Chapter 2
A monstrous reunion.
Author's note.
Okay, I know that the previous chapter eluded to Kurumu and someone else, but that was supposed to go at the end of this chapter. But if you like the last chapter, then let's hope that the rest doesn't disappoint. But now, let's begin.

The bus stopped by the scarecrow bus stop and a young man got off the bus. This young man was about 17-yrs-old with brown eyes and green hair. He was wearing a brand new school uniform; A white button up shirt, a red tie, a green shirt, khaki white pants and black and white sneakers. He was also carrying a black and green double bag. But the most odd feature was what was on his left wrist. It was a white and green digital wrist watch with a black screen with green lines that showed the out line of an hourglass. If you haven't guessed by now, this is Ben Tennyson; a now 17-yr-old universal superhero that still has the Omnitrix, but can't keep a girlfriend.
"I can't believe I have to go back to school", sighed Ben. "Oh well, at least no one would think to look for me in a school in Japan". He then walked through the forest that was littered with tombstones.
"Okay, creep factor has gone up to 11" said Ben nervously. He then heard a squawking noise and got startled by this. When this happened. A murder of crows flew past him.
"Okay, crows, hehe, not a good omen" said Ben to himself.
"Look out!" Shouted A Japanese sounding voice. Ben looks behind him, to see something coming towards him, he screams and...CRASH!
A bike had smashed into Ben. Now both him and the rider were now lying on the floor.
"Ow", groaned Ben as he sat back up. "Hey! What's the big ide-!". He stopped midway of his yell, and looked at the other person, who was he rider, getting up. He could tell that it was female by the groaning sound. She wore the same uniform as him, but she had a skirt instead of trousers. But there was something very familiar about this girl. Especially the rosario around her neck and that pink hair.
"Mmm. Sorry", groaned the girl. "Sorry about that. I wasn't-". She stopped as soon saw Ben. The two soon recognised each other, all the way back from 2006.
"Ben".
"Moka".
The two crawled to each other and stared at each other for a while. Then, they smiled at each other. "I can't believe it", said Ben. "Moka, it's you".
"It's you Ben", said Moka. "I haven't seen you in just under 6 years". Both of them got up off the floor. Moka stared into Ben's eyes for a minute.
"Uh, Moka?", asked Ben. "Are you feeling okay?". Moka then lunged at Ben and sank her teeth into his neck.
"Yeowch!", screamed Ben. "What the fuck Moka?!". He then yanked her off of him by her shoulders.
"What was that for, Moka?!" Asked Ben.
"Oh, sorry", said Moka blushing. "I could just smell you, and you smelt so good. So I decided to have a taste".
"A taste?", asked Ben. "Why would that be necessary?".
"Well, you see", said Moka nervously. "I-I'm a vampire. And we drink blood, so I decided to have a taste".
"A vampire?", asked Ben. "Sweet". Moka's ears perk up at this.
"You think it's 'sweet'?" Asked Moka, slightly hopeful.
"Yeah I do", said Ben. "In fact, I kinda always wanted to meet a vampire".
"Really?" Asked Moka excitedly with sparkles in her eyes.
"Yeah", answered Ben. "But, shouldn't we be getting to the opening ceremony?".
"Oh crap, right", said Moka, realising what Ben said was true. "We gotta go". She picked up her bike and mounted herself on it.
"Climb on" said Moka. Ben hopped on the back and Moka raced down the road. They eventually arrived at the school. It looked like a mansion crossed with a castle.
"Whoa, check this place out", said Ben impressed by the place. "Whoever built this place must be loaded".
"You're telling me", said Moka. "This looks like one of those mansion from those Richy Rich movies I saw as a kid".
"Hey look! Is that Ben Tennyson?".
"Dude! It's Ben 10!".
"What's he doing here?".
The ground started to shake. Ben and Moka then saw a mob of students coming towards them. Ben screamed at this and Moka just hid behind him. Ben was about to get ambushed by the mob when Moka picked him up and they ran away as fast as they could. "Well, this is a role reversal", said Ben. "Usually, I'm the one carrying the girl".
