Here is the next chapter. Sorry for the delays and I´m surprised that many people are enjoying this. I didn't imagine that would be so many Ranma fans out there. I started this series this year and I am already in love with.

Also, I´m going to make most of the Ranma characters quirks not that over the top to not cause some disbalance between both shows.

By the way, I know I am not the best writer but come on. There is a bunch of stories that are harder than read than this one. Nothing is perfect. Sorry for that, here is the story.

The next day

Ranma was trying to get used to what was essentially his new home for the next three years while he and his dad were living in Japan. Sure, it didn't start as great as he imagined thanks to his very weird quirk, but no matter the cause Ranma wasn't going to let something like this getting in the way of his personal goal of becoming a hero.

Was now morning and Ranma was up to do his morning training, however the most awkward thing is that Akane was also awaken and since last night the two barely looked at each other. Ranma was walking out of the shower (a hot one) and Akane was going to be the next one to take it. The two were still bitter with each other.

''Hey.'' Said Ranma

''Hey.'' Said Akane.

The girl only enter in her bathroom and slam the door. Ranma decided to ignore it and go downstairs to eat breakfast.

''Good morning Ranma. Your breakfast is ready.'' Said Kasumi sitting with the rest of her family.

''Thanks.'' Said Ranma.

''Oh Akane, you got out of the shower early. That's good, your food is still warm.'' Said Kasumi seeing her younger sister walking in the room.

The two kept being quiet with each other, not even looking at one another. That was going to be an awkward breakfast.

''So how was the morning training?" Asked Kasumi to each of the two.

''Good.'' Said the two.

The silence was driving most of the people in the table nuts because they wanted to just have a normal conversation.

''Can you two just confess?" Asked Nabiki wanting to see where this was going.

''I DON'T LOVE HIM/HER!"' Scream the two.

''Well, whatever.'' Said Nabiki with a laugh while Kasumi was only smiling.

''What is wrong with those two?'' Asked Genma

''I don't know, it seems that love is way different from the time that you and me were young.'' Said Soun

Kasumi being the motherly role in Akane life ever since their mother passed away, she was the one that took care of them. She was still not sure about this whole marriage thing, but she hoped that Akane could be at least friends with Ranma.

''Please you two stop acting like little kids. Akane you didn't know Ranma quirk was transformation. I would be embarrassed too but it's not fair for you to treat him like that.'' Said Kasumi to her little sister.

''Alright. Sorry Ranma for the cold treatment, is just with the stress of training for U.A and this whole marriage thing I didn't know what to do.'' Said Akane.

Ranma could sense the true in Akane words so he decided to go easy.

''Look I might not know how things are here in Japan when you are dealing with Quirks. But I guarantee you that I don't use my powers to spy on girls or peeping them. I am not a pervert and I think people who do that are sick.'' Said Ranma.

''Ok, but I not letting you take bath with me or my sisters.'' Said Akane.

''Fine, besides I already saw you naked and you saw me naked in both my forms. So I guess we are even.'' Said Ranma all calm.

Akane was a little angry at this commentary. She could sense that Ranma didn't mean to spout a very rude comment but the look that Kasumi gave her was off ´´leave it´´ meaning that it would take a while for Ranma get used to the style of Japan and the Tendo Dojo.

''Ok.'' Said Akane getting a little calm.

Ranma then saw Akane getting up and getting a bento box made by Kasumi as she cleans out her school uniform.

''Where are you going?'' Asked Ranma

''I still have a few weeks of middle school left before the end of the year. What about you?'' Asked her.

''No, I am doing school by mail. I am receiving my homework this afternoon and I need to give the answers, or this will mess up my grades.'' Said Ranma

''Do you think U.A will let you attend despite you not going to a proper school?" Asked Akane.

''Of course, they will. As long I keep a good score and impress them with my techniques, I know I have a chance in that school.'' Said Ranma.

''Well good to see you two bonding.'' Said Kasumi all happy.

