Extra notes before we start:

If there is a [CUE - SONG NAME - SONG ARTIST] bit in the text, it's to get around the fact that you're not supposed to post lyrics in fanfiction anymore, and you are supposed to cue up the song in your method of choice while reading the scene.

Also, to compete with the word count of Loud House Revamped, the Fanfiction dot net version will have wiki articles attached at the end of most character introductions.

However, if a character does not have a canonical wiki article, or is an original character, I will post a brief profile of the character instead.

I know that in the first few chapters, the wiki articles will get a little overwhelming, but trust me on this one, okay? I know what I'm doing.

Because, after all, not everyone is going to know who the Digimon characters are, or what a Chaotic is, or definitely not what an Adventurer's Club or GEOWeasel is, so the wiki entries are there to make sure the audience knows who these characters are, what their purpose is in Crossover Chaos, and also to do the Loud House Revamped thing and also artificially inflate the wordcount.

Buuuut, it's mostly for people who are too lazy or don't have the proper adblockers for Fandom, so mostly for the sake of being convenient for those reading the story.

That being said, I hope you enjoy the story!

ARC ONE: WHO ARE WE?

PROLOGUE: ALL FALL DOWN

[CUE - HARD SUN - INDIO]

The Exoverse.

The place of infinite possibilities.

That was, until the Mo'heads tried to destroy it, and enslaved everyone in it.

Who are the Mo'heads, and what is the Exoverse, you may ask?

Read on, dear readers, read on...

THE MO'HEADS

Species Type: Avian

D&D Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Status: Very much alive, and very much running the place

THE EXOVERSE

Type of Existence: All

Status: Currently under control of the Mo'heads

[CUE - HIGHER LOVE - STEVE WINWOOD]

As our Paragons, and their friends and family, descended back into the Exoverse, they realized there was something wrong.

Socks noticed it first, as the technically still young Grendel had smelt it in the air.

Blood and diesel.

Something was wrong.

SOCKS

Original Series: Mission: Magic! (Filmation, 1972)

Original Voice Actor: Howard Morris

A young, adventurous, goofy lad, he is the comic relief of the Adventurer's Club, a group of six teenagers that go to an unnamed school in an unknown US state (could be either a middle school or high school, the small fandom calls it Sutherland High and put it in Wisconsin).

Socks is a Jughead-like figure, that wears a porkpie. He is considered not very bright, but has quite the sharp wit on him, and loves making puns.

In the Crossover Chaos universe, he is the Chaoslight, a Grendel, which is a tusked weredog alien from the planet Grendelonia, and the ruler of the aforementioned planet's people.

He is also trained in the ways of the Zephyrian Spellsword, thus the tattoos on his body in the Crossover Chaos universe.

Socks' eye twitched, as he flashed back to the man who he had seen in the Mo'head's eyes when they had killed him and the Paragons the first time.

Valo.

Stupid redneck son of a monkey! Socks thought, tears streaming down his face.

When I get my hands on his fat white neck...!

Antonia walked forth, looking around, and saw on the televisions floating in the space around them.

What she, and the other Paragons saw, were scenes of horror.

A lot of the Exoverse's people...

Not living quite as happy as lives as they used to be.

Some were enslaved, some were working themselves down to the bone, and others?

Well, they were being whipped to almost death.

Antonia could see her husband break down and cry, which was so out of his usual courageous, snarky character, that it worried her severely.

Antonia rushed forth, hugging Socks, as she shushed the crying Grendel, to try and make him not sob up a storm anymore.

"Oh dear Colmares..." Izzy whispered, her jaw dropped in absolute horror at the scenes on the televisions around them.

"We have to fix this..."

Character Origins
Appearance

Peyton has brown shaggy hair and green eyes. He wears a yellow T-shirt underneath a green and gray jacket. Peyton is also bigger than the other main protagonists, in height and width.
Personality and Behaviour

Peyton is a formidable Chaotic player. He speaks in slang and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the game and Perim. His intense opinions, his appearance, and his unorthodox style of battle as well as the way he expresses himself all lead to comedic situations. [2]

He looks funny, talks funny, and acts funny. He likes to test unusual theories and unexpected, near-random strategies in battle, which, shockingly, leads to victory more often than not. Though he loves to win - especially with his Mipedian Creatures - Peyton will also battle using some of Perim's freakiest Creatures, just to have the experience of transforming into them and "feeling their vibes."[2]

Peyton's prowess in the game of Chaotic is truly second to none and he has many friends in the domain of Perim including a young Danian. Despite being goofy, quirky, and an excessive eater as well as a true friend to many who admire his quirky attitude, he knows how 'to bring tha thunder.' When it comes to Chaotic, he knows how to 'look past the personalities and find the powers', and understands there is good and bad in every tribe.[2]
TV Show

Peyton has appeared in every episode since Unexpected, along with cameo roles in the first two episodes of Season 1.
Appearances

Welcome to Chaotic (Part One) Blink and you'll miss it. Peyton only features as a background character. When Tom enters Chaotic, before the girl appears next to him, Peyton walks by. Also, when Tom falls in the snow and says "Good thing nobody saw that," you can see Peyton laughing at Tom next to Kaz.
BattleTeam

Mainly based on Mipedians, his deck focuses on various unusual methods of winning, such as utilizing the seemingly non-existant hidden location abilities to get the edge on his opponent. His unorthodox style has made him a popular player in Chaotic.

Other Chaotic Players enjoy challenging him due to his expansive knowledge and great skills in the Drome.[2]
He is most often found in the Port Court, munching on the unique food provided.[2]

Description

Izzy is a computer expert and spends a large fraction of his time trying to figure stuff out on his "PiBook" laptop. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable, and often gets lost in thought while trying to figure out something new. He is extremely curious about the nature of the Digital World, and works ceaselessly to learn whatever there is to know about it. He is resourceful and dutiful, and quick to help his friends. He is somewhat socially awkward, even as a teenager when he is more confident in his ability. In the Japanese version, he is extremely polite.

Izzy lives with his adopted parents. He found out of his adoption by accident, causing him to distance himself from them, but eventually he accepted them as his true parents after they revealed the story of his adoption to him and told him about his birth parents.

Izzy is initially a member of the soccer club with Taichi "Tai" Kamiya and Sora Takenouchi, though he isn't particularly good at the sport. He later becomes the president of the computers club.

In the English dub, Izzy often says "Prodigious!"

In Digimon Adventure tri., Izzy became more focused on the infected Digimon they were currently facing which resulted in him getting stressed and fatigued. He is also a gadgeteer, through which he is able to invent Tai's new goggles and the virtual connection where all of their Digimon are able to enter by any computers, gadgets and machines. Izzy was revealed to speak French fluently during his parents' wedding anniversary when talking to Sora on his cellphone, at which she became completely annoyed at what he had said to her during their conversation.

Koushiro "Izzy" Izumi

Koushiro. Alternate romanization of "光子郎".
Izzy. Similar to "Izumi".

Story
Digimon Adventure

Izzy's real father was a genius mathematician. He and his wife died in a car crash when he was a baby. He was then adopted by Masami Izumi, a distant relative of Izzy's father, and his wife Kae. Prophecy One night, when Izzy couldn't sleep, he overheard his parents talking about him being adopted. After this shocking discovery, he began to subconsciously distant himself from his parents and focusing on his computer. Kabuterimon's Electro Shocker The Eighth Digivice

Izzy witnesses the battle between Red Greymon and Parrotmon.

In 1995, Izzy's family lived in Highton View Terrace. One night, he witnessed the battle between Red Greymon and Parrotmon. Digimon Adventure This event caused him to be chosen to be a new DigiDestined. The Ultimate Clash The destruction created by the battle caused it to be labeled a terrorist attack, and the Izumi's moved away from the area. Return to Highton View Terrace

Izzy brought his entire computer setup to summer camp, and is annoyed when none of it works due to the sudden snowstorm. To his chagrin, his technology won't work in the Digital World either. Once in the Digital World, Izzy is very curious about the nature of the Digital World and the Digimon, and tries to come up with theories to explain it all.

When the DigiDestined enter a factory, Izzy finds a large battery and enters. He wipes away a part of the hieroglyphics on the inner wall, causing the factory to stop production. He becomes the first to realize that everything, even the program, is living in the Digital World. He is also delighted to find out his computer works in this factory, and gets distracted trying to make sense of things. He even finds a code that activates his Digivice, though it burns Tentomon out. Izzy's skills with the computer soon prove to be extraordinarily useful for the group when, during the battle against Andromon, Tentomon suggests that Izzy reenter the code that activated his Digivice. When Izzy types it in, Tentomon digivolves into Kabuterimon and destroys the Black Gear affecting Andromon. Kabuterimon's Electro Shocker

When Devimon separates the DigiDestined, Izzy and Tentomon end up in the Ancient Dino Region. They find a temple, and Izzy recognizes the symbols on the ruins as being identical to those in the factory battery. He begins studying them, and is so preoccupied with his computer and his research that he barely notices when Mimi and Palmon arrive. Mimi is insulted by his indifference and runs away crying, with Tentomon in hot pursuit. When they both run into a maze, Izzy pulls out the map and locates Mimi's, directing them out of the maze and saving them when Centarumon attacks. A Clue From The Digi-Past

After he receives a message from Datamon, Izzy uses it to deduce that the Digital World is an alternate world that runs parallel to the Real World. He theorizes that the children may have left their bodies behind when they arrived in the Digital World (a theory that turns out to be false), but later warns Sora that dying in the Digital World would still be very real. After Datamon captures Sora, he figures that Datamon is still inside the pyramid, and helps Tai rescue her.

After Tai and MetalGreymon disappear following the battle against Etemon, Izzy and Tentomon break from the other DigiDestined in hopes of finding Gennai and getting some answers. They run into Vademon, who tricks Izzy into giving up his curiosity and regresses him to an accepting mind that does not question anything. During this state, he sends a message to Tai, telling him not to return to the Digital World. Tentomon frantically tries to get Izzy back to no avail; he slowly reverse digivolves back into Motimon and Pabumon before Izzy snaps out of it. Izzy gets his tag and crest and his curiosity back. In the ensuring battle, the Crest of Knowledge activates, and Kabuterimon Digivolves into MegaKabuterimon and defeats Vademon. No Questions, Please Following Izzy's fight with Vademon, Gennai loads his computer with the Digimon Analyzer. This program becomes invaluable when Izzy has to figure out the puzzle to Myotismon's special gate to the Real World. It's All In The Cards

Once the DigiDestined are back in the Real World, Gennai loads a couple of useful (and some not so useful) programs into Izzy's laptop. One program tracks the movement of Digimon; Izzy sees Raremon attacking Tokyo Bay and rushes out there with Tentomon to stop him. The Eighth Digivice Another program puts up a digital barrier, which stops the Bakemon from taking Izzy and his parents away. City Under Siege Gennai also tells Izzy that the source of Myotismon's power is in the Fuji TV station and describes a prophecy to him. The prophecy aids them in defeating VenomMyotismon; when Izzy reads the prophecy out loud, the group follows its lines. Angemon and Angewomon hit Matt and Tai with arrows of hope and light, which leads to Agumon and Gabumon warp digivolving into their Mega forms, which is of tremendous aid in the battle. Prophecy

In the lull between battles, Izzy's parents reveal to him that he was adopted, and tell him of his birth parents. Izzy apologize to them for being so distant, and they tell him they're happy to have him as their son. Prophecy

Izzy's Digimon Analyzer becomes a more valued asset as the DigiDestined battle the Dark Masters. With a loaded a database of Digimon profiles, Izzy can name and describes the characteristics of new Digimon they encounter. However, is proves to be a hindrance against Machinedramon, as Izzy's usage of the computer allows him to track their movements around his city. My Sister's Keeper

After Apocalymon is defeated, Izzy calculates that, because one day in the Digital World equals just one minute in the Real World, the DigiDestined could stay in the Digital World for 118 years. However, Gennai tells them that the time distortion was fixed with the defeat of Apocalymon, and that the solar eclipse would seal the barrier for an indefinite amount of time. Izzy says goodbye to Tentomon, thanking him for being a good friend. The Fate of Two Worlds
Digimon Adventure: Our War Game!

On March 4, 2000, Izzy discovers a Digi-egg infected with a computer virus on the internet, and rushes off to alert the others. He comes over to Tai's house to watch the battle unfold. He is deluged with the number of e-mails coming in, and frantically begs their audience to stop sending them, as their lag is slowing WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon down. After WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon DNA Digivolve into Omnimon and take out all of Diaboromon's clones, however, the remaining Diaboromon is too quick for Omnimon, always jumping away just as Omnimon spots it. Izzy comes up with a plan, forwarding all of the support emails to Diaboromon to slow him down. Omnimon manages to destroy Diaboromon just seconds before the nuclear missiles it launched would have detonated in Japan.
Digimon Adventure 02

On May 2000, Izzy arrives in the Digital World and gives up his Crest power to free the Digimon Sovereigns. As a result, Tentomon loses the power to become MegaKabuterimon. Fusion Confusion

Sometime before April 2001, Izzy leaves the soccer club and joins the computers club instead. He quickly becomes a respected member, and is appointed president of the club. Original Story: 2½ Year Break He becomes acquainted with Yolei Inoue, another member of the computer club, who looks up to him.

During all this time, Izzy keeps in touch with Gennai, sending him emails frequently.

As the new DigiDestined gather to battle the Digimon Emperor, Izzy mentors them and continues to play his technical role. He monitors the Digital World and alerts the new DigiDestined to upcoming troubles and problems. Izzy researches the new Digivices and figures they have three new functions, dubbing them the D-3s. Guardian Angel

In summer, Izzy is kidnapped into another dimension and regresses in age thanks to Wendigomon. The new DigiDestined reverse this. Digimon Adventure 02: Digimon Hurricane Landing!/Transcendent Evolution! The Golden Digimentals

After school is out for the summer, Izzy theorizes that the power of the D-3 is what really opens the gate to the Digital World. This theory proves to be correct, and gives the DigiDestined the ability to open up ports at any time and any location, rather than being limited to simply using the school's computer lab to move in and out of the Digital World. Ghost of a Chance After Izzy and Cody find the Digimon Emperor's base, the new DigiDestined decide to go to the Digital World and stay there until they defeat the Digimon Emperor. Matt and T.K. convince their father to chaperon a camping trip for Izzy, Matt and Tai as a cover up for the younger kids. Run Yolei Run Izzy later devises the plan to invade the Emperor's base; with Cody's information that a pipeline will cross paths with Ken's base, he directs Agumon and Gabumon to create a diversion. The Darkness Before Dawn

Sometime later, while Izzy monitors the Emperor's downed base, he discovers that it is about to explode. He alerts the new DigiDestined and keeps them updated on its condition while they're trying to stabilize it. Following ExVeemon and Stingmon's Digivolution into Paildramon, Izzy invites the new DigiDestined to his house, and explains how DNA Digivolution works and why the older DigiDestined's Digimon can't Digivolve past Champion anymore. United We Stand Fusion Confusion

Izzy later takes care of Poromon while Yolei is on a class trip to Kyoto. He visits Ken in his house to discuss Ken's past experiences with the Digital World and the Dark Ocean, and explains to him why the new DigiDestined's Digivices changed their shape and functions. After realizing that Poromon is tired from being in the Real World without his partner for so long, he hands Poromon over to Ken so he can take him to the Digital World to recharge. A Chance Encounter

On Christmas Day, as Control Spires and wild Digimon appear in the Real World, Izzy gathers all the Japanese DigiDestined in his room and explains the situation. He uses his computer setup to allow Gennai to materialize in the Real World. This allows Gennai to deliver the Harmonious One Azulongmon's power to the DigiDestined, so that their Digimon can once again reach their highest forms. Dramon Power Izzy, Kari and their Digimon are sent to Hong Kong to help the Asian DigiDestined round up all the loose Digimon and send them back to the Digital World. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 1

Izzy later aids the others in fighting the Daemon Corps and tracking down the children seeded with Dark Spores by Yukio Oikawa. He is present at Highton View Terrace when Oikawa gathers the Dark Spore children and is confronted by the DigiDestined. However, he remains behind when Oikawa, the children and the new DigiDestined enter the world of dreams. Oikawa's Shame When the world is engulfed by MaloMyotismon's darkness, he goes with older DigiDestined and their families to the site of the summer camp from which they were transported to the Digital World years ago. He and the older DigiDestined manage to reach the Digital World from there, and help defeat MaloMyotismon once and for all with the light of their Digivices. A Million Points of Light
Digimon Adventure 02: Revenge of Diaboromon

On March 2003, Izzy is responsible for the planning and execution of the attacks on Diaboromon. He is the one who gathers all the DigiDestined to help defeat Diaboromon and stop the havoc it wreaked on the Internet and the Real World. He is able to decipher Diaboromon's plan to send Kuramon into the Real World and sends the DigiDestined to go capture them.
Digimon Adventure tri.
After Digimon Fusion

By the year 2028, Izzy sets up a research team with Jim Kido and Haruhiko Takenouchi to study more of the Digital World than what the human population already knows. He has a daughter, with a Motimon. A Million Points of Light

Notes and references

The credits for Digimon Adventure (Movie) list Ai Nagano, Shizuka Okohira, Syoko Kikuchi, and You Sugimoto as voicing "Children" without specifying roles.
In the Japanese version of Adventure 02, it is stated the show starts in the first day of the school year, which in the real-world format of the Japanese class system would imply that he was instead age 12 at the start of the series.
His Digimon Adventure 02 profile in the Memorial Book states "7th grader in Odaiba middle school. 13 years old."

