A/N:

Hey Everyone, I'm back to updating! I'm so glad that there was so much interest in this story and no I haven't forgotten about it, I've been pretty busy with AP testing but with that done, I've been able to finally deliver the update you guys have been waiting for! Hope you enjoy reading :)

Olivia's POV

After talking with Amanda I felt as if my suspicions were confirmed, her only response about her recent behavior was that she was "tired". She didn't care to address her lack of passion, her lack of vibrancy and her lack of joy. She was clearly uncomfortable and most likely trying to hide her depression.

I had never gotten along with Amanda even before her gambling addiction, she had transferred to the precinct right after Elliot left and I was in a rough spot. I had taken my feelings toward Elliot's betrayal out at her and made her feel disrespected and unappreciated.

After that I don't really know where my dislike of her came from all I knew was that I despised her.

Fin and Amaro clearly took a liking to Amanda swift and spunky behavior, she was clearly young fresh blood that introduced new tactics into SVU. I guess that was why I didn't like her because somehow, deep down, I felt like she was replacing me.

I felt my phone buzz in my coat pocket, hopeful that it was guy I had went on a date with last night, I picked it up and frowned. The text message was from Rollins, I hardly received any personal messages from her that weren't related to work and she only ever emailed me paper work related thing.

"Hey Liv, can you come over?"

I grabbed my bag and Amanda's folder as I dashed out of the precinct.

Due to Amanda and I's complete lack of a personal connection I had actually never been to her house so I made sure to grab her folder that listed her address. As I drove I wondered if perhaps someone from Atlanta had come to visit her, she rarely talked about her past, not even to Fin whom she is very close with. Perhaps if I was nice to her, I would've known more about the blondes past in Atlanta

I hurried up the stairs avoiding the elevator that was slowly filling up with tired people coming home from their day jobs.

I stopped in front of Amanda's door, took a deep breath and eagerly knocked. To my surprise the door slowly creaked open revealing Amanda's dark apartment.

"Amanda?" I timidly called out, I reached my hand to the wall and to my relief, I found a light switch.

Her apartment was quite bare, there were no pictures or any food in the fridge. There was barley anything there that could prove that the spunky blond had lived there at all.

I felt quite uneasy so I reached into my back pocket for my gun.

"Amanda?" I called out again, this time feeling a bit more confident. "Amanda, you told me to come over, do you need anything?"

I turned the corner and glanced into the bathroom, I turned my head back forward but my gut told me to look back. I walked back toward the bathroom and reached my hand in toward the wall to turn the light on.

I gasped back in horror.

Amanda laid horrifically on the floor, gun in hand, blood on the walls.

Dead

Amanda's POV:

I felt the tears prick my eyes as I watched Olivia find my "body". I hadn't really been there to see her find my body but I used a spying spell to her which honestly so much more painful since I couldn't comfort her.

"Stop watching that, there is nothing you can do" Mia yelled from behind me. Mia was one of my most lost body guards, soldiers and friends.

"I don't know why you are so attached to those pitiful organics, besides they all will drop dead in like 20 years" Mia snarkily replied while rolling her eyes.

Mia has always had and extreme disliking toward all of my human friends from all of my different lives. She didn't like the idea of assimilating into earth or conversating with humans or "organics" who she felt were beneath them. Mia also couldn't understand why I would dull my powers to live on earth because to her, I should do what I want.

"That organic that found your "body" was mean anyways, she threatened to take your job away" Mia clapped back again

"That "organics" name was Olivia, she cared about me, sure we didn't get along but I still care about her as a friend." I annoyingly responded, Mia shrunk back at my aggressive comeback

"Its your choice but stop spying on her, Amanda Rollins doesn't exist anymore." She timidly responded as she left the hallway

Mia was right, I shouldn't get attached to my human lives after all they are supposed to be just fun and games but they weren't to me. Crystals of my rank often create lives on earth in order to interact with the "organics" and to play with their emotions and lives. But it felt different for me, I enjoyed my time on earth and tried to equalize myself with the humans I was interacting with. My point of view on humans changed after my gambling incidence. Before that, I didn't care much about humans, I toyed with them and used the for my desires. But after I was caught gambling and held onto my job at the NYPD by a fraying string I felt something different.

An Emotion that humans call guilt.

After that I started working hard to repair my broken relationships until I had to leave.

I decided to leave the hallway and walk into the throne room where Mia was giving some orders to some new soldiers that bowed to me as I walked in. Bowing is used by the common to show respect to their superiors, its always bugged me cause I don't feel superior to them in anyway.

"Good, you've stopped fawning over your life as "Amanda Rollins"" Mia smiled, "You can go now" Mia nudged the new recruits that were staring at me in awe. I was definitely a sight for the commons, most of them hadn't even seen me before only viewed me through their screens or on tapestries. I waved to the youngest as he left, he looked back at me with excitement in his eyes.

"Your too nice" Mia stated more firmly since I hadn't replied to anything previously

"Yeah I guess so, I think I'm going to create a human life so I can go back to earth" I said uncertainly

"Your choice, just don't get too attached" Mia warned.

"I know..." I mumbled looking out the window day dreaming about cinnamon scones.
