MAL'S POV:

I had been walking back to Evie and I's dorm room after finishing my classes when I noticed a boy standing next to our dorm. Curious, I walked over to him as he looked down at me and smiled.

"He looks very familiar." I thought to myself as I looked him up and down.

"You must be Ben's girlfriend, Lady Mal." He said as I nodded my head slowly.

"Yes...And you are?" I asked as the boy laughed.

"I'm sorry. My name's Chip. Mrs. Potts son and Uncle Adam and Aunt Belle's nephew." He said as I remembered Queen Belle telling me about a boy named Chip when Ben would bring me and the others to his home.

"Right, yes. I remember you. Is something wrong?" I asked as Chip shook his head.

"No, I just came to tell you that my Aunt would like...Well, actually love for you to come over to the Castle. At around 5 I would say." He said as my heart started beating very fast.

"Why would she want to see me? Did I do something wrong? Oh, my god! Did she find out that I had spelled Ben!?"

"Lady Mal? Hello?" Chip called making me shake my head and look up at him.

"Right. Thank you. Tell her I'll be over at 5."

"Alright. See you there." He said as he smiled at me before walking away. I made sure he was out of sight before running into my dorm room and slamming the door closed.

"What the hell am I going to wear!?" I exclaimed as I threw my stuff on the bed and ran to my closet, throwing clothes out of it as I searched for something to wear. I heard the door open and close before a gasp was heard. I turned around to see Evie looking at me shocked before looking around the room where all my clothes were scattered around.

"What in the world of mirrors happened here!?" Evie exclaimed as I ran to her and grabbed her shoulders.

"E. You gotta help me. Ben's mom wants me to come to the Castle and I don't know what to wear!"

"Well...Did she say what you two were going to be doing?" She asks me as I shake my head.

"Then...I would prefer you to wear something casual. Something like...A skirt with a nice long-sleeved crop top." She said grabbing a skirt and a crop top that was thrown onto the bed. I looked at the outfit and nodded.

"Alright. I'll wear it. Thanks, E! You're a lifesaver."

"I know." She giggled as she handed me a pair of black heels to match my shirt. I laughed before walking into the bathroom to start getting ready for my day with Ben's mom.

AT THE CASTLE

"You and Ben are what?" Belle asked as she turned around to her husband who was putting on his shirt.

"Ben wanted me to do something with him so...We're going out." He said as he shrugged and grabbed his jacket.

"What time will you two be back?"

"Probably around 7...Why? Isn't Mal coming over?"

"Yes...Well, I don't know. I asked Chip to go ask her but he hasn't told me anything yet." Belle replied as she rolled her eyes and crossed her arms across her chest. Her husband chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"I'm pretty sure she'll love to come. I mean...She'll get to hang out with you. All the girls love to hang out with you." He said making Belle chuckle and put her hands on his chest.

"Fine. Just be safe okay? Where does Ben want you to take him anyway?"

Adam shrugs, "I don't know. He said he'll tell me once we get into the car."

"Okay. I love you." "I love you more." Adam said before kissing Belle's lips hard as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

Outside, Ben was walking to his parents' room so that he and his father can go out. As he was approaching the door, someone grabbed his arm and pulled him into a room.

"Hey! What the hell!" He exclaimed before turning around to see his three sisters.

"Arianna? Isabelle? Nicole? Is that you?" He asked as the three sisters rolled their eyes.

"No. It's the three witches. Winnie, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson." Isabelle said sarcastically as Ben rolled his eyes.

"What do you three want?"

"We were going to ask you if we can borrow $20." Arianna asked as Ben shook his head.

"No! Why?"

"Well...We're going to a concert but, we're $20 short." Isabelle replied as the other two nodded.

"Well, ask Mom or Dad!"

"No! We can't stupid! We told Mom and Dad we'll come up with the money...Plus we've already borrowed like $100 from them." Nicole said shrugging making Ben groan and pull out his wallet.

"$20 each or what?"

"No, just $20 straight." Arianna said as Ben nodded his head and gave them $20.

"And here's a little extra just in case." He said giving Nicole $15 as she smiled and put it in her purse.

"Thanks, Ben!"

"Thank you, bro!"

"You're the best!"

