Enjoy the next chapter.
Iruma watched as the movers climbed into their truck and drove away before he turned and closed the door. Looking up, he slightly smiled at the sleeping Stella on the couch before he walked over to the and put a blanket over her, "Okay…I can do this. Just start unpacking her room, she'll have a place to sleep tonight a-" before he could finish, there was a light knock at the door, and he narrowed his eyes before stepping away from the couch.
Opening the door, he saw Eiko, Clara, Ameri, Elizabetta and Kerori standing on the front step. Inhaling slowly, he shook his head and stepped outside, "What? I told you and your families that I was going to unpack after putting Stella down for a nap an-"
"That's what we wanted to talk to you about, Iruma-kins," Clara spoke and Iruma gave her a confused looked, "What?"
"Iruma-kins? What the…you know, never mind…why are you five here? I told you that I was going to unpack after putting Stella down for a nap and she's sleeping so if you don't mind, I'd like to-"
"Well…we were thinking and we can watch Stella for you while you unpack…this way you get more done," Iruma narrowed his eyes at Kerori and Kerori arched a brow, "What now?"
"Forgive me for saying this, but are you out of your damn mind?" the five looked at him with wide eyes, "I just met you and your families, I don't know anything about you and you want me to trust you to just watch my daughter like that?"
"Think for a second, idiot," Ameri snapped, crossing her arms, "Where are we going to go? Our families live across the street, we live down the block and she'll most likely scream for you as soon as she wakes up, so how would we kidnap her, or do anything to hurt her while you're here? We wouldn't even dream of hurting a kid,"
Iruma groaned and shook his head, "And like Kerori said, you could get more done if we watch Stella for you," Eiko answered and Iruma looked at her, "What?"
"There's something else…what is it?"
The five sighed and Elizabetta slightly frowned, "We were going to ask why Stella's mother isn't here, but you're going to-" before she could, Iruma reached in his pocket and pulled out a card before handing it to Ameri.
They looked at Iruma and he sighed as he shook his head, "My lawyer's number. His name is Naberius Kalego, now if you don't mind, I need to get unpacking so Stella's room will be ready for her to sleep in tonight an-"
"Just let us watch Stella, Iruma-kins," Clara pleaded, "Nothing will happen to her. We know how to take care of little kids,"
"I'm going to be in an endless argument if I don't agree to this," Iruma groaned and shook his head as he pinched the bridge of his nose, "Fine, just let me unpack and don't wake my daughter." The five nodded as Iruma led them inside and closed the door behind them.

Iruma inhaled slowly as he finished putting together the small, child-size bed before pushing it against the wall away from the window, "What the hell was I thinking? I could've said no, shut the door and started to unpack, but with my luck, their families would've saw, came over and knocked on the door louder and woke Stella…I can't win,"
"Knock, knock," he looked back to see Ameri and Elizabetta standing in the doorway, "We were wondering if you-"
"Where's my daughter? I thought you and your friends wanted to Stella while I unpacked," Iruma narrowed his eyes, "Where is my daughter? Why are you he-"
"Calm down," Ameri sighed, "She's still sleeping and Eiko, Clara and Kerori are watching her, but if it'll back you feel better, you can check on her yourself," without replying, Iruma pushed past the two and rounded the corner.
Iruma returned a moment later and took a deep breath, "Do you feel better now?" Elizabetta asked before she crossed her arms and shook her head, "Right now…we'd like to know where Stella's mother is and why she isn't here? Did something happen? Trouble in paradise? Because my mother is right. A judge wouldn't separate a child from their mother an-"
"Unless the mother is unfit…and like I said, if you have any questions to call my lawyer, but you know he'll call me to see if I want you to know anything about the situation and right now…I don't want to hurt my case," the two arched a brow and Iruma frowned, "I'm in the middle of trying to get full custody of my daughter, and right now I have majority custody.
