Author's note:
Warning! This will be most likely an extremely cheesy and silly story. It might also include tomboy Ruby as well as other horrible things such as stuff and other stuff. You have been warned!
Also, football in this is not referring to "American football". Just to avoid that little misunderstanding.
Penny wasn't someone who was surrounded by a big group of friends. If anything, she couldn't name too many people who she would consider friends throughout her entire life. It wasn't that she was antisocial or disliked. No, quite the opposite, she enjoyed interacting with others and people seemed to like her. It was just that... Well, she was different. While people didn't mind her and would often cheer her on, it was pretty obvious that they weren't always sure how to treat her, how to talk to her and in the end, they treated her like made out of glass. Better to avoid in case they'd break it by accident.
Did it upset her? No, she knew very well that it was the truth. Ever since she was young, ever since she remembered, she was told that she was special, and that made her a little bit different from others. Still, when it came to things like group projects or helping others, she was welcomed to do so, often people fought for her help. Although that might have been because of her enjoyment of certain subjects. Mostly mathematics. Ever since she was small, she loved mathematics. Numbers and different equations. When she learned that math could be done without numbers, it was perhaps the happiest day she could have, as it created endless possibilities.
It gave her some problems in her younger days, sometimes with teachers and sometimes with other kids. Perhaps back then it was harsh for her to learn that she shouldn't step out of the line. She understood that not because she was afraid of being insulted, no, rather she didn't want others to feel bad. People felt bad when they were proved to know less or be able to do less. If anything, that's why Penny always liked to help others, either for them to try and be better at things or maybe find some enjoyment in the thing she loved. Sadly, the latter never happened. To this day she remembers one of the older teachers being bluntly honest with her when she pestered him about math-related things, telling her that he would gladly change his profession if he could, how he hated math but was simply good at it, and at this point, he was just counting days to being retired. Math teacher, a symbol to her when she was but a child. A hero, as lame as it made her sound.
All those things from her past, made her understand that she was special. She never thought of it as a good or bad thing, it just sounded better than saying she was different. Besides, people liked to call her that as well. Some called her the math girl, the special math girl, or just special. It was nice because she agreed. She was special, in a way that she was simply different.
But one day things changed. Penny wasn't aware they would change, as it seemed like something that happened many times in the past. And while she disliked when things changed, for once in her life, she didn't mind the change.
oooOOOooo
"Penny, can you come here for a moment once you're done packing?" An older man who was her math teacher for this year called out to her.
This got her attention immediately, as she glanced up from her back and nodded. "Right away professor!" Once her notebook was in her bag, she grabbed her book and hugged it to herself, before approaching the older man... And a... Someone. She wasn't sure if it was a boy or a girl.
"Good, while I can't force you into doing anything, this here girl, Ruby, could use some help with math." The man frowned as he sent the, now identified as a girl, person that Penny never met before. "If I am, to be honest, she might be held a year back if she won't fix her grades."
At that, the redhead's eyes went wide in shock, as her green eyes focused on the other girl. "Oh no, we can't have that happen! I'll do my best." She awkwardly saluted, to which the man simply nodded.
"Good, I'm glad to hear that. If there's anyone who can help her, it would be you, Penny. Now if she gives you any trouble, don't hesitate to tell me." He managed a small smile before his eyes glanced at Ruby, in which his expression shifted to that of deep disapproval. "I'll leave you two to sort things out."
"Of course! Have a good day professor." As the man was leaving the classroom, Penny waved after him, only to offer a friendly smile. While she tried to be friendly, meeting new people was always... Difficult. Taking a deep breath, she hugged the book to her chest. It was something she always found calming, to hug something. In the past, it was a plushie of sorts, although as she grew up, she noticed that it made other kids... React to it in various manners. While not all of them were bad, Penny never liked to be in the center of attention, as she was never sure how to act. So she began carrying a book with herself, a math book, because what else would she keep close to her chest?
"He could be a little less of a stuck-up." Ruby commented once the man had to be out of earshot, before focusing her eyes on Penny, this time the previously annoyed expression she had was adorned with a goofy grin. "Hey, I'm Ruby, but you could get that much from that old fart." The dark-haired girl thumbed behind herself and extended a hand towards her. The previous gender confusion was due to the short hair and the clothes the girl had. Hoodie with baggie pants and some sort of sports shoes.