Ranma and Akane only look at each other confused and realize just now that they are indeed bonding with each other. But they still didn't see each other as friends, it would take a time. Seeing this Soun and Genma decided to snatch a plan.

''Excuse me Ranma.'' Said Soun

''What?'' Asked Ranma

''I have an idea, why don't you walk Akane to school for a while. You don't have class until later so this would be good for you, also you can know the city better. Akane is a good tour.'' Said Soun with a smirk.

''Huh.'' Said Ranma and Akane confused

''What a wonderful idea dad.'' Said Kasumi

''Yeah. Is a good one.'' Said Nabiki with a laugh

''But…'' Said Akane not wanting this.

''no more buts, this is for the best of you two.'' Said Soun

''Yeah, you two need to know each other better.'' Said Genma now transformed into a panda, holding giants signs.

''Where did you get those signs?'' Asked Nabiki to the panda that she knew was Genma

''I always carry them when I´m transformed into a Panda.'' Said him holding more signs.

''Is he for real?'' Asked Akane to Ranma

''Yes.'' Said the boy all embarrassed.

''When did you get transformed?" Asked Kasumi

''I sealed some water from the breakfast one me.'' Said Genma holding more signs.

Ranma only looks tired, and he knew convincing his father and Soun wasn't going to take him anywhere, so he decided to accept that.

''Ok I will go with Akane.'' Said Ranma much to the girl shock.

''Fine I allow it, but one little thing and I will crack your skull.'' Said her shaking her fist.

''Ok.'' Said Ranma not carrying.

''Good.'' Said Akane going off with Ranma by her side.

''Look at them, already bonding.'' Said Soun all happy.

''I can see the wedding pretty soon.'' Said Genma holding more signs.

''Those two are seriously hopelessness.'' Thought Nabiki with a sweat drop as she and Kasumi were ready to go to U.A

Ranma and Akane were walking in the streets going to the girl middle school. Akane was fine walking in the sidewalk but Ranma liked to walk in the protective grin. She didn't know why. Maybe because of his training. Despite that she was still not comfortable near him.

'''We are not getting married.'' Said Akane

''You´re telling me that now? I also don't want that.'' Said Ranma

''Good, because I really don't want get my personal life with my hero life.'' Said Akane.

''Perfect, me neither.'' Said Ranma

''Wait a minute you really don't want to get a girlfriend?" Asked Akane confused now.

''If the girls in Japan are like you, I am happy staying single.'' Said Ranma

Akane was now grinding her teeth in anger as she tried to ignore Ranma comments.

''Whatever, I am not your owner.'' Said Akane

Ranma then saw that he made Akane mad so he tried to change to conversation.

''Hey Akane. Why do you want to become a hero?'' Asked him

''I already told you that.'' Said her.

''No, you told me when I was a girl. Tell me why you wanna be a hero in my real body.'' Said Ranma

Akane was surprised by that way of talking. She didn't expect Ranma to get serious on matters like that, so she thought that at least she can be honest with him.

''Well, if you wanna know is because I want to prove that I am not a person that needs protection. Ever since I was a kid people kept saying they would protect me and I didn't want them to get hurt. I wanna be the one to protect them, so I took intensive training to improve my quirk and stay on the best shape. But I wasn't joking about Mirko or Ryuku, I do admire them and their work.'' Said Akane.

Ranma was impressed with that statement. Akane had good reasons for wanting to become a hero, it wasn't money or attention, it was for a noble reason.

''Well, that's really cool.'' Said Ranma.

''Really?'' Asked Akane with a smile

''Yeah, it shows that you really have the right path. Although with this violent behavior I doubt you will have any fans.'' Said Ranma with a jokey tone

Akana got offended by that. This was something really serious to her and Ranma treated as a joke.

''you jerk!'' Scream throwing a rock at him.

'You missed me.'' Said Ranma with a smirk, however an old lady cleaning the street splashed some water in him.

''Dammit.'' Said Ranma going to his girl form.

