First Blood
Izuku now Reincarnate as Medusa and accepting her new identity takes her first blood against Quirkless Villains but also runs into old friends who were his classmates from UA High only because he's get a new memory that came from a Alternate Izuku Midoriya that was a UA Student.

There was Izuku Midoriya or just the former Izuku Midoriya now reborn and reincarnated as Medusa, well he already has accepted who he or she is now. What she is doing right now is continuing to look at her reflection, despite being blindfolded she can still see perfectly with a clear vision and a perfect view of her surroundings. For some reason she is also blushing due to her good look, imagine if Izuku met Medusa in an Alternate Universe and he can blush on seeing her, but in this reality he is Medusa now after being reborn and reincarnate.

"Let me see my new eyes shall we?" Medusa reaches for her blindfolded and takes it off to get a good look at her eyes.
"Wow the same color even", then another memory flashes into his head showing her eyes changing into Yellow and everyone who looked at her or just her eyes started to become stone.
"So that's what's going to happened to anyone who looks at my eyes or just at me they will be turned into stone, but hey these new memories I have tells me that these powers of mine are not a Quirk, just something of an ability I have. What else is my new name is Medusa, as in the Snake Hair Lady but I think I'm the real deal and the rest is just a lore by the people after all." Well that settles it Izuku realize the Medusa he knows from History Lesson or just Greek Mythology at School may have been something different and his new self is the real deal.

"Musutafu City I'm coming back as new person, HISSSSSSSS!" Medusa quickly speeds up toward the direction of Musutafu City and hiss like a Snake

Musutafu Random Streets
After reaching the streets, Medusa walks around the streets and receives a lot of stares from the people she walks pass, it's due to her good looks, she stops when she notice 2 boys he recognizes all too well and they are gawking at her too. "Mineta look at that beauty?!" It was Minoru Mineta/Grape Juice and Denki Kaminari/Chargebolt who was one of her Classmates at UA High when she was still Izuku Midoriya.
"Yeah Denki she really has long Violet Hair that's all the way down to her feet!"
"Plus her bust are very big!"

Then New Memories comes into her head except that these new memories comes from an Alternate Izuku Midoriya who was a student in UA High, that can explain why she recognize the 2 boys. Although he never enroll in UA High due to his death at the hands of the Sludge Villain but getting these new memories that came from the Alternate Izuku Midoriya might help recognize many of the UA Students.
'EWWWWW! GROSS!' Medusa turns her face around and shows a face of disgust that 2 of her former classmates are being perverts.
'Denki/Chargebolt and Mineta/Grape Juice have always been like that as I can remember them!' Her thoughts are suddenly interrupted when a random Villain who is Quirkless who turns out to be just some guy who goes for beautiful woman he comes across.
"Hey there pretty lady want to hang out with me?"
"HISSSSSSS!" Medusa hiss at him to go away.
"Oh don't be like that baby!" The random guy then pulls out a pocket knife to threaten her.
"Hey you leave her alone!"
"Yeah!" Denki/Chargebolt and Mineta/Grape Juice comes to Medusa's defense but they only shout at the Quirkless Villain Guy instead of getting in front.
"Beat you brats!"

But suddenly the random Quirkless Villain Guy finds himself being strangled when Medusa's Nameless Chain Nail/Daggers then wraps around his neck, Denki/Chargebolt and Mineta/Grape Juice as well the people around the streets becomes horrified on what they are seeing. "Pick women up this way!" Medusa removes her blindfold, makes the Quirkless Villain Random Guy face her and then she turns the Random Quirkless Villain Guy into a statue or stone.
"Whoa! She turn the Quirkless Villain into a statue after she remove her blindfold.
"That must be her Quirk", Mineta/Grape Juice and Denki/Chargebolt wondered if that was Medusa's Quirk when she turns a person to stone.
"It's not a Quirk at all you 2", Medusa then spin kicks and kills the Random Quirkless Villain Guy who had his stone head fly off which in turn kills him much to everyone's shock.

"You just killed him!" Denki/Chargebolt said after seeing what Medusa has done.
"Yeah, I did", except Medusa is acting like she has no regard what she did at all, but her former self Izuku Midoriya would show some regard if something like that happens and it was caused by him.
"See Ya!" Medusa quickly jumps high up into the air and into the rooftops.
"Whoa she is fast, wanna tell everybody about this woman?"
"Yes we will tell everyone about this woman who just killed a random Quirkless Villain Guy after she turn him into stone, but right now we have things to participate with the others at UA High", Denki/Chargebolt said they will alert the others about Medusa after they are done with this job they need to participate with the others in UA High.

Jumping on Rooftops
"Why did I just kill and why I'm showing no regard for what I have done at all?" Medusa starting to wonder while she continues jumping on various rooftops before coming to stop after jumping to the next rooftop.
"HOW DO I EXPECT TO BE A HERO IF I KILL AND SHOW NO REGARD TO IT?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!"

"Maybe my reincarnation not only gave me a new look, new name, new abilities and new memories including memories from the Alternate Izuku, but also a new personalty", that solve that question on why she killed and show regard for it at all.

Coming Up next, Medusa hides from her former friends after they saw her shed blood from a Villain, but she appears in UA High when the League of Villains attacks the Unforeseen Simulation Joint.

Medusa returns to the spot where the Sludge Villain killed her former Izuku Midoriya self, "that's nice of all you to leave me some stuff that I like in my grave", Medusa said after seeing dozens of flowers and a lot of other things in the spot where her former Izuku Midoriya self died.
"At least I can keep my old Sketch Book that I always use to determine every Hero's Quirk and now I will add Medusa and that would be me on the new page", Medusa picks up her old Sketch Book and takes it with her and will sketch herself too.