In Crossover Chaos, Izzy is a transgender woman, and goes by her English dub name of "Izzy". She is married to Elaine (Joe) and is on the autism spectrum, and is also an ace lesbian. She, in Crossover Chaos, is also in her late 30s to early 40s. She has a similar personality to her canonical selves, and now has a habit of raising her finger when she explains something.

"Those bastards must've been busy capturing and enslaving everyone..." Trippz said, her feline ears perked as she looked around, now suddenly alert by the Exoverse's new state.

Socks pointed at Franklin, who yelped when Socks pointed at him.

So much panic had gone through Franklin's mind, because they had just come back from the dead, did he really need to be even more scared?

"Franklin! Look at your holophone!" Socks shouted, rousing Franklin out of his thoughts.

"Tell us what the time is, and how much time has passed!"

Franklin nodded, sweating nervously, and then looked at the date.

Approximately a week had passed since they had been killed and brought back to life.

"...A week?" Socks shouted, questioning Franklin's response in astonishment.

Original Series: Mission: Magic! (Filmation, 1972)

In Crossover Chaos, he is a Mozambican Elf (a Black Elf, basically), and is married to Harvey, a fellow Adventurer's Club member. He is considerably more mechanically inclined and also more skittish then canon.

"How the bloody hell has it been a bloody week?!" Christian Brutal Sniper asked, his tone dripping with feralistic anger, very typical of him and his mental state. "It felt like a day... or something!"

Biography

Christian Brutal Sniper was once a RED Sniper working at 2fort, until members of BLU Team kidnapped him and tortured the Sniper until his death.

The dead corpse was presumably buried by a RED Spy, a friend of his. However, Christian's hand emerged from the grave, and he got away with his friend.

Christian's "Origins" look

The duo arrived at a place filled with various melee weapons and some firearms, an arsenal Christian Brutal Sniper and his friend used to relentlessly kill the same BLU members who had killed him in the past.

While finishing off the last member of the team, a BLU Spy, who was disguised as the RED Spy, knocked Christian out and tied him to the chair before burning the place to the ground, along with himself. As the place burned, the real RED Spy managed to save Christian Brutal Sniper from the flames. This event would mark the beginning of his gruesome acts.

Christian Brutal Sniper then wandered around the world torturing and murdering as most victims as possible, continually getting blood on the RED Spy's suit. He encountered various other TF2 Monsters which he apparently killed with little effort. He eventually met another relentless, smooth killer, Gentlespy. After both mutilating a BLU Spy, they became friends as Gentlespy was gifted a Kunai by Christian.
Personality and Behaviour

Christian Brutal Sniper is in many ways the archetypal psychopath, generally seen as a happy and unworried individual, even when butchering helpless victims. He all too well enjoys dismembering his victims and spraying high amounts of blood everywhere, even when his face is covered by it. He doesn't mind having tons of dead corpses around him, and possibly even likes it.

CBS seems to have an undying love for close-combat weapons, especially swords, blades, machetes, axes and knives, generally for their ability to immerse himself in the bloodshed. He seems to own an endless supply of them, and enjoys creating new weapons from the remains of old ones.

However, he gets very angry when a victim is unaffected by his attacks in one way or another, and responds by using more and more weapons at a time. He will not be satisfied until the victim dies; he'll do anything for an extreme slaughter.

Christian's favourite hobby is to find helpless victims to dismember. Typically, this starts with him appearing out of thin air, hanging from the ceiling or the sky. After being affected by gravity, he will land on a random person and start dismembering him/her with a random melee weapon, usually pulled out of nowhere.

While splattering blood everywhere and cutting the limbs off the victim, an eye-witness will generally continue staring in fear and confusion. Then Christian Brutal Sniper will usually notice this, and then go for the kill of said person. Occasionally, before making this final kill, he will reassure these victims, making them think they have no need to worry.
Powers and Abilities

Christian Brutal Sniper's main ability is his fearsome strength. He is able to wield one-handed greatswords and axes like small knives and dismember people in just one swing. He knows most of the secrets of melee combat and is able to preform any technique with swords in order to dismember the most victims possible.

Christian also possesses an apparently limitless arsenal composed mainly of melee weapons of all kinds. This, and his ability to take them out of nowhere make him an unpredictable and formidable swordsman.

CBS's Arrow Bazooka

In addition, he has the ability to appear out of thin air, usually hanging from the ceiling or the skies. Should someone break his fall, he will break them apart in turn, even larger people such as a Heavy.

Furthermore, he also owns an Arrow Bazooka (a Direct Hit loaded with Huntsman arrows) is a secondary weapon in his arsenal and one of his main methods of ranged combat. It is mostly used for impaling enemies to walls from long distances.
Faults and Weaknesses

Christian Brutal Sniper often concentrates so thoroughly on slaughter that he forgets to defend himself. Should anyone manage to slip a successful attack against CBS, it could easily be deadly.
CBS focuses almost exclusively on fighting hand-to-hand, so using ranged weapons may be effective in keeping him away, at least for a little while. However, this weakness is usually counteracted by his surprisingly effective tactic of throwing his weapons at distant targets.
Whereas his physical strength is inhuman, his durability seems to be only slightly better than that of a regular Sniper.

The RED Spy

"You got blood on my-
Uuugh..."
— The RED Spy to Christian Brutal Sniper

There is a RED Spy that apparently follows Christian Brutal Sniper in his massacres, and is the only person who Christian has never attacked or even threatened to attack.

He attends to the butchering while cloaked and only uncloaks to tell CBS that "he got blood on his suit", something that almost always happens due to CBS's tendency to splat blood everywhere, but often shuts his mouth after realizing what could happen to him if he angers Christian.

Christian Brutal Sniper appears to be oblivious to the RED Spy that follows him anywhere, except when he needs his help (if given the rare case he does), where he acts as a superior, shouting orders at him madly.
Trivia

CBS's theme is, coincidentally, the same theme as that of another Freak, Dr. Noooo.
Every time Christian Brutal Sniper throws a weapon away because it's no longer needed, it always seems to hit an unfortunate onlooker, usually a Scout.
Christian might like cats; he saved one by killing the person who was about to kill the cat with a knife.
CBS's Arrow Bazooka never actually made an appearance in his original videos, but he's been seen wielding it in a few fanmade videos.
It is rumoured that the RED Spy who accompanies him has developed to be Gentlespy, after "adapting" to CBS's bloodthirsty personality. However, there's currently no evidence for that save for the fact they seem to be good friends.
There is a divided opinion on what model is used for Christian Brutal Sniper's appearance. Currently, users are divided between the original appearance, and his 'Origins' appearance, and there seems to be no clear-cut decision as to which one is the canon model.

In Crossover Chaos, he is Jessica Slott's husband, and is slightly more tame then his canonical counterpart due to Jessica "taming" him. He also has the ability to become a Naga in the Crossover Chaos universe, which Jess seems to like (this could be of personal interest of her author).

Izzy raised her finger, as everyone prepared themselves for the knowledge she was about to infodump onto them.

"Time passes by faster here then it does in the afterlife. A day in the afterlife equals a week in the Exoverse, give or take some temporal differences and universal rules."

Elaine shook her head, rubbing her temples.

"Okay, but we've been gone for a week. How'd they enslave the entire Exoverse in such a short amount of time?"

Izzy paused.

And then answered in a sassy way.

"Oh, the Mo'heads have their ways."

Description

At a glance, Joe appears to be a a flighty boy and a nervous wreck, panicking over little things (in the dub, he has a tendency to feel "allergic" to everything around him). This stems from Joe's strong sense of responsibility, in addition to being the oldest of the group. He acts as the voice of reason and tries, often without success, to steer the other DigiDestined away from danger and tries to find a safer way. His "safety first" attitude is often the source of teasing from others specially Gomamon, who teases him the most but all the DigiDestined respect and trust Joe for being reliable. His reliability is shown whenever Joe will not hesitate to put his life over the others (for example, he saves T.K. from drowning). Teasing aside, the DigiDestined respect and trust Joe because they know he can be relied on to be selfless and brave when problems arise. During the time the Infected Digimon start showing up, Joe is struggling in school, leading him to focus on studying more than on assisting the team. This anxiety builds until Joe is confronted by Gomamon, who, feeling unable to help, leaves Joe, causing Joe to reevaluate his priorities and make up with Gomamon.

Despite his flightiness, Joe is very intelligent and has practical knowledge of first aid and astronomy. He is also extremely clumsy, and often finds himself falling on his face or dropping things. He eventually becomes much more mellow and level-headed, though the clumsiness remains. Joe is the youngest brother of his family, who follow a strong tradition of being doctors. His eldest brother, Shin, studies medicine, while his second older brother Shuu, studies anthropology under Sora's father's tutelage. In the dub, his brothers were merged into a single character named Jim Kido.

Saddened but inspired by Leomon's sacrifice, Joe follows Mimi as she decides to gather all their Digimon friends to help them in the final battle again Piedmon. Ogremon's Honor

Later, having gathered reinforcements, Joe and Mimi encounter Elecmon at the ruined Primary Village, possessing Matt's harmonica. This inspires Joe to leave Mimi with the other Digimon while he searches for Matt. When the new DigiDestined become trapped in an underwater oil platform, the DigiDestined send Cody in an emergency pod, telling him to call Joe. Cody is crushed that he had to go against his ideals, and thinks he is not worthy of the newly-uncovered Digi-Egg of Reliability. However, Joe assures him that one white lie to save his friends doesn't mean he isn't honest or reliable, allowing Cody to activate the Digi-Egg. 20,000 Digi-Leagues Under the Sea

In Crossover Chaos, Joe is a transgender woman, who goes by the name of Elaine. She has a ton of co-morbidities (a reference to the English dub), and has Disassociative Identity Disorder, with two alters, one being her 12 year old self, and the other being herself from many Exoverses ago, the Deathblade. She is also a lesbian, and has a similar personality to her canonical self as Elaine or Joe, but not as Deathblade, which is more of a Doomguy-style personality. She, in Crossover Chaos, is also in her 40s.

Despite his flaws, Tai is very caring and considerate of others, even if his actions may cause some people to think otherwise. It takes time for him to learn how to be a leader, but eventually he grows into the unifying force that leads all the other DigiDestined and keeps them together. As a teenager, Tai acts like the mellow and experienced mentor to the new Digidestined. He is less brash but still easygoing.

Tai is very close to Kari and very protective of her, in part because of their past experiences. On her part, Kari idolizes Tai and confides in him even when they are older. Tai and Kari used to share a room, but sometime between Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02 Kari has moved to another room.

Tai's oldest friend is Sora Takenouchi, who has been in the same class as him since the first grade. In elementary school, they are both regulars in the soccer club. His closest friend is Koushiro "Izzy" Izumi, who he met at the soccer club. As the adventurous leader of the group, Tai is always the first to jump into action, though it often throws him into the path of danger. His ideas often conflict to the more rational and cautious Matt, which leads them to fight. Despite this, the two are close friends.

In Digimon Adventure tri., Tai's usual focus on the "big picture" leads him to become more cautious about battling after seeing the destruction caused by the Digimon's battles, and his resolve falters against the risk of collateral damage. When it becomes clear that Digimon like Alphamon will only cause more damage if they aren't stopped, Tai makes the decision to fight against them, but he still remains uneager to battle. Reunion

Story
Digimon Adventure

Tai is the first and oldest child of Susumu and Yuuko Kamiya. Much like the other Digidestined, he and his little sister, Kari, and pet cat Miko lived in Highton View Terrace. He and Kari receive a Digi-Egg, which eventually hatches into Botamon. Botamon digivolves quickly to Koromon, becoming their first experience with Digimon. Both Tai and Kari become friends with Koromon before he digivolves into BigAgumon and takes Kari on a ride, while Tai desperately follows. Agumon digivolves to RedGreymon to protect them from Parrotmon at Highton View Terrace, though he is beaten. Using Kari's whistle, Tai manages to revive RedGreymon long enough for both him and Parrotmon to destroy each other. Digimon Adventure This event leads to Tai, as well as Kari, being chosen as one of the DigiDestined, something they theorize once they return to the scene Return to Highton View Terrace, and confirmed by a separate entity who possesses Kari. The Ultimate Clash.

When Kari is four or five years old, she gets pneumonia, and Tai, not realizing the severity of her illness, takes her outside to play. His mother gets upset and slaps his face. Tai relives these painful memories when Kari gets sick once more while facing the Dark Masters. My Sister's Keeper

When attending summer camp, it begins to snow. Tai, along with Matt, Sora, Izzy, Mimi Tachikawa, Joe Kido, and Takeru "T.K." Takaishi, find devices hurtling out of the sky, which they would later find to be called Digivices. All seven are then swept into the Digital World.

Tai awakens to find Koromon sitting on him. Not remembering his previous encounter with Koromon, he freaks out but eventually comes to trust Koromon, and the two become friends and partners. After meeting up with Izzy, Tai goes up a tree to get their bearings but finds that he doesn't know where they are. Joining his fellow campers, each of whom have their own partners, they are attacked by Kuwagamon and their Digimon digivolve to Rookie, his Koromon to Agumon. Their efforts, however, result in them being thrown off a cliff, though Gomamon saves them. And so it begins... When Shellmon attacks as they rest at a beach, only Agumon's attacks work as he was the only one to eat, though he doesn't fare well. In order to help, Tai decides to provide a distraction and is caught while doing so. The rush of anger and protectiveness that Agumon feels spurs his Digivolution into the Champion form Greymon, who defeats Shellmon. The Birth of Greymon

Tai continues to lead the group on their journey, getting into fights but generally blazing the trail. After the group gets separated by Devimon, Tai and Agumon manage to befriend Frigimon, who takes them to another island, where they find Matt and Gabumon. Tai gets into an argument with Matt about their next option; Matt wants to search for the others while Tai wants to head straight to Infinity Mountain. Their words come to blows, only broken up by Mojyamon. Subzero Ice Punch!

Tai and Matt return to Primary Village in time to protect T.K. from a Black Gear-affected Leomon. They subsequently defeat Devimon and are told by Gennai to head to the Server Continent. The Legend of the DigiDestined Along the way, they find the Tags to their Crests but are attacked by Etemon on the Continent itself. The DigiDestined manage to escape into a tunnel, where Tai finds his Crest of Courage. The Dark Network of Etemon This discovery brings him arrogance, however, as well as the ambition to get Agumon to digivolve into Ultimate. His reckless measures get him into trouble by first overfeeding Agumon and then walking deliberately into trouble, knowing that danger is what causes their partners to digivolve. His actions cause Agumon to dark digivolve to SkullGreymon, who causes disaster by rampaging around and taking out Garurumon, Birdramon, and Kabuterimon before regressing into an exhausted Koromon. The Arrival of Skullgreymon As a result, both of them lose their confidence until Piximon arrives and forces them to face their doubts. Tai is reminded of the time when he tried to learn how to ride a bike and realizes that despite all the hardship, all of the pain, he needs to come back after suffering defeat. The Piximon Cometh

Returning to his cocky attitude, it is only bolstered when Izzy announces that they are in the Digital World, possibly leaving their bodies behind. Due to this, Tai throws caution to the wind and acts as reckless as he did before, believing that he can't really be harmed. Right before he walks through an electrified fence, Izzy snaps him out of it, telling him that dying in the Digital World still means real death and causing Tai to suddenly start becoming fearful. His hesitation costs him; Etemon attacks and prevents him from rescuing Sora and Biyomon, held captive by Datamon. The Prisoner of the Pyramid When the DigiDestined mount another assault on Etemon's base to rescue Sora, however, Tai learns to get over his fears, to walk forward anyway in the face of danger to save his friend, and in doing so truly learns what Courage is about. He successfully manages to save Sora and when faced with Etemon fused with his Dark Network, Tai walks forward with Greymon at his side to fight. His unflinching courage causes his Crest to shine and lets Greymon digivolve to MetalGreymon. MetalGreymon defeats Etemon, but Etemon's massive energy causes a dimensional rift to open, into which Tai and MetalGreymon are sucked. The Earthquake of MetalGreymon

The warp leads back to the Real World. Tai returns home and relaxes for a bit while taking care of Kari, but he realizes that not only has little time passed but also that his friends haven't returned. Digimon then begin appear, though only he, Agumon, and his sister can see them. He receives a message from Izzy, who warns him not to come back to the Digital World, but Tai knows that he must go back to fix the balance. When Tai sees an Ogremon, Koromon digivolves into Agumon and a dimensional warp opens. Agumon knows he must return, and Tai, torn between his sister and his duty, tells Kari that he must go despite her pleas. He willingly enters the rift back to the Digital World. Home Away From Home

Upon his re-entry, Tai finds the group in severe disarray. Time moves much quicker, and months have passed in the Digital World though only hours have in the Real World. The entire team has broken up, mainly to look for him, and are moving their separate ways. Tai first locates T.K., who has been left alone by the rest of the group, and manages to convince him to reconcile with his partner, Patamon, rather than be manipulated by DemiDevimon. Forget About It! With T.K. and their partners, Tai leads them to a diner, where they find Matt and Joe, rescuing them from Digitamamon. WereGarurumon's Diner He joins Joe in looking and finds Mimi, managing to convince her to leave her princess life with the Otamamon and Gekomon. Princess Karaoke

