Location : Training Ground 11

Team 11.

Famous for the sensei of that genin squad, Uchiha Obito, who's the only Uchiha in history with the ability to phase through solid object. He was listed as KIA during the Third Great Shinobi War for sacrificing his life to save Hatake Kakashi by pushing him away from a huge boulder.

Somehow, he returned, healthy albeit with wrinkle-like scars on his entire right side body. No one knows how did he survive from the boulder that crushed his entire right side body except for the Sandaime and Yondaime. When Yondaime died 12 years ago, a heartbroken Obito left the Konoha and joined Yamigakure. The loss of the man that he saw as a father caused Obito to cut his ties with Konoha.

But then he returned to Konoha after leaving the village for more than a decade. He then became a jōnin and was tasked to the Team 11 ; Uchiha Satsuki the arrogant princess, Kurama Yakumo the cold-hearted girl, and Kazama Naruto the mysterious child that greatly resemble Yondaime Hokage.

Right now, he stood in front of the two bickering Yakumo and Satsuki. They've been bugging him about their first C-Rank mission for a week.

'Even if I let them do the C-Rank mission, will they able to work together with Naruto?' thought Obito as he stared at the blonde haired kid who's reading a book under a tree that not too far from them.

Obito knew about the relationship between the three of them. Both Satsuki and Yakumo admitted that they hate Naruto for being a dead last of the academy and a liability to the team.

He also knew that Naruto is the weakest genin hell the most weakest in the history. Even the old man Maruboshi Kosuke far stronger than him when he was young. From what Obito could gather about Naruto's information, he doesn't have any family or friends and live in a house that was built by Hiruzen's personal Anbu.

Obito came back into reality when Satsuki tapped his hand.

"Sensei! Did you hear what we said just now?" asked Satsuki to Obito.

"Oh, you guys want to do C-Rank mission right? Well, I'm not sure-"

Obito was interrupted by Yakumo who screamed,

"Come on sensei! How can we prove to the Hokage that she don't have to depends on her children for Konoha's future?"

Obito crossed his arms. Yakumo was right. Ever since they became his students, they want to prove to Kushina that she shouldn't only depends to her children but also to the other genin squad. He took a deep breath and smiled.

"Fine, let's go get our C-Rank mission."

Obito's words caused Satsuki and Yakumo to cheer happily and immediately rushed to the Hokage's Office, leaving him alone with Naruto. The scarred Uchiha walked to Naruto and smiled when he saw the title of the book.

Journey of Yondaime Hokage.

"Still reading that book?"

Naruto looked up and smiled at his sensei, the only person in Konoha other than Hokage-jiji and that Tenzo Anbu guy ever talk to him.

"Yeah. My dream is to be a Hokage and surpass Yondaime!" said Naruto happily to Obito, reminding him himself when he was young. "But...I have no special power like everyone else."

"Naruto." Obito sat down beside Naruto and said, "You don't need special power to be a Hokage. Do you know? Yondaime doesn't have any special power and instead he train hard his body and mind and never give up on his dream."

"What is his dream, sensei?" asked Naruto to Obito.

Obito replied with a smile, "To be Hokage. His training and never give up rule paid off. He became the Hokage after many years."

"Can I be like him?"

"Of course! Now let's go to office for our first C-Rank mission!"

Location : Hokage's Office

"Kushina-sama! Team 11 wants to meet you."

"Send them in, Akane."

The red haired young woman opened the door, allowing Team 11 to enter the office and left the office but not before received a thank you from Obito. He took a step forward and bowed before Kushina.

"Yes, Obito? I assume you want another D-Rank mission right?" asked Kushina to Obito.

Obito replied, "Well no actually. My students keep bugging me to give them their first C-Rank mission."

Kushina stopped reading her papers and looked at Obito. Then she glanced at his students. She narrowed her eyes when she staring at Naruto who's reading his book that she recognised.

"Give me a reason why I should give you your students' first C-Rank mission."

Obito looked at Kushina with a surprise face and said, "So that my students can prove to you that you won't need to depends solely on your children."

Kushina stunned at what she heard but quickly calmed herself down. She pressed the button on her desk and spoke to the mic, "Akane, please send in the client."

Five minutes later, Kushina's secretary came into the office with a very beautiful woman that has shoulder-length wavy silverish black hair and dark eyes. She stopped in front of Kushina and gave a slight bow before stared at the stunned Obito and smirked.

"Everyone, this is Kusanagi Mirai. Your mission is to escort Mirai-san to Yamigakure safely. You may spend a week at there if you wish so."

Mirai wore a white hoodie with black pants and matching shoes.

'Mizuki-sama? Is that you? Yes, that's definitely you! But why?!' thought Obito before he came back to reality when Yakumo pulled his vest. "Oh, I'm sorry. Gather your item for a week and meet us at Konoha's Gate."

"You all dismiss." said Kushina to everyone before continued reading her papers but not before glaring at Naruto.

Once his students went to their home, Obito looked at his client and said, "So... Why are you at here, Mizuki-sama?"

Mirai or her true identity, Mizuki, glared at Obito and replied, "I came here because you wrote me a letter remember?"

Mirai took out a piece of paper and revealed it to Obito who smiled.

"You came..." he whispered softly.

"Well, you wrote to me that you have become a sensei so I wanted to congratulate you and the only thing that I can think about is to come here, pretending as a very important person to Yamigakure. I thought of sending gifts but I know that all you want is that crappy erotic novel wrote by that old pervert toad sage." said Mirai to Obito which made him laughed as they came out from the building and heading towards Konoha's Gate. "So how are you as a sensei to those brats?"