This... Well, perhaps not scared Penny, but made her freeze in place. This wasn't what people usually did whenever she met them. "I'm Penny." Trying to stick with the same, practiced way, she introduced herself, although her green eyes moved between the hand and Ruby's face.
At first, Ruby wanted to awkwardly put the hand down, but her face turned suspicious, as she slightly squinted her eyes. "You didn't think I was about to hit you, right?"
"What? Oh! No, no, just... People don't offer me their hands when we first meet." Penny explained, feeling more uncomfortable by the second as Ruby seemed to keep her hand in the same position.
"Do you prefer to wave or something?" Ruby had to notice that her hand was making things worse, so she moved it down. If anything, Penny was glad for that, hugging the book closer to herself.
"Family members hug me and... Well, I'm usually introduced in front of the class or a teacher introduces me to someone, like with you." The redhead explained.
"What about meeting someone outside of school or family?" Ruby asked, leaning over a random front-row desk.
"I don't really do that." Penny shook her head.
"Huh, well how about giving it a try?" Ruby bounced off of the desk and approached Penny.
"Give it a try? I'm not sure I understand." Penny's brow raised, it was an odd situation but even then she found herself not feel as anxious as she thought she would.
"Yeah, you know, giving it a try with the whole handshake. You never know, you might start meeting people outside of being introduced to them by a third party." Ruby said with a grin, once more extending her hand. "Come on, I'll guide you through the process, no need to improvise." She added with a wink.
Joking or not, Penny would be glad for some kind of instructions. She wasn't sure if it was pressure or curiosity, but she did slowly reach out with her hand. "Very well, I'll follow your lead."
"Neat! Just let our hands touch." Ruby said, moving her hand a bit closer and pausing, which allowed Penny to position her hand next to Ruby's. "Now I'll wrap my fingers around your hand so you know what to do, and then you can try with your fingers." With that said, Ruby did as she said, wrapping her fingers around Penny's hand. The redhead's green eyes scanned the current position of the other girl's fingers, and she moved her fingers appropriately. "Very good, now give it a squeeze." Which Ruby did and Penny followed with her own. "Finally, a small shake." She moved her hand very gently. "And we're done, you can release my hand. Your first handshake was a success." Ruby said with a grin and moved her hand back once Penny released her fingers.
"I see." Penny commented as she looked her hand over. Gazing up, she noticed Ruby just standing there with a friendly smile. People usually wanted to set up a time and place to do the tutoring and would go their way. This was a very odd situation. Odd, but... Pleasant.
oooOOOooo
People usually agreed to study at the school library or asked her to find an empty classroom to do that. Penny understood why, they wanted to leave all the learning at school and once they left the building, they wanted to do something else. There was also another part, a bit less fun. People simply didn't really want to be seen with her outside of school. Perhaps not all of them, but she knew a few of the people in the past were like that. They were not very friendly.
That's why Penny was surprised when Ruby offered her home, which wasn't that far from school, as a study base for them. While new places seemed a bit scary, in reality, she felt giddy. She wasn't sure why, perhaps it was the invitation alone or maybe being invited to someone's home? She never was at anyone's home, as she didn't really have friends to come over or have sleepovers or even study sessions. It was... Exciting.
If there was something that Penny found lacking was... Well, inefficiency in setting up a proper date for their math tutoring. She was simply told a day, which was a good start, but then to just look for her at the football field after school. To her protests, Ruby just waved it off and said that even if they didn't go to the same class, they would be able to find one another in that specific location at that unspecified time. To put it lightly, Penny did not like that. She preferred to be somewhere on a specific day and at a specific time. Still, it was hard to get through to Ruby, and since she... Well, didn't say no, it was only to be assumed that she agreed. To some degree. Well, if the girl won't be there, she would simply assume it would be a fluke for this week and use this as an argument for a more precise schedule. Or at least a one-off date.
Still, perhaps Ruby simply was that type of person. There still was the fact that she was invited over, which in itself was enough to justify the odd behavior and all those requirements for Penny to step out of her comfort zone and into those weird, unspecified arrangements. Perhaps that was how it felt to have friends? Real friends, outside of school that is. You just told them you'll see them after school and you'd see them after school! Truly an exciting experience ahead of her.