"So, does this make a nice difference?" Asked Moka.
"Very much so" said Ben. He then looked at his phone and saw what time it was.
"The ceremony!" Shouted Ben.
"We gotta get there, now" said Moka. The two of them then pulled a 'cartoon logic' and ran as fast as they could. The ceremony lasted for about a half hour. Then, it was time to go to class. When Ben first saw the teacher, he was gob smacked at hoe beautiful she was. The teacher was a girl and appeared to Caucasian, but definitely had an Asian look to her with lovely skin and a Bombshell figure that would make most men drool. She had short, mustard blonde hair, a spaghetti strap top and a short skirt. She also wore a pair of cute glasses on her face and part of her hair looked like cat ears, they even twitched like cat ears. To complete the look, she had a cat tail coming out of her skirt. Ben only wished he had a teacher like this back in Bellwood.
"Hello there everybody," she said joyfully, "my name is Ms. Nekonome and I'll be your home room teacher for this year".
"Hey there Ms. Nekonome", said Ben nervously. "I hope I learn a lot from you".
"Hey Ben" said a voice. Ben turned to the sound of the voice.
It was a boy who looked 'round 'bout Ben's age, butt he had a body like a football player. He had slit back brown hair and a piercing in his face. But what really stood out was the fact he was licking his lips with a long tounge that made him look like a psycho rapist.
"And you are?" Asked Ben.
"Saizou Komiya", said the student. "You know, if you wanna join the football team, I'll put in a good word for you".
"Uh, thanks but no thanks", said Ben. "Also, no offence. But, you kinda creep me out. Especially with that tongue".
"None taken", said Saizou. "I get that a lot. And my tongue is use to clean my face". After that, class began and both Ben and Moka could just to say concentrate on class. But other things were running through Ben's mind. Moka could've known everything about his life through the news. But Ben hasn't heard a thing about Moka's life. All that he remembered was that her mother died.
When class finished, Ben and Moka went to Ben's new dorm room. It wasn't anything special, but Ben saw a silver disk on his desk.
"What's this?" Asked Ben. He then picked up the disk.
"Hey, there's a button on it" said Moka. She was right, there was button on the centre of the disk.
"Wonder what this does?" Asked Ben before pressing it. As soon as he did, a miniature hologram of Grandpa Max appeared.
"Grandpa" said Ben.
"Hello Ben", said Max. "I see you got to Yokai Academy safely".
"Hi mister Tennyson" said Moka.
"And who is this lovely lady?" Asked Max with a smirk. Ben blushed and stretched his colour a bit.
"Grandpa Max", said Ben. "This is Moka".
"As in the Moka that we met back in 2006?" Asked Max.
"That's right" said Ben.
"Well, all I can say is that she has grown up into a very beautiful woman" said Max. Moka blushed at this. "But, you do complicate things. So, form now on, consider yourself Ben's partner while he's in Japan".
"So, what does that mean?" Asked Moka.
"It means you pull his ass out of the fire when he gets himself into trouble" said Max with a giggle.
"Grandpa", groaned Ben. "Not in front of a girl".
"Sorry, couldn't help myself", said Max. "Anyways, there should be a cube on your desk". Moka then saw a blue-black cube with purple lining on the desk. She then it picked up.
"You mean this?" Asked Moka.
"Exactly", said Max. "Now, press the circle on the top". Moka pressed it and the cube sprang into life. Moka dropped the cube out of shock and the cube began to bend, stretch and grow until it was taller than Ben and Moka. When it stopped, it had changed. It had a blue-black exterior with a violet torso and thighs. It had purple lining all over it's body resembling circuitry and a circle on the front of it's head resembling and eye.
"Hello", he said in a voice that sounded like a young Ben. "I am the artificial Mechamorph project 78256431-glch. But you can call me Glitch".
"This is Glitch", said Max. "He'll be your electronic assistant".
