This is simply my take on the Naruto story
Author's Note
This chapter took a bit longer than I thought. I will try to hold it to one chapter a week and sometimes will launch two chapters a week and maybe it will take 2 weeks a chapter. The reason that some chapters will take two weeks is because I have some exams to finish and prepare for.

Chapter 1 - Aftermath
After Kakashi told Kushina what had happened, both Kushina and Tsunade were shocked by it. Kakashi and his ANBU squad arrived seconds later the barrier was launched, and had seen the whole event from start to finish.
"Kakashi, can you help me with something?" Kushina asked while Tsunade gave her an angry and worried glance.
"Of course Kushina!" Kakashi replied within a third of a second from the question was asked
'Kushina you are in no condition to move!' Tsunade thought, Tsunade was about to say it but Kushina interrupted her
"Can escort me to the hospital?" Kushina asked while Kakashi nodded
"I'm going with you Kushina, even though I disagree with the decision I will not leave you or Naruto" Tsunade said, taking Kushina totally off guard
"Okay, let's get moving!" Kushina said while still recovering she has a lot of stamina, some will say she had too much
Kakashi escorted Tsunade, Kushina and Naruto to the hospital, walking through konohagakure when the villagers saw Kushina they bowled and nearly every time they were surprised to see a baby looking like a little version of the Yondaime in her hands. A few minutes later they arrived at the hospital and the same thing happened there, people heard rumors about the Yondaime and the Sandaime battling the Kyuubi and that the Kyuubi was defeated by the Yondaime and Sandaime but only the Yondaime was alive.
There were flowers outside the hospital for the Yondaime but mostly for the loss of their Sandaime. They averried at the room where the ANBU was guarding and when they saw Kushina with a little copy of the Yondaime in her hands, they let her in the room together with Tsunade and Kakashi. Kushina was tired before Kushina fell asleep, she gave Naruto to Tsunade, after a few minutes Tsunade found a cradle, where she could put Naruto in.
-(14 hours later)-
Minato woke up from the sound of a baby crying, he opened his eyes and his first thought was 'Naruto! Kushina!' Before his thoughts could run in his head he saw Kushina laying on the bed a few feet from him and a little version of himself in a cradle between him and Kushina's beds. Before he knew it he was holding Naruto trying to calm him down and it worked, Minato did not notice a young boy and old man with white hair standing at the window in awe over his quick response to the little crying Naruto.
"Minato you're awake!" both white haired men whispered to him
"Oh, hello Kakashi and Jiraiya-sensei" Minato said
"The council wants a meeting about the event that took place last night" Jiraiya said camly
"I understand, but I have my hands full, right?" Minato said with a big and happy smile while holding Naruto, at the same time Kushina woke up from the hearing of Naruto crying, she did not expect what she saw, Minato calming Naruto down and a big smile came upon her.
"I see, yes you do indeed have your hands full, when will you call the meeting?" Jiraiya said
"In 2 hours, good morning honey" Minato said
"Oh, good morning dear" Kushina replied
"Why don't you two go home and get some sleep? I can see in your eyes that you deserve and need it" Minato said looking at Kakashi and Jiraiya
Both Kakashi and Jiraiya got the memo and left
After Kakashi and Jiraiya left Minato took a seat on Kushina's hospital bed and they both took a great look at Naruto, the child of prophecy that Jiraiya had told them about. After a few minutes of silences Kushina spoke up
"He looks just like you Minato" Kushina said with a big and bright smile
"Yes he looks just like a little version of my Shadow Clone" Minato replied
"Kushina, get some sleep, you need-" Minato said but before he could finish they saw Naruto open his bright and blue eyes, Kushina and Minato began to smile and Naruto did the same thing
"What were you saying again dear?" Kushina asked while a big smile came to life on her face
"I was about to say that you need to get some sleep, you need it" Minato replied
"Minato.. when the council meeting begins, what will you tell them?" Kushina asked with a sad face begins to appear
"The best is to tell the truth, right?" Minato asked back
"I guess, but, you know, I want Naruto to grow up with friends, that dosen't see him as a demon, if you tell the council that he has the Kyuubi sealed inside of him, what will they say, what if the information come out to the village-" before Kushina could finish, Minato hugged her while having Naruto on his legs
"Kushina, I will never put our son in danger! I will tell them the truth about him, but if it leaks out, I will send every single council member to Terror and Interrogation center where Ibiki can find out, who said it, and the person will be executed" Minato said with the biggest and most serious tone that Kushina had ever heard
Kushina and Minato hugged each other, after one and a half hour, Minato left Kushina and Naruto but before he flashed away he said "Kushina, I will put one of my Hiraishin tags on him, so I can teleport to him, and I might need the council to see him, just in case, so that is also one of the reasons I will put it on him, the other is, that I love him and I will always be there for him" Minato said and Kushina nodded and with that Minato flashed away to his office.
