"More!" The guy yelled at me. My limbs were shaking and I had vomited twice already, but he was relentless. "I-I can't absorb anymore." My voice barely squeezed out of my mouth. "Listen here you little shit, Boss keeps you around only 'cuz of your quirk. So, you better put it to good use and absorb all the goods." The guy kicked me in the stomach and signaled me to continue. The "goods" were extremely expensive drugs and I knew if I wasted even a single speck, they will turn their attention towards my sister.

Yes, I am doing all of this for her. I will never let anything bad happen to her. I sucked in a deep breath and held it as I pushed myself beyond my limit to absorb the rest of the packets. By the time I was done, there was a river of blood flowing from my nose and another pool of vomit joining the first two.

"Good. Now deliver them to the client before the deadline. Boss won't be happy if you are late again." He smirked down at me. His nose was smashed into his face from some fight he was in before he came here. I had to suppress my urges to bash his skull along with his nose as he swaggered his way out of the room.

I picked myself up after he left and dragged my feet towards the bathroom. It had been three days since the entrance exam. My wounds from then have already healed thanks to Recovery Girl. However new wounds blossomed all over my body. I lifted my shirt and winced at the sight of the large bruises that covered my torso. Some turned green already while most were still blue and purple. But I was okay, I could bear this much if it meant I could one day save my sister from this hell hole. However, I worried I would lose my sanity or humanity along the way. I sighed and got into the shower, I needed to hurry because the deadline was today.

It was raining by the time I stepped out of the train. I hadn't brought an umbrella with me, but that was okay. I was practically a walking-talking duffle bag filled with all sorts of shit. Including drugs. Which I needed to deliver as soon as possible. I rolled up the sleeve of my oversized hoody and pulled out a small foldable umbrella from the palm of my hand. "Mom, look! Magic!" A small girl standing beside me pulled on her mother's skirt while pointing at me. I smiled down at her before pulling out a lollipop from my forearm, adding in some wild gestures just like magicians did. She squealed in delight and clapped her chubby hands together before looking over at her mother to check whether she saw it or not. Her mother Smiled at both of us before squatting down and kissing the girl's temple. They seemed to have forgotten their umbrella as well. I handed the girl the lollipop and pushed my umbrella into the mother's hands before running off, the shouts of "goodbyes" and "thank yous" muffled by the pouring rain.

By the time I reached the meeting place, I was drenched down to my bones. I wondered why these filthy rich people always wanted to meet up at these faraway deserted areas. I was trying to wring some water from my hoody when two large men approached me. "Package 92?" They asked. "Password," I demanded, producing a dart gun from each of my palms. These transactions were always riddled with fake clients trying to steal the goods. The first time I gave away the goods to the wrong people, Boss nearly chopped off my limbs. I learned my lessons after that. "Morning bliss." The man on the left answered. This is why we always changed our passwords at the very last moment. It was one of the easiest ways to tell if the client was fake or not. I took a step back and pointed my guns at the men in front of me. "Wrong, it was actually Black widow" Who the fuck came up with these passwords?! I cringed as I said the password. Two shots rang out before the men could take a single step. Their bodies hit the ground with muffled thuds. I walked over to them and kneeled before them. "Who sent you?" They were silent. "I am going to ask you again, and if you give me the right answer, I will give you guys the antidote. My boss has nothing to do with you two. He wants to know who sent you." I explained. "We…we don't know his name! He goes by Lord K. His men came to us and asked us to come here and pick up the goods. That's all we know!" One of the guys blurted everything out while the other clenched his jaw and stayed silent. He seemed more immune to the truth serum than the first one. Either way, they are going to die from the poison, so staying silent won't really do them any good. "Got that, Soo?" I spoke to my communicator. "Lord K, won't be hard to put a face to the name," Soo replied from the other side of the line.

I stood up straight and absorbed the guns back into my palm, replacing them with real ones. They had hollow bullets in them that shattered and the shards would dissolve within the body, leaving no traces behind. Handy for killing. I aimed for their heads and fired. Another set of names on the list of people I had killed.

