Chapter Two – New Beginnings
Second chapter guys, pls review! yes I'm talking to you, don't ignore me !
A strange looking portal opened up close to the Eiffel tower, Uno- Molith popped out of it, he looked very angry.
"AArrgg! Where do I find this 'Fanfiction'?" He asked himself and saw a bus passing him with some cartoon character on it.
"HHmm, Mi-raculous ladybu-g , yes a new subject to check." He said as he checked his alien extranet phone. "episodes, toys, movie, a-ha! Fanfiction! I will find you!" he said as he shook his fist in triumph and made a portal. "I will show everyone who thinks I'm pursuing something meaningless!" and disappeared into it.
A woman held out her recording phone with her 5 year old son staring at her. They slowly looked at each other. "ALIENS!"
Matthew yawned as he walked with his sister and the Agreste siblings to the main building of his new school. It was huge, calling it gigantic was an understatement. It was a typical requirement for boarding schools. The school was made up of two buildings, the main school and the dorms, both in a huge green forest that had a small pond. Being a one of the top schools in the world, you need skill and creativity. Most students came from the dorms or from the island. Matthew wore a purple polo shirt and a black jeans with a white sneaker. It was stressful unpacking with his roommates and getting accustomed with the school functions and now, the dreaded Monday was here. Anything could happen…
"This place looks brighter than last year, much cleaner too, up to your expectation, Adrien." Arline said while looking around.
It's not that bad, lots of space good classes, I think?" Adrien noted.
"I'm just waiting for the fighting classes" Emma said as she brought an electrified staff from her light blonde hair.
"How did, you just?" Arline said flabbergasted staring at Emma.
"It's best not to question it" Adrien replied.
As they walked some students stared at the Agreste siblings and started whispering at them.
"Oh no, we're spotted! evasive maneuvers!" Emma whispered to Adrien as they brought out black cloaks and wore them.
"OH MY GOSH!!! , IT'S THE AGRESTE'S !!!." Some kid screamed and fainted.
"THEY LOOK HOTTER IN REAL LIFE!!!" Another screamed as he held a magazine.
The fan boys and girls ran after the duo with Matthew and Arline on their tail. All was well until they were trapped in a corner of the hall.
"Let me touch you Adrien!" Someone said.
"Marry me, Emma!" Another said.
"This is the end Emma!" Adrien said grimly as he hugged Emma
"I wish I wasn't a celebrity, Help!!" Emma replied hugging Adrien back.
The fans ran towards them like pigeons to birdseed! A green transparent bubble like shield sheltered them! They slowly opened their eyes and unembraced each other as the fans tried to break the shield.
"What the.." Adrien asked.
"Sup dudes, need help?" Nino asked playfully as he floated on a green platform with Arline and Matthew behind him.
"Thanks Nino, we owe you one." Emma said gratefully as Nino entered the still functioning shield bubble.
"Wow, nice power." Adrien commented as he hugged Nino gratefully.
"Yeah, but it strains me most of the time, it took practice and Miss Bustier's help to get to this level" He replied sheepishly as he changed the bubble into a platform and floated them to the next floor.

"Good thing that's over" Emma said happily.
"HI EMMA!!, BE MY GIRLFRIEND!!!" A random kid said behind her. She quickly roundhoused the invader of space over the hall.
"REMEMBER ME!!!" He screamed as he fell down.
"Fans, I hate them". Emma shuddered. "So serious about celebrities".
"Tell me about it" Adrien said.
"I never asked you Adrien, you never told me about your power, you to Emma" Nino asked as they landed on the second floor.
"Oh." Adrien said surprised that he never thought of that. "Powers actually, I've got two." He opened his palm as his fingerprints glowed blue and appeared to pulse.
"I can destroy stuff with a touch and can basically make you go crazy."
Adrien- Bond Destruction- He is able to destroy the energy bond holding atoms together causing them to lose form or shape without causing severe reactions. Instability- By staring at someone willingly, he is able to make them unable to control their senses or powers. - Side Effects- To much use can cause his body to slowly disintegrate. His other power can't affect him at all.
