Nothing to say but a sorry because this chapter is way too short. Also, I'm not a Natural-English-talker, so do not expect Stephen King quality. Oh, by the way, sorry by my mistake posting this before putting some horizontal lines.
Chapter 1: Such a determination.
"This is your hero." Those words repeated with no mercy to his head. His smoked and… sludged uniform at the chair made a smile took his freckled face. Yeah, it was way dirtier than usual, but it was the irrefutable prove of the day...
[Door slam]
"IZUKU!" The door blew up and a small woman jumped to him.
Faster than he could see, his mother hugged him with an immensurable force. Her strength did nothing to fade while she began to check all of him up his feet. Her hands touched almost every place of the kid making him laugh at the tickles.
"Co-Come on mom, stop it!" He tried to put her away.
His mom looked at the smiling boy with a surprised face that was faded by the anger. "Stop it!?" She yelled "How am I supposed to stay calm with my Izuku against a villain!?" Her tears came down.
The kid looked at his mom and somehow he managed to smile. He wasn't sure why, but now he felt better than ever. His hands grabbed the woman's shoulder and talk confident "I'm okay." He hugged her "I'm a hero after all…"
The woman began to cry at the feel of her baby's thumps. They stay there for a while until…
[Door slam]
"YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" The angry voice filled the small apartment at the time an ashy adolescent walked towards the green-haired boy.
[SMASH]
A sweaty hand crushed his (not so probable) friend knocking him out. "Sorry! Kept your moment, I'll just let him at the sofa!" Mitsuki Bakugou said while carrying her (stupid) son. "I'll make some tea!"
"Ye-Yeah, emh let me help you!" Her mother said trying to get out of the room, but his hand stopped her from doing it.
"Mom." Even if his voice wasn't a deep one, the way his tone changed made obvious that he was serious. "I'm taking UA exam."

A fire-like breath came out from his chest while his whole body gave up by the (not so much) work out was doing. Indeed, he wasn't the best material to be a hero (not including the quirk thing) since his body was the slim kind, but he wasn't giving up. Not when he finally founded someone who called a hero. "One more lap!" He said as his sore legs began to move around his neighborhood.
His mother obviously tried to stop him, but for first time in his life, he did more than just stroke his dream like a baby. He was doing something to get what he wanted. Yet, he was quite far to be prepared. "St-Still ten months u-until the exam, that means I have like two hundred and ninety days to be ready. Knowing that my own body is at this state, and that I need to keep my training without sacrificing the school, I would need to make a workout routine which I would need to refresh by time to time. I also need to eat well so…" And even if the green haired boy ignored it, his (pathologic) mumbles (besides scaring the people at the neighborhood) were helping to improve his breathing capacity.

It was like a week since Izuku began his regimen. Needless to say that the kid was… well, almost dead. On the bright side, his mother began to support him with her food and even joining him with some of his exercises. And he even appeared on TV! Sure, his whole interview was him stuttering like never before, but stills. Also against his shy way to act, Seishin (he discovered his name in another news channel) was… well, (if he reminded well) he said "See this, heroes? This is a brain, use it, cunts. And if you still don't understand what have I done, it's called supersaturated solution, he wasn't able to move by the new amount of a solute at his body. Remember it because next time I wouldn't be around to clean your mess." So, by that, Izuku could say that he wasn't the most modest person (not that he could blame him; he took down a villain that a dozen of hero couldn't without the use of his quirk!). Sadly, he couldn't say something else to him since the police tried to stop him by his vigilantism activities (how cool could he be!?). Of course everything couldn't be that good… or that was what he was thinking. After the little break the school give to both him and Kacchan, they meet at the school and guess what? He didn't even yell him! Instead, his exact words were "I would pay this debt." before threating everyone who tried to bully Izuku.
Without doubt, this was his best year.
.
.
.
.
One month since the accident and he was… BETTER THAN BEFORE! He got used to the workout and now he could finish it without even feeling tired, so he doubled it. Yep, he doubled it. Was he mad or something? Nope (mostly because the amount of workout he started with was… pathetic), he was at his best mental state.
Now it was like half past six, so he would see the news to look for some villain attack before going for his usual run. The first three notices weren't nothing far from usual: A pervert with a tentacle quirk, a pervert (this time a woman) with a shota-attraction quirk and a pervert being a hero (obvious referencing Midnight). "There's lot of perverts lately… Eh!?" He stopped his zapping to see Seishin sticking out the middle finger to the camera with the news headline being "Seishin Ryoku's mother exclusive interview!". With no doubt, Izuku turned up the volume no caring about his sleeping mother.
Heading to the interview, there was no image of the woman but just her name (which was Haha Seishin) and the headlines making echo of some of her sentences. The first question was about Ryoku's personality, for what she answered "He's a great kid who always tries his best to help others.". Following the first, the second one focused on his apparent explosive mood which made the woman laugh a little and say "It's just a phase, it surely would change in the future." Then the interviewer asked about his vigilant activities making the woman hum while thinking her answer for the first time in the interview. A while later, the woman said "As I said, he's a great kid, he just wants to help." Now that the interview was getting a little slow, the presenter tried to add some spicy thing asking about the fact that Seishin wasn't currently living with her. Despites the fact that Izuku wasn't able to see the woman's face, he could tell that the woman was a little annoyed, because she said "Do not go where they do not call you." and hang out.
The whole interview gave Izuku a lot to think about. Was that woman Ryoku's real mother? Of course it just could be a coincidence, but that woman seemed to not know a lot of him. Maybe it was because he wasn't living with her, but she seemed to be talking more about someone barely close to her than her own son…
[Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing-Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing]
The song of the alarm coming from his phone made Izuku realize the time he dedicated to space himself. Sighing, Izuku turned off both the TV and alarm before walking through the door. He could think about it while running.
