"Oh come on!" Ally shouted as she was dragged to the waiting room. "Ugh!" she sat down angrily. The room itself was familiar to her, little more than a hallway lined with chairs and a window above one wall.

"So you got in trouble too?" The girl next to her was brown skinned with bright brown eyes, along with freckles, and most noticeably, white hair.

"Hey Rascal." Ally said absently. "I didn't expect you to be here." Ray was dressed in a purple hoodie that had a few slash and teeth holes in them, but they were old, and her wrist had a woven bracelet with wolf teeth pierced through it.

"Wish I could say the same for you." Rascal replied, as they turned to talk. "Which one did it this time?"

"Kalam." Ally replied with a grunt. "Idiot was trying to insult my parents." Ray raised an eyebrow.

"Geeze," She exclaimed. "did these idiots learn by now not to mess with the Louds? Especially with you around?"

Ally shrugged. "Apparently not." she sighed, then smiled. "Now you've got to spill. What are you in here for?"

The older teenager blushed. "I was caught being an idiot, and trying to talk with the local wildlife."

Ally shook her head in disbelief. "The coyotes?" Rascal shrank. "You do realize they'd maul just about anyone else?"

"Yeath, but I was busy telling them not to when the teachers caught me." Ray replied, before groaning. "I'm going to get grounded forever!"

"You do realize I got in trouble for fighting?" Ally asked. "You're just getting in trouble for doing the right thing at the wrong time. I'm sure Uncle Lincoln and Aunt Ronnie Anne will understand."

"Yeath," Rascal said, relaxing. "And Aunt Sam is very animal oriented. And it's a one time thing, unlike you." She looked at her cousin. "You really need to stop getting into fights."

"Hey," Ally shrugged. "I gave him plenty of chances to apologize. He didn't take them, and instead used them as chances to insult the Sharp-Loud name." she clutched her necklace in anger.

"Well that's something at least." Ray replied. "And hey, least that's better than Sol. If she sees anyone being bullied, she gives them one shot at apology. If it's family, they'll be lucky to get a warning, period."

Ally snorted. "We really are a protective family aren't we?" her smile fell. "I just hope my parents don't get in trouble for this."

"Should have thought of that before you did so." Ray replied. "But if it makes you feel any better, we're both in the same boat, except Mom and Dad are going to give me a second earful alongside Aunt Luna and Aunt Sam. And hey, you're not as bad as Sol." Ally snorted. "Or as bad as Laka, that girl gets in trouble for a prank every few days, I swear she pranks more than Aunt Luan did when she was a kid."

"I heard about Chara," Ally agreed. "apparently that branch of the family really likes graveyards."

"Not really appropriate for a five year old though." Ally was about to reply when the principal came in.

"Seriously?" She groaned when she saw who it was. "What is with this family?" she turned to Ray. "You! Your Ray Skywalker Loud right?" Ally snickered at that, earning a glare from Rascal.

"Yes," she replied curtly. "But I go by Rascal by most. But until we know each other better, call me Ray."

The principal nodded. "Very well, makes things easier for me. Come little child." Rascal's brow furrowed, and Ally couldn't help but smirk.

See what I mean? She asked with her eyes. A-n-n-o-y-i-n-g! She wasn't sure if all that got through.

Your right, Rascal replied with her own eyes and expression. But she can't be that bad. I am in trouble after all.

After Ray went in, Ally looked down at her necklace, and the dragon symbol on it. It was a bright purple amethyst jewel with a tiny shiny bronze dragon curled around it like it was resting. She put her hand on it, there was no real reason to, but doing so always made her feel safer, more secure, and braver.

After all, this was just another day in the life of Ally Sharp-Loud.

Just something I wrote in advance for April Fool's. I'll let you decide what's going on. And yes, I still have writer's block.