"Wow, that's wicked cool!, what about you, Emma?" Nino asked as they passed the cafeteria.
"I am electricity itself, using it in it's pure form and creating electromagnetic portals and sub spaces." Emma replied.
Adrien stared at his new class when they finally got there and saw Marinette and Alya running towards them." Oh, look it's Marinette and Alya, I guess we're all going to the same classes apart from Matthew and Emma".
"But at least we're together." Matthew said.
"Yeah."
As Marinette and Alya caught up to them, they then heard the common sound of someone running on heels…
"ADRIKINS!!!" Chloe called out.
"Great here comes super brat" Alya muttered angrily.
"I was waiting for you to come, Adrikins, but I couldn't sleep here. Now that here I can teach you all the splendors of school life!" Chloe said while holding Adrien.
"Thanks, Chloe" He replied wheezily.
RIIIINNNGGG!!!!!
"Oh, will you look at that, classes will start soon enough! We better hurry!" Emma said dramatically as she shoved Chloe out of the way and dragged Adrien away.
TIME SKIP!!!
EMMA
I sat with Matthew at the back of the class[ It's just like Marinette's class]. A boy in the seat in front of them stared at them.
"Hey, you're Emma Agreste !" The boy said.
"Please don't be a fan!" Emma said as she raised her hands in front of her protectively.
"Relax, I'm not some crazy fan(yet), I'm Tyrone, Tyrone Lint and this is my twin sister Lilith." Tyrone said as he pointed to his seatmate who just moaned sadly in response. He wore a long-sleeved white shirt with and a blue jeans. "We have English first before Martial classes. I heard the teacher is so cruel that she fails if she doesn't like you."
"Fight classes, sweet. Wait, with or without powers?" Emma asked happily.
"Both!!!" He replied horrified.
"Jackpot, Baby!" Emma gushed.
"Settle down class" Mr. Noel their new homeroom teacher said tiredly as he sipped his overnight coffee. "I hope everyone likes their seat because you'll be staying there for the rest year. He then proceeded to batter them with nouns and passages.
We zoom in to see Arline talking to Rose who was talking excitedly in Miss Bustier's class.
"The cupcakes Marinette brought on Sunday where so delicious!" Rose said while holding a magazine. "I wanted to put glitter on it cuz it was so good!"
"I stopped using glitter when I was 9" Arline sighed. "Matthew ruined it's joy for me"
"That glitter is actually solified unicorn tears?" Rose asked.
"Really?"
" Yeah!"
" EEEEEEEEEE!!!" They both screamed.
"Good morning students" Miss Bustier said as she entered the class. Everyone entered their seats with Arline seating with Nathaniel at the back seat at the left side of the class.
"Now, to start the day with a nice compliment to your seatmate" Miss Bustier said as she dropped her tablet on the teacher's desk.
After that, she then proceeded with the roll call.
"Adrien Agreste".
"Present!" Adrien said while standing up as everyone started laughing. He sat down sheepishly and fist bumped with Nino.
"Alix Kubdel"
"Here".
"Alya Cesaire".
"Here".
At A Nice Hardly Notable Chinese Massage Shop:-
A short Chinese man was inside a room with a customer. He had dark brown eyes, gray hair, a mustache, and a goatee. He wears a red Hawaiian shirt with a white hibiscus flower pattern, tan Capri pants, and dark brown shoes. He was also wearing a green bracelet with 6 triangular carvings, and it was shaped like a turtle with a black string tied through holes in the turtle's head and tail to make a loop. His name was Wang Fu.
"So how was the match, Greg?" Fu asked as he popped back some wrongly positioned joints properly causing Greg indescribable amounts of agony.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH- The usual-HHHHHHH" Greg replied in pain. "Now I'm ready, thanks Fu, see you next Thursday!" He then proceeded to hop out of the room.
"Funny man" Fu said as he sat down to meditate. A turtle-like kwami comes out of a gramophone.
"Master! Master! , I just felt the aura of the Butterfly Miraculous !" The turtle said as he floated to his holder.