"Cool" said Ben and Moka together.
"Yes", said Glitch. "I am rather cool, as they say".
"And before you ask", said Max. "No Ben, he can not do your homework for you. But, he can set a reminder to tell you of incoming and upcoming assignments and projects".
"So, basically, he's a walking computer" said Moka.
"That he is" said Max.
"Okay, I know that this is a nice reunion", said Ben. "But, I doubt you gave me an artificially intelligent Mechamorph just for school". Max's face then turned serious.
"You're right", said Max. "There have been sightings of alien activity in Japan since the 1980's. In fact, there was almost an invasion in the 90's".
"An invasion?" Asked Ben.
"Yeah", said Max. "A race of aliens called the Oni tried to take over the Earth. But, not the old fashioned way". Moka was confused by this and cocked an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?" Asked Moka.
"The randomly selected one human on the planet, this person was a teenager from Japan, to take part in a game of tag the would've determined the fate of the Earth" said Max.
"A game of tag?", asked Ben. "Who did he have to tag?".
"That selected person had to grab the king's daughter, by the horns at the end of ten days. If not, the Earth would be under the Oni's rule" said Max.
"Well that doesn't sound so hard" said Ben.
"She could fly and shoot lightning" said Max.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnd that just made it a lot harder" said Ben.
"Did he win?" Asked Moka.
"By a few seconds", said Max. "There was another alien human interaction in 2008".
"What happened?" Asked Moka.
"The princess of Deviluke ran away from home in order to get away from her planet after being tired of being approached by suitors".
"That sounds like something out of a bad romance drama" said Ben.
"Well, she teleported to Earth and wounded up in someones bathtub" said Max as he facepalmed at the last part.
"I'm not sure if I should be creeped out or jealous" said Ben. Moka couldn't help but blush at this.
"So how was this resolved?" Asked Moka, even though she KNEW it had something to do with love.
"Well, you got that right", said Max. "She would agree to be his fiancé, if her father stopped with the suitors".
"Wait", said Ben. "If the invasion happened in 2008 and you restarted the Plumbers in 2007, how come you weren't called to it?"
"The Plumber known as agent Sairenji was already covering it", said Max. "But she did keep me up to date on the progress".
"So, I have to go to school, keep an eye out for alien activity and...uh", said Ben. "Uh, what else do I have to do Grandpa Max?".
"Keep an eye out for any of your villains that may show up" said Max.
"Wait, villains", said Ben. "Like Vilgax, Zombozo and the like?".
"Yep" said Max.
"But what about Moka?", asked Ben. "She's defenceless".
"Defenceless?" Asked Moka feeling slightly offended.
"He did not mean to offend", said Glitch. "But he does have a point, Magister Tennyson. Moka is ill-equipped to fight Ben's villains. If she were to encounter some of his most powerful ones, the chances of her coming out unharmed are less than 20% and her chances of surviving are less than 10%".
"You do have a point", said Max. "But, I have a solution. Ben, you see that statue of George Washington?". Ben saw the statue at the top of his desk.
"Yeah" he said.
"Twist it to the left" said Max. Ben grabbed the statue and twisted it to the left. The floor rumbled and then a basement staircase appeared in front of them.
"Wonder where this leads to?" Asked Ben.
"I do believe that the Earth saying is, let's check it out" said Glitch. Ben grabbed the disk that projected Max's hologram and they walked down the stairs. When they reached the bottom, they found themselves in a dark room that was completely pitch black.
"What the fuck is this place?" Asked Ben.
Moka then walked past Ben and began to feel the wall. "What are you doing Moka?" Asked Ben.
"If this is a room", said Moka. "Then, their should be a-". The lights then came on.
"Ah, a light switch" said Moka. The three of them looked around and saw that it looked like the inside of a space station and had advanced technology.
"Wow" the three of them said at once.
"What is this place?" Asked Moka.
"This was an old Plumber's base that monsters built back in the day" said Max.