By now, Myotismon has emerged as the next great threat, and he is in search of the eighth DigiDestined child. The DigiDestined pursue him to the Real World through Myotismon's special gate. Though Myotismon uses a spell, Izzy manages to use his knowledge of Digimon as well as of the ten cards Gennai gives them to figure out which of the nine slots eight of the cards should go. At the last moment, Tai chooses the correct card by sheer luck, and they return to the Real World. It's All In The Cards Throughout this time, Tai manages to hide Agumon from his family, though when Gatomon, at first an enemy, reveals that she is Kari's partner, and that Kari is the eighth DigiDestined they've been searching for, Tai is shocked. The Eighth Child Revealed When Gatomon is captured and Myotismon stages an all out attack to round up all the children to force Gatomon to identify her partner, he and Greymon whisk Kari to safety, though he is unable to save his parents. Entrusting Kari to Matt, Tai attempts to rescue the trapped citizens but only manages to make it in time to regroup with the DigiDestined for a final assault on Myotismon. Flower Power

Though Myotismon is first defeated due to Wizardmon's sacrifice, he instead digivolves to VenomMyotismon. The DigiDestined believe that the key to defeating VenomMyotismon is to have Angemon and Angewomon shoot Tai and Matt with arrows of hope and light. Prophecy Both of them agree, and Agumon and Gabumon warp digivolve into WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, Mega Digimon who, with help, manage to defeat VenomMyotismon. Prophecy Thinking that it is finally over, the DigiDestined are shocked to see the Digital World appear in the sky. Though they are finally home, the DigiDestined decide to go back to protect both worlds they love. All eight of them open another warp and go back to the Digital World to restore the balance while tearfully saying farewell to their families. The Battle for Earth

The Dark Masters emerge as the major enemy, and it is revealed that they were the ones who warped and rebuilt the Digital World into Spiral Mountain. Tai believes that they are strong, but each of the Dark Masters prove themselves even stronger, with their leader, Piedmon, effortlessly defeating WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. As Piximon whisks them to safety, he tells them that they must become strong, right before he sacrifices himself to buy them time to flee. Enter The Dark Masters Tai takes this to mean that they must become physically strong, and he orders the group to defeat a Shellmon as Rookies when they needed to be Champions before. Sea-Sick and Tired In his quest for strength, he loses sight of his friends, and when Whamon sacrifices himself to allow WarGreymon to defeat the Dark Master MetalSeadramon, Tai doesn't allow himself to mourn, preferring instead to move forward. Playing Games His actions strain Matt's trust in him. Matt's doubts allow Cherrymon to successfully play on his fears and turn Matt against him. It culminates in Tai and Matt getting into a fistfight as their Digimon clash in the skies. Their battle ultimately causes a rift in the friends. Matt leaves to reevaluate his place in the group, while Mimi can't deal with the drama and the fighting and strikes off on her own, while Joe goes with her to make sure she is safe. The Ultimate Clash The group are attacked by Puppetmon and his RedVeggiemon army, but they manage to drive him off. Ogremon's Honor

While split, Kari falls ill, and Tai frantically searches for a cure for his sister. Leaving Kari in Sora and T.K.'s care, he heads to a city with Izzy, not knowing that it is the Dark Master Machinedramon's domain. When they are thwarted time and time again by Machinedramon, Tai grows ever more impatient and finally snaps at Izzy. He then calms down and recounts a time when he forced a sick Kari to play outside with him, worsening her sickness and causing his mother to reprimand him. Realizing that panic would not help, Tai instead focuses on doing right. My Sister's Keeper

After defeating Machinedramon and about to face Piedmon, Tai, with all of his personal growth in his adventures, acts with true knowledge of a leader. Looking at the big picture, he refuses to let Agumon digivolve to WarGreymon to fight Piedmon's bodyguard LadyDevimon, instead allowing MegaKabuterimon and Angewomon take care of her while stating that Agumon needs to save his strength for Piedmon. He also sends Sora and T.K. to look for Matt, knowing that the presence of all the DigiDestined would be needed for the final battle. Joe's Battle Tai and WarGreymon manage to hold the line against Piedmon until Matt returns, and the two reconcile, with Matt's Crest of Friendship healing WarGreymon's wounds. The Crest of Friendship Unfortunately, Piedmon proves to be too strong and captures him, Matt, and their partners by turning them into keychains. MagnaAngemon, Patamon's Ultimate form, saves them, and they manage to defeat Piedmon, only for Apocalymon to appear.

Apocalymon turns out to be a formidable foe, destroying their Crests and managing to turn them into free-floating data. With encouragement from their partners, however, Tai remembers the incredible odds they overcame and the strength within them, and he finds that the power of Courage lies within him. Now Apocalymon It gives him the strength to return to normal and lead the charge against Apocalymon, who they manage to defeat after finding their conviction.

Unfortunately, the solar eclipse marks the rebirth of the Digital World. In the English version, it is thought that the gate would never reopen, stranding the DigiDestined in the Digital World. The Japanese version posits that the Digital World may see them as foreign elements as it tries to recover and attempt to delete them. Either way, the DigiDestined must leave their partners. Tai and Agumon reminisce at the spot where they fought Seadramon, joking and ribbing at each other. At that point, Tai, along with the other DigiDestined, say goodbye to their partners as they take a trolley back home. The Fate of Two Worlds
Digimon Adventure: Anode/Cathode Tamer

During the December after their adventures, the DigiDestined and their partners are captured by Millenniummon and held hostage. Only Agumon is spared, and it is he who brings Ryo Akiyama to the Digital World. Tai is the last DigiDestined to be rescued, only being saved when Ryo finally defeats Millenniummon in his Lair. Tai reunites with Agumon and thanks Ryo for his help before returning to the Real World.
Digimon Adventure: Our War Game!

Sometime after these adventures, an email Tai was sending to Sora to apologize for a gift becomes blocked because of a mysterious Digimon on the Internet. Izzy comes over to Tai's house to help. They contact Gennai, who sends Agumon and Tentomon into the Internet to battle the rapidly digivolving Digimon. Despite the fact that communications are disrupted and that most DigiDestined are busy, Tai manages to contact Matt and T.K. They send Patamon and Gabumon to help against the Digimon, who has digivolved into Infermon and defeated Greymon and Kabuterimon while they attempted to digivolve into MetalGreymon and MegaKabuterimon.

During these events, Infermon infects the Pentagon's missile systems and launches two nuclear missiles, commanding them to strike Colorado and Tai's house in an attempt to kill him. Tentomon and Patamon are knocked out of the battle, and Agumon and Gabumon warp digivolve into WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, but they are slowed by the many emails kids from around the world send in encouragement. In frustration, Tai smacks the computer screen and causes the connection to crash. After rebooting, Tai finds a near comatose WarGreymon, with Infermon nowhere to be seen. With more encouragement, however, they set out toward Infermon, who has now digivolved into Diaboromon and is multiplying to mask his original body. The emails from around the world still slow WarGreymon, and Tai, feeling for his partner's broken state, somehow manages to transport himself into the Internet along with Matt. Between their power and the strength of the world's children, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon DNA digivolve into Omnimon, and, with the aid of the very same emails which slowed his Digimon, manage to defeat Diaboromon in time to stop the nuclear missile from detonating. Tai and Izzy nearly collapse from exhaustion as Sora, who finally gets Tai's apology email, forgives him.
Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers

Not long afterward, Ryo is called to the Digital World to take care of the last remaining Diaboromon clone, but the task is actually a ruse by Millenniummon to call Ryo back to the Digital World. Millenniummon cleaves the Digital World in two, petrifying Tai and Agumon in the process. Once Millenniummon in his final Moon=Millenniummon is defeated, Tai and Agumon are released.
Digimon Adventure 02: D-1 Tamers

A short time later, Ryo is recalled to the Digital World to participate in the D-1 Tournament. Tai is the master of Grade 1, fielding WarGreymon, Triceramon, and Cyclomon. After Ryo defeats Tai, he reveals that the entire tournament was organized by the Harmonious Ones in order to train Ryo to defeat Millenniummon, who has revived once more. Tai asks Ryo to forgive them for the deception, despite the fact that he didn't know of the lie in the first place, and to not blame the Harmonious Ones. He only recieves stony silence in response, and he leaves with the other DigiDestined and Tamers.
Digimon Adventure 02

After these events, Gennai calls Tai and the rest of the DigiDestined to the Digital World in order to give up his Crest power to fully revitalize the Digital World with a protective barrier. As a result, Agumon loses the ability to become MetalGreymon and WarGreymon. Fusion Confusion

While in middle school, Tai senses that Agumon is in trouble. He mysteriously manages enters the Digital World and tries to aid his partner along with Patamon and Gatomon, he finds a cave that has a Digi-Egg with the Crest of Courage on it. Though he fails at lifting it up, his attempt causes three points of light to rise and fly off, which are the three Digivices that Davis Motomiya, Cody Hida, and Yolei Inoue receive. After the battle with Monochromon, Tai also gives Davis his goggles, since Davis broke his square goggles in the battle. Enter Flamedramon

Along with the other older DigiDestined, act as mentors to the younger generation and gives them a helping hand when needed. When Agumon is enslaved by the Digimon Emperor, who by this point has been revealed as Ken Ichijouji, Tai joins the younger DigiDestined in their efforts to free him. Thanks to Wormmon, Agumon is freed and has a reunion with Tai, only for Agumon to be stolen away once more through the agency of the Dark Spiral. The Captive Digimon After Tai and Matt get into their customary fist-fight, which knocks him to his senses, he joins the group as they find the Digi-Egg of Friendship. Despite the fact that the Digimon Emperor now uses MetalGreymon against them, Tai tells the younger DigiDestined to remove the Evil Spiral. Davis doesn't understand how he could see his partner be hurt, but Tai and Matt teach Davis the important lesson that sometimes he has to hurt a friend in order to help them, as they are doing with MetalGreymon. Storm Of Friendship

After the Digimon Kaiser's fall, Tai is captured by Wendigomon along with the other older DigiDestined and trapped in another dimension. Tai regresses in age during his captivity but is released with Wendigomon's defeat. Digimon Hurricane Landing!

All of the DigiDestined meet for the anniversary of Myotismon's defeat. There, they hear the prophecy that Wizardmon's ghost leaves. Ghost of a Chance The younger DigiDestined decide to remain in the Digital World in order to find Ken's base. Tai, Matt, Izzy, and Matt's dad Hiroaki Ishida go on a camping trip to cover the time they spend away while joining Izzy in his role as the group's mission control. Run Yolei Run

As Christmas approaches, Tai and the rest of the DigiDestined go to one of Matt's concerts but are interrupted by a full scale invasion on the Real World. A Very Digi Christmas The DigiDestined are then empowered by the Harmonious One Azulongmon so that their Digimon can once again reach their highest forms. Dramon Power Tai, T.K., Agumon, and Patamon go to France where they meet fellow DigiDestined Catherine and her Floramon partner; together they take care of Mamemon, BigMamemon, MetalMamemon, and Giromon as well as the Control Spire and are rewarded with a kiss from Catherine. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 2

As the Dark Spore children are harvested by Yukio Oikawa, Tai and the rest of the older DigiDestined in Japan return to the summer camp where they first began their journey, remaining Dark Spore children and families in tow. When the lights of the world's DigiDestined begin to shine, a portal opens up, and Tai and the rest take the wave back to the Digital World and the final battle site, where they stand witness as MaloMyotismon is defeated once and for all. A Million Points of Light
Digimon Adventure 02: Revenge of Diaboromon

By this point, Tai seems to assume the role of leader for all the DigiDestined. Izzy, however, has more of an understanding of what's going on. Thus, when Tai hears the news of how Diaboromon survived, he and Matt go into the Internet to fight it. Their Digimon DNA digivolve into Omnimon, and they beat him with the help of T.K., Angemon, Kari, and Angewomon. After their victory on the Internet, the war in the real world begins as a huge number of Kuramon break out of the internet and merge into Armageddemon. Thanks to Angewomon, Omnimon blasts his way out of the Internet, yet his attack misses the creature by mere inches. Tai and Matt fall off their Digimon's shoulders. When they get up, they can't believe what a monster they are going be fighting. Omnimon is ready and attacks, but even he is not powerful enough and is defeated.

Tai loses hope as he stares at his defeated Digimon, who is the strongest Digimon they have. He and Matt stand motionless after a powerful blast from their opponent. It is only after Sora shakes them out of it that Tai starts to try and give his confidence and hope to Imperialdramon Fighter Mode, the second most powerful Digimon after Omnimon. Imperialdramon, however, is defeated even more quickly. Through everyone's hopes, however, the Omni Blade bestows upon Imperialdramon his Paladin Mode, who defeats Armageddemon. This action releases a Kuramon swarm, and Tai is one of many who use their Digivices to return the Kuramon back to the net.
Digimon Adventure tri.

Three years later in 2005, Tai is now a second year high school student.

As Kari wakes Tai up, Davis, Yolei, Cody, and Ken are defeated and captured by Alphamon. After waking up, Tai realises that he would be late for Soccer practice, and so rushes off without taking his lunch, though still takes his Digivice with him. After practice, Kari brings his lunch for him, and the rest of the Soccer team suddenly spring into action wanting to show off to Tai's sister. A few hours later during school, Tai's teacher, Daigo Nishijima, chastises him for being the only student to not turn in his list of future goals, and so is told to see Daigo in his office later in the day as Sora and Matt tell him off as well. As Tai eats his lunch, Matt invites him to his concert with his new band Knife of Day, with Tai finding the name hilarious. Tai however can't attend as he has a Soccer game at the same time. When Tai goes to Daigo's office, he steals Daigo's doughnut, and is only able to state that his goal is to see his faraway friend again (referring to Agumon, as the DigiPorts had permanently closed a year earlier), which Daigo misconstrues as Tai wanting to see a friend in a foreign Country and suggests Tai study another language to open up his avenues for the future. Tai then attempts to invite Izzy to his Soccer match, though Izzy is unable to due to having prior obligations with his family. This upsets Tai as he realises only Kari will be able to attend the match due to that, Matt's concert, and Joe's studying, and so Izzy jokingly invites Mimi to come and watch Tai's game, and to their surprise she agrees and books a flight, stating that Izzy and Tai will cover the price of her flight (which would cost over $1000). Things get even worse for Tai as Kari is unable to watch it either due to a friend's birthday party. Tai hides his feelings and pretends not to care that none of his friends would be at his game, though Kari easily sees through and this tries to call him out on it, though gives up due to Tai's stubbornness.

As Tai and the Soccer team prepare for the match, Kuwagamon suddenly realises in the Real World and attacks Tai, and Tai ditches the team to chase it around the City on his bike. Kuwagamon continuously attacks Tai, causing large amounts of damage to the City and Tai realises that Kuwagamon is specifically targeting Tai. As Kuwagamon continues to cause more damage in its attempt to kill Tai, Tai becomes pissed off as he assumes that the good Digimon would get blamed. Tai tries to lead Kuwagamon away from the City to prevent any causalities, however Tai isn't able to get very far as Kuwagamon destroys his bike. Just as Kuwagamon is about to achieve its goal and murder Tai, Agumon suddenly appears and protects Tai, and after their delighted reunion, Agumon digivolves to Greymon and fights Kuwagamon. During their fight Greymon notes that Kuwagamon is stronger than when they last fought and as they continue to fight they suddenly go into a distortion in reality and are transported to the airport. As Tai tries to find Greymon, Kari rings him and tells him that Greymon and Kuwagamon were seen fighting at the airport, and as Tai makes his way there Daigo suddenly tells him to get into his car and drives him there. As Tai reaches the battle he sees that Greymon has been defeated by Kuwagamon, and Kuwagamon once again tries to murder Tai. Greymon uses the last of his strength to block the attack, saving Tai, and Greymon reverts back to Agumon. T.K., Sora, Matt, Izzy, Kari, and their Digimon arrive at the scene and join the battle - however things get worse when two more Kuwagamon arrive through distortions to fight the DigiDestined. The group (sans Agumon) all digivolve to Champion and are able to kill two of the Kuwagamon, however the third one defeats Garurumon and is killed by Alphamon, who's hand appears through a distortion, just as Kuwagamon is about to deal the killing blow to Garurumon. Mimi arrives after the battle and demands Tai pay for her flight, though admits she's joking and was moving back to Japan as her Dad had taken a new job in Japan, so was moving back already. Maki Himekawa then drives them all back home, as Hackmon watches from afar. As Tai feared, people blamed the DigiDestined's Digimon as well as the Kuwagamon, which pisses Tai off, although Tai has to hold back Matt who was about to beat up a group of students after they stated they wish all Digimon would die.