"What!" Fu said surprised. "I thought it was lost years?".
"It was also a negative one, it must be used for evil!" The kwami called Wayzz added feeling bad for his closest friend.
"I can get the Miraculous and stop this" He said with determination filling him.
"Wayzz, shell o-AAAHHHH". He cried out in pain of his broken hips.
"Master be reasonable your-"
"Still young, Wayzz." He said as he sat down. He stroked his beard in deep thought. "
What is the best way to combat a corrupted Butterfly Miraculous?".
"The ladybug and the Black cat Miraculous." Wayzz said as he flew over to the gramophone.
Fu walked over to the gramophone and pressed Chinese dragons at the side. The gramophone opened ceremoniously as a box opened. He opened the lid of the box and carried a pair of earrings and a ring as put them in separate boxes.
"Are you sure these miraculous are strong enough?" Fu asked Wayzz.
"They were made for each other, literally."
"Time to find two new superheroes and cause a creepy love square". Fu said as left the room with Wayzz.
A lady stood alone in a wide beautiful garden. White butterflies fluttered gracefully in the air. She wore a dark purple sun dress with a brooch shaped like a butterfly pinned on her chest. She wore a grey mask on her face with a velvet cape flowing majestically from her shoulders.
"Finally, after years of training I can finally get those Miraculouses." She grinned as she brought her hand forward as a white butterfly landed on her hand and she infused it with negative energy. It flew out of the garden and out into the city.
"Go my little butterfly, go and find me a champion !" She said as she cackled. Papillion smirked, now the miraculous will come out of hiding.
It was time for the fighting class and Emma was ecstatic.
"It's time!!!, the time for punches!" She said happily as she walked with Adrien and Matthew to the fighting class.
"Father said you can't maim anyone when fighting." Adrien replied calmly as he brought out a long list of 'Emma can'ts' and recited rule 1. "Rule One: Emma shouldn't kill any one, or fight to maim."
"Pfff, why would I do that?" Emma said while discreetly putting a bazooka back in her hair.
"You'll do better than last time we sparred together." Matthew said to Emma. (I feel a flashback!).
FLASHBACK:-
A last few months in the Agreste mansion's courtyard:-
We see a beaten up and electrocuted Emma laid on the ground. Sad. Twitching.
"Matthew-5.Emma-0." Matthew said happily while holding an iron pole.
END OF FLASHBACK.
I still wonder how I got electrocuted using my own powers" Emma said as she remembered and shuddered. "It was terrible."
"Don't worry Emma , I'm sure you'll do better next time." He said as he held his ring and wore it on his finger.
"Uhh, what time it is." Ennul yawned as he appeared and around looked the hall. "Hmm, shiny floors,nerds and teenage drama, I think it's Monday and you need my powers for your needs. Right?."
"I just need your power for fighting class and I can't use the miraculous. They banned the use of the few remaining magical items" Matthew said as they walked closer to the class.
"I know what to do." Ennul replied as he concentrated. The miraculous slowly disappeared and Ennul entered the finger the ring was. Matthew's eyes glowed white for a few seconds before turning brown.
"What do you think happened?" Arline asked worriedly.
"I don't know, Ennul is usually mysterious about these things." Emma said as she poked Adrien who was reading the list of 'Emma's Rules'
"Uh, that took longer than expected. Hey, where's Ennul?" Matthew said as he looked around.
"I'm in you're heeaad."
It became quiet… to quiet. He looked around to see if this was a joke. "Quit it, you'll give me a headache." Ennul said.
"Oh my goodness, Ennul! What are you doing in my head? You didn't do this before!" Matthew said as he panicked and held his head.
"Great, Ennul made him go crazy." Adrien sighed. They finally reached the class as a few seniors where already there setting up some safety equipment.
"It is easier and less stressful. You have the usual wind power-"
"Yeah, whatever." Matthew said as he moved his arms and covered in an invisible cover of wind, like he was turning to wind. "So tingly" He said with stars in his eyes.
"Oh boy, I guess I'll be ignored, as usual. Well, time to look at Matthew's embarrassing memories." Ennul sighed and floated around in the dreamscape.