The three yelled as they ran out of the room and into Nicole's car. Ben chuckled before walking up to his parent's room and opening the door.

"You re-" Ben stopped in his tracks when he saw his parents making out.

"Get a- Oh, wait...You are in a room." Ben face-palmed making his parents part and look at him.

"Sorry..." His mother said as Ben nodded his head.

"Yeah well...I'll be...You just...Bye!" He said before running to his father's car and jumping inside.

"Yep. I'm knocking next time." He said to himself before laughing and putting his head in his hands.

Back in his parents' room, the couple was laughing as they walked out.

"Well, he'll be knocking from now on." Adam said as Belle laughed and nodded her head before spotting Chip.

"Chip!" She called out making the young man turn around and smile at his aunt.

"Hi, Auntie Belle!"

"Hey...You never told me what Mal said."

"Oh, yeah. She said for me to tell you that she'll be here around 5." He answered as Belle nodded her head.

"Great. Thanks, sweetie."

"You're welcome!" Chip replied as he ran after Cassie to take her out shopping. Belle walked with Adam towards his car before spotting Ben already sitting inside, jamming to some music in the car.

"Wow. He does act like me sometimes." Adam said making Belle chuckle.

"Come on. Before you'll be late to wherever he's taking you." His wife said as they walked to the car and Adam got in. Ben put the volume down and smiled at his mother.
"We'll be back by 7!" He yelled as the couple winced and rubbed their ears.

"Yes. Thank you, Ben." Belle winced as she shook her head and smiled at her boys.

"I'll see you then." She said as Adam smiled before grabbing her throat and kissing her lips hard. Belle smiled into the kiss before the two parted. Adam and Ben smiled at her before Adam drove off as Belle waved.

"I love you! Be safe or I swear to God!" Belle warned as she heard her son and husband laughing making her chuckle before walking back into the Castle. She closed the door with a sigh before taking out her phone and checking the time.

"4:50...She'll be here any minute." Belle thought to herself as she walked to the kitchen. She grabbed a bag of chips and sat on a stool before scrolling through Instagram and eating to kill some time.

AT THE DORMS

"Oh, my god! I'm going to be late!" Mal exclaimed as she quickly tied her hair into a pony-tail and quickly put on some make-up.

"Mal, Mal. Calm down." Evie said in a soft voice as she placed her hands on Mal's shoulders.

"How can I calm down when it's 4 fricking 50!?" Mal yelled in her face as she rolled her eyes.

"Just teleport yourself there! But, outside the Castle of course. And tell Mrs. Beast that you had a taxi drop you...If she asks." Evie said in a calming voice as Mal nods her head.

"Alright. Okay." Mal said taking a deep breath.

"Thank you." Mal smiled at Evie as Evie shrugged.

"No problem, M. Now, better get going. You don't wanna be late to your first time with Ben's Mom, do you?"

"Of course not!" Mal exclaimed as Evie handed Mal her phone and bag.

"Okay. Oh! Wait!" She exclaimed before sliding Mal's bangs behind her ear.

"Perfect. Alright. I love you." Evie said making Mal smile.

"I love you too." She replied before waving her hand and teleporting herself in front of Ben's Castle.

MAL'S POV:

I took a deep breath before walking up to the door and knocking on it. With her Fairy hearing, she could hear footsteps approaching the door before it opened revealing Ben's mother, in a pair of blue ripped jeans, a white top, and a long yellow coat over it, paired with yellow heels to match her coat.

"Hello, Mal. Come in." She said with a smile on her face as I walked into the Castle, gripping onto my phone which I knew was either going to crack the screen or break the whole phone very soon. I turned around and smiled at the Queen as she closed the door.

"Hi, Mrs. Beast." I said in a nervous tone as she chuckled and put a hand on my arm.

"Oh, please, Mal. No need to be nervous." She said as I giggled embarrassed with my actions before she started walking.

"Come on." She said as I followed her into the kitchen. She let me sit on one of the stools as she walked to the refrigerator.

"Want something to eat?" She asked me as I shook my head.

"No thank you. I'm not very hungry." I rejected politely as she nodded and brought out a bowl of strawberries making me gasp making her chuckle.

"I know you want some. Here." She said giving me the bowl as I smiled and took one, eating it politely. She looked at me and smiled.