Stepping outside of the school, Penny moved behind the building, where all the P.E activities were held whenever the weather was good enough. This was also where the sports festival was held and various competitions. Penny didn't hate P.E but she wasn't a fan of it either. She did dislike group sports though and that did show, as she was usually picked somewhere at the end. Which she completely understood, considering her abilities were subpar when compared to her far more skilled classmates.
Speaking of group sports, when she came out to the field where Ruby was supposed to wait for her, all she saw was just some boys play football. Frowning, she made sure that the dark-haired girl wasn't anywhere to be found. It felt... Bad, as she had high hopes for today.
"Yo! Penny!" Hearing someone call her name out, the redhead glanced around, only to see one of the boys... No, that was Ruby. Running up to her, wearing a sports outfit.
This once more added air to Penny's bubble... Well, the bubble was the excitement of course. "Ruby! Hello!" She greeted the girl with unfound enthusiasm. "I am ready to come over so that we may indulge in mathematics in order to improve your grades and scores." Penny announced cheerfully.
"Eh, about that." Ruby smiled sheepishly as she rubbed the back of her head. "Look, could we maybe reschedule it for some other day?"
That... That wasn't a fun thing to hear. No, quite the opposite. While it wasn't the first time that Penny was asked to move her tutoring to some other day or a different hour, this just felt different. Everything about this was different. As if someone took a needle to that bubble inside of her and made it pop without a care in the world. She lowered her head to glance at her shoes as she felt her face lose all the previous cheeriness. "Of course." Penny said without even thinking and hugged the book she held tighter to her chest. Overall, it didn't matter, she was just the math girl. Of course, people had more important things to do. Taking a deep breath, she wanted to know what day they would settle for instead of today, but as she raised her head, she noticed that Ruby was already facing away from her.
This came as a shock to her. Perhaps because she thought Ruby would be different, as she seemed friendly and even though they just talked once, not counting today, they shared a unique and odd interaction already. "Hey! Guys!" The dark-haired girl waved towards the boys at the field, who were idly chatting, most likely waiting for Ruby to go back. "I forgot I have something important to handle, so I'll have to skip today's match!"
"What?!"
"Oh come on!"
"Your girlfriend can wait!"
"Just do it some other day!"
Those were the few of the yells she could catch as the boys protested.
"Sorry, you'll have to find a replacement, I have a girl to take care of!" Ruby chuckled at her own words and turned back to face Penny. Who was... Well, dazzled by the sudden change. Not just one, but two in such a short time. It made her feel a bit lightheaded, as she tried to understand the situation. "Whoa, you alright there? You're not about to pass out on me right? Come on." She reached towards Penny and took her hand, yet another thing that added to the confusion. "Let's go to the changing room, you can sit there while I change."
It took Penny a moment, as she followed Ruby, who led her towards the small building divided into two parts, one for boys and one for girls, where students changed before the P.E. Normally Penny wasn't... Well, fine with people touching her out of nowhere, but she was too confused to really register much, and simply followed Ruby. "O-Our hands." She blurted out, when they were already inside, yet not yet inside one of the changing rooms.
"Huh? Oh!" Ruby immediately released her hand. "I'm sorry! You're not fine with that?." Ruby raised her hands and smiled sheepishly. "You just seemed a bit out of it." Still smiling she lowered her head a bit. "Forgive me?"
O-Of course, considering the complicated circumstances under which this occurred it is not a big deal." Penny nodded and reached up to scratch her cheek as she continued. "Although I'd prefer if you would inform me in some manner next time as it is very unsettling for me whenever someone touches me without my knowledge."
"Yes ma'am." Ruby saluted and without waiting for anything else, began to undress, starting from her shirt. Aside from the gesture, which Penny found funny, the redhead was distracted by the sight. What she noticed was that Ruby was fit. Not like people in her class were unfit or fat, just... They looked less like this. More squishy? Was that a proper term? Most likely not. Softer? That would imply that Ruby wasn't soft... Which Penny didn't know if it was the truth. Then again, she never looked closely at others when they changed, as it was a bad thing to do. This made her realize that she was, indeed, staring at Ruby right now as she was changing, which made her eyes grow wide and her cheeks redden as she turned a bit to the side to force herself to not look. "What's up? You uh... You do change with others for P.E right?"
"Y-Yes, yes I do. Of course. I simply had inappropriate thoughts in my head." Penny blurted out. It was staring, which she was always told to not do, yet she was obvious at how odd her explanation could sound and what it could imply.