The purple butterfly fluttered and landed on the roof. It felt the burning anger of a boy as went to the principal's office.
"Such strong emotions, a perfect prey, go, infect him." Monarch said as the butterfly entered the school to find the boy, the first champion.
The room was finally prepared, the place of bloodshed.
"Emma, you have that look in your eyes that says no mercy" Arline said as she poked Emma's cheek. "I have to go to my art class now. Bye! Don't kill anyone!"
"Maybe!" Emma replied as Arline left the room.
It was a huge room with a bunch of safety mats on the floor. It also had dents and burns though the walls were made of lenium to block any extreme powers, basically it was a prison gym.
"Alright, my name is Miss Daisy, and today the new students will spar with the seniors for 30 minutes without powers and the other 30 minutes with powers. I'll be at the desk watching and directing you. The seniors know what to do so that takes care of it." Miss daisy said offhandedly while most of the seniors looking at the juniors. She wore a white long sleeved blouse with a simple blue skirt. She then proceeded to her table and quickly logged into Instagram.
"So, the purpose of this class is to retain self defense classes that help you cope with day to day life and natural enemies." A girl with glasses said. "Any questions?".
Emma raised her hand.
"Yes, you there."
"When do we fight?" Emma asked.
"We only learn-"
"Go away Mary, let me show you how it's done." A dark skinned kid named Carter said and shoved her away. "In this you learn basic defence with and without powers, is that clear?" Everyone nodded.
"So let's begin, you boy with purple, come here." Carter called out to Matthew who was standing at the far end of the room. Matthew walked out to the middle of the room.
"You, girl over there." Carter beckoned Emma, who smiled with determination.
"Listen up to the rules, no1 you fight with powers and skill you learn before and don't hold back because everyone loves a good fight." Carter voiced out to them. He sat down with the rest of the seniors as they took notes of the new students.
"In position, Fight!" Carter shouted. And the battle begins. Emma charged her hand with pure electricity while Matthew ran towards her and sent a strong wind that knocked her into the air. Emma quickly flipped and slammed her fists on the ground sending streaks of electricity at Matthew.
Ivan came out of the principal's office and tried to knock but couldn't. he wore a black shirt with two crossed bones on it and black shorts. "Your such a wuss." It kept repeating in his head. Kim was right but he just felt, angry.
"Stoneheart, I am Papillion," A calm voice said in Ivan's head, as the negative emotions amplified. " You're in trouble while that boy goes scot free, I'll give you the power to right you're wrong, only for a little favour…"
Ivan grinned darkly. "Okay, Papillion." Dark energy transformed him into an Akuma.
Mr. David waited for Ivan. He was a middle aged dude with black hair and a grey suit. He decided to leave the office and find him. The door blasted off it's hinges as Mr. David saw a giant rock golem with yellow eyes.
"KIM!!." Stoneheart roared and charged to the stadium close to the school. He then proceeded to call the heroes.
Tyrone panted as he battled with a senior without powers which was his weakness.
He blocked another punch and tried kicking. The senior grabbed his foot and flipped him to the ground.
He stood up and dusted himself. He heard a few thumps on the ground like an earthquake. It stopped as quickly as it came.
"What was that?" Mary asked.
The news alert beeped on someone's phone. Everyone quickly brought out their phones and saw the breaking news.
"At the central Bank, it is clearly seen as a new villain approaches the Royal Blue stadium. Although, the heroes are already apprehending it but nothing works. It seems unstoppable." The Newscaster Samantha June reported. She had brown hair tied into a bun and wore a cream suit.
Adrien quickly left to meet Nino to stop Alya from getting her scoop.
Matthew watched the live feed and looked closely at Stoneheart punching a flying hero into the ground. He felt weird looking at him. And that's when Ennul showed up.
"Hold up, pause and zoom at the villain." Ennul said while peering at the phone. He gasped.
"That's, that's a champion!" Ennul cheered, happy to know that Nooroo was on Earth. He paused. He suddenly felt anger, Nooroo was used for evil, again.
