Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto; it is owned by Masashi Kishimoto. Full Metal Alchemist is owned by Hiromu Arakawa, Aniplex, Enix and Square Enix. I own nothing. I am just a humble fan.

Author's Note: Hello everyone, I am here with a one-shot. Please read and review, I hope you like it. I am going to start writing for some other fandoms. Full Metal Alchemist is an anime I watched more than a decade ago. It had sad moments, but ultimately ended on a positive note. An interesting story about alchemy, war, discrimination; so many things.

I saw a video in my recommended about Nina Tucker's fate, and it brought a tear to my eye. It was sad to see what happened to her. Well, let us say her fate changed a great deal. Without further do, let us begin.

The Orange One's Wrath

Life is a cycle of sorrow and joy, and many other things. Some days are great, and some days just plain suck. And then, there are days where you just wonder about the capabilities of human beings, and what they are truly capable of. People can do evil things to fulfill an objective, or just because they want to, and feel not even an ounce of remorse.

Evil takes on many forms and definitions in the world. Evil does not simply reside in criminals and the corrupt, and the scum of the Earth. Evil can also exist in even the simplest places. And it can wear a familiar face, and a face of kindness and familial love.

This story is about a child who almost ended up suffering a terrible fate. This story is about Nina Tucker, a four-year-old child who lost her mother early in life. A child who was now left with her father, and a large white dog named Alexander. A simple child who simply desired her father's attention. A child who spent her day wanting to play with her father but remained positive and upbeat in life. A pure, positive soul who deserved so much in life.

Little did she know that her father was a sinister human being. Shou Tucker was known as an alchemist, someone who studied and could perform alchemy. A man who was known as the Sewing Life Alchemist, he was a bio-alchemist who studied and was able to produce a chimera capable of producing human speech. Little did Nina know that chimera was her mother who her father had told her had abandoned them. Tucker was now facing a crisis of his own. If he could not produce another breakthrough, he would lose his privileges as a State Alchemist. While producing the persona of a mild-mannered man, he was in reality a desperate, selfish, and manipulative man who lacked a conscience and would do anything to maintain his license.

And one day, as the time came for his exams, he chose to throw away his daughter's life, and the life of the family dog, to ensure his license would be maintained. Little did this man truly understand, that life threw the most intense curveballs. Little did this man know, that he would never enter the heaven, he would remain in hell forever, tormented to suffer eternally for his sin.

Little did he know, that the Orange One was coming for him.

It was a cold, dreary, and rainy night as inside of a large mansion, a four-year-old child was placed on a circle, and her dog sat obediently in a corner, unable to do anything. Here in this very moment, Shou Tucker prepared to transmute his daughter and dog together to create a chimera. An unholy act which would meld both consciousness' together and create an abomination of a child and family animal.

There was no hesitation or tears emanating from Shou Tucker's eyes. There was no hesitation, as he was filled with purpose. The purpose of earning accolades and material rewards was all that mattered to him. The child was sedated and fell asleep, unaware of her fate.

And then, as if God sent a guardian angel for Nina Tucker, the doors to Shou Tucker's laboratory were blasted open before he could commit his dirty act. Shou never expected something like this. The footsteps got closer as a powerful man stood in front of him, clad in nothing but a black and orange jumpsuit. The man had spiky, shaggy blonde hair, and piercing sky-blue eyes.

Before Shou could do anything, he was hit by a blast of such intense pressure that he fell to the ground. He was shaking and shivering, as if he saw the reaper personally come for him. The man moved his hands in an intricate manner, and Shou blinked as he saw a copy of the man who picked up his semi-unconscious daughter, and pulled the dog away from the mansion, outside the city.

The blonde ended his aura, as Shou Tucker had wondered how he would get out of this situation.

"Whoever you are, if you kill me, Amestris will be after you, the Alchemists will not leave you alone.

The man simply placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Do you feel in charge, filth?"

"I…, am an Alchemist."

The blonde looked at him quizzically. "And this gives you… power over me?"

"I see now, you think very highly of yourself. Let me tell you something. The alchemists in Amestris, they think of you as a dumb…, joke. I understand the need to make breakthroughs to maintain your livelihood. I even understand wanting to bring the dead back to life. Yet, what you do, there is no words for it, none."

Shou was sweating; he could not escape the aura and presence of this man. "What… are you?"

"I am a guardian angel, sent from God. I am here to end the borrowed time you have been living on."

Shou now had tears in his eyes. He was practically begging. "Please, I will give you anything…, you don't have to do this. Please…, you are… pure evil."

"Hmph, I am… necessary evil. I guess, I am evil to people like you. Prepare for the end."

Conjuring such speed that Shou Tucker thought was humanly impossible, the blonde man, known as Uzumaki Naruto, ripped off Tucker's arms and legs, leaving little life inside of Tucker. Tucker screamed and begged for absolution, shedding tears, as everything was coming to an end. In his final moments, he saw a different life, a life he could have possibly had; his daughter and wife by his side. Alas, evil begets evil.