Ruby paused and snickered at her words. "Inappropriate? About me?"
Penny wasn't stupid, maybe a little when it came to this type of interaction, but even she understood what was just assumed. "I-I shall wait outside!" Without even waiting for Ruby's reaction, Penny rushed outside. She felt warm all over, especially her ears felt like they'd end up burnt off in a moment. Once she was outside, she rested her back against the wall next to the doors and hugged her book, leaning over it a little bit.
The air outside felt cool against her skin. Which made her feel a little bit better, at least physically. What happened inside her head was a different story. There were guilt and anger at herself. She never acted this way with others, she learned long ago to act in an appropriate, pleasant way, so that she would not turn people away. She knew that if she acted in her own way, people would not understand or be weirded out. Ironically, when it came to people she didn't really care much for outside of wanting to help them, she could behave rationally. Yet here she was, acting like a fool in front of Ruby.
Was Ruby that special? Perhaps, she still wanted to go over to someone's house to study, while she understood it was not that important of a thing for others, it would be something new to her. And that was a big thing for her, as it took time for her to get used to new things. Also, she didn't have to force herself to want this, as Ruby was... Friendly, far more than others. Which made it extra annoying that she allowed herself to act this way. It's like she was made to not get too close to anyone.
"All done." Ruby announced as she suddenly opened the doors. Considering how deep in her own thoughts Penny was, it was to no surprise that this startled her, even if a little. "You sure you're alright?"
Penny decided that the best course of action would be to apologize for her behavior. Standing straight up and hugging her book for support, she faced Ruby. "Yes, I am, thank you for your concern. I also wanted to apologize for my behavior, I can't exactly explain myself, but I promise I will correct myself." Once done she slightly lowered her head. It was the way of apologizing ever since she was younger. Stiff posture, standing almost at attention, slightly lowered head, and finally loud and clear say the apology, what were the thing she apologized for and promise improvement.
"Huh." Was the initial thing that Ruby said, which was once again something that got Penny baffled even if a tiny bit. "I guess we're even then since I took your hand without asking." Ruby continued with a smile. "Now come on, let's go before it gets dark."
"Of course!" Penny nodded, this time being able to properly smile, as she followed in the other girl's step.
Even walking besides Ruby was an odd experience. Not that Ruby acted like an alien, if anything people said that about her on many occasions. No, Ruby simply seemed to be very free with how she walked. That made no sense, but Penny lacked a better way to describe it. She didn't seem to look down where she was heading and every little thing seemed to catch her attention. The simple act of walking back home seemed like a pleasant, enjoyable activity for Ruby. Which was odd for Penny. Whenever she walked, it was usually filled with making sure that she got where she had to be, not to trip over anything, and to not bump into people by accident. Especially the last part.
"Anyway, since we were apologizing, I should say I'm sorry for wanting to cancel our tutoring session for a stupid match." Ruby broke the silence at one point, her silver eyes glancing her way.
"Oh! That would be fine, it would not be the first time that someone wishes to postpone something like that or reschedule." Penny answered with a smile.
"Really? Your face told a different story." Ruby glanced at her briefly, before her eyes moved to look in front of where they were going.
"Ah that wasn't because of the tutoring, I was merely excited to visit someone's home. I never was invited over, not even for helping others with class-related subjects." Wanting to clear up the misunderstanding, Penny explained. Feeling a little brave from Ruby's way of being, she started to look around. They were heading towards a small hill where lots of small houses were next to each other. Penny was over there maybe once or twice. It was when she got lost that one time and went in the wrong direction. It wasn't that big of a goof-up but still made her have to walk back all the way. Still, she found the houses pleasant to look at.
"Whoa!" At Ruby's exclamation, Penny's eyes stopped wandering around the area, and she wanted to look at the other girl. Which was too late as Ruby was suddenly in front of her, and she ended up bumping into the dark-haired girl.
"Ompf!" It took her a moment to realize what was going on, and as she found herself too close to the other girl, she took a step back, sending Ruby a confused glance, not even sure what to ask about.
At that, Ruby took a step to the side. "You almost bumped into something." Which, as it was revealed, was true. A street sign. Taking a deep breath, Penny knew very well now why she was always told to be careful when walking down the street. "I ah... I wanted to grab your arm but I didn't want to do the same bad thing twice a day." Ruby admitted, rubbing the back of her head.