"What's a champion, Matthew asked as he and Emma walked to the cafeteria for lunch. School wouldn't close down as villains were common. Like every world, it has people who disrupts peace, who with dark intentions, I mean everyone with powers was like a bomb. Just waiting to explode.
"Matthew, we need to suit up and stop that champion." Ennul hissed, barely containing his anger for the misuse of his friend.
"Are you insane! I can't go all superhero, I'll get arrested!!" Matthew hissed back. Only law enforcers and workers could use powers in public. Plus, only professional superheroes can fight villains anyone else is immediately arrested.
"That's a misused miraculous and only miraculous wielders can defeat it!" Ennul cried out, attracting a few stares. He appeared invisible in sight and hearing so hearing a tiny voice from Matthew was abnormal.
Matthew removed his ring and put in his pocket and went to the lunch line. He knew Ennul was right, the miraculous world kept quiet after the last war. Only he could stop Stoneheart.
ADRIEN
After getting permission from Miss Bustier, I left the school after hearing Alya talking about a nice small restaurant close the school. I could have lunch there, after all, I hate a model's diet. As I walked on the street I saw everyone going about normally after all, the heroes are handling the villain. Even he felt safe. He stopped in his tracks when he heard an old man groaning behind him. He was surprised he didn't see him before. He was on the ground straining his hand to his cane but couldn't reach it.
"Here you are, sir." Adrien said politely, giving the man his cane and raising him.
"Thank you, young man." He said and went his way.
Adrien saw the restaurant at the side of the road, although he saw people leaving the area quickly. I entered the restaurant empty and staff running out. Now I was really worried, I checked my phone and saw Stoneheart close, just close to the-
I heard a huge boom and the restaurant was suddenly covered with ice. And a superhero crashed in it not breaking it though. I tried to stay calm, maybe I could escape quickly with the backdoor. A violent blast knocked me down I felt a bump in my bag and checked it. It was a weird hexagonal black box with a red engraving in the front. Kinda looked like a jewelry box. Maybe if I opened it I can find the owner, maybe that old man. As I opened it, it felt warm I saw a black ring with a green paw print. A ball of light chose that time to appear.
"WHAT THE H-
I avoided crashing into a lady and continued running. I needed to check if my uncle was safe, the villain was close to his shop, I needed to hurry!.
Smashing the door of the shop open, I saw my uncle's son rearranging some fabric on the shelf.
"Where is uncle?" I asked.
"Oh, Marinette, what's wrong?" Justin asked. He was a typical Chinese, with black jet hair and brown eyes. He wore a brown tank top with a baggy trouser and wore a cream apron. Typical cousin.
"Nothing, I was just worried if uncle was okay." Marinette breathed in relief. Her uncle was a klutz like her, so it was right to get worried.
"He's at home resting, you better hurry." Justin said checking a black watch on his left arm. "He'll soon wake up and go get fabric, so you better hurry."
"Thanks, Bye!!" I said and ran out of the shop. I heard Justin sigh but ignored him, it's not my fault I get worried easily.
As I reached the street about cross, I saw everyone on their phones watching the battle turn sour for the heroes. I was about move when I saw an old man shuffling across the road and a speeding car rapidly approaching him. Without thinking, I ran and pushed him away from the car. The car just swerved and left the street without apologizing. I scowled before standing up with the old man.
"Are you okay?" I asked the man.
He dusted himself and smiled. "Thank you, miss. I usually get lost in myself ".
I quickly entered my uncle's house to check on him.
Master fu smiled as he walked to his shop/home. Wayzz floated before him.
"Are you sure you made the right choice?" Wayzz asked while staying out of sight.
"I made the right choice." Fu replied. Years of selecting auras of people made him always choose the perfect choice. "I know so".
Adrien moved back and raised his arms, palms glowing blue, ready to destroy anything.
A being formed from the light floated and looked around before narrowing his eyes at Adrien. He was a black cat like kwami with three antennas. One on his forehead and the two at the side of his cheek. It long tail and two cat like incisors.