Later, both Mimi, and a new student Meiko Mochizuki, transfer into Tai's school, and Meiko transfers into Tai's class. Joe finally joins the rest of the group as they discuss the situation. Tai and Matt clash over how to deal with the problem, and Matt storms off. After school Daigo reveals to Matt and Tai that he works for the government and explains that a distortion field had appeared between the Real World and the Digital World, and so Digimon had been using it as a gateway to get to the Real World. The government had been dealing with it so far, but as more and more powerful Digimon showed up, which he referred to as Infected Digimon, they needed the help of the DigiDestined. Later that night, Tai ponders if Matt was right and he was wrong, and Agumon tells Tai he believes in him to figure things out as Tai worries about the destruction they cause with their battles, worrying that he will one day be responsible for the death of a human. The next day Izzy invites the group over to his office, and Tai explains what he had learned from Daigo to the rest of the group. Izzy then reveals that he had created a cyberspace to allow their Digimon to transfer through devices such as laptops and phones to allow them to travel to and from Izzy's office when they need them for battle.

Later, Izzy gives Tai a new pair of Goggles which allows Tai to see where distortions are so that they can pinpoint exactly where Digimon would realise in the Real World. As they use the Goggles to search, they come across Meiko, who was looking for her cat, and so they try to help her look, though are unable to find her cat and so split up. Realising they can get a better look at the whole City by using the Ferris Wheel, the DigiDestined get on it, though they trick Tai and Matt into being in one on their own so they can talk out their recent clash of ideals. They're unable to come to an agreement however, and Tai suddenly notices a large distortion and so the group run over to it and find Alphamon attacking Meicoomon and Meiko. The group fight Alphamon in their Champion forms (unaware of its strength due to Izzy's Digimon Analyser having no information on Alphamon) and are easily defeated, and after Greymon and Garurumon cause no damage in either Ultimate or Mega, they fuse together to form Omnimon and are finally able to fight Alphamon on an even keel. As Omnimon is about to blast Alphamon with a close range "Supreme Cannon", the fusion suddenly reverts because of Tai's worries, and the blast misses as Alphamon flees through a distortion. After the battle, Meiko reveals that she is a DigiDestined as well, and the group happily accept her and Meicoomon as the newest member of their team. Reunion (Adventure tri.)

In Crossover Chaos, Tai is the prince of the Cogon Empire, the home empire of the Nekonians. He and Kari and related to Leon Prunelle (Gaston Lagaffe) through their mother, therefore making the two of them eligible for the Cogonian throne. Prunelle feels like it's his duty to protect his younger half-siblings. Tai doesn't like this behaviour. He is also a little bit more feralistic and 'off his rocker' then usual, but otherwise has a personality close to canon.

Harvey made a tongue clicking noise, as he motioned to Kaz.

Kaz paused, and then shook his head.

"Nah, ain't doing it."

Harvey frowned.

"Cousin dearest?"

Kaz rolled his eyes, grimacing.

"Okay, fine."

Antonia elbowed Kaz, causing him to squeak like a little kitten, and then rub his side.

"That's the Kaz I know." She said, smiling, winking at him as well.

His personality is more expanded then canon, as he is more stubborn then he canonically is, and a little bit more strange. He also has nerve damage from previous battles.

Kazdan "Kaz" Kalinkas, who uses the Chaotic name KidChaor, is one of the main characters in the Chaotic TV show.

Character Origins

In one of the original Danish ideas, Kaz and Tom were enemies, and had very different looks and personalities. Kaz was an intimidating young man.

In the newer version, Kaz is Tom's best friend.
Appearance

He has spiky red hair and brown eyes with round pink-tinted glasses. He always wears a green shirt with a yellow waistcoat. He was also shown to be notably scrawny.
Background Information

Kaz attends the same school as Tom Majors, where he has been shown to not be that popular, despite his clear intelligence and passion. He got the code to transfer to Perim awhile before Tom did, and would always tell Tom stories about his adventures in Perim. In return, Tom and his fellow classmates thought he was a bit crazy.
Personality and Behaviour

Kaz is Tom Majors' best friend, and a downright obssessive[2] Chaotic Player, focused on becoming a better player and improving his skills and collection.[2]

Kaz is a loyal person, and often puts all else aside to help his friends, as demonstrated when he attempted to rescue H'earring from the M'arrillians' mind control.

He seems shy and a bit less courageous then the others, but when a good scan is on the line, he jumps into action. Kaz prefers to plan out everything before matches, and does not like acting on impulse, although he has on some occasions. It is thought that his constant thinking of the world of Chaotic is what makes him so good at matches. Still, overthinking and arrogance is often what leads to his downfall in a match.[2]

In the UnderWorld he knows many creatures, and makes deals with a small green rabbit being called H'earring. These deals usually amount to Kaz bringing H'earring weird and gross items–such as Dractyl scales and Fungus Fruits–to eat, and in return H'earring lets Kaz in on a really good scan. These scan-quests, however, usually end up with H'earring's life being in endangered.

Kaz prefers using UnderWorlders–as he is a strong follower of the tribe–but his deck consists of all tribes. As his screenname suggests, his favourite creature is Chaor. Most of the series has shown a mostly one-sided relationship on Kaz's side, but Chaor has often shown affection for Kaz, shown with his support in episode 4 in season 2 and giving him the nickname 'Kazzy' as seen in Chaor's Commandos Part 1.

In Crossover Chaos, Kaz is nonbinary, with he/him pronouns, and is the Aquarion Logos (a title originally from the Aquarion franchise, but heavily adapted to Crossover Chaos worldbuilding), which is a title connected to ruling the Exoverse itself. He is also a very powerful lightning mage, and attunes his magic to a spear called Worldbreaker, which is also made out of Egon Spengler's (Ghostbusters) spine.

At the end of the original Crossover Chaos, Egon basically tells Kaz that he can keep Worldbreaker, as his new body, quote, "has another spine".

He is also Harvey and Jessica's cousin, and is married to Tom Majors. His personality is also different then canon, as he feels like his emotions and interests he had as a teenager are weaknesses, and he tries to hide them. He is also more of a leader-type then Tom is in the fanfiction, which is implied to have happened when Tom went to a mental asylum in-story, and therefore couldn't lead anymore.

His family is also related to the H.P. Lovecraft Mythos deity, Azathoth, the Mad God.

Anne adjusted her hat, staring at Antonia and Kaz skeptically, her monolids slightly narrowed as she did such.

As she didn't know Kaz very well, she was more then just a little skeptical that the distant descendant of the Mad God could lead them into battle.

ANNE CHAN

Original Series: The Amazing Chan and the Chan Clan (Hanna-Barbera, 1970s)

Anne Chan is one of the main characters on The Amazing Chan and the Chan Clan.
About Anne

She is Alan's twin sister who is a feminist tomboy. She wears an orange-on-white t-shirt with a matching baseball cap, and she alternates between guitar and percussion for the kids band. as far as grouping concerned, she's usually seen with Suzie, Alan and Tom, though once she and Tom went off alone. They also went together when the middle kids paired off.

In Crossover Chaos, she is Carol's (Mission: Magic!) wife, and is a lesbian. Her personality is very close to canon, with the exception of being a little bit more feisty.

Carol nodded at her wife, and smiled.

"Nah, Kaz can handle himself. And I think Harvey knows what he's doing."

Anne looked over to the yellow-clad Dick Tracy, as Sam adjusted his orange tie with his Reploid hands.

"Richard... hon." Sam whispered.

CAROL

Original Series: Mission: Magic! (Filmation, 1972)

Original Voice Actress: Erika Scheimer

A girly girl, the girlfriend (according to promotional materials) of Vinnie. She is also a fangirl of Rick Springfield.

In Crossover Chaos, she is the wife of Anne, and is a powerful ice mage. She has hardened over the years, and is now a lesbian. She is not as soft, personality-wise, as she used to be, but may soften a little around her friends, as well as Anne.

Character Biography

Dick Tracy was born in 1909. His birthday was identified as September 24th (making his zodiac sign Libra).

Dick Tracy grew up in a small town called Baxterville. As a boy, Tracy worked in his father's dog kennels. During his first three years of high school, he exclusively dated a young woman named Betsy Deare. Betsy broke up with Dick during their Senior year because she wanted to get married right away after finishing school and Tracy did share that goal.

As a young man, Tracy attended an unspecified college where his studies included the Russian language. His skill with languages would later help him in his service as a Naval Intelligence officer.

As an adult, Tracy worked as a Navy diver in New York harbor (See "Notes" below for Tracy's early career). He also taught SCUBA diving at one point. As a bachelor living in a big city, Dick Tracy had a beautiful girlfriend named Tess Trueheart and was adapting to life during an economic downtown when organized crime was rampant.
Tragedy at the Truehearts'

One night after Tess' father Emil closed his deli for the evening, Tracy went to the Truehearts' home for dinner. Tracy was about to announce his plans to marry Tess when mobsters broke into the house. They shot Emil Trueheart and stole the $1000 he had in his upstairs safe. The mobsters knocked out Tracy and abducted Tess, leaving Tracy stunned and Mrs. Trueheart in a state of shock. Over the body of his girlfriend's father, he swore that he would find Tess and bring Emil's murderers to justice. The mobsters were enforcers for Big Boy, a powerful crime boss. Chief Brandon recruited Tracy into the Plainclothes unit and Tracy proceeded to infiltrate Big Boy's operation, rescue Tess and brought the mobster to justice.
Early Adventures

Soon afterwards, Tracy adopted a young street urchin who later chose to call himself Dick Tracy Jr. Junior and Tracy's partner Pat Patton helped Tracy solve many crimes and encountered dozens of grotesque characters such as Pruneface, Flattop, B-B Eyes, Shaky, the Mole, The Brow, Mrs. Pruneface, the Blank, Influence, Mumbles, and many others. It is not uncommon for Tracy to be targeted by relatives of his enemies seeking revenge. Early in his career, Tracy would often adopt some form of disguise and go undercover, but the approach was later abandoned in favor of more traditional police work and scientific investigation.

In 1949, Chief Brandon retired and Pat Patton was promoted to Chief of Police at Tracy's recommendation. Tracy got a new partner in the freckle-faced, humorous Sam Catchem. Tracy and Tess were married around this time.

Tracy endured several hardships during his extensive career, including hundreds of near death situations, injuries, and even a temporary divorce from Tess in the 1990s. City officials suspected at one time that Tracy was on the take because of his fancy car and big house, but these suspicions were unfounded. Tracy was able to prove that the car was a test model that he was testing for industrialist Diet Smith (which had special police features), and the money for his house had come from his thrifty saving during his bachelor years.
International Travels

Tracy has been on many adventures and in many different places around the world and beyond. One of Tracy's earliest adventures was when Stooge Viller and Steve the Tramp followed Junior Tracy and his biological father Hank Steele to Halifax in Canada.

Later, Tracy was stranded for weeks in an Island in the South Atlantic with a Scotland Yard police detective during an adventure that also took him to (pre-Communist) Cuba. Tracy returned to Cuba several years later in pursuit of the fugitive known as Specs.

In 1986, Tracy was recruited by President Ronald Reagan to participate in the government exchange program where he was sent to Russia as an observer of their law enforcement with the KGB. His counterpart Inspector Ivanova worked with the members of the MCU in Tracy's absence. Tracy later returned to Russia to aid in the case involving Hammerhead and a nuclear submarine.

In the mid-1990s, Tracy became involved in a number of cases that took him to France and England. He sometimes used the French-speaking Jenny Saisquoi as an interpreter.

In 2016, Tracy and Tess took a vacation to Europe where they retraced the steps of the famous detectives C. Auguste Dupin, Hercule Poirot, and Sherlock Holmes (who were all real people in the world of Dick Tracy). Tracy was confronted by Abner Kadaver at Reichenbach Falls in Switzerland, which resulted in Tracy going missing.

In addition to different countries around the world, Tracy has been to the Moon along with Diet Smith.
Public Figure

Tracy is the most decorated police officer in America and also known for having killed the most criminals in the line of duty. He is a celebrity, and is probably the best-known law-enforcement officer in the country, having the same level of name recognition as Elliot Ness or Hoover. As such, the happenings in personal life are often the subject of national news stories. He has inspired at least one feature film (in which Tracy acted as a consultant as well as portraying himself in some scenes), and also as a popular song by the singer Themesong.

Tracy has had an antagonistic relationship with reporter Wendy Wichel, who often accuses Tracy of police brutality and using excessive force. Tracy respects Wichel's First Amendment rights, but disagrees with her assessment of his tactics.

In 1994, Tracy was awarded the U.S. Medal of Freedom for his work with the FBI in preventing terrorist attacks orchestrated by the criminal Pig E. Bank. However, Tracy was not present to accept his award.
Technological Arsenal

Tracy's squad has always been on the cutting edge of technology thanks to Tracy's friendship with billionaire industrialist Diet Smith, creator of the 2-Way Wrist Radio, 2-Way Wrist TV, 2-Way Wrist Computer, Wrist Geenee, and Wrist Wizard. For a while, various pieces of Moon Technology were incorporated in Tracy's arsenal, such as the Air Cars, but use of these devices was eventually discontinued.

In 1978, Big Boy launched a million-dollar Open Contract on Tracy's life after Big Boy learned he only had six months to live. A few attempts were made on his life, but the collateral damage resulted in the deaths of two of the would-be killers Louie Small and Little Littel, and life of Moon Maid Tracy (Junior's wife). After a final attempt was made on Tracy's life, Tracy and Sam went to Big Boy's mansion with a warrant for his arrest. Big Boy's anger and lust for revenge caused a fatal heart attack before the police could get to him.
The Tracy Agency

During the period of time following the non-fatal shooting of Chief Pat Patton, Tracy quit the force at the behest of the interim Chief Climer who looked down upon Tracy as a "relic" and brutal image of Law enforcement's outdated beliefs. Tracy investigated Patton's shooting himself after he opened up his own Private Detective Agency along with Johnny Adonis. Patton's shooter was revealed and Tracy returned to the force. Eventually, Tess Tracy took over the agency as a private investigator herself, occasionally working in conjunction in cases with her husband's police unit.

Tracy has occasionally been offered promotions, but he much prefers his position as Chief of Detectives and head of the Major Crimes Unit.
Notes

In the early days of the strip, Tracy seemingly goes directly from being a civilian to working in the police department's plainclothes division. This would be an extremely unorthodox situation. A flashback story from the time of the strip's 80th Anniversary depicts Tracy as a uniformed police officer who had recently distinguished himself and gained Brandon's attention around the same time as the Emil Trueheart murder, thus prompting his promotion to plainclothes. This is logical, though the storyline was criticized by some fans who accused the modern creative team of dismissing Chester Gould's original story as "getting it wrong". Since the anniversary story was being narrated by Sam Catchem, who was not present when the events took place, it's possible that Sam (as an unreliable narrator) was mistaken about specific details.
Readers should note that in the original story, when Brandon offered Tracy a position as a detective, his exact words were, "Tracy - how'd you like to join the Plainclothes Squad?" This could be taken two ways. First, that he was offering to hire Tracy, then a civilian, for a job on the Police Force with an immediate appointment to the Detective Bureau. Or second, since he did not say, "How'd you like to join the Police Department," that Tracy was already an officer, and that Brandon was offering him a promotion to Detective.
When asked about his family, Tracy referred to his parents in the past tense, indicating that they are deceased.
In 1986, during his sojourn in Russia, Tracy stated that his father's name was also "Richard". This would seem to create a continuity error with the later identification of his father's name as "Chet".
When asked, Dick Tracy identified his favorite comic strip as Fearless Fosdick. In the summer of 2016, he dreamed that he met Fosdick.
Sam Catchem mentioned to his wife that while Tracy typically reads the newspaper, the only book he'd seen Tracy read was by Max Allan Collins (presumably a mystery or crime novel). Tracy is also fond of the stories of Sherlock Holmes, and Jules Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth.
Tracy once said his favorite cop movie was Blade Runner. He has also expressed a fondness for Japanese monster (or "Kaiju") movies. Tracy was not a fan of the film Sharky's Machine, saying he found it too violent.
Among his favorite music, Tracy has listed Warren Zevon, Gordon Lightfoot, and The Talking Heads.
Tracy expressed disdain for the science of oceanography, dismissing it as a "boondoggle".
Tracy has a license to fly rotorcraft (helicopters) and fixed-wing aircraft.
Tracy disapproved of casino gambling, and he expressed the opinion that it brought crime and immoral behavior to the places where it was legalized.
Tracy is an avowed dog lover, but he is not opposed to animal testing for medical purposes, referring to it as a "necessary evil".
Dick Tracy has a rare blood type, a trait he has in common with Diet Smith.
In addition to signature yellow overcoat and fedora, Tracy typically wears a black suit with a red, white, and black striped necktie. The lack of variety in his wardrobe has been remarked upon occasionally.
Tracy's fedora has often been colored green in various comic book publications and some Sunday strips.

The Police Department also has a collection of at least 20 of Tracy's fedora hats that have been shot, crushed, or otherwise damaged in the line of duty. The earliest one is from 1931, and the collection includes hats shot by Stooge Viller, B-B Eyes, Flattop, Pruneface, Chameleon, and Blackjack.

Tracy's skill as a marksman is renowned. During the 1960s and 70s (when creator Chester Gould indulged in less-than-subtle social commentary regarding the justifiable use of deadly force by police officers), it was often repeated that a criminal should "never shoot first at Dick Tracy". It was established that Tracy would not fire on a suspect unless that suspect shot at police first, and also that Tracy would always shoot to kill.
In the TV series Perry Mason in the episode "The Case of the Sulky Girl" private detective Paul Drake's desk has a framed drawing of Dick Tracy.
Tracy's handgun varied within the years-from a non-regulation .38 automatic pistol to a regulation .38 Colt detective special.