"How 'bout we make some cookies? Wanna help me?" Mrs. Beast asked me as I nodded my head.

"Sure. I'd love to help you." I said with a smile on my face. She chuckled and told me the stuff I needed to bring out. Once all the ingredients were set out on the counter, she poured in the needed amounts as I stirred the mix.

"How's school going, Mal?" I heard Mrs. Beast ask me as she poured some vanilla into the mix.

I shrugged before answering, "It's going good. How's...Royal...Work going?" I mentally face-palmed myself as I heard Ben's mother chuckle softly.

"It's going good as well." She answered as I nodded my head and stayed silent.

"Why are you so nervous around me, honey? You don't have to be." Mrs. Beast said as she lightly nudged my side and chuckled softly while she added some eggs into the dough.

"I-I...I just- I don't really know." I answered as I looked down. Ben's mom cupped my face with her hands, making me look up at her as she smiled at me.

"You can tell me, sweetie." She said in a calm and reassuring voice making me nod my head before she let go of my face.

"It's just...Really silly though. You won't understand." I said as she looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"I'm sure it won't be silly. And who knows. Maybe I'll get to know you better." She shrugged as I swallowed the lump in my throat and leaned on the counter.

"I...I...Sometimes I feel like I don't fit in anywhere. I mean...I'm Maleficent's daughter. The mistress of Evil. No one would want to be friends with the daughter of the mistress of Evil. Living on the isle, no one wanted to play with me or be friends because of that reason. Plus, when I came here, it was the same. Everyone was scared of me, people thought I would end up just like my mother. I don't fit in here...Or there." I said as I looked down. I heard a sigh making me look up at Ben's mother.

"I know that feeling." She said as I frowned.

"You do?"

"Mhmm." She nodded her head making me more confused.

"But-but, you're the Queen! You fit in!" I exclaimed as she chuckled and mixed the dough before stopping and looking at me.

"Can I tell you a short story?" She asked as I nodded.

"Sure." I shrugged as Ben's mom smiled before looking back at the bowl.

"20 years ago, in a small, provincial town lived a young woman who just loved to read. She loved to read every book she could find. She'd find comfort when reading her favorite book." She started as I sat on the stool next to me and nodded as I felt myself already relating to this young woman.
"But, other people in the town never understood her. They'd always make fun of her. When they thought she wasn't listening, they would talk about her and judge her, just because of the love she had for books. They always said that she'd never fit in and that she was a strange girl. But, she ignored what those people said and never gave up on her passion for reading books. She eventually found a place where she could stay and read all the books she wanted and not have to care about people judging her." She finished as I gasped softly.

"Wow. What happened to the young woman, Mrs. Beast?" I asked making her chuckle and shrug.

"She had two beautiful kids at a very young age, married the love of her life, had two more kids as she became Queen of Auradon. And is now baking some cookies with her son's very beautiful, smart, kind, and caring girlfriend." She said turning to me as my jaw dropped.

"The girl is you?!" I exclaimed as Mrs. Beast chuckled and nodded her head.

"Believe it or not." She shrugged as I shook my head.

"I'll go with "or not"." I said still in disbelief as Mrs. Beast laughed.

"I can actually imagine the villager's faces after realizing they had been judging the future Queen of Auradon." I said making the both of us laugh. I helped Mrs. Beast wrap up the cookie dough before she placed it in the fridge.

"Can I ask you something, Mrs. Beast?" I asked as she turned around and nodded her head.

"Of course! And please, Mal. I told you to call me Belle. No need to be formal." She said with a chuckle as I giggled.

"You mentioned that you had two kids when you were very young...That would be Nicole and Ben, right?"

"Right."

"...How old were you? If you don't mind me asking." I said as she waved me off and smiled.

"It's fine. I was 16 when I had Ben and 18 when I had Nicole." She said as my jaw dropped.

"For real?"

"Yep."

"Wow. And was...Was Adam ready?" I asked as she chuckled.

"Well...Ben was a surprise. But, Nikki...She was a surprise as well but, he'd been wanting a second child." Belle shrugged as I nodded.

"But-but, weren't you two in high school?"

"We were. But, we kept the two a secret...I'd mostly wear Adam's shirts when I had started to show since you know. His shirts are literally a dress when I wear them." She said making the both of us laugh.