"Monster Plumbers?" Asked Ben.
"Oh yeah", said Max rubbing the back of his head. "I forgot to tell you this before you left. But, Yokai Academy is a school of monsters, by monsters, for monsters".
"So monsters such as Werewolves, Zombies, Ghouls and all that go here?" Asked Ben.
"Pretty much" said Max.
"And you said there were monster Plumbers?" Asked Ben.
"Yes there were", said Max. "In fact, one of them is on staff here and was one of my top students when she was a teenager".
"Okay, anything else I need to know?" Asked Ben.
"That should be all", said Max. "If you need me, use the monitor, your phone, or your plumber's badge to contact me. Magister Max Tennyson, signing off". The hologram then disappeared.
"Sooooooooooo, this place is ours?" Asked Moka.
"It appears so" said Ben. They then heard screaming outside.
"What's that?" Asked Ben.
"It appears to be people screaming in terror" said Glitch.
"Then there's no time to waste", said Ben puffing out his chest and sticking his right finger in the air. "Let's go save some people. Glitch; stay hear and try to get the systems up and running. Me and Moka will check this out".
"I will get the systems up and running before your return" said Glitch. As Ben and Moka ran out into the school, Glitch ran deeper into the lair.
When Ben and Moka arrived at the school, they saw dozens of students running out of the gymnasium.
"What's going on here?" Asked Ben.
"There's some kind of black metal skeleton attacking the place", said one of the students. "You gotta stop it Ben". He then ran away. An explosion then came through the wall and the smoke cleared to reveal a giant orc that wore the tattered remains of the schools uniform. But the hair gave who it was away.
"Saizou?" Asked Ben.
"I-I tried my best t-to stop it", groaned Saizou as he got up. "But, I couldn't stop it. I-I'm sorry".
"It's okay", said Ben. "Just get everybody out here, and make sure nobody gets hurt". Saizou got up and nodded. He then ran off towards the students.
"You heard him everyone!", shouted Saizou. "Get the fuck out of here, unless you wanna get killed!".
Ben and Moka ran into the gymnasium and saw a large creature that looked like a black coloured mix between Upgrade and a skeleton. Only this one didn't have circuit lining on it.
"Well, that isn't weird" said Ben.
"Well, what are you waiting for Ben?", asked Moka. "Go alien and kick that thing's ass".
"Way ahead of you" said Ben. He then pressed two of his right fingers on the faceplate as a holographic dial with various alien faces on it until he landed on the one he wanted. The faceplate moved back and the core popped up.
"Going hero" said Ben confidently. He then slammed down on the dial and there was a large flash of emerald light. Moka had to cover her eyes because of the light. During this, Ben's body began to change. He grew to the same size as Saizou in his orc form and an extra pair of arms shot out from underneath his first pair with all four of his hands having four fingers. His muscles grew to match that of the incredible Hulks. He got an extra set of eyes and his skin turned a dark shade of red. Three tiny spikes shot out of the top of his head and he grew larger ones on his shoulders and elbows. His feet then turned bare with two toes each. His eyes had turned green and he had moustache-like markings on his face. He wore black fingerless gloves, a black tank top with a large green stripe growing down the middle, a pair of black pants and a green and white belt with the same hourglass symbol at the centre.
The transformed creature then slammed his fists together and flex his muscles before shouting "FOUR-ARMS!"
Kou: Hello there guys. My name is Kou. I'm the narrator of the 'Rosario + Vampire' anime. I may appear from time to time to give you facts or useless commentary. So about Ben's form. This is Four-Arms. He is a Tetramand from the planet Khoros. These guys are rather a punch first ask questions later kind of guys. It's kinda like how Ben thought during his younger days, WEE!
"Wow", said Moka in awe. "I've never seen this up close before".
