"I must admit your choice in place is quite good pet, I may reward you for that later," Lucifer said once they entered the suite that Hadrian had pointed out to them.
"If that is what you wish, Lucifer," Hadrian said still irritated.
"Now, how can I remove the chains the seven sins placed on me?" Lucifer asked out loud.
"You would just need to beat each of them in a fight," Leviathan said hoping that Lucifer would be proud of her.
"Indeed, but how can I figure out where they are at? Well first I suppose I should figure out how either of you two saw us without our express desire," Lucifer said suddenly.
"Maybe it was because it was two demons in a church," Hadrian offered.
"If it was that simple no one would touch a church, there are almost always countless lesser demons or angels in churches," Lucifer said rolling her eyes.
"I know, both of us have seen them," Maria said softly.
"But why and how? Well normally to find out there is a mark on the body, so both of you strip," Lucifer said simply.
"Excuse me?" Hadrian asked as Maria started to remove her clothes, though clearly fighting against it.
"She said strip, pet, now either do what Lucifer says, or leave," Leviathan said coldly.
"Leviathan, that is enough, our pet could be useful, though what she says is correct, do you want me to release you, pet?" Lucifer asked curiously.
"Fine, but don't think I am doing so willingly," Hadrian said coolly.
"I really don't care to be honest, just doing what I tell you makes things good enough," Lucifer said smiling as he began to undress.
"So why again are they doing this, because if you need, I can also get naked, Lucifer," Leviathan said hoping to please Lucifer.
"So, I can figure out if they have a mark that would explain how they saw us, and if you want you can Leviathan," Lucifer said kindly.
"Okay, Lucifer," Leviathan as she quickly rid herself of her clothes.
"I must admit that you have good tastes, Maria, your friend is very well built, have you tasted of him before, because surely one such as you must have had desire for one like him," Lucifer said as she looked over Hadrian once he was fully undressed.
"No, now can I get redressed, Lucifer," Maria said as she tried to cover her breasts and pussy from Lucifer who had started to look her over.
"No, I think you can remain as is, I appreciate how you look this way, and I understand now why you could see us, that small mark right above your pussy, it makes sense. Now Leviathan, I am taking my pet to the sparing ring, I need to release some stress from being beat by the seven mortal sins, and see if I can find his mark," Lucifer said implying an order for Hadrian to follow her.
"Why don't you spar with me, Lucifer, I'm a demon, he is just a mortal?" Leviathan asked hoping she would change her mind.
"Because I saw how easily Satan took you out Leviathan. Oh, and no taking Maria while I am gone," Lucifer said before leading Hadrian to the sparing arena.
"So, am I going to have to fight without weapon, and naked?" Hadrian asked coolly as they reached the arena.
"No, there is a selection of swords over there, chose one, oh and you had best try and beat me, because if I win too easily, well I might just make you my slave instead of my pet," Lucifer said, hoping to do that having seen how well-endowed he was, and since she still had no idea how he saw them she was still confused.
"Fine, but I have done some swordsmen classes in the past, so I am no pure novice," Hadrian said before going and looking through the swords before coming back with a large great sword.
"Are you sure you want to use that sword, it is nearly as tall as you are," Lucifer said mockingly, knowing she would win easily since her own sword would cut through mortal steel like butter.
"Yeah, I'm sure, like I said I know how to use swords, so at your word," Hadrian said confidently.
"Very well, now," Lucifer said shocked when he lifted the sword with one hand and even more when it deflected the blow.
"You look shocked, are you going to just stand there?" Hadrian asked as he stopped mid-swing seeing her shock.
"Of course not, pet, prepare to lose," Lucifer said deciding it was likely just luck that the word deflected her blow.
"Yeah, not happening," Hadrian said firmly as he continued to hold his own against Lucifer who was shocked as his sword continued to resist the blows from her own but was more shocked as words began to appear on the sword.
"Well, that explains it, damn, well I'm still a better fighter," Lucifer said as she noticed Hadrian beginning to tire a few minutes later.
"I yield, and I suppose I now will be your slave," Hadrian said once he was put on his back a few minutes later.
"No, you did well enough, so I'll let you remain just my pet," Lucifer said once she saw that the sword was engraved with the word Excalibur, which was the sword the Lord had given the Last Mediator, eight generations ago, during the early days of the Roman Empire. That Mediator had allowed the Savior and Destroyer of that age, with their own consorts of Virtues and Sins, to survive for centuries without fighting. That allowed Rome to flourish for so long, while the generations since, had not had a mediator found and so the Savior and Destroyers would just kill each other, causing their empires to fall with them.