Casualty Report

Throughout his career Dick Tracy has suffered several serious injuries, many of which could (or would) have resulted in death or other long-term consequences in real life. Confirmed Kills

Dick Tracy has a reputation for having killed more people in the line of duty than any other law enforcement officer in the United States of America. However, many of his notable adversaries have died by other means, often at the hand of their criminal compatriots, at the hand of other law enforcement officers, at the hands of law-abiding citizens acting in self-defense or in the defense of others, in accidents, and/or while attempting to escape capture.

Comics and Graphic Novels

Dell Comics published a monthly Dick Tracy from 1947 to 1949. The first 18 issues consisted of reprints of the daily newspaper comic strip. Issues #19 to #24 contained original stories produced by unknown creators. In these stories, Tracy was depicted very similarly to his portrayal in the comic strip at the time, with Tess as his love interest. In 1949, the license changed hands to Harvey Comics, which published Dick Tracy comics until 1961. Harvey Comics reverted to the practice of re-printing the newspaper strips, though some original supplemental material (primarily text stories or 1-page Minute Mysteries) was produced.
In 1958, an exclusive original comic book entitled Dick Tracy: The Case of the Purloined Sirloin was produced by Harvey Information Press for Esso service station workers. It does not credit the creative team, and Dick Tracy is only character from the comic strip to appear in it.
Disney released a 3-issue comic book prequel and adaptation to the 1990 Dick Tracy feature film. Titled True Hearts and Tommy Guns, it contains additional background information about many of the main characters, and shows how Tracy came to be partnered with Sam Catchem and Pat Patton.
In 2018, IDW released a 4-issue miniseries entitled Dick Tracy: Dead or Alive. It is essentially a reboot of the Dick Tracy mythos. In it, Tracy is an incorruptible though often violent police detective whose methods have resulted in his being removed from his position at several police departments around the United States. He is brought to Chicago by the Governor of Illinois in an attempt to eliminate the corruption in the local government and the strong presence of organized crime.
Dick Tracy: Dead or Alive was followed by the 4-issue miniseries Dick Tracy: Forever. Each issue of this series featured Dick Tracy in a different time period, including the future.

In Crossover Chaos, Dick Tracy is modernized (and made a little bit more 'queer') to an unusual extent. He is a little softer in personality, and actually shows remorse from killing people (as the CC-Verse version realizes that killing people is not a good thing, even if it's for lawful reasons). He is in a relationship with Sam Catchem, and formerly had a relationship with canonical love interest Tess Trueheart before Tess got killed in battle.

He is very possibly also immortal, too, as the story implies he is part Tempanian, a time magic-based elemental alien.

Detective Sam Catchem joined Dick Tracy's department as Tracy's new partner after Chief Brandon resigned and Pat Patton succeeded him as Chief of Police.

Sam has dark, slightly wavy hair, a bulbous nose, and freckles. He typically wears a bow tie.

Before he became a police officer, Sam claimed to have worked in a delicatessen, been a dentist, and studied law.

Upon entering law enforcement, Catchem worked for a number of different police agencies. Just prior to being hired by Chief Patton, Sam had been a "special investigator" for the Boston Police. Before that, he had been a police officer in a department on the West Coast, a C.I.D. Agent in the U.S. Army where he qualified as a fingerprint expert, and an officer in Brooklyn, NY. He also said that he had once been a member of the Chicago Police (see Notes below).

Early Adventures

His first case was to gather information about Big Frost's remaining gang members with the help of an old acquaintance from Boston- Sleet. Sleet's mother was on trial for having sent secret messages to Big Frost in prison. Sam had enough evidence against her to send her to jail for twenty years. Sleet and her mother turned on Sam, chloroforming him and dumping his body over an overpass leaving him for dead. Tracy's adoptive son Junior and his Crimestoppers Club managed to find Sam, and they notified Tracy and Chief Patton. Sleet was eventually caught and Sam recovered just in time to arrest her.

Tracy and Sam solved many crimes together, and survived quite a few death-traps, such as Sketch Paree's sinking room.
Later Years

Sam, as drawn by Rick Fletcher

Sam remained a loyal partner to Tracy through good times and bad, and he played a significant role in The Apparatus (nationwide Crime Syndicate) investigation when dying mobster Big Boy put out a million dollar Open Contract on Tracy.

After Pat Patton was shot, Sam took over temporarily as Chief, but was replaced by Climer.

In 1987 Sam was framed for a bank robbery by an unknown criminal dubbed "The Man of a Million Faces" who impersonated Sam, as well as Ronald Reagan, Albert Einstien, David Letterman, Diet Smith, and even Dick Tracy. The criminal was eventually discovered to be Putty Puss, who was able to change his face to resemble anyone he wanted. Sam was cleared of the charges and resumed his role as Tracy's partner.

In 2006, during the incident with Dr. Figment Froid's mind reading device, Tracy was surprised to learn that he and Sam belong to different political parties.

Sam became the object of affection of the FBI Agent Fritz Ann Dietrich, who sometimes works with the Major Crimes Unit. Sam has not encouraged the agent's affections and remains faithful to his wife. This has not stopped Fritz Ann from aggressively flirting with Sam, going so far as to grab him and kiss him. Fritz Ann was injured during the raid on Mr. Bribery's headquarters, and she and Sam came to an understanding that there would be no romantic involvement between them.

In 2016, Sam revealed that his wife was suffering from cancer. After a few weeks of treatment, though, Sam and Marge learned that the cancer had gone into remission.
Appearances in Other Media
Dell Comics

Sam appeared in the original Dick Tracy stories produced by Dell Comics in 1949. He first appeared in issue #20. In the comics, Sam was apparently a bachelor living in an apartment in the City. He expressed an interest in some of the women he encountered while investigating cases. Presumably, these comic books were written before it was established in the strip that Sam was married (and had been for some time).
Live-Action TV Series

Sam Catchem was a recurring character in the 1950s "Dick Tracy" TV Series, starring Ralph Byrd. Sam was played by Joe Devlin. He was depicted as Tracy's regular partner.
1960s Animated Series

Sam's face was never seen in the 1960s Dick Tracy cartoon show, though his silhouette was frequently observed driving the squad car. Tracy addressed him by name frequently. He speaks one line in the episode "Stamp Scamp"- "Right, Tracy."

Live-Action Pilot

In the unaired live-action pilot, Sam was played by Monroe Arnold. His appearance and portrayal resembled those of Archie's TV Funnies.
Archie's TV Funnies

Sam Catchem was a character in the "Dick Tracy" segments of the 1971 animated television series Archie's TV Funnies, produced by Filmation Associates. Sam's appearance closely resembled his depiction in the comic strip. He was portrayed as Dick Tracy's regular partner, but slightly more dim-witted and accident prone than in the comic strip.
Movie Continuity

Sam was a supporting character in the 1990 feature film Dick Tracy. He was played by actor Seymour Cassel.

Sam was shown as being one of Tracy's partners, along with Pat Patton, under the command of Chief Brandon. He was well-meaning but not especially relevant to the plot, though he did participate in the new Year's Eve shootout at Club Ritz.

In the scene where The Kid is awarded a a special certificate of commendation, he is told it is only temporary unless he chooses a proper name for himself. Sam says he never had that problem as like most people, his parents named him at birth. When the Kid asks if Sam were in his situation and had to name himself what it would be, to which Sam replies "Sam".
IDW Comics

Dick Tracy: Dead or Alive

(Warning: This Section Contains Spoilers) Sam Catchem was a character in the 4-issue miniseries Dick Tracy: Dead or Alive published by IDW. A friend of Dick Tracy, Sam retired from police work when he found himself unable to deal with the corruption and politics. He then became a journalist. It was also implied that Sam was a heavy drinker.

Sam appeared to aid Tracy while Tracy was a fugitive, but he later betrayed his friend by revealing his location. This was eventually revealed to be part of a ruse designed to throw the police off Tracy's trail. Sam later joined Tracy's team on the police force.
Notes

When he was introduced in the strip, Sam stated that he had previously worked for the Chicago police department. This would indicate that by being hired as Tracy's new partner that he was either returning to a department for which he had previously worked, or that the City is not Chicago (notwithstanding the many clues which indicate that it is).
Sam is best known for his loyalty, intelligence, compassion, surprised exclamations of "Oy yi!", and the sandwiches made with his wife's homemade rye bread which he keeps in his pockets.
In his debut storyline, Sam claimed to have joined the police 25 years ago. The story took place in in late 1948 and into 1949, which would mean Sam became a policeman in approximately 1924, 7 years before the comic strip began.
Sam is the one who initiated the collection and preservation of Tracy's hats that had been damaged in the line of duty, though several hats are included in this exhibit from before Sam joined Tracy's department.
Sam is openly and proudly Jewish, and often invites the Tracys and their extended family to join his in holiday celebrations. He implied that he had relatives who died in the Holocaust.
Sam stated that his father's family had come to America from Germany, while his mother's parents were Russian-Jewish immigrants. He also stated that his parents were not wealthy.
Sam's father had owned a small tailor shop in Boston, which Sam's brother eventually took over. It is not known if Sam's father is deceased, or if he has any additional siblings.
Sam identified his favorite comic strip as "Derby Dugan", the fictional comic strip featured in a series of novels by author Tom De Haven.
Sam has also been shown to enjoy the works of author Terry Pratchett, enjoying his escapist fantasy.
Sam was the only police officer character besides Dick Tracy to be made into an action figure by Playmates Toys for the movie tie-in toy line. This was also the case for the 2002 mini-figure line produced by Mezco Toys, where Sam came in a 2-pack with Flattop Jones Sr.
In 2011, during the strip's 80th Anniversary storyline, Sam told Lizz about how Dick Tracy originally came to be a plainclothes officer. The fact that Sam was not actually present at the time may account for the various discrepancies between his story and how the events were originally presented.
Sam is a smoker, and is often depicted with a cigarette in his mouth. This was not uncommon at the time the character was introduced, but with changing attitudes towards smoking and health it is surprising to some readers to see the habit displayed on a modern newspaper comics page.
In Jim Doherty's prose story, "Murder Is My Hobby," which appeared in the PLAINCLOTHES website, it is stated that the West Coast department Sam worked for was the Orange County Sheriff's Office, where he had been the Assistant Sheriff for Investigations, and that, in Brooklyn, NY, he had been a DA's investigator. This has been neither confirmed nor contradicted in canon.
Sam was mentioned in the Nintendo Entertainment System game Dick Tracy, based on the 1990 film. After completing the second mission, Tracy remarks that Lips Manlis has been arrested and will be unavailable for some time, causing Big Boy Caprice to retort "I think one of your friends will be soon unavailable, forever!" The third mission then begins by saying Sam Catchem received a mail bomb, but is unspecified if he was wounded by this or successfully deduced it was an attempt on his life and reported it to his superiors.

In Crossover Chaos, Sam is a Reploid, a robotic person made for purposes of war. He is considered a 'lemon' Reploid, as he has biology close to that of a transgender man according to his physical hardware.

He was built in 1919, an early example of the Reploid trade, and is also gay, and is into Dick Tracy. He is a little bit more forward then he is in the original comic strip when it comes to relationships, because it's possible that Marge Catchem doesn't exist in the CC-Verse.

As Kaz rushed off to fight the Mo'heads, he lead the charge for the changing back of the Exoverse...

However...

There was a problem.

The Mo'heads, though surprised Kaz and the Paragons were back to life, don't realize that he had Worldbreaker on him, but even then, they were several steps ahead.

Kaz felt Worldbreaker being grabbed away from him, as he felt his body being doused in water.

Kaz's powers were dampened, both by the water and the properties in it.

Someone had to rescue Kaz.

Suddenly, a grenade filled with poisonous gases hit a bunch of the Mo'Heads, followed by poisonous darts.

The Paragons were astonished, and looked to see...

A female feline wearing a Plague Doctor outfit, who was approaching and stabbing the Mo'heads with her poisonous spear, twirling it around agilely as she did, blocking their lazer gun fire.

Kaz raised his eyebrows, grabbing Worldbreaker out of one of the fallen Mo'head's hands, and then Kaz called out, rather loudly...

"Trippz?!"

He assumed this feline is his friend Trippz.

T.K. jumped up, and kicked one of the Mo'heads in the head, and then grappled them, slashing their throat with Apostle.

Socks gave a thumbs up, as his tail wagged.

"That's rad, dude!"

Socks got hit in the head with a round piece of metal, as he grunted, but shrugged it off.

"Whatever hit me, don't just hit a blind person, idiot."

T.K. raised an eyebrow, and then pointed towards Socks.

"Are you okay?"

Socks shrugged.

"Yeah, I'm fine, my dude."

Takeru "T.K." Takaishi (高石 タケル Takaishi Takeru?) is a character in the anime and manga series Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02 and Digimon Adventure tri.. He is a DigiDestined, partnered with Patamon, and embodies the trait of Hope. He is the younger brother of Yamato "Matt" Ishida.

Description

T.K. is a very cheerful and amiable person. He doesn't like when others are fighting or sad, and will do anything in his power to make others happy. He is very protective of his loved ones, especially after Patamon's sacrifice, and takes his duty as a protector of the Digital World very seriously. He is rather optimistic, and always tries to keep a smile on his face.

As a small child, T.K. is very naive and doesn't always understand the big picture, and is more prone to tears than the other children, being the youngest. However, he does his best to keep up with the older children, and grows to become very independent and resourceful. As a preteen, he is far more mature than the average child thanks to his experiences in the Digital World, and is usually very levelheaded and reasonable. However, Patamon's death and his encounters with the forces of darkness made their mark on him, and he reacts very strongly when anyone abuses the powers of darkness.

In Digimon Adventure, T.K. is the only DigiDestined who doesn't live in Odaiba, instead living with his mother in Setagaya. In Digimon Adventure 02, he moves to Odaiba and lives in same apartment building as Yolei Inoue and Cody Hida. T.K. has a French grandfather, making him and his brother Matt at least 1/4 French. Story
Digimon Adventure

Matt and T.K. witness the battle between Red Greymon and Parrotmon.

In 1995, T.K. lived in Highton View Terrace with his parents, Hiroaki and Nancy, and his older brother, Matt. One night, the brothers witnessed the battle between Red Greymon and Parrotmon. Digimon Adventure This event led them to be chosen to become a new DigiDestined. The Ultimate Clash

Sometime later, his parents divorced for unknown reasons. Matt was given the decision of who each child should live with, and he decided to stay with his father, while T.K. remained with their mother. Original Story: 2½ Year Break T.K. was too young to remember his parents' divorce clearly, and because of his young age, he was not as affected by it as much as Matt at first.

At some point, T.K. and his mother moved to live in the Setagaya ward.

T.K. came to summer camp with Matt by a special arrangement, as he was from a different school than the others. He is the youngest DigiDestined to be transported into the Digital World from the summer camp. However, he is fairly independent on his own, mostly rebuffing his older brother Matt's attempts to comfort and coddle him. However, he enjoys getting to spend more time with his brother, despite the odd situation.

When Devimon separates the DigiDestined, T.K. and Patamon end up landing near Primary Village. They enjoy playing with the baby Digimon, but don't know how to take care of them, and Elecmon, the babies' caretaker, accuses them of being harmful and starts fighting with Patamon. T.K. defuses the situation and settles Patamon and Elecmon's fight with a friendly tug-o-war match, with T.K. as the judge. DigiBaby Boom

During the final battle against Devimon, Patamon Digivolves into Angemon when Takeru is in danger. Angemon summons all of the others' strengths and sacrifices himself in order to defeat Devimon. Though Angemon is immediately reborn as a Digi-Egg, this event traumatizes T.K. severely, to the point where he still has nightmares about losing his partner three years later. However, this event causes T.K. to be the first of the team to accept his role as a DigiDestined. The Legend of the DigiDestined Departure for a New Continent

After Tai and MetalGreymon disappear following the battle against Etemon, Matt and T.K. stick together even when the other DigiDestined leave. When they reach an amusement park near a lake, Matt and Gabumon cross the lake to check things out, but never come back. DemiDevimon uses this opportunity to make T.K. believe Matt didn't like him and reject Tokomon's friendship. However, Tai and Agumon's return ruin DemiDevimon's plans, and T.K. and Tokomon reconcile, with Tokomon Digivolving to Patamon to fight DemiDevimon. Forget About It

Soon, the DigiDestined reunite and return to the Real World with their Digimon, hoping to find the eighth DigiDestined before Myotismon and his army get to them. On August 2, as Matt accompanies T.K. on the way back to Setagaya, T.K. and Patamon get in an argument, and Patamon leaves the train in a huff in Shibuya. As T.K., Matt and Gabumon try to find Patamon, they encounter two members of Myotismon's army, Gotsumon and Pumpkinmon, who are more interested in having fun with them than attacking the DigiDestined. Myotsimon is unimpressed with Gotsumon and Pumpkinmon's disobedience and banishes them (kills them in the Japanese version), and T.K. and Matt fight Myotismon in their honor. Patamon returns to T.K., and regains his ability to Digivolve to Angemon. Out on the Town

Before the DigiDestined go back to the Digital World to fix the distortions once and for all, T.K. gets to see his mother, father and brother together again. Though the atmosphere is tense, T.K. is oblivious, and is happy to see his family as it was before the divorce. The Battle for Earth

T.K. plays a critical role in defeating Puppetmon. While Puppetmon kidnaps him to "play" at his mansion, T.K. taunts Puppetmon, saying that he had no friends and prompting the distraught Dark Master to leave him unattended in an attempt to prove him wrong. This allows T.K. to destroy Puppetmon's twisted playroom and take the dolls he used to control the other DigiDestined. He returns to the other DigiDestined on his own, proving how much he has grown. Playing Games

While fighting against Piedmon, T.K., Patamon and Kari are the only ones left after Piedmon turns everyone else into keychains. However, Gomamon snatches a keychain from Piedmon and throws it to T.K. before turning into a keychain himself. When T.K. and Kari find themselves falling to an almost certain death, T.K. realizes the keychain is Matt's keychain. Knowing his brother is still there and has faith in him fills T.K.'s heart with hope, and this hope causes Angemon to Digivolve to MagnaAngemon. MagnaAngemon saves T.K. and Kari, restores everyone from their keychain state, and is the key to defeating Piedmon once and for all. Piedmon's Last Jest
Digimon Adventure: Our War Game!