Akane could only sigh on that. If Ranma wanted to go into U.A he need it to work out this hole transformation thing.

''Come over let's get you back to your regular form.'' Said Akane grabbing Ranma hand.

''Wait you are going to help me?" Asked her.

''I don't want you to walk around like that in my way to school.'' Said Akane.

''Well thanks.'' Said Ranma with a smile.

''Come with me, I know a place that can give us hot water.'' Said Akane.

Soon the two were near a place called Ono clinic.

''Where are you going?" Asked Ranma to Akane.

''I´m asking the nurses for some hot water. They know me well. Wait here.'' Said Akane.

Ranma only obey her and stay there on the street on his girl body.

''Man, I hope she gets the water quick. I dodnt wanna start my life in Japan on this body.'' Thought Ranma

''Excuse me miss. Is something wrong?" Asked a new voice.

Ranma turns around and see a skeleton right in front of her.

''aaaah.'' Scream Ranma jumping off. She then saw the skeleton was being hold by an older man with glasses.

''I´m sorry. Did I scare you?" Asked the man

''Why are you caring a skeleton in the middle of the day?" Asked Ranma all pissed.

'This is Betty my skeleton of study. I´m sorry about that.'' Said the man.

Ranma only grinds her teeth from that sight.

''Great this guy is not hitting well in the head.'' Thought Ranma.

''Oh, Dr Tofu. God morning, nice to see you.'' Said Kendo bringing a teapot full of hot water.

''Nice to see you too Akane. Are you going to school?" Asked Dr Tofu.

''Yes, I am. We just need it to do a stop because of him…her. Whatever this is Ranma Saotome and he is staying at my house for a while.'' Said Akane introducing Ranma.

''Interesting, I didn't know you had a new friend Akane.'' Said Tofu.

''Oh no, he is not my friend. If anything, he and his father are just living at my house.'' Said Akane.

''He?" Asked Tofu looking at this new person that was inded a girl.

''Long story.'' Said Akane.

''I see. Are your hands in good shape again?" Asked Tofu

''Yes, I am trying to not go pass 100%. I still have nightmares over that last time.'' Said Akane looking at her gloved hands.

''Can you two stop chatting with the teapot in your hands?'' Asked Ranma

''Oh sorry.'' Said Tofu

''Here you go Ranma.'' Said Akane giving the girl/boy the hot water.

''Thanks.'' Said Ranma

Soon Ranma grabbed the water and changed back into a boy.

''Oh, so this is your original form?" Asked Tofu.

''Yes, my quirk makes me transform into a girl once cold water touches me and hot water changes me back into a boy which is my original gender.'' Said Ranma

''Interesting.'' Said Tofu.

''What about yours? Is your quirk strong doctor?" Asked Ranma

''No, my quirk is a very basic one. Is just flexible fingers. See.'' Said Tofu bending his fingers in very odd angles.

Ranma felt that something was wrong. Tofu appeared to present a useless quirk, but he couldn't say he was weak.

''If he does have such useless quirk, why do I feel a strong presence? It's like a warrior is in front of me.'' Thought Ranma

Akane then look at her watch and saw she was indeed late for school.

''I need to go! I have class in 10 minutes.'' Said her all worried.

''Oh yes that reminds me you are still training to get into U.A right?" Asked Tofu.

''Yeah, me and Ranma are going to try for the hero course.'' Said Akane.

''Well, I wish you two luck on the U.A exam. If anything come to my clinic.'' Said Tofu

''thanks.'' Said Akane.

''Sure.' Said Ranma.

Ranma and Akane then rushed off to help the girl gets to school but in the meantime, they would still talk a little bit to each other.

''Is he your doctor?'' Asked Ranma

''Yes, he has been with me and my family since I was a little girl.'' Said her.

''I can tell that he is strong.'' Said Ranma

''You can tell that? How?' Asked Akane.

