Chapter 2

"She gave a mean guy a chance. Two years later the mean guy greets her good morning everyday." Ren shared their morning cuddle picture on his page again which made his Manager demand more posts as it is grabbing lots of attention from his personal and official social media.

Ren's guy friends from work especially Kijima became his number one antagonist especially when he shares his relationship with Kyoko.

"Aw, Kijima-san looked so lonely." Kyoko read his comment about Ren's post with his hilarious drinking with scotch picture.

Because Kijima has been Ren's thorn for over the years with his constant teasing being a monk and having no interest in relationship, he even made fun of Ren being gay for once which he now regrets.

Ren is currently sitting by the island counter while Kyoko is cooking them lunch. "Boh, I cant find any good pictures." Ren pouted at her, Kyoko gave a tiny giggle and sand kissed his cheeks.

"Why do you need another one? It's like we don't have enough already to fill your whole computer storage." She suggested because Ren bought a Nikkon camera solely for their own use, and now Ren is having fun spiting his good friend.

And then she turned to see the rows of their pictures with their new cat on his laptop, "Seriously you can't find any from those?" Shaking her head.

"Please?" He continued to pout and added some puppy eyes to the mix. Kyoko gave a scolding look and sat on his lap, Ren wrapped his arms around her and smothered her neck with kisses, Kyoko being ticklish started to laugh while giving him access, funny how Peppers peeked at the Laptop's camera on one side covering a bit but still left the view of the couple being sweet.

Ren was shirtless because of the summer heat and despite the blaring air conditioner he is still sweating, Kyoko wasn't different as she liked her new at home fashion; pairing her spaghetti strap tank top and micro jogger shorts that matches Ren's gray one he is currently wearing.

Ren retaliated with the photo comment to Kijima which caused his original post to be the current social media trend.

Their little impromptu picture earlier was darted to his friend, "If this does not make you feel more single, don't worry, I have more." Ren responded and his fans are having fun with his humor.

Ren watched Pepper play on their island counter with the small almond plush toy Kyoko made in a rush so that the cat can have a toy to play with, "Boh?" Ren called again and Kyoko was just washing some dishes. He was answered by a hum, "Can we go out and get Pepper some stuff?" He asked, "I wanted to order some online."

"That would be great!" Kyoko gasped and Ren opened his computer again and started to type cat needs on the usual online selling platform he uses.

Settled in their living room all snuggled by the carpet, their Cat decided to hangout by Ren's neck. "Is that a soup bed?" Kyoko gasped in excitement and Ren thought of an idea to redecorate one of the small rooms he had in his three bedroom apartment.

"We'll add that to the cart~" Ren hummed and looked for other cat beds.

"Black and grays would be perfect." Kyoko decided and this time scrolled using Ren's laptop, "I'm going to get some cat towels and covers so that the sofa can be spared." She looked some perfect design.

Kyoko noticed how Ren's choices became a theme, especially the cat tower that looks like a cafe.

They took a little nap after their online shopping and resumed until, "I forgot that we are almost out of supplies." She remembered and Ren chuckled pulling her up to stand, Ren took some shirt and did not bother to change his shorts into pants and went with his flipflops instead, Kyoko on the other hand decided her current state is fine, and they worn a double layer face mask with Kyoko's hand sewn personalized one which matches.

Heading to their favorite supermarket Ren pushed the cart around for Kyoko, it always amazes him that she doesnt need any list to know what she will need and have a reserve for future use.

Going through all the aisles in the store to get what they need, some recognized them and others would not believe its them, Ren only placed a ball cap to cover his head and some pair of his Ryban shades, while Kyoko who still doesn't believe she's popular has only her mask on.

"I think we need to get Pepper some needed treats and more food." Kyoko thought and then they headed to the pet area and looked for some cat food.

But being a first time parents, "What do we get?" They looked at each other and then slowly turned their head to the poor soul wearing the supermarket uniform and locked on to him.

With scary bright smile, they approached the unsuspecting man who almost got a heart attack when they flanked him in both sides. "Hi, any suggestion about some good quality cat food?" Ren inquired enthusiastically.

"And what are the best toys?" Kyoko pressed. Their inquiries came one after another barraging the poor man into confusion.

"Uh... I can help you guys buy please take it easy. Let's get all the things one-by-one." Scratching his head.

"Okay for the food, how old is your pet?" He asked putting both hands on his hips un-amused.

"What did Dr. Alias said?" Ren turned to Kyoko.

"Pepper's five and half months old."

"A Kitten then." they tailed the man going to an aisle full of bags of pet food. From canine to feline. "This is the best selling ones we have. Fur parents prefer this one since they can mix some of cooked food for their furry children and here are some treats, this is the best one according to them too." The treat looks like a paste in a stick pouch and there were some cracker like treat shaped like fish.

Ren grabbed few bags of the cat food that was recommended to them and few jars of treats they found.

"Toys?" Kyoko whipped her head to him in excitement.