On March 4, 2000, T.K. is with Matt visiting their grandmother out in the country. Tai and Izzy manage to get a hold of them and warn them about Diaboromon. Following this, the brothers search the surrounding town for a computer to help fight in the Internet. T.K., however, cannot do much to help in the battle and can only watch in horror as Patamon falls to Diaboromon. He is one of the many viewers around the world who watch the final battle between Omnimon and Diaboromon.
Digimon Adventure 02

On May 2000, T.K. arrives in the Digital World and gives up his Crest power to free the Digimon Sovereigns. As a result, Patamon loses the power to become MagnaAngemon. Fusion Confusion

On April 2002, T.K. and his mother move to a new apartment building in Odaiba. On his first day in Odaiba Elementary School, T.K. meets his new neighbors, Yolei Inoue and Cody Hida, and starts attending Odaiba Elementary School, where he finds out he is in the same class as his old friend Kari. Another boy in his class is Davis Motomiya, who immediately singles him out as a rival due to his good relationship with Kari. On the first day of school, he finds out that the Digital World is in trouble due to a human boy who calls himself the Digimon Emperor. He also discovers Davis, Yolei and Cody are new DigiDestined, whose Digimon are capable of Armor Evolution. T.K., like Kari, has a slight advantage compared to the new kids because he has had the most experience with Digimon, though at first he feels like a burden because Patamon can't evolve, due to the Digimon Emperor blocking evolution with his Control Spires. However, he soon finds the Digi-Egg of Hope, which turns his Digivice into a D-3 and allows Patamon to Armor Digivolve into Pegasusmon. Enter Flamedramon A New Digitude

When Kari begins to act strange and starts fading out in class, T.K. becomes worried, and is distraught when Gatomon tells him that Kari disappeared into thin air. He goes to look for her on the beach with Patamon and Gatomon, and they are surprised to see Kari calling to them through a portal. They enter the portal to the Dark Ocean, a strange dark world that Kari has been pulled into. Pegasmon destroys a Control Spire in this world, allowing Gatomon to evolve into Angewomon and save Kari. The four then return to the Real World. His Master's Voice

While on a train for Colorado, their train is hindered by Wendigomon, so they have to continue on foot. They manage to join up with the others during the fight with Cherubimon. Angemon and Angewomon Digivolve to their Mega forms to release the powers of the Golden Digi-Eggs so Veemon and Terriermon can golden armor digivolve. Digimon Hurricane Landing!/Transcendent Evolution! The Golden Digimentals

While T.K. and Cody infiltrate the Digimon Emperor's base, T.K. realizes Ken is using Devimon's data to complete his secret project. Enraged by Ken's abuse of the powers of darkness, T.K. throws his hat to the floor in anger and seeks out Ken. when he confronts Ken, he taunts the other boy for thinking he could control the forces of darkness, and gets in a fistfight with him, which is only halted by the uncontrollable Kimeramon attacking the base. An Old Enemy Returns

After the debut of Paildramon and Silphymon, Cody realizes that he and T.K. would become partners and have their Digimon DNA Digivolve. As he tries to understand T.K. better to become a better partner to him, he realizes that there are two sides to T.K.: The kind and cheery T.K., and the fierce and serious T.K. that only surfaces in the matters of villains of pure evil like Devimon, Kimeramon or BlackWarGreymon. He sees this side clearly during a battle to protect one of the Destiny Stones, when T.K. is increasingly angered by BlackWarGreymon's existence as a construct made of darkness. When BlackWarGreymon grabs Angemon by the throat, T.K. becomes upset until Angemon uses the Stone's power to Digivolve into MagnaAngemon, though this isn't enough to save the Destiny Stone. Cody decides to talk to Matt, who explains how darkness hurt T.K. three years ago. When Matt informs T.K., he comments that Cody could have asked him, but is glad Cody made the effort to understand him. After he helps Cody relax and assures him that he is sure they can achieve DNA Digivolution together, Angemon and Ankylomon finally DNA Digivolve to Shakkoumon. Destiny In Doubt Cody Takes A Stand Stone Soup

On Christmas Day, T.K., Tai and their Digimon go to Paris to help the DigiDestined of France round up the wild Digimon who had appeared in the Real World as a result of Arukenimon opening all the Digi-Ports. They are aided by T.K.'s grandfather, Michel, a proud Frenchman. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 2 When he returns to Japan, he is forced to admit to his mother that he is involved in Digimon-related business again. Invasion of the Daemon Corps He is surprised but grateful when Nancy uses her connections as a journalist to give him a list of the children Yukio Oikawa kidnapped and seeded with Dark Spores. While he is subjected to MaloMyotismon's illusion, he experiences his desire for his family to be together again. Patamon appears, making T.K. realize that the effect was not real, and Davis appears to break him free of the illusion, after which he joins with the other kids to help Ken break out of his illusion. Cody uses the power of the dream dimension against MaloMyotismon, making his desire for justice come true, with Angemon, MagnaAngemon, Pegasusmon and Shakkoumon appearing all at once. He then helps defeat MaloMyotismon once and for all with the light of his Digivice. Oikawa's Shame The Last Temptation of the DigiDestined A Million Points of Light

When Pukumon enters the scene with a Control Spire, Joe knocks into the 02 DigiDestined and T.K. ends up with Kari's D-Terminal, allowing Patamon to Armor Digivolve to Manbomon. Digimon Adventure 02: Armor Evolution to the Unknown

In Crossover Chaos, T.K. is Kari's husband, and the ruler of the CC-Verse's Hell, after he erronously took down the previous ruler of Hell, Calico O'Donovan, as he didn't know the rules of becoming the ruler of Hell requiring you to hurt, kill or defeat the then current ruler.

He is a little less shy in the CC-Verse, and more loud and slightly more angry, like his brother Matt. However, he still has a lot of his canonical personality traits.

More info

Twilight Sparkle is the central main character of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She is a female unicorn pony who transforms into an Alicorn and becomes a princess in Magical Mystery Cure. She is also the daughter of Twilight Velvet and Night Light, the younger sister of Shining Armor, sister-in-law to Princess Cadance, and paternal aunt to Flurry Heart.

At the beginning of the series, she and Spike, her best friend and assistant, move from Canterlot to Golden Oak Library in Ponyville to study the magic of friendship, and in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2, she gains her own castle—the Castle of Friendship—and gains the title "Princess of Friendship". Twilight Sparkle represents the element of magic.

Before becoming a princess, she regularly sends friendship reports to Princess Celestia. In Owl's Well That Ends Well, Twilight adopts a pet owl named Owlowiscious. As of The Last Problem, she is the ruler of Equestria.

Twilight's human counterpart, Sci-Twi, briefly serves as an antagonist in My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Friendship Games.

Development and design

"Star Gazing Twilight", a sketch for the series' original "show bible"

Lauren Faust's childhood Twilight toy.

Lauren Faust was inspired to create Twilight Sparkle by her childhood toy G1 pony Twilight.[6] Faust's early design of Twilight shared a similar color scheme and cutie mark with the G1 Twilight, who appears in the pilot episode "Rescue at Midnight Castle". Twilight Sparkle's color scheme was later changed to that of the G3 Earth pony Twilight Twinkle, with a slightly different mane and tail, but Lauren Faust said that Twilight originally had dark blue hair with a light blue stripe;[7] Twilight Sparkle was called "Twilight Twinkle" in early scripts for the show;[8] Moon Dancer refers to her by this name on one occasion in Amending Fences, and the name is also used for one of her outfits in Gameloft's mobile game. G1 Twilight teleports by wishing, and Twilight Twinkle likes to watch fireflies; Twilight Sparkle shares aspects from both of these ponies, with her ability to teleport and her occasional stargazing. Though she is much more studious and possesses more powerful magical abilities, she also shares a number of personality traits with the G1 Pegasus Wind Whistler, such as her tendency to rely on logic rather than instincts and her habit of using more advanced and technical terms. She additionally shares some personality traits with the G1 pony named Bright Eyes.

In a 2008 sketch for the series bible, Twilight's cutie mark resembles those of Moon Dancer and earlier My Little Pony generations' Moondancer counterparts. Her name follows the same pattern as Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and Starbeam Twinkle.

Lauren Faust had planned for Twilight to acquire the power of self-levitation "at some point."[9] Following Faust's departure from the show, Twilight has used this power in the season three episodes The Crystal Empire - Part 2 and Magical Mystery Cure.

In The Art of Equestria, Twilight is shown as originally having a mane and tail with two different shades of blue, and her original cutie mark was a white crescent moon with a yellow five-pointed star, which, according to author Mary Jane Begin, "suggests both royalty and mystical awareness."

As an Alicorn, Princess Twilight Sparkle is a little taller,[10] her neck is slightly more curved, and her horn is a bit longer than as a unicorn. Her title and name together are similar to those of G1 unicorn mare Princess Sparkle. In the future shown in The Last Problem, she has grown a lot taller and has a similar design to Princess Celestia, as well as a flowing mane and tail like Celestia and Princess Luna's.

Concurrently with G4, a G1 version of either Twilight Sparkle or S02E26 Unnamed Unicorn Mare #12 has been introduced in IDW Publishing's Transformers vs. G.I. Joe Issue #13.

History

Twilight's original home in Canterlot.

Twilight Sparkle lives in Canterlot until Princess Celestia sends her to Ponyville. Accompanied by Spike, Twilight checks the town's preparations for the Summer Sun Celebration and meets the rest of the main characters. The celebration is interrupted when Nightmare Moon, Celestia's nemesis, returns to power and threatens to bring eternal night to Equestria. Twilight and the rest of the Mane Six discover the Elements of Harmony and use them to transform Nightmare Moon back into Princess Luna. Princess Celestia gives Twilight permission to remain in Ponyville to study the magic of friendship.

Throughout the series, Twilight learns about the trials and rewards of friendship, periodically sending friendship reports to Princess Celestia. On rare occasions, Twilight and her friends work together to defeat powerful villains such as Discord, Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, and Lord Tirek.

Twilight's castle as shown in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2.

In Magical Mystery Cure, Twilight completes an ancient unfinished magic spell with her deep understanding of friendship. Princess Celestia tells Twilight that she is ready for the next stage of her life, and Twilight transforms into an Alicorn and gains the title of princess.

Princess Twilight Sparkle becomes the "Princess of Friendship" in the season four episode Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2. In the season nine episode The Last Problem, she is crowned the new ruler of Equestria, taking Celestia and Luna's place when they retire.
Cutie mark

Twilight tells the Cutie Mark Crusaders how she got her cutie mark in The Cutie Mark Chronicles. She says that when she was a filly, she studied magic on her own and wanted to attend Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. At the entrance exam, Twilight was told to use magic to hatch Spike's egg, but she was unable to cast a spell. A moment after she gave up, Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom startled her and caused her magic to go out of control. Princess Celestia witnessed Twilight's magical abilities and made Twilight her personal protégé.
Personality
Sociability and friendship

Twilight is first introduced in the series as being asocial. She politely refuses an invitation to Moon Dancer's get-together and later states that she and Spike "don't have time for that sort of thing." When Celestia tells her to oversee the arrangements of the Summer Sun Celebration in Ponyville and to try and make friends, Twilight is indifferent to the latter request. Over the course of the series premiere, however, Twilight comes to accept her new friendships and expresses a desire to stay with her new friends in Ponyville.

In Amending Fences, Twilight returns to Canterlot in an attempt to apologize to her former friends for her past actions. She succeeds with Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts, and Minuette, but Moon Dancer coldly rebuffs the four mares. Minuette and Twilight liken Moon Dancer's behavior to the way Twilight used to act.
Love of books and knowledge

Twilight Sparkle reading a book on the library balcony.

In Friendship is Magic, part 1, Twinkleshine says Twilight is more interested in books than friends. Even after Twilight becomes good friends with the rest of the main characters, she continues to read and consult books. For example, she confidently joins a marathon after reading several books about running in Fall Weather Friends. She is also very knowledgeable about Equestria's history, as seen in such episodes as Luna Eclipsed and Testing Testing 1, 2, 3. She almost passes out when she finds out that the Canterlot Library has a restricted section in My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Forgotten Friendship.
Rationality

Twilight attempts to observe and measure Pinkie Sense omens.

Twilight tries to be rational in unfamiliar situations. During the investigation in MMMystery on the Friendship Express, Twilight tells Pinkie Pie to stop making wild accusations, and they work together to find clues and solve the mystery.

However, Twilight can lose her cool under stress. In Swarm of the Century, she hysterically suggests building a replica of Ponyville in less than a minute before Princess Celestia can see the damage done by the parasprite infestation. In Lesson Zero, Twilight goes crazy in her attempt to write to Celestia about a friendship problem, to the point of deciding to create a problem herself. In The Crystal Empire - Part 1, she shows a desperate desire to pass a test that Celestia gives her. In The Summer Sun Setback, she puts her whole craziness aside in order to make preparations for the final Summer Sun Celebration and her future role as ruler of Equestria.

Twilight tends to be skeptical of unproven claims, such as her friends' belief that Zecora is an evil enchantress in Bridle Gossip, and Pinkie's "Pinkie Sense" in Feeling Pinkie Keen.

In Party Pooped, Twilight displays an irrational fear of quesadillas. In the short Starlight the Hypnotist, Twilight also displays coccinellidaephobia, an equally irrational fear of ladybugs, stemming from her youth.

In My Little Pony The Movie, Twilight rationalizes that outside of Equestria, not every problem can be solved with friendship, especially since a con artist cat almost sells them and they are almost ratted out by a band of parrot pirates. In the underwater kingdom of Seaquestria, she has Pinkie and the rest of her friends act friendly toward the friendless Princess Skystar to serve as a distraction while she attempts to steal the transformation pearl. It is this act that ends up costing the Mane Six's friendship and getting Twilight captured by Tempest Shadow.
Skills
Organization

Twilight Sparkle, the All-Team Organizer.

Twilight shows her knack for organization in Winter Wrap Up. When the Winter Wrap Up becomes inefficient and uncoordinated, she organizes the teams and ensures that winter is wrapped up on time. Mayor Mare gives Twilight the official title of "All-Team Organizer." Twilight also uses her organization skills in the episodes Lesson Zero, Secret of My Excess, and It's About Time. In the book The Art of Equestria, then-supervising director Jayson Thiessen suggests that Twilight has "a touch of OCD".
Teaching

Twilight teaching the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

In the episode Twilight Time, Twilight takes time each week to teach the Cutie Mark Crusaders various skills. She attempts to teach Sweetie Belle to use the telekinetic component of her magic, Apple Bloom how to make botanic growth potions, and Scootaloo how to strip and reassemble various types of scooter and cycle. Twilight is overjoyed when she thinks the other classmates also want to learn new things, but she is disappointed when she finds out that they merely want to spend time with a local celebrity.

Twilight's ability as a teacher is proven in that she succeeds in teaching all three Crusaders the skills she intended to teach them. They all demonstrate a high degree of aptitude at the end of their lessons.

Twilight attempts to teach Rainbow Dash the history of the Wonderbolts, but her methods of study prove futile when Rainbow Dash acts as a class clown in Testing Testing 1, 2, 3. In The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 2, Twilight takes Starlight Glimmer on as a student, and she attempts to give Starlight her first friendship lesson in The Crystalling - Part 1 by sending her to reunite with Sunburst. In the end, Twilight laments about her alleged failure, but Spike renews her resolve.

In the season eight premiere, Twilight opens the School of Friendship in order to teach the magic of friendship to all races and spread it across Equestria and beyond. She serves as the school's headmistress, and she and her friends all serve as teachers. In A Horse Shoe-In, however, she gives both of her roles to Starlight when being assigned to take Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's places as the future leader of Equestria.

In The Last Problem, after being crowned as leader of Equestria, Twilight is put in charge of the School for Gifted Unicorns, and helps her future student Luster Dawn realize the importance of friendship in a similar way to learning it herself from Celestia.
Magic

This section is transcluded from the article magic. If you wish to edit this section, click here.

Twilight Sparkle is exceptionally talented at magic. In a flashback in The Cutie Mark Chronicles, Princess Celestia tells Twilight that she has never seen a unicorn with so much raw ability.
Notable spells performed by Twilight

Twilight casting her fail-safe spell, which is ineffective on Discord's magic.