''While training with my father I need it to have all my senses of danger in good shape so I can detect which enemies are strong and which enemies are weak.'' Said Ranma.

''Wow that is some sharp danger sense.'' Said Akane.

''Hey, what is the deal with shapes?" Asked Ranma

''Why are you asking that?" Asked Akane.

''Because I heard him talking about your hands.'' Said Ranma

Akane got a little nervous at first and then explained to Ranma the deal.

''He is someone that knows exactly how my quirk works. Every time I got hurt, I went to him immediately, once I punch the ground so hard that my hands got crackles on it, but Dr Tofu fixed them in no time.'' Said Akane.

''So, he is the only doctor in the world that knows what is the deal with you?" Asked Ranma

''Exactly.'' Said Akane.

''I will be the greatest heroine in the world.'' Thought Akane remeberign her little 6-year-old making that proclamation to herself. She wanted to become a great heroine, to prove to everyone that she is the one that can save them and not the opposite.

Soon they arrived at Akane middle school and Ranma noticed something different.

''What is going on?'' Asked him.

There was a bunch of tough boys out of the school and all wearing the standard Middle school uniform and for some reason they all looked pissed.

''Is Akane!'' Scream one boy.

''Get her!'' Said another one.

''She is out!'' Scream another one.

Akane tossed her backpack in the air and took one of her gloves off. Soon she touched the asphalt in the ground and ran towards the boys.

''Asphalt smash!'' Scream her.

Ranma saw in perfect view Akane beating the crap of at least 20 middle school students, all of which looked bigger than her or him. Akane had a good range of kicks, punches and other attacks and she was destroying them with no time to waste until every single one of them was out.

''Wow!'' Said Ranma impressed by this.

The boy from China was only but amazed to see Akane powerful instincts going into play right now as she was pretty much the only one standing and with no scratches whatsoever.

''Well, this was a good try.'' Said her

''What was that?" Asked Ranma.

''You see most of them think they are strong enough to be heroes, but I always keep telling them that strength isn't always the most important.' Said Akane.

''I see so they want to prove that they are the strongest?'' Asked Ranma

''Yes, but I am always on top. Also, they want to date me and I always say no.'' Said Akane with a smile

''So, you really are that violent?" Asked Ranma

''I think the word is superior. That's what my beautiful Akane is.'' Said a new voice.

Soon the two turn to see a boy in a kimono, wielding a sword and smelling a rose.

''Who is this guy?'' Asked Ranma.

''Kuno Tatewaki. Captain of the kendo club of the middle school, rich boy and very obnoxious personality.'' Said Akane.

''And also, aspiring hero.'' Said Kuno

''You want to become a hero too?'' Asked Ranma

''Of course, my beautiful Akane need someone protecting her and with my kendo skills nobody can stop me.'' Said Kuno.

Ranma didn't like the way Kuno say that. He was very snob and very egocentric about boasting his skills to others.

''You know that to become a hero you need more than just one gimmick.'' Said Ranma

Kuno then took a better look at this new individual and he didn't like that he was too close to Akane.

''Who are you! How dare you go near my Akane?" Asked him

''Dude I don't even go to the same school as you.'' Said Ranma.

''So, you are just a random that doesn't even go to the same school as her?'' Asked Kuno still psis.

''Actually I´m applying to U.A too, I wanna be a hero...'' Said Ranma

Kuno was now at the point of losing. He didn't want this intruder getting in his way to Akane heart, he need it to go.

''You are a fighter?" Asked Kuno

''Yes, a martial artist type fighter. This is going to be my type of heroism. It's good that in Akane Dojo there is enough room to practice.'' Said Ranma

The kendo holder was now just with fire in his eyes upon hearifn that last sentence.

''You are living with my Akane! '' Scream him.

''Wow calm down. Is not….!'' Said Ranma

''I shall end your life!'' Scream Kuno ready to strike Ranma

Ranma was all confused with that guy attitude.