"No way, a genie!" Adrien gasped and deactivated his power as 'It' came closer to him.
"I met him once. He grants wishes and loves being a jerk. I'm Plagg, a kwami." Plagg said as he flew into the display table and took a huge bite of a cheese cake. "Mmm, good stuff."
Adrien quickly grabbed the box and held the ring. "This.." He walked to Plagg. "This is a Miraculous!"
Now Plagg was surprised. "How did you know?"
"My Mother had one, a peacock." Adrien replied, remembering trying to use it, when his mother was alive.
Plagg looked at him, he used Duusu before. That made explaining easier. "Okay kid, I'm the kwami of destruction, with me you can destroy anything you touch apart from yourself, got that?"
"Of course, I know I can only use it once, Right?"
"Excellent. I assume you already know about the timer." Adrien nodded. "Your power is called Cataclysm, say it you trigger it, but be careful, it destroys souls too. Don't use it on people." Plagg instructed and saw the Akuma. "Don't tell anyone about this or your identity. To transform, say ' Plagg, claws out'.
Marinette saw her uncle sipping some herbal tea in the living room, watching the news. He turned and stared at her.
"Oh Marinette, your back early." Mr. Lee said. He had brown eyes with grayish black hair. He wore a plain white Polo shirt and a navy blue trouser.
Marinette sighed, her uncle was safe. "I came to get something quickly." That wasn't a lie because she forgot her physics textbook and everyone knew that Ms Mendeleive didn't joke with her classes.
"Ok then." Lee said.
Marinette went upstairs and into the attic. She always loved the space big or small, and the privacy. She found the book but decided to check the news on her computer. She gasped seeing the famous hero Storm get flung into the stratosphere. She winced as Stoneheart moved closer to the stadium. She heard Stoneheart shout and gasped. That was Ivan's voice, was he a villain?. As she dropped the book into her bag shakily, she felt something in her bag. She removed it and looked at suspiciously at the cute black hexagonal box with a red engraving on the lid. She saw a bit of writing in mandarin. 'Creation' it said, it felt familiar.
As she opened the box, seeing the red earrings with spots on it felt really familiar. A ball of light appeared in front of her. With a surprised 'eep' she created an orb of ice around the light. The light formed a bug like kwami. It had blue eyes two antennas a short tail with three aligned tips, a large spot on her forehead, back and each side of her head.
"A bug.. a mouse!, a bug-mouse!!" Marinette screeched as she hid behind the computer.
Tikki the ladybug kwami stared in Amazement. Being in her miraculous for 300 years did that to her. She floated to Marinette's bed and landed on it. "So soft." She giggled and rolled on it.\
Marinette slowly walked to Tikki, wondering how the being passed through the water prison that was tightly packed with hydrogen. She looked at Tikki and gasped. "You're a kwami!"
They taught them in school, beings who lived in jewelry, able to bestow great power on the wearer.
Tikki giggled and floated to Marinette. "Of course, I'm Tikki, the kwami of creation." But she turned dark as quick as lightning, After sensing Nooroo's distress and the negative champion.
"You're name, fast!" Tikki said as Marinette stood up straight suddenly afraid of the once sweet kwami.
"M-m-marinette." She stuttered.
"Good, wear the miraculous and say 'Tikki, spots on' then you will become a superhero." Marinette froze at that word, 'superhero'.
"I'm just a kid, and if I go there I'll get arrested!" Marinette whimpered.
"That's not a villain, it's a champion, from a miraculous like mine!" Tikki said angrily. "Champions can only be defeated by miraculous wielders, anyone else can get killed!".
Marinette gasped remembering the heroes get beaten by Stoneheart. She thought a bit. "What is a champion?"
Tikki sighed, sad for getting angry at this child. "The butterfly has the power to use a person as a champion by using strong emotions like love, happiness or sadness and anger."
"Ivan was either angry or sad, turning him into a villain!" Marinette said learning fast.
"Of course, let's get to it!, My power is the lucky charm, with it you can create an object to help you defeat the champion-
"Tikki, Spots On!" Marinette said, eager to save her classmate.