As talented as Twilight is, her spells occasionally misfire or fail.

When she casts a spell on the parasprites in Swarm of the Century so they won't eat food, they begin to consume items which aren't food, and subsequently destroy Ponyville.
When she tries to assist with Winter Wrap Up by animating a plow with a "come-to-life" spell, she loses control of it and makes a mess.
In The Return of Harmony Part 1, she tries to reverse Discord's strange effects with a "fail-safe spell," but it fails.
In the episode Magic Duel, she has difficulty performing an age spell, which she says is only for "the highest level unicorns."
In Make New Friends but Keep Discord, Twilight fails to stop the Smooze with her magic.
In The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1, Twilight tries to stop Starlight Glimmer from casting a time-travel spell, but the spell she casts bounces off.
In The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 2, Twilight attempts to cast a spell in self-defense against the timberwolves, but it doesn't work.
In My Little Pony The Movie, Twilight casts magic against the Storm King's guards, but it bounces off one of their shields and ends up destroying the section of the bridge she and her friends are standing on.

Twilight's horn glowing deep pink.

In the first season, Twilight's horn usually glows white or the same hue as her coat, and the objects she is manipulating glow white, lavender, or pink. When she manipulates multiple objects at once, several other colors are used as well, for example in the gem-finding scene in A Dog and Pony Show. Starting with the second season's third episode, Twilight's magic is uniformly depicted using a pink glow, although it is colored white in a flashback in The Point of No Return.
Parents

Twilight's parents, Twilight Velvet and Night Light.

Twilight's parents first appear in The Cutie Mark Chronicles. In a flashback, they excitedly nod their approval when Princess Celestia offers to make Twilight her apprentice. They later appear in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2, Magical Mystery Cure, and The Crystalling - Part 2.

Twilight Sparkle's mother resembles the notable G1 pony Twilight in My Little Pony Special, with her hair style similar to Twilight's. Twilight Sparkle's father resembles the female G1 pony named Nightlight.
Shining Armor

Young Twilight and her older brother, Shining Armor.

Twilight reveals that she has an older brother, Shining Armor, in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1. She sings B.B.B.F.F. (Big Brother Best Friend Forever), a song about their close bond and how much she misses him after she moves to Ponyville. Shining Armor, though extremely busy with his duties around the Crystal Empire, still has time for his little sister, whom he calls "Twily".
Princess Cadance

Twilight and Cadance hugging.

Twilight reveals that Princess Cadance was her foal-sitter when she was a filly. At the end of A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2, Twilight becomes Cadance's sister-in-law when the latter marries Shining Armor. Twilight enjoys spending time with Cadance as seen in Three's A Crowd when Cadance comes to visit her.
Flurry Heart

Twilight and her niece Flurry Heart.

In The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows, Cadance and Shining Armor surprise Twilight by telling her that they are having a baby and that she will be an aunt. She is introduced to her new niece Flurry Heart in the season six premiere and shocked to see that she is an Alicorn. However, Twilight soon becomes very fond of Flurry Heart by the end of The Crystalling - Part 2 and looks forward to seeing her in The Times They Are A Changeling. In A Flurry of Emotions, Twilight attempts to spend some time with Flurry, which takes a lot of time out of her busy schedule.

Twilight and Spike in their hot air balloon.

Twilight rides a purple hot air balloon in the title sequence, and uses the same balloon to fly with her friends to Cloudsdale for Rainbow Dash's competition in Sonic Rainboom. In The Return of Harmony Part 2, the ponies use it to fly with Fluttershy in order to capture the brainwashed Rainbow Dash. The balloon is also used on other occasions.
Crowns, etc.

For the first three seasons of the show, Twilight possesses a crown containing the element of magic. She receives it in Friendship is Magic, part 2 when she defeats Nightmare Moon. The crown is studded with sapphires and a magenta star-shaped gem shaped like Twilight's cutie mark.

After Twilight becomes a princess in Magical Mystery Cure, she wears a different crown with the element of magic embedded in it. It is a lighter shade of gold, no longer has sapphires, and rests horizontally, not vertically, on Twilight's head. It appears again in Shadow Play - Part 2 and The Beginning of the End - Part 1.

Twilight relinquishes her crown when she and her friends restore the Elements of Harmony to the Tree of Harmony in Princess Twilight Sparkle - Part 2. At the Summer Sun Celebration, she wears a new crown, which has the same shade of gold but looks completely different from her element of magic crown. It has more of a "classic" crown shape, with each point studded with a small magenta jewel. It becomes her regular crown from then onward, as seen in Trade Ya!, Equestria Games, Twilight's Kingdom - Part 1, and Princess Spike.

In My Little Pony The Movie, Twilight wears a somewhat different crown. This crown is destroyed when Tempest Shadow stomps on it.

In The Last Problem, when Twilight becomes the new ruler of Equestria, she receives Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's merged crown.

The Twilicane, unnamed in the show but named in Enterplay's collectible card game, is a scepter that Discord gives to Twilight in Princess Twilight Sparkle - Part 2 as a way of mocking her "Princess" status. The Twilicane later appears in Slice of Life, when Lemon Hearts drops it in the path of DJ Pon-3's mobile DJ station; in The Gift of the Maud Pie, when Rarity considers it as an option for a gift to Maud; and in A Royal Problem, when Derpy wields it in a dream.

Twilight and her friends in Equestria Girls.

In My Little Pony Equestria Girls, Twilight and Spike teleport to a human world to retrieve the stolen element of magic from Sunset Shimmer. Twilight and Spike enter Canterlot High and meet the human counterparts of their Ponyville friends. When Twilight discovers that Principal Celestia will award the crown to the Princess of the Fall Formal dance, she decides to run for Princess. She wins, despite a smear campaign orchestrated by Sunset Shimmer, and receives the crown at the dance.

However, Sunset Shimmer takes the crown by force and transforms into a rage-filled demon. She hypnotizes the students, whom she plans to use as an army to invade Equestria. When she attacks Twilight, Twilight's friends shield her and inadvertently activate the magic of friendship. They defeat Sunset Shimmer, who is remorseful for her actions.

After the dance, Twilight and Spike return to Equestria. Twilight feels more confident about being a princess than before. She bumps into Flash Sentry, who she encountered several times in the human world, and blushes. Twilight's friends tease her for having a crush, but she denies it.
Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks

In the film, the reformed Sunset Shimmer uses a magical book to write a note to Princess Celestia that magically appears in a book in Celestia's library. When Twilight sees this book, she senses that her CHS friends need her help, so she and Spike go through a modified version of the Crystal Mirror to return to the human world.

Once there, Twilight is told of the situation at CHS while also revealing her new status back home in Equestria as the Princess of Friendship. Twilight learns that her human friends are still able to assume half-pony forms after she returned home with the Element of Magic. She attempts to take out the Dazzlings at the pre-Battle of the Bands party immediately, only to find the magic of friendship not working. Believing that they need a counter-spell song to counteract the Dazzlings' song, Twilight struggles to come up with one as the Rainbooms battle their way to the finals to buy Twilight more time.

When they are dropped into the basement of the amphitheater stage by Trixie and the Illusions, under encouragement from the Dazzlings, Twilight gives up hope, only to discover that the reason the magic of friendship never worked was because the Rainbooms had allowed a few disagreements to drive a rift into their friendships. That caused the magic of friendship to become warped into something the Dazzlings could feed upon and render it powerless.

Twilight Sparkle leading the Rainbooms in Rainbow Rocks.

Once the Rainbooms realize their error and make amends, together with DJ Pon-3, who was immune to the Dazzlings' spell thanks to her headphones, and Sunset lending her strength to them, Twilight and the band are able to overpower and destroy the Dazzlings' power sources, stripping them of their dark powers permanently, and leaving them to be forced off the stage in disgrace by the angry students and faculty.

Afterward, Twilight returns home to Equestria, but thanks to how she was able to re-energize the portal, she can come back to visit anytime she wants. Sunset also takes it upon herself to write her friendship reports into her old journal for Twilight to read back in Equestria.

After the credits roll, the human world's Twilight pieces together some strange events that occurred at Canterlot High School. She talks to her non-sentient dog Spike. This version of Twilight looks extremely different as she has her hair in a bun and wears thick black glasses, similar to how pony Twilight is dressed when she plays a therapist to Rainbow Dash in Lesson Zero.
Rainbow Rocks animated shorts

Twilight appears in her human form in Shake Your Tail, where she helps her friends come up with a theme for a dance at Canterlot High. She comes up with a classroom theme, but that idea does not sit well with the others. She later performs at the dance with the Rainbooms. In Perfect Day for Fun, she spends some time with Fluttershy at the Canterlot High carnival. At one point, she gives Fluttershy a Discord plushie, but Fluttershy smacks it with a Whack-a-Mole hammer. She and Fluttershy spend most of the short trying to find the others. They finally reunite at the photo booth, taking some photos before leaving for the stage to perform. In one photo montage, Twilight and Applejack drag a crying Fluttershy into a haunted house. However, Applejack and Twilight end up getting scared themselves while Fluttershy shows indifference towards it. The final scene shows Twilight and her friends looking through the photos on top of a ferris wheel. In the novelization, Twilight is actually still in Equestria and, in the end, imagines that she is performing with her Canterlot High friends.

She also appears in the encore shorts My Past is Not Today and Friendship Through the Ages. In the former, she briefly appears in a flashback offering her hand to Sunset Shimmer after her defeat. In the latter, she performs the titular song with the Rainbooms, singing the first verse on piano, and happily interacts with Sunset Shimmer.

Twilight Sparkle meets Twilight Sparkle.

In the third Equestria Girls film, Twilight's human counterpart is revealed to be attending Crystal Prep Academy and is a member of the Wondercolts' rival, the Shadowbolts. This version of Twilight is portrayed as being rather awkward and curious.

The Twilight from Equestria does not appear until the very end of the movie, where she explains that she did not respond to Sunset's letters because she was dealing with a time travel loop, referring to the events of Parts 1 and 2. She calls it the "strangest thing that ever happened to [her]". She then notices her human doppelgänger and demotes it to being the second strangest. Human Twilight only sheepishly waves at her counterpart from Equestria.

In a deleted scene on the DVD, Sunset meets Princess Twilight at the Sweet Shoppe to talk to her. Sunset tells Twilight that she has a desire for more than intramural sports and is actually considering returning to Equestria. Twilight assures Sunset that the portal is always open for her to return. Later, the waitress arrives with Twilight's order, but she only has Equestrian bits as money. Sunset pays for her, saying she can pay her back when she comes to Equestria.
Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree

Twilight is only mentioned throughout the film.
Equestria Girls: Mirror Magic

While Princess Twilight does not appear in Mirror Magic, she is alluded to throughout. In the beginning, Sunset writes to her in her journal, but unfortunately she runs out of pages. When Sunset returns to Equestria, Starlight Glimmer gives Sunset a new journal in Twilight's absence, saying she and the rest of the Mane Six were called away to solve a friendship problem. Starlight then follows Sunset through the Crystal Mirror, claiming that Twilight won't mind. At the end of the special, Twilight writes Sunset back in her replacement journal and gives Starlight permission to stay in the human world for a few more days.
Equestria Girls: Summertime Shorts

Twilight, in her human form, plays supporting roles in Make Up Shake Up, A Photo Booth Story, and Raise This Roof, all of which take place during the first film. She also appears in photographs in Rainbow Dash's bedroom in Leaping Off the Page.
Equestria Girls: Forgotten Friendship

In the hour-long special Forgotten Friendship, Twilight helps Sunset solve the mystery of her friends' memories being erased, and she eventually traces the cause to a magical artifact that Clover the Clever buried in the human world called the Memory Stone. At Twilight's encouragement, Sunset also reconciles with Princess Celestia.

Twilight also appears in human form in flashback during We've Come So Far, in Applejack's memories of the Battle of the Bands and Pinkie Pie's slumber party, and in Wallflower Blush's memories of the Fall Formal.
Equestria Girls: Spring Breakdown

In Spring Breakdown, Twilight appears at the Castle of Friendship hanging a painting with Spike in the throne room. When Sunset arrives with human Twilight and Rainbow Dash in pony form, she tells them stories about her and her friends' adventures in Equestria. She also lends them the Staff of Sacanas to quell a magic lightning storm after some of the Storm King's magic leaks into the human world. At the end of the special, Twilight appears again when Sunset brings the stranded cruise passengers to Equestria.

In My Little Pony The Movie, Twilight organizes the Festival of Friendship in Canterlot. When the city is invaded by the Storm King's forces, led by Tempest Shadow, Twilight and her friends escape to seek out the "Queen of the Hippos"—later specified to be Queen Novo of the Hippogriffs—for help, as per Celestia's instructions. During their journey, they are nearly sold into slavery by Capper and thrown overboard Captain Celaeno's airship. When they find Novo in Seaquestria and she refuses to help save their home, Twilight resorts to attempting to steal her Pearl of Transformation, resulting in her and her friends' banishment from Seaquestria when she gets caught.

After a heated falling-out with her friends, Twilight is captured by Tempest and brought back to Canterlot, where the Storm King uses the Staff of Sacanas to drain her and the other princesses' magic. Twilight saves Tempest from being swept up by the Storm King's tornado when he betrays her, and Twilight's friends arrive to rescue her and liberate Canterlot. Twilight and her friends eventually succeed in defeating the Storm King, and she restores Tempest with the staff after she sacrifices herself to save them from his final attack. In the end, Canterlot is restored, the Friendship Festival resumes, and Twilight and her friends befriend Tempest.

Of the six Elements of Harmony, she represents the Element of Magic. As a young filly in Canterlot, she was chosen by Princess Celestia to study the highest form of magic as the princess's apprentice. Seeing Twilight value knowledge over friends, the princess sent Twilight to Ponyville to learn the magical properties of friendship. Because Twilight not only mastered magic but also created magic of her own through such friendship, she has been bestowed with wings and the title PRINCESS TWILIGHT.

4th Dimension Entertainment plush description

A book loving and studious unicorn, Twilight Sparkle was specially chosen by Princess Celestia to be her apprentice when Twilight Sparkle was just a filly. The Princess later sent Twilight Sparkle to Ponyville to learn about the magic of friendship.

Twilight Sparkle is always there for her friends, eager to help and solve any problem that anypony has. Organized and clever to a fault, her stubborn and obsessive nature sometimes gets her into trouble. She tends to favor logic over intuition, believing in only what she can prove rationally, giving her a healthy desire to ask questions. This natural curiosity aids Twilight Sparkle well on her adventures, constantly helping her solve problems and learn new, exciting things. Each day brings another lesson, and her magical powers and circle of friends both continue to grow. She currently lives in the Golden Oak Library with her young dragon assistant, Spike, and pet owl named Owlowiscious.

With her closest friends Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle completes the Elements of Harmony – the most powerful magic in all of Equestria.

In Crossover Chaos, Twilight Sparkle is a member of the Paragons, and a good friend of Tai and Matt, having met them when they ended up in Equestria. Nothing is said about what caused them to get to Equestria, as the incident is described in a way like the Calvin and Hobbes "Noodle Incident", where every detail seems more ridiculous then the last.

Twilight Sparkle is the princess of Equestria, and came to the Paragons to go on more adventures, as being a princess of Equestria can get a little boring sometimes.

She has no love interest at this moment, but she is the ex of Plato (Beetle Bailey) in Crossover Chaos, and it's unknown how they got together in the first place.

She has her canonical personality traits, so no big personality change.

Tai hissed, as he fired off orange fire magic from an orange magic circle looking like the Crest of Courage.

"Yeah! The Exoverse is ours, not yours!"

Matt panted, as before his death by the wings of the Mo'heads, he had gained quite a bit of weight from his suddenly less active life, and his first death and subsequent revival hadn't really taken the weight off.

He raised a hand, creating a light blue magic circle with the Crest of Friendship behind it, as he blasted a big blast of blue water at the Mo'heads.

The Paragons were winning, but the Mo'heads weren't scared.

They weren't scared at all.

Description

Matt starts as a secretive loner with a cool demeanor. He is mature, thoughtful and level-headed, and more likely to think things through than charge head-on. He is a deeply caring person who will do anything for a friend and is very protective of his loved ones. He is prone to second-guessing and self-deprecation when he cannot protect others—his self-worth hinges on his ability to be a good friend. Unlike Tai, who is more willing to look at the "big picture", sometimes to the detriment of his friends, Matt always tries to focus on the good of his small circle of friends. As a teenager, he is more laid-back and easygoing and is more willing to support his friends risking themselves against enemy Digimon. However, he still reacts strongly when his friends are under pressure, such as when the news depicted the team's Digimon as monsters, and Tai became reluctant to defend their reputation due to fears about possible casualties. He is also a good singer. Iron Vegiemon A Very Digi-Christmas

Matt's younger brother, Takeru "T.K." Takaishi, is also one of the eight DigiDestined, but their parents are divorced and so they cannot spend much time together.[9] He is very protective of T.K. and often acts harshly when T.K. is in trouble. After their adventures in the Digital World, their relationship becomes closer, and Matt trusts T.K. more, acknowledging his burgeoning independence.

Matt has a French grandfather, making him and his brother T.K. at least 1/4 French. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 2

Matt dislikes ohagi. Our War Game!