Penny couldn't help but giggle at that. "So you decided it would be far more convenient and guilt-free to become a barrier between me and the sign?" She asked, still wearing the same amused smile from before.
"Hey, I grew desperate and I just wanted to help." Ruby crossed her arms and pouted, glancing to the side.
This worried Penny, as she did not mean to offend the other girl. "I apologize I didn't mean to make fun of you."
Ruby just rolled her eyes. "I'm just kidding, it takes far more to upset me." The silver-eyed girl would loosen her pose and flash a brief grin. "Still, better watch where you're going if you want to stop bumping into me."
"I shall do that, yes..." Penny paused, not sure how to properly word what she wanted to say next. "Also... I give you my permission to... Touch me, if it would stop me from hurting myself." Taking a deep breath, the ginger girl nodded, satisfied with her announcement."
Ruby eyed her for a moment, before smiling and nodding. "Fair enough."
oooOOOooo
"Here we are!" Ruby announced as she opened the door and moved inside, holding the door for the ginger girl.
"S-Should I do something? I never visited anyone outside of the family." Penny asked as she stood at the edge of the doorstep, like some kind of demon waiting to be invited inside.
"Well, coming inside is a start. Don't sweat it, just... Relax, Penny. Promise that if you do something bad or whatever, I'll be sure to tell you." Ruby chuckled at that and continued to hold the doors wide open for the other girl.
Taking a deep breath, Penny poofed her chest and nodded, more to herself than Ruby. There was a short moment where a little bit of doubt entered her mind, but she forced her legs and... Moved inside. Realizing that she held her breath all this time, she released it with a puff.
Ruby shook her head, clearly amused, and closed the door behind them. "Good job! Now you're my guest and we can..." Ruby suddenly paused and turned around as a sound of a small pitter-patters started to echo through the house, and getting closer. "Zwei! Hey you." The dark-haired girl crouched and petted the dog. "We have a guest so you better behave."
Penny had a different reaction to the animal. She backed against the door, trying to not bring too much attention, hoping the dog would just leave. Sadly, that wasn't the case, as Ruby's words made the small dog curious about the newcomer. As he approached her, she let out a gasp.
"Something's wrong?" Noticing how she acted, Ruby picked up the dog, if only to stop him from advancing the ginger girl.
"N-No, no! I'm just... I'm not very good with animals." Penny tried to smile, but it failed as her eyes moved between the dog and the other girl.
"Like, are you scared of dogs? Or something?" Ruby tilted her head, not sure she understood.
"No, no! Nothing like that, I think... I think dogs are cute. I just... I can learn how to behave around other people, yes? With animals, it's different." Penny shook her head. There was nothing scarier for her than not knowing what to do.
"Well, animals are no different than humans, you just have to learn." Ruby nodded with a smile. "How about giving it a try? Look, I'll hold his muzzle so you don't have to worry about anything." Ruby placed her hand on top of the dog's mouth, letting the nose uncovered to let the small pup breathe.
"N-No, no." Penny shook her head. "This is not just about my own safety, but I am also afraid that I would potentially hurt the dog." Which was the reason why she hated not knowing what was the proper behavior to have, as it could potentially hurt people. Yet with animals? She could harm them physically, which was far worse.
"Oh it can't be that bad, just pet his head. I'm sure you know how to pet something, right?" Then Ruby gasped as the best idea since sliced bread appeared inside her head. "I know, try out on me, and we'll determine if you should pet Zwei and if not, how to improve that." That saying, Ruby leaned her head a bit towards the ginger girl.
"E-Excuse me?" Penny blinked. This was the type of behavior she feared, the one that wasn't... Normal? Or was that offensive? Well, it wasn't something she usually experienced, and as such, she wasn't prepared for it. She wasn't sure what to do.
"Just try and pet me." Ruby repeated. "You know, raise your hand, place it on my hair, and... You know, pet it." Ruby explained, not changing how she stood, with her head exposed like that.
"Y-You're joking, correct?" It just sounded too ridiculous, and in Ruby's defense, it was baffling enough that even Penny could catch up. Assuming this was a joke. The situational comedy was never something she could understand, something that quickly made her stand out with any crowd that even tried to include her in.
"No, really, try it. Raise your hand and pet my hair. Come on, don't be shy, promise my hair isn't dirty." At this point, Penny was locked into doing it. She could leave, but... That would ruin everything, right? Besides, it was ridiculous but it wasn't really... It wasn't harming anyone. Just like the other time, she simply followed Ruby's direction.