.
.
.
There he was again, running again. Yet it could seem like that was everything he did (which wasn't so far of the truth), this time Izuku wasn't running for training. This time he was literally running away. Today was a… bad day. A VERY bad day. Yet meet your favorite hero (which was coincidently the greatest hero ever) could sound like the best day ever, Izuku can tell you that you are way too wrong. His first meet with the man was… awful. Now, you could say that telling him that his dreams weren't possible wasn't so bad giving his circumstances… however, that was showed to be false when Seishin saved Kacchan without using his quirk. At the time, the quirkless kid didn't give it so much importance over the words Seishin had gave to him, nevertheless, when his head hit the bed, the facts began to fit.
He can be a hero without a quirk.
That's why (plus Seishin's words) Izuku began his training. Everything looked fine… until All Might found him.
"You can become a hero." Those words almost made him cry yet not because he was happy but because those words pissed him off. The followed words got oblivious to his mind while everything surrounding him seemed to collapse, however, All Might's last words made him snap to reality. "You can inherit my quirk to be the greatest hero."
The sound of his teeth cracking against each other was nothing against the death words he dropped. "Is this a joke?" He looked at the skinny man. "A-Are you serious?" His hands reached the green of his hair. "Yo-You ca-can't j-just say I-I'm n-not worth of being a her-hero…" Amounts of hair began to tear against his grip. "… a-and, whe-when I f-finally t-try my best to be a he-hero, tell m-me this!" His whole mind began to hurt as everything got clear. He breathed deeply. "Am I a joke…" His voice came in less than a whisper.
"Young Midoriya, I-" All Might tried to spoke, however, Izuku didn't stop.
"AM I A JOKE!?" He yelled with no mercy to the burning sensation tearing apart his throat. No sound was dropped while he looked at the… hero.
All Might's mind was out of words.
Izuku couldn't take it anymore. Before he could even think, he was already running away. The breeze felt like cutting his cheeks with knifes that tried to take him down, however, he didn't stop. He couldn't; he didn't wanted to. Even if his face hit the ground more times than he was disposed to accept, he didn't stop. Despites all the people who looked worried at him by the blood at his forehead, the kid refused to stop. Nothing, even his own pain, stopped him.
Because he was… "RUAAAAAAAAAARRGH!" Angry. "FUUUUCK!" He yelled at the sky. "SHIT!" The feel of the sand against his steps got oblivious as he stopped. "THAT IMMEASURABLE DETESTABLE HERO ATTEMPT!" Without controlling his body, Izuku began to kick all the garbage he managed to see. "WHY THE FUCK COULDN'T YOU JUST LET ME LIVE IN PEACE!" His hands gripped in everything he could lift. "I FUCKING HATE YOU!" He yelled while lunching the trash to the sea.
His whole fantasy of the greatest hero began to tear apart at the indifference the man showed to what he was willing to be. The sky shined like making fun of how small he felt. Izuku fell on his knees and began to cry. "Why…?"
"Is that all?" No even seconds after his anger faded to let just sadness, a voice cut his sobs.
Surprised that someone besides him was there, Izuku looked to his side. He expected everything but the person looking at him. "Se-Seishin?"
Said Seishin looked at him with a suspicious face before sighing and sitting next to him. "Pretty sure I didn't introduce myself." He said while resting his back on the sand. "You okay?"
Izuku looked at the (overly) relaxed adolescent. He was shirtless -yet he didn't seem to care about the sand sticking on his back- and wore black Gucci pants with military bots. "Yeah~no…" He muttered while sitting and pushing his knees against his chest. "To-Today… someone had-" His words were cut when Seishin's hand stopped him.
"Yeah, not interested." He shrugged. "Besides, I don't even know ya." Seishin gave him a mid-stink eye.
Instead of feeling bad for not being heard or sad because of his indifference, Izuku felt somehow relieved that he was acting so casual. "O-Oh, I-I'm Izuku Midoriya, nice to meet you."
Seishin smiled before looking at the sky. "Well, ya already know mine, so… nice to meet ya." He got up and began to stretch himself. "Aight, now get out of here, I have a beach to clean and I don't want a brat making my work even harder."
Trying to understand what it had been told to him, Izuku looked around. The place was surely filled with trash and garbage everywhere, however, some parts of the place were clean of said things. "O-Oh! So-Sorry!" He said while bowing.
"Nah, at least ya let some of yer anger out." He said while walking away.
The green haired kid was going to do the same, however, his insecurity made him stay to ask something. "You mean that?"
Seishin looked at him with a puzzled face before shrugging. "Yeah man." He said cutting Izuku's explication of what he tried to ask. "Most people think before acting, however…" Seishin's gaze seemed to pierce his soul. "I know you jumped without even thinking what was good for you." He said while walking away to lift an old microwave oven. "Yet don't let that fill yer head, you could have got killed!"
Ignoring the tears that flowed across his face, Izuku bowed even deeper than before. "Thank… THANK YOU SO MUCH SEISHIN!" He yelled making the adolescent to got a little red.
"Yeah, yeah, now get out of here. My community service is not going to end itself…" His face fell in silly curiousness. "What are you doing?"
Izuku, for his side, was beginning to lift some garbage himself. "I'm going to help you!"
The mind-reader looked at the boy for a few seconds before smiling. "Y're my hero kid."
Again, nothing to say but I'm still alive. Also, sorry by this shitty quality of writing. See y'all in my new story about Saitama in BNHA world, nevertheless, not in the way ya expect.