"That's good, but even still I will keep this blade in case I have further need for it," Hadrian said calmly.
"Very well, but if you use it to try and hurt me, I will crush your friend's heart, thus killing her immediately," Lucifer said, knowing that if he had found the blade it meant he was the Mediator, and if she killed him, then the very reason she was cast out of heaven, which was that she didn't want another civilization to end as quickly as the previous one had, would have been for naught.
"Oh, I had thought you would be gone longer," Leviathan said as the two re-entered the main room where Maria was bound up and held by ropes hanging from the roof and gagged.
"What are you doing, Leviathan?" Lucifer asked coolly.
"Oh, we were just playing a game," Leviathan said though her voice told of her deception.
"Pet, get Maria out of those ropes, I will have need of her tomorrow morning, but for now you two get dressed and then get some rest, I need to talk to Leviathan alone," Lucifer said coldly.
"Very well, but Leviathan, if Maria is hurt in anyway, I will make you pay," Hadrian said coldly as he moved to help Maria down, as Lucifer took Leviathan into a different part of the suite.
"Leviathan, do you know what you just have done?" Lucifer asked coldly once she was in a room where she knew would be far enough for the two others to not be able to hear.
"What, the slave wanted it, couldn't you tell how hungry she was," Leviathan said confused on why Lucifer was so mad.
"No, she didn't, now tell me why you did it, and be honest or I might just cast you back to Hell, and leave you there," Lucifer said seeing the lie for what it was.
"Fine, I don't think it's fair that you like the two stupid humans more than me, I'm more powerful than them, I'm hotter than the bitch, and I want you, she doesn't and neither does your boy toy," Leviathan said pouting.
"Leviathan, you are a fool, first I do like you, or I would have left you in hell, and while now you are more powerful than either of them, the boy can and likely will become more powerful than any of us," Lucifer said coldly.
"How, he is just a mortal, mortals are nothing to Demons, let alone demon Lords," Leviathan said with a small laugh.
"He is no mere mortal, when we went to spar, he drew Excalibur, and you know what that means," Lucifer said simply.
"Um, no, what's an Excalibur, is it a special kind of weapon?" Leviathan said confused.
"Clearly, they don't educate in Hell, did you even understand the mark right above Maria's pussy?" Lucifer asked kind of shocked that Leviathan did not know of Excalibur.
"No, it is just a circle next to an arch, what's so strange about that," Leviathan said confused.
"That is the mark of the Savior, which means that now that I have taken her heart the Destroyer has also been chosen, and soon Angels will find them. This normally means the world power is doomed, but then there is Excalibur," Lucifer said simply.
"I still am lost, Lucifer, what is an Excalibur?" Leviathan asked, getting miffed at not understanding.
"Excalibur is the sword of the Mediator, the one who has the power to preserve the world power, by marking the Savior and Destroyer as their own, and also by beating the Demon Lords and Archangels, making them his own, that means my pet is the most influential being in this age," Lucifer said hoping that Leviathan understood.
"Wait, you mean, he can enslave any demon or angel?" Leviathan said shocked.
"Yes, but he clearly does not understand that, but when we face the other Demon Lords, he will be able to make them his slaves, and that could be a major boon for us," Lucifer said kindly.
"Oh, okay then, but then what can I do to help? Maybe we could get rid of Maria, or just hold her hostage, until he does what we want," Leviathan said excitedly.
"No. That is the exact wrong thing to do, as it is clear that he cares deeply for her, and if we hurt her, well I really don't want to see what kind of damage Excalibur could do to an unprotected Demon or Angel," Lucifer said firmly.
"Then what can we do?" Leviathan said slightly upset.
"Well I will have Maria help us figure out where the first of the Seven Mortal Sins are currently located and then we will go and take them out, and in the meantime, we will be nice to both Maria and Hadrian, so they learn to trust us and don't go against us even if Belial tries and make that happen," Lucifer said firmly.
"Oh, that's no fun, but if you think it is best then I guess I'll do that," Leviathan said pouting.
"It is best, now go to bed, tomorrow I expect we will be traveling," Lucifer said before leaving Leviathan and going into one of the rooms before closing it behind her.
As stated in the last chapter, this is AU, and Hadrian's power is needful. However don't worry he won't use it in every chapter or at least not to enslave Demons, yet. Two more chapters and then Hadrian leaves from this world.