Naruto gave Tucker a savage grin, as Tucker screamed in pure horror. He saw the visage of a snarling, orange fox towering over him, and the silhouette of a horned man with purple, concentric eyes boring deep into his soul.

With an unholy roar, Naruto punched Tucker, and kept punching until he turned into a red shit-stain on the ground. And then, energy formed in Naruto's hand, as a large white disk of energy was formed, and was unleashed. The mansion was destroyed, along with Shou Tucker's disgusting legacy. In Naruto's eyes, he got off far too easy.

Naruto had appeared on the outskirts of the city, as he saw the dog named Alexander looking at him with admiration. And then he saw little Nina Tucker, who looked at him with wide eyes, as if she was expecting something from him.

Naruto shook his head sadly. He was lost in his memories of a better time and place. All he did was a good deed. He would find Nina a good home, and hopefully, she would find peace and happiness and move on from her memories. Naruto had formed clones that would help Nina to find her home.

As Naruto walked away, he could hear a small sob and a whine respectively. Naruto turned around, and his heart broke, as he saw Nina sobbing on the ground. Naruto wasted no more time as he enveloped Nina and gave her a big hug, the dog too.

"Are you going to leave me mister? It's okay, everyone leaves me." She hiccupped, as she sobbed.

Naruto sighed in pain. He lost his family and loved ones so early on in life. How could he break a child's heart? Perhaps, this was his second chance. Perhaps, therefore he appeared in this world, to bring happiness to a pure soul.

"No, sweetheart. I won't leave you, or the dog. I am sorry. I know, life has not been easy. I promise you can stay with me, for as long as you wish. I won't ever leave you."

"You promise… daddy?" Nina did not want to get her hopes up.

"I promise. I always keep my promises, you know." He rewarded Nina with a megawatt smile, as Nina gave him a watery one. He held Nina's hand as Alexander pushed them both to the ground, licking their faces.

Nina and Naruto laughed, as they started walking on the road. Perhaps, things happen for a reason after all. Perhaps, those who commit evil should realize that the consequence of evil is nothing, but a horrible end.

Nina Tucker had found a man that she would be happy to call father. Slowly, but surely, she forgot all about Shou Tucker, and Nina returned to her same happy, go lucky self. Naruto took care of Nina and Alexander and gave them lots of hugs and happiness. Naruto taught Nina about life, and helped her to attend school, so she could build her own life. Nina never felt alone and was very happy to have Naruto as her father.

As for Alexander, he was happy that his human had found someone she could trust, and that person could take care of her. As time had passed, Alexander was aging, and Naruto had figured out a way to prolong Alexander's life long enough so he could spend the rest of his days with Naruto and Nina. Naruto had spent time learning medicine and figured out a way to help the dog enjoy more from life.

Nina grew up and eventually became a mother, as her life was filled with even more joy. And dear Alexander had more people to pamper and care for. Life in the Uzumaki Household was always a hoot, and full of joy.

However, where there is life, there will always be death. When it came time to pass from the world, Nina and Alexander spent every day by his bedside, holding his hand. Naruto died with a smile on his face, as he breathed his last, very content that he brought peace to a child and her dog. Uzumaki Naruto was always remembered by Nina and Alexander, as they chose to visit his grave each and every day.

At first, Alexander refused to leave. He had grown far to attached to this kind man. However, after Nina's urging, he too had come to realize that life and death are part of each other, and that his friend was now in a better place. Nina gave him a watery smile, and promised they would visit each and every day, and share what ever happened in their lives with him.

When they left, they felt a shoulder upon their person, and realized with tears, that it was the spirit of Uzumaki Naruto who came to say goodbye to them, and told them, that it was okay to live on and be happy. He told them to take their time and meet him again in the afterlife.

And so, decades later, Uzumaki Nina and dear Alexander passed away together, having lived a long and full life. As they entered the afterlife, they were greeted warmly by Nina's mother, and Naruto. And so, in the heaven, dear Nina and Alexander enjoyed an everlasting peace, as Nina and Alexander tearfully hugged the man who brought them so much peace in their lives.

As for Shou Tucker, no one cared about his death. The State of Amestris learned about the previous Chimera, and eliminated him from history. They were appalled by what he did, and eliminated him from memory. He would spend his life in hell, tormented by his sins. A fitting end for an unrepentant and remorseless man.

Chapter End

Well, everyone, that is the chapter. Please read and review generously. I hope you like it.

God, I cried and shed tears at seeing Nina's death and all her wholesome moments. This hurt just as much as Maes Hughes death. It has been a long time since I cried like this. This is something I want to share you. Life is short, and harsh, but it is ultimately full of happiness.

2020 was full of suffering. My grandmother went through so much, and still is. I pray and hope that you all have a wonderful life, and you are able to enjoy the comfort and presence of your loved ones for a long time to come. If the pandemic has taught me something, we should slow down and focus on balance and always keep our loved ones in our hearts. We do not know how much time we have with them.

Stay safe everyone and enjoy 2021. I will do a short Bionicle one-shot next. If you have any requests, please do share. I will see if I can accommodate them.