The door opened and Yondaime walked into the council meeting. Every member was not in the best mood because of the death of the Sandaime. There was silence in the room and before any of the council members could start Minato got to the point
"You all want to know what happened last night, right?" Minato said and the council members nodded in agreement
"Before I start explaining i'm gonna make some things clear, if any and I mean any of you tells this to people outside this meeting, I will personally find out who and execute the person for tresoning, i'm I clear?" Minato said and nearly all the member nodded
"Danzo, i'm I clear?" Minato said
"Yes Hokage-sama" Danzo whispered just enough so everyone could hear it
"And all the ANBU will need to leave, this is an S-ranked secret" Minato stated and the ANBU left, Minato scanned the building before he started, there was no one near them, Minato slammed his hand to the ground and a wired seal appeared and he stated "Now no one outside this room can hear us" and the council member nodded
Minato began to tell the event that took place while leaving some 'small' things out of his 'report' to the council, he finished with "My son Naruto is not the Kyuubi but the container of it, if he did not have it sealed inside him, the whole village would be gone"
"Can we see the boy" the elders said with a morry tone
"Yes but remember what I said, he is not the Kyuubi but the container or the jailer of it" Minato said and the council members nodded
Minato flashed away and a few seconds later he flashed back with a little blonde baby in his hands, before Minato could say anything one of the council members said "What about those whiskers he has?"
"Just so we all are in the same boat, the whiskers does not do anything to him and if i'm not mistaken, the whiskers he had was not something the Kyuubi gave him when the Kyuubi was sealed inside him, he had them when he was born, why and how I don't know. And even if the Kyuubi was removed from him, they will still be there" Minato replied to the council members and they nodded
"You are all dismissed and before you go, if I hear anything from the villagers about my son being the container, jailer or the jinchuriki of the Kyuubi, I will have you all checked out at the Terror and Interrogation center where Ibiki can tell me, who said what and the person will be executed - remember, this is even if you tell your wife or family members about him" Minato stated and flashed with Naruto to Kushina leaving the council member shocked in awe over what they heard
"Did you miss us?" Minato said while holding Naruto and calming him down, he was not used to move so fast, so he started to cry
"Yes, you know!" Kushina said while hugging Minato and Naruto, a few minutes later both Tsunade and Jiraiya walked into their room.
"Well, since you are standing, you can leave the hospital-" Tsunade said and got cut off my Jiraiya "Your little speech to the council was impressive Minato, I didn't think you had that in you" Jiraiya said with a big smile beginning to laugh
"What did he say?" Tsunade asked Jiraiya
"He told them the 'whole' event that happened last night-" Jiraiya was cut off by Tsunade "YOU DID WHAT MINATO!" Tsunade said with a loud but still quiet voice
"Tsunade, you didn't let me finish!" Jiraiya said and Tsunade looked surprised at Jiraiya, he continued "As I was saying, after Minato told them the event, he stated that if any and I mean anyone told anyone outside the council room the event and that Naruto was the jinchuriki of the Kyuubi, the whole council will be sent to Terror and Interrogation center so he can find out, who said it and they will be executed" Jiraiya finished and Tsunade looked shocked 'He has my respect, how did he have the balls to say that?' Tsunade thought
"Well, since you are standing you can leave the hospital" Tsunade said while looking at Minato, Kushina and her godson. Seconds after she said that, Minato and Kushina smiled at her and flashed away, Minato, Kushina and Naruto arrived in the living room in their house inside the Namikaze compound. Minato took the day off to spend some time with Kushina and Naruto as well signing the birth certificate.

Minato was looking at the birth certificate and was smiling, Tsunade came by with it, they could have got it at the hospital but Tsunade wants to see Naruto again, he is her godson after all.
Just after Tsunade came by the Namikaze compound and delivered the birth certificate belonging to Naruto, Jiraiya came by.
"Who do we have here!" Jiraiya said
"Did you also come to see Naruto Jiraiya?" both Kushina and Tsunade asked with a weird look at him
"Oh, yes of course I did! What else would I do here?" Jiraiya asked while Minato looked with a worry glance at his sensei
"Getting permission to peep at the women's bath site" Kushina and Tsunade said while getting their fits ready but before they could do anything Naruto began crying and all of them looked at him, Kushina took Naruto up trying to calm him down. 'Thanks Naruto, you will become a fine and great disciples of mine' Jiraiya thought
"Why don't we get something to eat-" Kushina said and before she could finish Minato said "What about some ramen?"
"You know, ramen is not the best food, but because you told the council what you did, I think we can let it slide this time" Kushina said while a big smile came across Minato's face.
They all enjoyed the ramen Minato bought from ichiraku ramen and it was the second best in town, while Kushina's own ramen recipe was the best, a few hours has past and Tsunade and Jiraiya left about 30 minutes ago, Minato and Kushina was getting ready to go to bed. Minato and Kushina both walked up stares, into Naruto's room and laid him in his little cradle. Minato and Kushina kissed him good night and walked out and into their own bedroom.
Author's Note: This chapter is a bit late, but better late than never, right? - Well here it is, and as I wrote in the first note, there will be some weeks where I don't post any and some where I post between one and two chapters a week. Later on in the story, I will also take my time to look back on the chapters and change a bit in it, so the storyline matches up. (Just a few words)
When the next chapter is ready, it will be posted! (It will be about Naruto's childhood and how he are at 6 years old)