"Marinette wait!" Tikki said before getting siphoned into the earrings.
A red mask appeared around her eyes with 5 assymetric black spots on it. A red skintight body suit covered in black polka dots appeared on Marinette's skin and her pigtails tied with red strings depicting antennas. A red yoyo was tied around her waist.
"This is amazing!" Marinette said before hearing a voice.
"Marinette, is everything okay?, I heard some noise up there." Lee asked.
"I-i just saw a spider, uncle." Marinette said as she ran to her window. "It's fine, now."
"Okay, I'm leaving for fabric soon, so lock up if you go," Lee said and went downstairs.
"That was to close." Marinette sighed. She went to the window and saw her uncle leaving the street.
She remembered her History classes on the miraculous, so testing the super reflex, she jumped.
In short, it was both terrifying and exhilarating. She landed on the roof with shaky legs. She held the yoyo in her hands, was this a joke?. She tossed the yoyo at a nearby building. It zoomed impossibly far and hooked itself on a pole at the side of the building. She tugged at the string and waited for a second. She sighed and tugged it again before being dragged away.
"AAAAAAGGGHHH!!".
Adrien wore the ring, finally making his decision after learning how to defeat the Akuma. He and his partner had to do this or someone will get hurt or worse. He wore the ring and watched it turn silver.
"Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien said and Plagg siphoned into the ring. He wore a black skintight body suit with a golden bell close to the zipper at his neck. He wears a black mask and black gloves with claws and a long belt acting as a tail and black boots. His blond hair now wild and had fake black cat ears atop his head.
He felt for his baton Plagg told him about. After reading the user's guide on it, a car crashed down the roof. He quickly batted it away with the baton, amazed at his strength. He vaulted through the hole and landed on the nearby roof. Seeing Stoneheart whack at the police barricade while slicing someone's arm off, he winced and vaulted closer as Stoneheart was closer to the stadium. He landed on a building, thinking of the partner he was told about. He didn't want to waste tim- was that screaming?. He turned seeing someone in red crash into him, screaming as they fell of the building. The yoyo wrapped around the building stopping them from crashing.
I'm so sorry, it was an accident!" Marinette panicked as they landed on the street. If this was a real hero she was in trouble. She quickly untangled the yoyo.
"Oh, don't worry, I don't mind." Adrien said as he scanned Marinette. "It looks like you're the partner my kwami told me about."
'Partner', She thought. He seemed to have the same costume as her with animal features, and looked like a cat.
"My name is Chat Noir, and you are?" Chat Noir asked as Marinette jumped to the top of the building. He followed suit as they heard Stoneheart smash another building to rubble.
"We need to stop Stoneheart before he causes more destruction." Marinette said, the clumsy girl persona slowly disappearing. She swung her yoyo at a statue on the nearby building and swung.
P.E class just ended and some other were just sitting on some benches at the field of the stadium , they had some time before lunch break ends. They saw a building crash down. Now that got their attention. A villain was attacking! They had to get this on video, well before they saw Wave Heart's finest hero Tornado get hit and landed in the stadium, all battered.
"Evacuate, quickly." Tornado whispered before going unconscious.
"What is he talking ab-
"KIM!!!" Stoneheart roared as he destroyed the entrance, now huge from the number of hits he got.
"Ivan?" Kim whispered now recognizing his classmate. He instinctively flinched as Stoneheart stomped closer. Most students got the memo and fled, the teacher and seniors activated their powers. Kim wet himself.
Stoneheart grinned and tried to grab him before a yoyo zipped and bonked Stoneheart lightly. Instead of getting angry, he just looked offended and turned, looking at a bug themed hero.
"The ladybug miraculous is activated? Everything is going as planned." Papillion said as she saw the bug hero through her champion.
"Stoneheart, this hero wants to stop you from achieving your goal, stop her!." Papillion said telepathically to her champion. Stoneheart growled and charged towards Marinette.
