A Scarlet Warrior

"Excuse me sir, we're going to need to call in to our guildmaster back home and let him know where we're at." Erza said to the Commander as she and Jellal rode alongside him and Captain Levi on two spare horses.

"And just how the hell do you expect us to do that, redhead?" Levi asked, earning him a dangerous glare from Jellal.

"Levi shut it," Erwin said, "Ma'am, we haven't had any contact with the outside world for roughly 100 years. But if you guys have a way then I'm all ears."

"You see, we use what's known as Lacrima Crystals. These crystals have many different uses, from underground surveillance, to long distance communication, they are a very vital part of our lives." the requip-mage explained as they rode. The Commander was about to comment when they all heard a shot ring out and someone shouted,

"Enemy spotted in the rear!"

"Full speed, all soldiers!" Commander Erwin ordered, urging his horse to run faster.

"Sir, I can handle the two Titans behind us."

"Ma'am, are you sure about this?!" Erwin asked, slightly shocked at the woman's ambitions.

Jellal decided to speak up for his girl,

"Sir, this is Tatania your talking to, she is more than capable of taking down those two Titans."

Commander Erwin thought for a few seconds, before looking back at the Scarlet haired woman,

"Do it, but be careful!" he warned.

Erza requipped in one of her many sets of armor, as she stood up on the horse and jumped from its back, executing a twirling backflip and transformed into her Black Wing Armor.

"Requip Black Wing Armor!" Erza shouted, as she transformed, brandishing two beautifully designed swords, and were wickedly sharp on top of that.

"Woah," Captain Levi muttered, watching as the Scarlet haired woman flew off towards the back of the formation to engage the two beasts on their tails.

"Like what you see Captain, because that's all mine." Jellal replied, a playful tone in his voice.

"Oi, shut your sh*tty mouth, Fernandes."

"Excuse me?"

"That's enough, you two!" Erwin butted in, with an angry tone in his voice.

Dita was struggling to get free from the crushing fist of one of the Titans in the rear, but it was no use.

I guess this is it.

Suddenly, a flash and then a woman dressed in black Armor with Scarlet red hair, came from out of nowhere. She zipped past the Titan and flew upwards, spreading out her armor's black wings. Slashing sideways, the woman let out a warcry as an energy wave released from her blade and collided into the back of both of the Titan's necks, killing them both instantaneously.

Dita crawled out of the dead Titan's hand, shaking from the shock of nearly getting eaten alive. He looked up to see the woman flying back toward the front of the formation.

Who is that woman?

Erza returned to the front of the formation, landed next to Jellal, and requipped back into her Heart Kreuz Armor. She saw the Commander had ordered that the formation stop and they'd do a head count.

"Ma'am, I gotta say, that was very impressive." Erwin said, giving Erza a proud smile.

Jellal smirked at Captain Levi, "See, what'd I tell ya?"

The shorter man only rolled his eyes and walked off to assist with the head count.

After a few minutes, the head count was complete and everyone was accounted for.

"All squads move out!" the Commander announced with a loud yell.

The 'Long Range Scouting Formation' quickly took formation once more as they headed for the wall.

"Hey Erza," Captain Levi called over to the redhead.

Erza looked over at him, ready to listen to what the Captain had to say, even Jellal had perked up, not expecting him to call her by her real name.

"I'm sorry about what I said earlier, I thought you were just another hotshot looking for glory. Turns out I was wrong, you truly are an amazing warrior." This made both Jellal and Erza smile.

"We're here." Commander Erwin announced suddenly as they all began approaching what looked like a 50 meter tall wall.

The Scouts finally reached the safety of the walls,and as usual, they were met with a barrage of harsh insults and doubts from the townspeople. Erza and Jellal stayed close to each other, looking around, surveying their surroundings. Erein on the other hand, was already thinking of more ways to secure the Scouting Formation.

"Man, what a waste, they never should've gone out there.They're jus twasting our rescources. And who are these two people?" the townspeople grumbled

Suddenly, there was a shout they all feared, "A TITAN HAS BEEN SPOTTED!"
