there was an optional training camp out in the woods for a week and a bunch of people from teams where all were there but since Karasuno was hosting so their whole team had to be there. it was a nice place had a volleyball court to play on and even had wifi. they had only been there for a day or so when everything started to go downhill
everyone had been doing their own thing before training started when they heard someone running to the entrance of the main area
"OKAY!" kenma yelled once he got into the main area "WHICH ONE OF YOU BITCHES TOOK DOWN THE WIFI!"
everyone looks at kenma when kuroo walks over to calm him down
"kenma it's okay" kuroo tries to hug the distressed kitten but he refuses
"NO, IT'S NOT" kenma evaded kuroo then continued"I HAD WIFI LAST NIGHT AND NOW I DON'T HAVE ANY SERVICE OR WIFI SO WHICHEVER ONE OF YOU BITCHES TOOK DOWN THE WIFI COME FORWARD SO I CAN BREAK YOUR KNEE CAPS"
"no one has messed with the wifi" Tsukishima calls from the back "so if you could calm the fuck down you could think rationally and realize it could've just come unplugged"
"WELL I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE INTERNET THING IS" kenma starts to walk over to tsukishima clearly ready to murder someone "SO IF YOU DON'T MIND WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHOW ME WHERE IT IS"
"kenma you don't need wifi" kuroo picked up kenma and started taking him way as he thrashed around
"YES I DO" kenma tried to escape kuroo but failed "WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, I HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT GOING ON ON FORTNIGHT AND THERES NOW WAY I'M GOING TO MISS IT"
"you can go a couple of days without internet it'll be good for you" kuroo walks away with kenma out the back door "I'm going to take kenma to our cabin so he can calm down he'll be an emotional mess for the next couple hours tho"
"PUT ME DOWN" kenma tries to get off but stops when kuroo grips let loose looking to see what he loosened up for and see bokuto laying on the ground surrounded by a pool of blood "is... that... bo-okuto"
kuroo didn't respond just stood there in shock. kenma got off kuroo, carefully trying to hold in tears, and took kuroo inside, once they were inside they every ran over to kuroo who was crying
"oh my god what did you do to kuroo, kenma," akaashi asked looking at kuroo who had tears streaming down his face
"i-i didn't d-do any-ything " kenma started to explain while tears ran down his face "w-we went o-out back a-a-and s-saw b-b-b-bok-"
kenma just started full out sobbing although he may have never said it he considered bokuto a close friend he was always there when he needed help and it pained him to even think about what he saw outside
"what happened" Sugawara came around the corner at the sound of crying
"i-it's...b-b-o-oku-u-uto" kenma got out between sobs
akaashi hearing that bolted out the back door and fell to the ground crying when he saw bokuto
"nononononononononono" akaashi didn't want to believe what he was seeing "i-it can't be"
everyone curious walked to the back door to see what had happened and was shocked, even tsukishima was surprised
"oh my gosh" Sugawara took the initiative to get everyone back inside leaving only akaashi outside who didn't look like he was gonna go inside soon so Sugawara went over to comfort him "are you okay"
"why would anyone do this" akaashi cried into Sugawara's shoulder "he never did anything wrong"

last night
it was pretty dark out and bokuto was bored when he found some beer hidden in a cabinet. it wasn't the smartest thing to do, storing beer in a camp full of teenagers but hey it was there. bokuto knew he shouldn't touch it but since he was bored he thought it wouldn't hurt to have a little. bokuto hadn't drank too much but since he never had beer before so he had a low tolerance. bokuto had about four drinks before he decided he was going to find whoever hurt akaashi. he grabbed a knife and went out to look for them
he went out back and saw someone peacefully walking and knew it had to the one who hurt akaashi and immediately charged at the figure. the figure jumped when they saw him
"b-uto, what th-are yo-ing" the figure asked "ar-ou ho-ing -ife"
"bish...down't fuwk with akwaashi agein" bokuto tries to stab them but they avoid him and stumbled
"-ut-re you ok-" the figure continuously dodges for a while till bokuto gets the figure pinned to the ground and out of nowhere the figure starts twitching and bokuto goes in to stab. out of now where the figure slaps the knife out Bokuto's hand and pushes him off and runs for the knife.