"Now", said Four-Arms. "You just stand back and let me do my work". Four-Arms charged in and began to punch the skeleton creature three times, kicked him in the side and threw him into the wall. The creature then tore out two chunks of wall and used them as wrecking balls to hit Four-Arms. But Four-Arms then smashed one of the chunks and grabbed the skeleton by the fingers. But the skeleton used the other chunk to knock Four-Arms into the wall that was right next to Moka. Moka then ran towards Four-Arms, who was getting up.
"Ben!", shouted Moka. "Are you okay?". Four-Arms wiped a small trace of blood from his mouth.
"This is nothing" he groaned as he got up. As he got up, he felt like he pulled something off. He looked at his second left hand to see the rosario that was around Moka's neck, in his hands.
"Uh-oh" he said.
"It-it came off" said Moka. A dark aura then filled the area. Four-Arms covered his eyes to block the light, but he peeked through to see what was happening to his friend. What he saw was creepy to say the least.
Bats suddenly flew around her and she began to change, Her fangs became more pronounced, he hair turned platinum silver and her eyes turned a blood red and had slitted pupils. Her figure also seemed to fill out into more of an hourglass figure. When the light died down, the bats flew away and the transformed Moka stared at both the alien and the skeleton.
"Who dares disturb me?" Asked Moka in a more mature voice.
"M-Moka, is that you?" Asked Four-Arms. Moka then turned her head towards him.
"I am, but I am not" she said. Four-Arms raised two eyebrows at this.
"Moka, get away", said Four-Arms. "This is my fight". Moka paid no attention. Then, in a flash, Moka was in front of the skeleton and grabbed two of it's fingers. It tried to pull them out, but they wouldn't budge. Four-Arm's eyes widened at this.
"No way" he gasped. Moka then began to spin the skeleton around and around and around and around until she let go and the skeleton was thrown into the air.
"I don't know who you are, or what you are", said Moka. "But you should know not to attack those weaker than you, it just makes you look pathetic". She then delivered a powerhouse kick to the skeleton, slow mo style.
"Know your place!". The kick then sent the skeleton into the part of the wall were Four-Arms was. The skeleton then fell to the floor and left a large dent in the wall. Four-Arms didn't know what to make of this. He was both frightened and aroused. Moka then pulled Four-Arms out of the wall and plopped him on the floor.
"I'm all for gender equality", said Four-Arms. "But getting pulled off the wall and lifted by the a girl smaller than you. Uh, how to I say this without being sexist?".
"Damaging to your manhood" said Moka.
"Yeah, that" said Four-Arms. They symbol on his belt began to beep and flash red, then, in a flash of green light, Four-Arms turned back into Ben.
As Ben got up, they heard a beeping sound. And it wasn't from the Omnitrix. Ben then saw that there were numbers counting down. "Oh FUCK!", shouted Ben. "GET DOWN!" Ben then tackled Moka to the ground as the skeleton exploded. When the smoke cleared, there was nothing of the skeleton left.
"Whoa, that was close" said Ben.
"Can you get off me?" Asked Moka. Ben worryingly crawled off her as she got back up.
"What's with the new look?", asked Ben. "Did you get a dye job or something?".
"I guess my other half never told you" said Moka.
"What do you mean other half?" Asked Ben.
"Just like how your Omnitrix allows you to turn into aliens", said Moka. "That rosario allows me to turn into my true form when ever it's removed. The only thing is, no one else has ever removed it before".
"So what?", sakes Ben. "Does this make me 'the chosen one' or something?".
"Maybe, maybe not", said Moka as she took her rosario back. "Just don't fuck this up". As the rosario reconnected to her chain, she was bathed in a pink light and turned back to normal. But she passed out from the transformation. Ben was quick to act and caught her before she fell to the floor.
"This is going to be a long long year" said Ben.
Meanwhile, at an undisclosed location.
A monitor was showing Ben and Moka, but then, a red circle appeared in the back ground.
Trivia.
Four-Arms is in her Omniverse design
The alien invasion that Max referred to was the invasion in the anime 'Urusei Yatsura'.
The alien that ran away from her father is a reference to Lala from the anime 'To-Love-Ru'.