Their little trip to the supermarket became an adventure and the poor employee became their victim, Ren secretly recorded their interaction with the stressed looking man that has been holding the toilet papers and forgot to stack them to the center he was arranging earlier.

As the day ended the couple went home and made a few trips carrying everything they bought. And once they settled placing everything in the kitchen and making sure to secure the treats and cat food so that their fur child would not be able to reach it.

Laid in their comfy carpet and snuggled even with their sweat, they took a short nap until buzzing of Kyoko's phone woke them up.

"He-llo?" Came Ren's raspy voice waking up. Kyoko moaned and snuggled closer to him annoyed that he moved.

"Is this Tsuruga-san?" Growled by a woman on the other end of the call. "Listen buster, get your butts to check the social media at this moment! You guys are going viral for a meme!" She pressed and shortly Ren's phone started to ring as well. Kyoko was finally up and took her phone from Ren and answered it.

Yashiro called Ren about the viral news as well, and Ren went to check on it using his laptop and laughed after someone recognized them, the one who took the picture is having some trouble is it is really Ren and Kyoko and the whole grocery thing where they acted like a married couple. One even said in defense that Ren will not wear shorts going out and Ren wanted to upload something online to have that statement changed that he wears shorts.

"Let's take a bath first?" Ren sniffed himself and Kyoko giggled when he gave a funny sour look. He carried Kyoko in the bath.

For the years they have been together they were very intimate and touchy in their relationship, especially in bed, but very careful not to make any happy accidents.

After their bath, Kyoko started dinner and Ren is busy editing some of their pictures, and the best one he found is where Kyoko took a full selfie where Ren is opening their apartment door wearing nothing but his plain white shirt, jogger shorts and ball-cap and mask waving at the camera, with their neighbor looking tired and dragging himself on the background.

Ren laughed and Kyoko went to peek what he was laughing at and she too giggled at their neighbor.

Ren shared the picture and confirmed it was them at the supermarket and Ren goes out wearing shorts. Their little responses is becoming a hit to their fans and they never knew the serious and ever professional actor is actually hilarious, especially when he is with Japan's eternal butterfly.

The next morning as usual their boss and manager started to ring them non-stop because of their viral pictures and as usual Ren starts his day taking Kyoko's picture, "You know if you're not an actor, you'd make tons of money by just being a photographer." Kyoko complimented his talents on taking pictures.

"Thank you." Ren kissed her cheek from behind since Kyoko is making breakfast, "This talent only applies when taking your pictures though." He chuckled.

"Nope, Mr. Pepper's pictures looked awesome too." She pressed and Ren kept giving her affectionate hugs and kisses, Ren is still groggy from waking up, "So what did Takarada-san said?"

"He asked if we can actually make an official channel, I told him I need to ask you first." Kyoko smiled knowing that Ren wanted to involve her in that decision.

"Do you want to?" Kyoko asked and Ren grinned and nodded. After their breakfast they snuggled in their living room and Ren replied to their boss' message through his account. With response sent, they started to make their channel for their recordings.

"Corn, Boh and Mr. Pepper." Kyoko laughed, "I love it!"

"Now to look for our profile picture." Ren started to go through his folders full of their couple pictures, "I can't find any…" He looked pleadingly at Kyoko like a woman saying she doesn't have any more clothes to wear when she has five closet full of it.

Kyoko sighed and gave him 'what do you want to do now' look, and he grinned playfully running to the guest room.

Ren returned with white, yellow and gray hats, and Kyoko hysterically laughed pulling out a Boh chicken head, Corn hat and pepper bottle topper hat. "Where did you get these?" Kyoko asked.

"I found these yesterday while Shopping by toy rack they are selling and thought of getting these as a joke." Ren bounced his eyebrows playfully.

Kyoko cutely wore her Boh hat with long ear covers that she can squeeze making the comb inflate and stand. Ren wore his Corn beanie hat while their annoy kitten is made to wear the pepper shaker top.

Poor pepper looked grumpy at the picture they had, but it was perfect for their new joint channel. Letting Yashiro know about their channel, their manager then announced it to their official page however there is no uploads yet since the couple doesn't know what to do for content, until they contacted all teir friends to ask what is the best one they can do.

"Have you tried to watch some contents on the platform?" Kyoko's bestfriend suggested and the couple ended up binge watching until the found a perfect one.

"We can start with our day and how we spend it since your fans is dying to know what you do." Kyoko turned to him who chuckle.

"And have our furry child narrate and judge me so that it can be less boring?" Ren suggested which laughter.

"That is a terrible idea, but let's go for that." Kyoko joined him laughing, "But who's going to do the voice over?" Kyoko thought.

"Let's have Yuki do it since we miss him." Ren continued.

Also this is inspired by my favorite couple Rachel and Jun, and maybe Ren and Kyoko is opposite since Ren is the one foreign but good at adapting in the Japanese lifestyle. Though this is my sad excuse for fluff so excuse me for this.