''Hey Akane, aren't you gonna stop him?" Asked Ranma

''don't worry, he is not that strong. Besides I can defeat him with no problem.'' Said Akane.

''Akane-sama please this is a duel between man. I don't want you to get hurt.'' Said Kuno pissing Akane.

Akane was now just pissed at this and wonder how someone can be this machinist and bigot.

''Just don't cause confusion Ranma.'' Said Akane going to the school.

Upon hearing that name Kuno just wanted to ask who was that guy.

''What did she call you?" Asked him.

''Ranma. That is my name, Ranma Saotome.'' Said Ranma so everyone in the school could hear him.

Kuno look at Ranma as if he was a longtime rival.

''Ranma Saotome. I shall remember this name.'' Thought him.

At the school

Some of Akane friends were wondering who Ranma was and what was his deal with Akane.

''So, is that the boy that moved into your house Akane?" Asked one girl.

''He is really weird.''

''I think he is cute.''

''And I like the ponytail''.

''Do I hear that you are going to marry him?"

''Plus, your sister posted that on her social media.''

Akane was now mad to hear her friends blabbering about Ranma to hear. Also, she was going to have a few words with Nabiki after school about saying that her and Ranma were engaged or something.

''Yes, my father and his father made a deal of marriage of kids and we both have the same age, but I call this bullcrap.'' Said her.

''So is true! Are you engaged to him?'' Asked one of her friends.

The girls all expected a beautiful answer but Akane went straight to her point.

''I am not getting engaged to anyone! Especially not him!'' Scream her.

''Why?'' Asked one of her friends.

Akane had various reasons for not wanting to marry Ranma, and his quirk was one of them.

''Ranma is…different.'' Said her.

''Do you mean because he is from a different country?'' Asked one of her friends.

''I guess so.'' Said Akane.

Back to the boys.

Kuno was looking at Ranma as if he was his longtime rival and he wanted to end this so he can prove his worth to Akane.

''I will end you.'' Said Kuno charging with his swords.

Kuno swing his sword in various angels to hit Ranma but the Chinese boy had some incredible reflexes at his disposal.

''Impressive.'' Thought Kuno.

Ranma was dodging the attacks with no problem, after all he was training all his life to be in the perfect shape to go into U.A and he wasn't going to let an obnoxious Kendo student defeat him.

''Look here man. You want Akane fine, I am not into her. If you want to get your face wrecked by her rock hand, be my guess.'' Said Ranma.

''I shall not….'' Said Kuno ready to attack however the bell ring was heard.

RING

''Huh?'' Asked Kuno

''Kuno, get in here class will start soon.'' Said one of his classmates.

''I will be back Saotome. Just you wait.'' Said Kuno leaving.

''Sorry pal. Gotta go.'' Said Ranma jumping out of the school.

Ranma left as many of the students wonder who that boy was.

Akane was all red, in just one day Ranma made his presence known for all the people in her school.

''Well, that was a good impression.'' Thought her.

''So, he is the boy that is going to be with you for a while.'' Said one of her friends.

''What if both of you get in U.A together?

''Oh, they can make the cutest hero couple.''

''I am not going to date that weirdo.'' Said Akane

''I don't think you should say that.'' Said one of her friends.

''You are still young.''

''Yes, love comes in various form in someone life.''

''You are all crazy.'' Said Akane to her friends who all laugh at that.

Soon the class started, and most students tried to focus on study rather than Ranma Saotome.

Besides not only Kuno was going to be obsessed with Ranma, the resident weirdo of the school Hikaru Gosunkugi who has a major crush on Akane was also pissed at Ranma

''Ranma Saotome. I think I found a new person to put in my voodoo collection.'' Thought Hikaru as he tries to imagine what he would do with Ranma.

Yes. Kuno in this version is the same age as Akane which I think will work best for the story because he will also be in U.A. Also, with some others characters. The next chapter will be an Ranma only one. It will be out soon. See you all later and I can't wait to put some of my favorites supporting characters into this story. This is going to be so much fun.
