Chapter 2:The Day of The Seal And The Coming Of The Mates

The Day of the seal

After all the Quatre knights had arrived to the Sanctuary the day of putting the seals arrived .

Alice's mind was still conflicted at whether it was the right thing to do but everything has already been set up and she herself had made up her mind to help Aichi protect the very world whose people has saved her world and her people .

Right when the seals were activated Alice saw Aichi falling asleep on the throne . That very image of Aichi sleeping on the throne suddenly reminded her of a certain person whom she had seen relegated to a wheelchair and unable to speak or move for months,after he just fought against the Administrator to save Alice's Underworld . She tried to reach out to him . But the barrier of the seal prevented her . Just then a glowing sword appeared on the floor in front of her . It was just like her Fragrant Olive Sword she used in the Underworld . Alice understood that this sword was her talisman . She vowed to protect the seals set up by the four Quatre Knights .

Fine I will do as I promised Aichi . But I will be waiting for the day to come when a solution to save both Aichi and the world is found . Alice said to herself in her mind .

"He is gone.",Ratie cried . Alice tried to sooth her ,"No he isn't . You know we shouldn't lose hope Ratie .

He will definitely wake up again someday ,just like he did . That's my belief . Alice said to herself .

Coming Of The Mates

After a few days

"Its seems like few people have started to remember Aichi . ",Gaillard said .

"Who are they?",Alice asked being curious .

"Aichi's friends . They call themselves his mates. "

"So what are you go going to do about it?",Alice asked . She doesn't seem as surprised as the other Quatre Knights were . She has guessed that this would happen .

"What else?We can't let them get to Aichi . We are going to stop them by using judgement .",Neve pointed out .

"So you are not going to tell them about what's going on?They are Aichi's friends . Even if Aichi didn't want it I think we should tell them what happened . If they still want to go to Aichi after knowing everything then maybe we can stop them . "

"So what if they are Aichi's friends ? Our job is to protect the seals including Aichi . ",Neve said .

"But..",Alice was trying to say something .

"Alice-san,I think you haven't forgotten your duty . You are supposed to look after Aichi and the seals .",Gaillard said.

"No I haven't . And I do tend to keep my promise but I was just saying that it won't be right to keep Aichi's friends in the dark if they remembered him and are looking for him . Aichi has told me about his friends and they sounded like his close friends to me . So it won't be right if we just hurt them without telling them anything Gaillard ."

"Whatever you think Alice-San Toshiki Kai is their leader and link joker happened because of him . So I am not going to forgive him ."

"True link joker spread because of him but I don't hear Aichi blaming him . Plus the Takuto Tatsunagi is the origin of the Seed . And also Aichi said that Toshiki Kai had introduced vanguard to Aichi . I don't know what happened but I at least want him and Aichi's other friends to know the Truth"

"Well still I won't forgive him.",Gaillard said angrily and left along with Neve .

Will Aichi's friends be able to save him . Alice wondered . I need to find out .

Despite the Quatre Knights defeating them Aichi's friends were determined to save him .

With help from Ren , they found one of the entrances to the Sanctuary . But Gaillard came in and stopped them . He defeated Naoki and was about to fight Kai .

"Wait Gaillard!!I will fight him .",Alice said coming in .

"Alice-san!What are you doing here?",Gaillard asked surprisingly .

"I want to find out whether Aichi's friends are worthy of knowing of the truth .",Alice said .

"What truth?And who are you",Naoki asked .

"For that you have to defeat me first . ",Alice raised her golden Olive Sword .

"Hey is that a real sword?",Kamui asked .

"Well it is."Alice said while making her prison with her sword .

Alice started cardfighting with Kai .

Everyone got shocked .

Alice was using the link joker deck with the card Aichi gave her .

"Link Joker?Are you a reversed fighter?",Miwa asked .

"No I am not .",Alice said .

"Then why are you using it?That deck is evil ."

"I am not bound to answer that question to you . But I can assure you that even if I win no ones going to be reveresed ."

Kai and Alice continued cardfighting .