they both run for the knife but since the figure was sober they got there first and picked it up. bokuto tries to get it back but he failed and the figure pushed him down on the ground and just started stabbing bokuto again and again and again then just stopped in shock
"o-oh I -led him" the figure started to smile"oops t-at a -hame"
the figure took the knife and threw it into the woods and walked off

"it's gonna be okay akaashi" Sugawara helps akaashi up and leads him inside
inside every looks pretty shaken up but kenma and kuroo look the worst, kuroo still crying and kenma is trying not to cry while comforting kuroo
"Guys let's not practice today," Sugawara calls out "we'll need to find a way to contact our coaches to come to get us"
"yeah" everyone agrees
"Daichi could you go check and see if the van is good although the person who caused all this probably popped the tires to prevent us from leaving" Sugawara did the best he could to try and keep everyone calm but he had to bring up the body "does anyone want to clean up outside, if not we can do it later just take your time"
"I'll go check the van and help clean up once i'm done " Daichi heads towards the front door to check the van. there was an awkward silence while Daichi went out to the outside, once he came back it helped but the tension was still there " bad news the tires are popped"
everyone shifted around uncomfortably at the news. suga tried to break the silence
"We should all head back to our cabins and stayed there for a while unless you want to help clean up," suga thought this was the best option to choose from
"I'm willing to donate some cleaning supplies," sakusa said from the back "I have bleach and other stuff you can take some but I'm not going to help clean up"
"hey why would you bring bleach to a cabin" Kageyama calls from the crowd "isn't that something you could use to cover your tracks"
"because there is no way I'm sleeping on the ground until I can confirm that is has been ridden of any germs" sakusa scoffed under his mask everyone knew he was germophobic so why was it that suspicious. he liked volleyball and atsumu really wanted him to come it was that simple. sakusa just brought cleaning supplies to make he had a clean area
"if you don't like germs then why come to a cabin in the woods that's full of germs" Kageyama was suspicious of sakusa he knew he had a germophobia but still why would he come here if he did
"well atsumu made me" sakusa maintained his cool even though he was annoyed but getting mad would only place blame on him "and so I made sure I brought cleaning supplies"
"guys" Hinata saw there was an argument and didn't want it to continue so he got in front of Kageyama trying to distract him "stop please, we don't need to be fighting it's not a good time"
"whatever" Kageyama looked away from the tangerine this wasn't like him but still that face was too cute
"Hinata's right" Yamaguchi blurted out and got nervous when everyone looked at him and came up with something to back up what he said"if we uh fight it'll cause um uh chaos making it easier for the uh killer"
"guys just head back to your cabins and stay there until lunch so we can clean up" Daichi tried to get everyone to go "I and suga will stay it clean up"
"yeah yams lets go" tsukishima came up from behind yam startling him
"okay tsukki" yams responds "let's go"
they walk out of the building heading back to their cabin in awkward silence when Yamaguchi decided to try and break the silence
"have you seen the group chat its blowing up" Yamaguchi pulled out his phone to show him
"no I haven't " tsukishima goes for his phone but it isn't in his pocket "shit, I left my phone in the main lobby"
"oh I'll wait here for you" Yamaguchi stopped walking
"it's fine, you can go ahead," tsukishima told him "I'm not fully sure where I left it"
"oh okay," Yamaguchi went back to their cabin
A.N. I'm going to apologize for Bokuto's death being confusing but he's drunk and I didn't want to tell from the killer's perspective because it's a mystery. in fact, I have an offer if you guess the killer and why they're the killer(it's because of science stuff) you can choose a characters death, that'll be really hard even if you know the killer so good luck
I know this may suck and look like a rough draft but I started and I have commitment issues so this has to be done before i go back and edit it
