knowing that she had been selfish in her decision.

The whole ceremony went on like this. Hazel wished for her curse to be removed, Jason wished for the minor gods to be represented more (Percy smiled at this one), and Piper wished for the ability to control her charmspeak better. When it came Percy's turn, Poseidon stepped forward and called his name.

"PERSEUS JACKSON!" He boomed.

Percy winced at his full name being said but stepped forward nonetheless.

"We were once again going to offer you godhood. However, given everything that's happened… that's obviously no longer necessary." Poseidon said, still having a hard time processing what happened. "You have made me the proudest father anyone could ever be. I'm not sure what the future will hold for you but know I will be by your side for all of it." Poseidon told his son.

Some of the campers looked on in jealousy. They have never had that type of relationship with their godly parent. It was something they all yearned for. They wanted to feel known by them. Instead, they normally got the cold shoulder.

Percy smiled up at his father, he didn't have the best relationship with him initially, but they had grown closer. It was something he was very thankful for. Not many demigods had that opportunity. "Thank you, dad, it means a lot." Percy said with a weak smile, Leo's death still hanging on his heart.

Poseidon looked down at his son in sadness. He had been through more than anyone person should go through. He just hoped he would be able to handle his new-found responsibilities.

"What are your wishes?" Poseidon spoke softly, already knowing what he was going to ask for.

"I wish that Hestia and Hades get their thrones back. They shouldn't have lost them in the first place. Both of them contributed to this war AND the last war. I think it's high time that they get treated with the respect that they deserve." As Percy said this, Hades was staring at him dumbfounded, and Hestia had tears in her eyes. Before he could comprehend what was happening, she launched herself at him and gave him a hug that could rival Tyson's.

Percy gladly returned the hug while at the same time trying to struggle for breath.

"Sister, you might want to release the boy before he suffocates." Hades said with a smile on his face. He always cared for Hestia. They were closer than most people might think, and seeing her this happy brought so much joy to him.

Hestia, realizing what she was doing, pulled back from the hug sheepishly and muttered a quick apology before returning to her place at the hearth.

Hades caught Percy's eye and gave him a nod in thanks with a grin on his face. Hades wasn't one for thanking anybody, so it amazed Percy that he even got this in response.

"It will be done." Zeus said. He proceeded to snap his fingers, and two thrones appeared. One represented Hades' domains, and the other represented Hestia's. Both Olympians then proceeded to sit on their thrones.

"I also ask that you treat your kids better. How many demigods went to Kronos and Gaea in these past two years because of your ignorance? If you had treated them like your children, none of this would have happened." Percy said with a firm voice. After he said this, there was shame and regret on many of their faces. They knew the validity of his words. They started talking amongst each other for a couple of minutes before finally coming to an agreement.

While this was happening, the campers instantly started talking amongst themselves excitedly. Many looked up to Percy in respect and gratitude, and he gave them a nod in response.

Then it was Zeus who spoke up again once more. "It will be done. You are right, nephew. I think it is high time we gave our kids the attention they deserve."

Zeus was about to speak up to say more, but Percy interrupted him. "I also ask that you free the titans that were undeserving of their punishment like Calypso but actually do it this time." He finished with an edge to his voice that left no room for argument.

Some of the gods looked angered at being talked down on, but they quickly realized that he was completely in the right. They had gone back on their word once again, and it was time for them to change. Plus, they probably wouldn't be able to do anything to him anyway.

"It will be done." Zeus said. He nodded in Hermes direction, and Hermes flashed out only to come back with a few Titans like Leto and Calypso.

Said titans looked around in confusion and slight fear. Poseidon spoke up when he saw their confusion.

"Don't worry. You are not being executed. My son has asked that you be freed. On behalf of the Olympian Council, we apologize for the unjust punishments we have placed on you. You are now free to roam the world as you wish." Poseidon said with a smile. Zeus grumbled a little bit at the apology part, which caused everyone present to chuckle.

Leto and Calypso looked around in shock, looking for Percy. Calypso spotted him first and launched herself onto him, crying into her shoulder, thanking him over and over again. Percy hugged her back after he got over his initial surprise at her sudden attack.

Leto came up to Percy and thanked him with a hug. "Thank you, Perseus. If you ever need me, call my name, and I will be there." She said to him

Percy nodded and smiled at her, and with that, Calypso and Leto walked out of the throne room.

"Alright, now onto other matters-" Zeus spoke, but Percy interrupted him. "I have one last request from all of you."

"You have already asked much of us, Perseus." Zeus said while narrowing his eyes at him. "He has saved us all, brother. We owe him everything." Poseidon finished with a glare.

Percy nodded at his father in thanks, who nodded back at him.

"I want time away from the Greek world. I want all of you to swear to leave me alone until I am ready. I need time to adjust and train with my new-found… domains." Percy told them with determination in his voice. The gods looked at him with sadness, many of them knowing that there was another reason why he wanted to leave.

"We swear it." Zeus said with a sad look on his face.

"Thank you, uncle." And at that, he turned around and exited the throne room.

On his way out, he ran into Calypso, who pulled him into another hug, crushing him. She pulled back from him and spoke to him. "Thank you for everything, Percy. I owe you so much." Percy nodded and smiled weakly at her.

"Wait, where's Leo?" She asked him.

Percy looked down, unable to meet her eyes. He looked at her with a sad look on his face. He didn't know how he was going to break the news to her.

"Percy, where's Leo?" She said once again with extreme worry in her voice.

Percy just shook his head at her, not having the courage to say it. "No, no, no, no, he can't be dead. He can't be..." She said frantically with tears falling off her face. "I'm sorry, Calypso… he's gone." Percy said softly and pulled her into a hug.

-Line Break-

Artemis walked out of the throne room a couple of hours later in search of Percy. They had become somewhat of friends after the Titan War. He was the only male she respected and would even consider calling her friend. After everything he had done, not only for her but for the whole world, she developed a deep respect for him.

She found him looking over the edge of Olympus, staring down at the city below. Already knowing what he was thinking of, she walked up beside him and stared off the edge with him.

"Where will you go?" She asked.

"I don't know."

A/N:Let me know what you guys think of this, I'm not sure if I like it or not. Once again please no flaming, but constructive criticism is highly welcomed.

I've never really written a story like this before, so I'm not sure if it's bad or not. Sorry if it's kind of lengthy or boring, I guess I was just testing the waters a little bit to see what I could do. And to anyone who's worrying that I'm making Percy too OP too quickly, don't worry, I'm not. He was just able to defeat Gaea so easily because she had just killed Leo in front of him and was about to kill Annabeth. So, he got a power boost.