She reached out towards Ruby's hair, placing a hand on top of it, and simply... Pet the girl. It was one of those things that Penny never thought she'd do. It was a thing she never would even consider doing. Yet it seemed... Fun. As her hand movement became braver, she smiled. "Is this fine?"
"Yeah! You're a natural." Ruby said and giggled. "Although this was so you would pet Zwei, not me, you know?"
At that, the ginger girl immediately pulled her hand away. "Oh! I'm sorry I merely got lost in the moment."
"No problem, but now this little guy requires some attention." Ruby said as she raised the dog a little bit. "Don't worry, just as promised I'll keep his mouth so you don't have to worry about anything. And we know now that you're an expert in petting." Ruby grinned and it was hard not to smile at what could only be described as the radiance of confidence sent Penny's way.
"I shall try my best." Penny took a deep breath and just like before, she reached out with her hand and placed it on top of the animal's head. Its fur was softer than Ruby's hair and as she started to move her hand, she couldn't help but smile as the big ears of the dog started to move together with her movement. She never hated animals, if anything she loved watching silly videos and cute pictures, so being able to interact with one was the second best thing that happened to her today. Especially with such a plushie-sized dog like this one.
"See, nothing bad happened. Now I'll take my hand off of his muzzle." Ruby said and did just that, to which the curious dog raised his nose to sniff at Penny the moment he could. This sudden movement startled Penny, as she immediately took her hand away from his hand. Her green eyes gazed uncertainly between Ruby and the small dog. Ruby giggled at that. "Don't be afraid, he just wanted to uh... Learn your smell. You know, dogs do that, it's like learning a name, so they can identify you and stuff." The dark-haired girl smiled reassuringly. "Just let him have a sniff, move your hand closer, and don't worry."
This visit proved to be far more stressful than the ginger girl first thought it would be. Excitement, in some way, was also stressful, but this was an overload of it. Even if the payout was somehow worth it. Regardless, she got this far, it would be bad to back off, right? She moved her hand, which was stiff as a plank, closer to the dog. Did she expect it to bite her? Penny wasn't sure what would happen, which terrified her even more than the idea of a bite. If she knew what would happen, even if it was a bite, it would most likely be less scary. The dog did the same thing as before, moving his nose closer and Penny froze in the spot as she felt the cold odd surface of Zwei's sniffer.
Soon she felt something else, it was Ruby's hand that grasped her own and slowly massaged it with her thumb. Looking at the other girl, Penny saw a smile, as the dark-haired girl guided her hand towards the dog's head once more. "Relax, now you and Zwei are friends."
Friends, that word meant a lot yet not much for Penny. As she looked down at the dog, she saw him just staring back at her, accepting her touch. "Friends?" She repeated, not sure if she did so on purpose or maybe it just slipped.
"Yeah! You know, like you and me." Ruby announced unceremonially, which was the biggest shock for Penny.
As her smile grew even larger, she began to pet Zwei once more. This was, perhaps, the best day of her life. A day when someone declared her a friend.
Author's note 2:
I never wrote anything with Penny, so wanting to change that I decided to just jump onto the deep water and go for an AU where our favorite redhead is our pov.
I don't think this is sharing too much personal information, but I'm a little bit on the spectrum. I'm functional and all that, but there are certain things that I have issues with and a few extra activities I had to attend when I was younger to try and correct those things or at least adjust to them. I say this because I wrote Penny in a very specific way and it's based on my own experiences with certain subjects and how people behaved around me and towards me. Now, certain things are downplayed and some are amplified. Mostly because it would be hard for me to convey them in a more subtle format, most likely. In other words, I'm garbo at this hah. Regardless it was fun looking at how I acted and act, and how people treat me.
I also wanted to write a bit more confident Ruby. That's really it. Although the tomboy and football stuff came after. I just saw a pic of Ruby in some football outfit and I thought "Why not".
Lastly, after writing out this part and seeing how long it became already, I decided to split this story into chapters. Since I have a bit more planned out already. Since there is a group of people who prefer to have smaller chapters, I'm fine with uploading more frequent but shorter bits.
Anyway, tell me what you thought, if it's too silly/cheesy/whatever I can stop, but if you enjoyed it I'd be more than happy to continue. I had fun writing this.