"And lemme guess. You had Isabelle at 20, and Arianna at 21."

"Yep." She replied, popping the "p".

"So you were about 19 when you married Adam...right?"

"Correct."

"Wow. And what did your father say about this?" I asked as Belle shrugged.

"He well...He kicked me out of his house when I told him I was pregnant with Ben. And then when I got pregnant with Nikki, he was furious and told me that he never wanted to see me again. 'Till this day, I haven't talked to my father. I've tried calling him but, he never wants to talk to me." Belle said as I nodded my head and looked at her sadly.

"I'm sorry."

"No! It's alright. When I told Ben and Nikki, they told me that they never wanted to know him anyway. Arianna and Isabelle just think he's dead." She said making me shocked.

"Wow."

"Yeah." She nodded before laughing.

"Enough with me. I wanna know about you." She said sitting on the stool in front of me as I giggled.

"Well...There's not much to know." I shrugged as she scoffed.

"Oh, come on. There's always something new you can learn. What do you like to do for fun?"

"Um...Drawing, Spray painting...and Reading." I shrugged as she perked up once she heard the word "reading" come out of my mouth.

"Reading?"

"Mhmm."

"And what's your favorite book to read?" She asked me, now intrigued.

"Well...I love Romeo and Juliet."

"You read Shakespeare?" I nodded my head.

"But, the library doesn't have much of his books so..."

"Well, I have a whole damn library. If you told me, I would've let you read there. Hell, you can even sleep in there if you have to." Belle said making me laugh as I stood up and walked past her.

"If you want, I can show you now." She said turning in her seat and looking at the time on her phone which read 6:30.

"Damn." I heard her whisper. I smirked as I reached the bag of flour.

"Well...You could or..." I trailed off as she turned in her seat and I threw a handful of flour at her.

BELLE'S POV:

I felt powder hit my chest making me look down.

"Flour!?" I exclaimed in my head before looking up to see Mal's mischievous grin.

"Oh, it's on." I said, standing up and grabbing a handful of flour and throwing it at Mal's face as we now started a full-blown flour war. Mal and I had started laughing which filled the Castle halls as we grabbed any flour we could get our hands on and throw it at each other. Both of us jumping, diving, and running to get each other.

ADAM'S POV:

As Ben and I walked into the Castle, we could hear laughter coming from the kitchen.

"Sounds like Mom and Mal are having a fun time." Ben said as I chuckled before we walked to the kitchen. We pushed open the door as our jaws flew open.

"What in the hell happened here!?" I exclaimed as I saw both my beautiful wife and my son's beautiful girlfriend covered in flour, even the kitchen was covered in the white powder.

Belle and Mal had stopped laughing and looked at us before smirking at each other and grabbing flour before throwing it at us.

"Hey!" Ben exclaimed as I smirked.

"Oh, it's on." I said as I smirked at my wife before grabbing some flour and throwing it at her as she laughed. Ben grabbed two handfuls of flour and threw it at Mal as she grabbed flour and threw it at me. I ducked down making the flour fly past me.

"What the hell!?" We all heard making us stop and turn around to see Nicole covered in the flour Mal had just thrown.

"Uh-oh." Ben said as Mal's eyes looked as if it was about to pop out of her head.

"My hair!" Nicole exclaimed as Mal gulped audibly.

"Nick...I'm so sorry. I didn't-" Before she could finish, a ball of flour hit her square in the face before we heard Nicole's laughter echoing through the kitchen.

"You are so dead!" Mal shouted as she grabbed flour and threw it at Nicole. Arianna and Isabelle then joined in on the flour war. Belle and I watched as our children and hopefully, future daughter-in-law threw flour at each other.

I wrapped my arm around Belle's waist as she put her hand on my chest.

"I love you, you know that?" I asked as I looked down at her. She chuckled and kissed my lips before I lifted her up making her squeal and threw her into the huge pile of flour below us.

"Adam!" She yelled as I smiled innocently at her before she pulled my arm, making me fall into the pile, now with me laying next to her. She laughed before sitting up and leaning over, kissing my lips.

"I love you too." She said before dumping flour onto me and running away, laughing.

"You little minx!" I shouted as we all started laughing and continued the family flour war.