I didn't have anything left in my stomach to hurl, so I dry heaved over the toilet seat. I killed people, yet again. I felt like a hypocrite trying to get into the top hero academy while doing crimes far worse than most villains. I wanted to run away, to hide from all of this evil, and just be a normal fifteen-year-old. I hated my quirk, and I hated my parents for selling me off because of it. But as much as I wanted to run away, they had my sister. And I promised her that I would protect her, even if it cost me my life. So I pulled myself back onto my feet. I will not give up. Hero or villain, it didn't matter as long as my sister was safe. I repeated this mantra as I cleaned my mouth and walked out of the restroom.

It was still raining when I stepped out of the small café. I sighed, hoping not to catch a cold later on. I covered my head with my hands in a futile attempt to keep my hair dry and ran into the rain, towards the station. The ride back was uncomfortable especially because of my soggy clothes and the wet mask covering half of my face. On top of that, there were two pro heroes standing beside me. They asked me if I was okay and whether I ran away from home and all that routine stuff. And all I could do was politely shake my head "yes" or "no". I couldn't let them hear my voice. Call me paranoid, but these heroes could track down villains with the slightest of hints. You are already thinking of yourself as a villain. I sighed at the thought. I had dreamt of becoming a hero one day. But that dream seemed to drift farther away from me as my shackles grew. I bowed to the heroes before getting off the train, one stop before my own. I didn't want them to track me down. The rain was lighter here than before and this time I didn't even bother to stop and consider buying an umbrella. I stepped into the rain and slipped into the shadows of the buildings rising high into the night sky.

"You did well today." This rare compliment from Boss caused pride to swell in my chest before being engulfed my regret and disgust. From when did I yearn for his compliments? I bit my tongue to keep my expression neutral. "Thank you, Boss." I bowed low. He chuckled a bit before throwing an envelope at my feet. "The results came in today. Check it." He ordered. From the ripped top, I knew he had checked it beforehand. But he still wanted me to see it in front of him, just so he could gauge my reaction. I took a deep breath and pulled out the letter and a small disk. The disk instantly lit up with a large hologram of All Might, shining in that yellow suit of his. A symbol of hope, but even he couldn't save me from my hell. I blinked back the sudden rush of tears and scrunched my face, pretending to be disturbed by the Hero's flashy announcements. I didn't pay attention to most of his speech. The only thing that I heard crystal clear was that I passed. I was accepted into the top Hero School. And yet, I couldn't celebrate. I knew I was now on a tightrope. One wrong facial expression and my chances to save my sister will be snatched away.

"So, what will you do?" Boss asked. "I want to go to UA." I stated boldly. No one needed to know how hard my heart was beating. "And snitch on us? How can you prove your loyalty?" Boss leaned back on his throne and smirked down on me. "You can track my movements. If you think I am about to betray you in any way, you can kill me." "No, that isn't interesting at all." He waved his hand, dismissing my offer. "I have a better plan," He leaned forward now, elbows resting on his knees, "I will capture you, bring you back here and make you watch as I torture your sister. She is growing up to be quite a beautiful lady. So, once I am done torturing her, I will have her patched up and sell her off to my brother. And then I'll kill you. How about that?" All the hair on my body stood on their ends as he looked down on me with that maniacal grin. His quirk, Disembody, gave him the ability to rip a person to shreds while keeping them conscious. It was a traumatizing experience to have your body parts slowly rip away and be awake to feel it all in vivid details. He was a master of torture. And I knew he would do exactly what he said, probably even worse, if I ever tried to ask the heroes for help. I was risking my sister's life for a futile hope of escaping this hell hole. But I wanted to try. I wanted to turn every stone in my path for a way to save both of us, or even just my sister from this nightmare. So, I was willing to take the risks.

"Deal." I finally answered. Content, he sat up straight and beckoned me to come closer. When I was within reach, he grabbed my face and looked into my eyes. "I will give you a parting gift just so that you have an idea of what will happen if you betray us. You are one of my greatest assets, and you know how much I hate giving up on my possessions. So, make sure to come back to me." He whispered. All I could do was brace myself for what was to come, hoping to still have my sanity intact afterward.