I can at least tell you her name…her name is Haruno and…just…if you need anything, talk to my lawyer," he looked back and frowned, "Just…please…don't ask me about Haruno until after the custody hearing? I don't want to hurt my chances and lose my daughter,"
"Uh…sure…but you know my parents work at a law firm," Ameri explained, "I'm sure they can help without hurting your case,"
Iruma sighed and slowly nodded, "Daddy," Iruma looked up as Stella pushed past Ameri and Elizabetta before the small, blue-haired girl ran towards him, "Daddy, daddy,"
Picking Stella up, Iruma slightly smiled as he shook his head, "What's wrong, sweetie?" Stella looked back as Kerori, Eiko and Clara entered the room before she wrapped her tiny arms around Iruma's neck and Iruma rubbed her back in an attempt to comfort her, "It's okay, Stella. They're our neighbors. You've met them outside,"
Stella looked back and frowned as the five slightly smiled at her and waved, "Daddy," she looked back at Iruma and frowned, "Where you go, daddy?"
"I was putting your room together so you'll have a place to sleep tonight, sweetie," Stella's eyes widened as she looked around the nearly finished room, "Hey Stella, why don't you play with some of your toys while I talk to our neighbors," Stella nodded as Iruma set her down and she walked over to her toybox and pulled out some of her toys.
Iruma took a deep breath as he looked back and rubbed the back of his head, "Look…I know I was a pain when you five said that you'd watch Stella while I unpacked, but you have to understand that I have issues when it comes to people, especially people I just met, watching her, and that's because of her mother. If…I'll just shut up right now…call Naberius if you have any questions,"
The five frowned before Eiko spoke, "Hey Iruma," Iruma hummed and looked at the blonde in confusion, "Well…we know why you don't want to talk about Stella's mother, and that she'll see her as long as you, your grandfather or his butler are with them," Iruma hummed and nodded, "Well…what about your parents? Wouldn't they do anything to help you with Stella an-"
"No…in fact, they don't even know Stella exists," Iruma took a deep breath before looked at Stella and slightly smiled, "Hey Stella," Stella hummed and looked at her father in confusion, "Daddy's going to talk to our neighbors in the other room. Are you going to be okay in here?"
Stella smiled, "Kay daddy," she turned and continued to play with her toys as Iruma ushered he five out of the room, closing the door slightly behind them before leading hem to the living room.

The six stood in the living room before Iruma took a deep breath ad crossed his arms as he leaned against the wall, "The reason my parents don't even know about Stella is because I was taken away by Child Services when I was eight, and a few months later, a nice old man named Sullivan adopted me as his grandson,"
"So he's not your real grandfather?" Ameri asked and Iruma shook his head.
"No, but he loves me like I was he real grandson and he and Opera have been really nice to me…the reason I was taken away is because my parents are lazy bastards who wouldn't think twice about putting people into dangerous situations, and I was no exception to that rule. One of our neighbors called Child Services and I was taken away after the first visit…and even if they did know about Stella, I don't want those assholes anywhere near my daughter,"
"But…aren't you worried the judge might see you as a relapse case and accuse you of doing what your parents did?" Kerori asked and Iruma frowned, "You can tell us why you have majority custody over Stella and we can-"
"You really want to know?"
They nodded as Ameri spoke, "I can call my parents…as I said, they work at a law firm and anything we say can be confidential…you won't lose your daughter and it won't hurt your case,"
"Son of…no…just…just drop it for now, okay?" Iruma frowned, "I'm sorry…but…until you contact Naberius, I don't have to tell you why Haruno only has supervised visitation rights right now,"
The five sighed before Eiko shook her head and slightly smiled, "Okay, we'll stop pushing for answers until we talk to your lawyer," seeing the five turn and walked towards the door, Iruma followed them and opened it for.
Taking a deep breath, Iruma frowned, "I'm sorry I can't tell you anything yet…but…thanks for stopping by and watching Stella while I fixed up her room,"
"We'll be back to play later, Iruma-kins," Clara smiled and Iruma sighed as he watched as they walked out of the house and he closed the door behind them.
Taking a deep breath, Iruma ran his fingers through his hair, "Damn…but Kalego said if anyone asked about Haruno to give them his card…this isn't going to end-"
"Daddy," he looked down and slightly smiled, "Hungry,"
Iruma looked down at his phone ad shook his head, "Yeah, I guess it is getting close to lunchtime…c'mon sweetie, I'll fix you something to eat," Stella smiled as she followed her father into the kitchen.
Enjoy.