"The black haired girl just now is Uchiha Satsuki. Well, she is someone who attack first then think and arrogant." said Obito to Mirai, resulting her to whisper typical Uchiha.

"The orange haired girl is Kurama Yakumo. Unlike Satsuki, she think first then attack but easily panic."

Mirai asked, "What about that blonde kid? He's cute."

Obito chuckled which made Mirai snickered at him and said, "His name is Kazama Naruto."

Mirai stopped walking. Kazama Naruto. Kazama. She heard that name before but couldn't recall where or when did she heard that name before.

'Kazama... That's an old name for the-'

"Mizuki-sama? Are you okay?" asked a concern Obito to Mirai who snapped back to reality and shook her head before smiled.

"I'm fine but if you could please address me as Mirai especially when the kids around." said Mirai to Obito who nodded his head. "Can you tell me more about him?"

"He's a good kid even though he's the most weakest genin in Konoha. What I admire about him is that his dream." said Obito with a smile, something that Mirai rarely see when he talked about someone. "His dream is to be a Hokage and his idol is Minato-sensei."

Mirai smiled, now she wanted to meet him and know more about him. What an interesting kid, she thought.

"I've never seen you smile when I talk about someone. Why are you smiling?" asked Obito with a mocking smile at Mirai, earning a punch to his gut by the lady. "OOF!!"

"It's rare for me to see you smile when you talk about someone."

Obito looked at Mirai and said, "His dream reminded me of myself when I was his age."

Mirai didn't say anything, the only time she saw Obito smiling when he talked about someone is when he told her about someone that he loves. Once they arrived at the gate, they saw Obito's students running at them.

When Mirai saw Naruto running at them, she caught a glimpse of Minato running at her, causing her to flinch which Obito noticed.

"You okay?" asked a completely worry Obito to Mirai.

"I... I am okay... It just... That kid reminded me about Minato." Mirai pointed her finger at Naruto.

"Yeah, when I met Naruto for the first time, he looks like Minato-sensei. Sometimes I accidentally call him Minato-sensei." replied Obito before he ruffled Naruto's hair, much to his annoyance. "Eyyo kiddo!"

"STOP IT! YOU'RE MAKING MY HAIR MESSY!" screamed Naruto to Obito who laughed loudly. He saw the smiling Mirai and immediately greeted her, "Hello Mirai-san, my name is Naruto."

What Mirai did the next thing made Naruto completely shocked ; she knelt down and smiled at her, shaking hand with him.

She spoke, "You can just call me Mirai if you want, Naruto."

Satsuki and Yakumo who witnessing the interaction between the two of them, whispered to each other about why will a beautiful lady talk to an outcast. Unknown to them, Mirai heard what they're talking to each other but chose to ignore them.

"Well then! Let's go to Yamigakure!" said Obito as he pumped his fist into the air.

Once they left the Konoha's Gate, Team 11 have multiple expression. Satsuki and Yakumo were happy and excited, seeing the view of the outside of Konoha for the first time while Naruto looked around, being extremely cautious with something that might happen.

"Say sensei, have you ever been to Yamigakure?" asked Satsuki to Obito, making him stopped reading his novel.

"I did. I actually lived at Yamigakure before." replied Obito to Satsuki, surprising his students. Seeing their face, Obito chuckled as he knew they wanted to know more about Yamigakure. "After Yondaime's death, I left Konoha because I lost sensei who's like a father to me."

Naruto interrupted Obito by asking, "Wait, your sensei is the legendary Yondaime Hokage?!"

Obito chuckled as he ruffled Naruto's hair, much to the latter's annoyance and said, "Yes. He's my sensei."

Naruto smiled when he heard that, he was so happy because his sensei is actually the student of his idol and now he is the student of his idol's student. What a luck!

"What happened after that sensei?" asked Yakumo to Obito. "How did you get those scars?"

"I spent more than a decade at Yamigakure then I became Anbu at there before the Yondaime Yamikage, Kagami Mizuki, promoted me to the leader of Yami's Anbu. Two years later, she promoted me to her personal Anbu." said Obito with a smile while Mirai who heard that only chuckled.

"Sensei, what about your scars?"

Satsuki's question combined with furious nod from Yakumo caused him to touch his right side of the face. He thought to himself, these scars is the reminder of the mission that caused him MIA for a year.

He could just tell his students but he chose not to since he don't want them to know the truth especially Satsuki.

"A story for another day."

Obito's reply made Satsuki and Yakumo groaned in frustration. Naruto who sensed the tension decided to change the topic by asking Obito something else.

"Hey sensei, can you describe Yondaime Yamikage."

Obito who heard that question immediately flinched. He thought to himself, how is he going to describe Kagami Mizuki when the client that he and his students escorting currently is actually Mizuki in disguise? Oh man, one wrong word it will caused him his soul.

"Come on Obito, describe... her." said Mirai with serious tone, narrowing her eyes at the nervously sweating Obito.

"She's kind.." Obito received uh huh from everyone. "Cool, very serious but when she laugh, she's cute. Easy to laugh actually and really great at cooking!"

Obito looked at Mirai and gave her a nervous laughter, causing the disguise Mizuki to rub her chin and continued the journey while his students only looked at him before shifted their attention to the flora and fauna.

Half an hour later, they reached at a ship station. Turns out, Obito and the owner of the ship station are great friends. The owner agreed to take his client and his team to the Yamigakure via the fastest ship and without any payment for saving his life before.

After half an hour of travelling, they finally arrived at Yamigakure, Team 11 were amazed with what they're seeing. Instead of being guarded by gigantic gates, Yamigakure was protected by a barrier with 13 massive statues wielding unique weapons surrounded the entire village.

"Welcome to Yamigakure." said Mirai to everyone.