At some point, Matt and his father moved to Odaiba, where his father works at the Fuji TV Network, Inc. building.

Yamato "Matt" Ishida in Season 1

Matt came to summer camp with T.K. by special arrangement, as T.K. was from a different school than the others. In the Digital World, Matt awkwardly tries to take care of T.K., comforting and coddling him, but he finds that his younger brother is more independent than he remembered.

Matt becomes good friends with the group leader Tai Kamiya, but also develops a rivalry with him, leading to a significant internal conflict throughout the journey. Matt is more protective and concerned about the group as a whole, sometimes to the point of being aggressive or violently overbearing, causing more conflict when compared to Tai's headstrong strategy. Matt is also concerned that Tai might be a better older brother to T.K. than he is.

When Devimon separates the DigiDestined, Matt and Gabumon end up in Freezeland. As Matt frantically searches for T.K., he comes down with a cold, and Gabumon removes his fur coat at night to warm his partner up, at the cost of catching a cold himself. The next morning, Matt reunites with Tai, but they get in a fight because Matt wants to look for the others and Tai wants to head straight to Infinity Mountain. They come to an understanding once Matt begins to cry, voicing his concern for T.K.'s safety. Subzero Ice Punch!

After Tai and MetalGreymon disappear following the battle against Etemon, Matt and T.K. stick together even when the other DigiDestined leave. When they reach an amusement park near a lake, Matt and Gabumon cross the lake to check things out and find Joe Kido and Gomamon working hard to pay for a meal at Digitamamon's diner. Matt comes to their aid and tries to help them at work, but Joe's clumsiness and DemiDevimon's trickery cause them to gain more debt and work more. Matt, growing increasingly worried about T.K., begins losing confidence in Joe, and even starts thinking he is making mistakes on purpose. However, when Joe risks his life to save T.K. from Vegiemon, Matt realizes he was in the wrong, and that he cannot win his battles alone and needs his friends' help, including Joe's. This causes his Crest of Friendship to activate, allowing Garurumon to Digivolve to WereGarurumon Forget About It WereGarurumon's Diner

Out on the Town

Though Myotismon is first defeated due to Wizardmon's sacrifice, he instead Digivolves to VenomMyotismon. Gennai tells the DigiDestined of a prophecy, and they decide to act on it. This requires T.K. and Kari, Tai's younger sister, to have their partners Angemon and Angewomon shoot arrows of light through the hearts of their big brothers. Though they both admit they are scared, Tai and Matt face this prospect together. The plan works, causing Agumon and Gabumon to warp digivolve to WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. Prophecy

Before the DigiDestined go back to the Digital World to fix the distortions once and for all, Matt reunites with his mother, though it is a tense meeting. This encounter reveals lingering resentments in him that continue even after he returns to the Digital World. The Battle for Earth

Upon returning to the Digital World, he becomes angry when he thinks T.K. no longer needs him. He is persuaded by Cherrymon that Tai is his enemy, which culminates into a major fight between the boys and their Digimon, ending only when the Homeostasis take control of Kari. He decides to part from the group for a while, returning briefly only to save them from Puppetmon before disappearing again. Trash Day The Ultimate Clash Ogremon's Honor

Before the final clash with Piedmon, Matt falls into a pit of darkness and is forced to realize that his parents' divorce broke his heart and made him resort to solitude. He refused to let anyone see him cry, which caused him to push away from potential friends. Gabumon helps him to understand that everything would be alright and that he is valuable. After this experience, Matt reunites with Joe and T.K. and helps Sora escape from a similar pit of darkness using his experience to guide her. He then arrives at the place where Tai and WarGreymon have been holding Piedmon off, reviving them with the power of Friendship just in time for the final battle. The Crest of Friendship
Digimon Adventure: Our War Game!

On March 4, 2000, Matt is with T.K. visiting their grandmother out in the country. Tai and Izzy manage to get a hold of them and warn them about Diaboromon. Following this, the brothers search the surrounding town for a computer to help fight on the Internet. He and Tai enter the Internet unintentionally and with the help of all of the kids over the net, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon are able to DNA Digivolve into Omnimon. Omnimon defeats Diaboromon, and Matt and Tai return to the Real World.
Digimon Adventure 02

In May 2000, Matt arrives in the Digital World and gives up his Crest power to free the Digimon Sovereigns. As a result, Gabumon loses the power to become WereGarurumon and MetalGarurumon. Fusion Confusion

By March 2002, Matt and his friends from school form a rock band, with Matt singing and playing bass guitar. They decide to name it The Teenage Wolves, influenced by a discussion Matt has with his father about Gabumon's evolutions and the movie "I Was a Teenage Werewolf". Original Story: 2½ Year Break

Matt's band is already popular by the time the new DigiDestined step into the fray. One of his biggest fans Davis's older sister, Jun, who constantly pursues him after receiving his autograph. Iron Vegiemon When Matt goes to tell the Motomiyas that Davis was going to be gone for a little while, Jun recognizes that he is lying and blackmails him into going on a date. Guardian Angel

His friendship with Tai has changed considerably, with the two respecting each other immensely. When Agumon is enslaved by the Digimon Emperor and Tai falls into despair, Matt punches him in the face to try and get him to snap out of it - an act that Tai is grateful for. The two then work together with the new DigiDestined to rescue Agumon. The Captive Digimon Storm Of Friendship

In summer, Matt is kidnapped into another dimension and regresses in age thanks to Wendigomon. The new DigiDestined reverse this. Digimon Hurricane Landing!/Transcendent Evolution! The Golden Digimentals

When the new DigiDestined decide to go to the Digital World and stay there until they defeat the Digimon Emperor, Matt and T.K. convince their father to chaperon a camping trip for Matt, Tai, and Izzy as a cover-up for the younger kids. When Jun attempts to insert herself into their trip, Matt tricks her and leaves her behind. Run Yolei Run Jun later tracks him down at the campground itself, and Hiroaki makes him take her home by bus. The Crest of Kindness

When Cody has concerns about becoming T.K.'s partner in DNA Digivolution, he comes to Matt for advice, hoping Matt would know more about T.K.'s violent reactions to darkness. Matt explains how darkness hurt T.K. three years ago and lets T.K. know about Cody's inquiry. Cody Takes A Stand

On December 24, Matt and his band are scheduled to perform at a junior high band contest. That day, Matt accepts Sora's confession of love to him, and the two begin dating. A Very Digi-Christmas On Christmas Day, the DigiDestined are empowered by the Harmonious One Azulongmon so that their Digimon can once again reach their highest forms. Dramon Power Matt, Ken Ichijouji and their Digimon go to Mexico to help a Mexican DigiDestined, Rosa and her partner, Gotsumon, transport some loose Digimon back to the Digital World. Digimon World Tour, Pt. 3

Matt later aids the others in fighting the Daemon Corps and tracking down the children seeded with Dark Spores by Yukio Oikawa. He is present at Highton View Terrace when Oikawa gathers the Dark Spore children and is confronted by the DigiDestined. However, he remains behind when Oikawa, the children, and the new DigiDestined enter the world of dreams. Oikawa's Shame When the world is engulfed by MaloMyotismon's darkness, he goes with older DigiDestined and their families to the site of the summer camp from which they were transported to the Digital World years ago. He and the older DigiDestined manage to reach the Digital World from there and help defeat MaloMyotismon once and for all with the light of their Digivices. A Million Points of Light

There was a picture of Matt and Sora on a shopping date. Matt and Tai first travel onto the internet to try to defeat Diaboromon, but the battle moves to earth when the Kuramons escape into the real world. Later, he, Tai, and Sora lift up their Digivices to help give power to Imperialdramon Fighter Mode so that he can defeat Armageddemon.

Notes and references

The credits for Digimon Adventure (Movie) list Ai Nagano, Shizuka Okohira, Syoko Kikuchi, and You Sugimoto as voicing "Children" without specifying roles.
In the Japanese version of Adventure 02, it is stated the show starts in the first day of the school year, which in the real-world format of the Japanese class system would imply that he was instead age 13 at the start of the series.

In the English language dub, the two were mistakenly said to be half-brothers in the episode Garurumon.

In Crossover Chaos, Matt and T.K. are half-brothers like the English dub, as the CC-Verse version of their father remarried after an incident that killed his first wife, implied to be a political assassination, as Hiroaki Ishida, in the CC-Verse, was the heir to the Ichavian throne.

Matt in the CC-Verse is referred to by his English dub name, and is in a relationship with Tai, as Tai married Sora in this universe, and Matt married Mimi (one of two to do so, the other being Elaine).

He is now the sitting monarch on the Ichavian throne.

Matt is fairly close personality-wise to canon, with the addition of an addiction to cheese. Crossover Chaos explains that when he came to America sometime between 02 and the Crossover Chaos current time, he fell in love with the food stuff, and can't control himself around it, causing Tai to plan an intervention.

This is why he is of higher weight in the CC-Verse.

Otherwise, he is, again, fairly close personality-wise to canon.

Trippz saw that the Mo'heads weren't scared, but neither was she and her friends.

After all, they were going to win this for all of the Exoverse, so that everyone would be free and not be enslaved anymore...

Socks, though, decided that enough was enough...

And then raised up his sword, Hexagonus.

His eyes flared with silver, orange and brown flame, as he pointed Hexagonus at the Mo'heads.

He chuckled, and then smirked.

"Now... Hexy boy... Cleanse them in the flame of the silver nitrate."

Hexagonus chortled.

"Okay, Socks."

The two shouted together, as they shouted out the attack's name.

"CLEANSING FIRE OF THE SILVER NITRATE! HIT 'EM WITH THEIR OWN DEATHS!"

Silver, orange and brown fire came out of the sapphire and silver blade, as the Mo'heads realized their mistakes...

Too late.

The next moment, the Exoverse was cleansed in silver fire.

And the next, the fire had lifted.

And there was no more trace of the Mo'heads to be seen.

Elaine raised her eyebrows.

"Wow. You just genocided an entire alien species, Socks."

Socks shrugged.

"Eh, you gotta do what you gotta do... plus they weren't good people, anyways."

"...Yeah..." Tom grumbled.

"But now we got a lot of rebuilding to do..."

Tom walked over. "Those bastards did a number on the Exoverse..."

"True, but now we have a new purpose." Trippz said, walking forward.

"At least... we can start anew."

Izzy hummed to herself, smiling.

"That may be true, but..."

She looked up at the stars, as the smoke cleared.

The stars were bright as day, and were the clearest they had ever been on Arda in generations.

"...I think this is just the beginning of a new journey."

HEXAGONUS

Original Series: Crossover Chaos

Socks' trusty sword, talking with the voice of Filmation's founder, Lou Scheimer. He was made for the Roman Emperor Nero, out of sapphire and silver, and, in the Crossover Chaos-verse, was the sword he killed himself with.

Socks came across him from buying him from a weapon archivist in New York City, who was selling off a few weapons to pay rent for his weaponry museum.

Hexagonus is a trusty companion, and is loyal to Socks, through and through.

"Well, we could stand here watching them download scans for the next fifty minutes, or we could go grab a pizza."
―Tom to Sarah, Scavenger Scan

Thomas Anthony Majors is the main protagonist of the Chaotic TV Series. His Chaotic codename is MajorTom.

Character Origins

Tom's original design from Now or Never! was a 12-year-old blonde with black gloves and jacket, along with blue jeans, sneakers, and a red-and-white striped shirt. He and Kaz were also meant to be archenemies, with Tom allying himself with the OverWorlders and Kaz with the UnderWorlders.
Appearance

Tom is a regular human teenager with black hair and blue eyes. His skin is a bit more tanned than some of the other characters. He always wears a grey t-shirt with a white target symbol on it, a black long-sleeved shirt underneath and blue jeans and grey trainers.
Background Information

Tom Majors is mainly an OverWorld player. While he has been playing Chaotic for as long as he can remember, he knows far less about things than his friends do about the world's of Chaotic and Perim. Despite his lack of knowledge Tom is an excellent player, especially when using Maxxor. At first, he was very shocked and overwhelmed when he first transported to Chaotic, transforming into his Creatures, and experiencing the battle "for real." Tom quickly gets over his fears and confusion.[2]
Personality and Behaviour

Tom is a bold–maybe too bold–risk taker and thrill seeker. He loves playing Chaotic, exploring Perim, and experiencing excitement and adventure. He always helps those in need, and his selflessness sometimes surprises other Chaotic players and Creatures alike, like when he kept his promise to Smildon to cure the disease destroying Prexxor Chasm. He cares a lot about his friends Sarah, Kaz, and Peyton as well as the well-being of the creatures of Perim with whom he isn't enemies with. A naturally gifted player who relies on his guts, he is a force to be reckoned with.[2]

Maze of Menace

It's up to Tom to save Maxxor from a terrible fate. But time's running out as both Chaor and Van Bloot race to find the OverWorld leader first.
A Rare Hazzard

Tom flees to Perim when Kaz accuses him of cheating. There he meets a group of players who are destroying ultra rare locations. He stops them before they can destroy Akarak Cavern. As it turns out he and Kaz weren't enemies at all. They were acting!

Tom gets his codename from the song "Space Oddity" by David Bowie.
Tom possibly has a Latin-American ethnic background.
Tom is apparently quite an accomplished athlete, as his room is decorated with multiple sports trophies.

In Crossover Chaos, he is Kaz's husband. His ethnic background is changed to American Indigneous, and is also of the Elysian royal lineage, and that explains why his eyes are just as blue as they are in the series.

He is a lot quieter and less leader-like then he is in his canon, due to the fact that he went to a mental asylum (or psych ward, the term is used interchangably in Crossover Chaos) after a mental breakdown caused by the events of the Season Three finale of Chaotic.

Because of his mental state, Kaz had to pick up the slack and become the leader of their friend group, causing Tom's personality to become more introverted and quiet, and more like that of a healer's.

He is also versed in 15 types of martial arts, and is also great at healing magery and water magery.

BIG WEAS

Original Series: Geoweasel (2000s, Niko Anesti)

The Big Weas, in his original canon, is meant to be a silly megalomaniac, who wants to rule the world, and formed the organization of GEOWeasel to feed his ambitions.

In Crossover Chaos, he has similar ambitions, but they are put in a more sympathetic light, due to being experimented on in a lab, and later escaping.

He wants to take over the world in the CC-Verse due to that fact, so that no one may suffer like he did ever again.

In the CC-Verse, Weas has a younger sister named Summer, and the rare time they appear onscreen together, their relationship very much echoes that of Tai and Kari's, as Weas has that same protective streak over his very much fragile younger sister.

Meanwhile, in an unknown location...

Weas could feel the chains digging at his wrists, as he became conscious once again.

His wrists were bleeding, and his forearms were covered in dried blood.

His own blood.

Oh God no. Weas thought, panic running through his mind as he noticed the shackles on his wrists.

Am I back in the lab?

Did those scientists finally find me again?

Did I just dream up GEOWeasel?

Or did I just lose all of my progress?

As Weas' mind raced, he pulled at the shackles and chains holding him on the wall.

"Son of a-!" Weas shouted, as the chain snapped back, throwing him against the wall, making him yelp and cry out in pain.

The rocks were cold, hard, and generally rather painful against his back, and he realized he didn't have his usual brown hoodie to protect himself.

The realization then hit Weas.

Oh no.

I think someone captured me.

But who?

Weas, once again, since the time he had been a labweasel...

Had felt vulnerable.

And he didn't like it.

He screamed, and yelled, and tried to fight against his bonds.

And his mind raced back to Summer.

His younger sister.

His fragile little baby sister.

Oh no... Oh hell no!

If they hurt Summer-!

Weas still struggled against his bonds, as he pushed his scrawny muscles so hard to try and escape them.

And then the bonds broke with a loud glass-like shatter, causing the chains that restrained him to drop to the floor.

Weas took a deep breath, as he looked at himself.

Blood on the forearms, stripped down to basically just pants?

Not good.

Definitely not good.

And he couldn't take off his shackles...

Because he didn't know how to lockpick.

(That was a Mitri thing, more then a Weas thing.)

Weas sighed, as he sat down on the floor.

He buried his face in his hands, choked cries coming from his throat.

If they hurt anyone I know-!

I don't know what I'd do with myself!

They already hurt me!

God knows what they did to my team!

Hell, if they hurt Summer-!

Weas got up, on shaky, weakened legs.

As determination came across his mustachioed face.

Boy, whoever imprisoned him was going to get it...

And Hell hath no fury like a weasel scorned.

TO BE CONTINUED...

If you're wondering, I will indeed be continuing this (no matter how many angry reviews, flames and death threats I get), and no, the next chapters won't be mostly wiki entries (hopefully).

Warnings for the next chapters:

If you don't like harems, turn back now. The Crossover Chaos version of Socks has a harem, though the original authors call it a 'polycule' to make it seem more queer, but it's basically treated the same thing as the harems from isekai anime and Naruto crossover fics except for one thing:

Socks' harem/polycule is mixed-gender, instead of one guy and a ton of girls like most of the stuff I mentioned have them be.

Otherwise, it's treated the exact same way.

There will be no suggestive scenes in this story involving them, though.

Socks just straight up has a harem and they are his husbands, wives and spouses.

If you are brave enough to stomach such things as isekai and Naruto crossover fic-style harems, then I suggest you read on when I release the next chapter.

See you in the next chapter, everyone!