She froze as Stoneheart raised his hand ready to smash her. She quickly rolled away and jumped, creating a water slide from water vapor and slid down before dogging another of Stoneheart's strike. Using her powers weren't as draining as before. She flipped backwards and avoided a punch that formed a hole in the ground. She dug her feet in the ground, absorbing the phosphorus from the ground and oxygen from the air. She focused on that chemical reaction, creating an orange flame. Chemistry was good for one thing I guess. She charged at Stoneheart in an envelope of flame. Now she was really drained. She gave Stoneheart a flaming uppercut making him grow twice bigger, more angrier than before. She really wanted to run away right now.
Marinette- Mineral Manipulation- She is able to manipulate atoms, and photons. With stronger concentration, she can manipulate energy for a few seconds.- Side Effects- Using her powers drains her easily, excess use can cause her to pass out.
Stoneheart got ready to smash Marinette into hero pulp. A baton just pushed Stoneheart's foot away from Marinette.
"It's not nice to pick on people who are smaller than you." Chat Noir said landing close to Marinette.
"You mean yourself." Stoneheart said and tried to punch the feline hero. He quickly avoided the punch trying not to hit the Akuma, seeing as what happened when Stoneheart got hit.
"Bug girl, use your power!" Chat Noir said, narrowly avoiding a punch.
"R-right." Marinette said. "Lucky Charm!" She threw her yoyo in the air and a swarm of ladybugs swirled together from the yoyo forming an inflatable suit.
"Help!!" Chat Noir raspily called out. He was already caught by Stoneheart who was squeezing him like plush toy.
"Chat Noir!" Marinette called out before throwing the suit at Stoneheart. It squeaked and fell to the ground. The Akuma punched the ground, creating an earthquake that sunk the ground and trapped Marinette. She jumped but the dirt snaked around her legs, trapping her. He held Chat Noir and ladybug in his hands.
"Good work Stoneheart, take their miraculous!" Papillion said joyously, that was to easy.
Marinette panicked, if she listened to Tikki she could have stopped the Akuma, save Ivan… Ivan was the solution! He's ticklish!
"Chat Noir! Tickle him!" Marinette said as she freed her hands and tickled Stoneheart. He giggled hysterically as he let go of the heroes and laughed crazily. He dropped a piece of crumpled paper on the floor.
It must be the object where the Akuma must be! "Chat Noir, destroy the paper!" Marinette said as she continued to tickle the villain.
"Cataclysm!" Chat Noir called out his power. His bright blue on his hand blended with his miraculous cataclysm turning into a deep navy blue, he touched the paper turning it into ashes.
A purple butterfly fluttered out of the ashes on the ground. "Capture it! Bug girl!" Chat Noir said, as he watched it flutter away. But she was gone, leaving a confused Ivan with some students and Alya. He sighed as the rest of the island's police came from the destroyed entrance with ab ambulance.
"Who are you?" Officer Roger asked slightly wary of how this amateur teenagers in costume defeated a villain that destroyed a whole building with a punch.
"I'm Chat Noir." Chat replied. He saw them arresting a confused Ivan. They bound his hands with lenium cuffs, leading him into a van.
"Wait, don't arrest him!" Chat said and ran towards the police officer. "He was possessed by a misused miraculous!"
They all paused and stared at him, Alya who was recording the battle. She gasped and started another video.
"That was why you're attacks didn't do anything him, his innocent." Chat said before as he walked to the van Ivan was.
They looked at him, noticing his animal features.
"You're a miraculous wielder, right?" Officer Roger asked. Chat's ring was flashing, so nodding at the officer, he took his baton and vaulted away.
'Foolish wielders, now I have my own army to take over the miraculous world! It's just a matter of time.' Papillion thought and grinned.
A purple butterfly stood on a tree branch, and multiplied slowly before speeding up, multiplying at an alarming rate.
Hello readers, I know the story is a bit awkward, but this is my first time writing, so please bear with me. This chapter took a long time to finish because I'm lazy. Others will be a bit longer. And published early(I think).Ignore mistakes and in this fic, Marinette rushed Tikki instead of Adrien rushing Plagg. In my story, Wave heart island is really close to France, replacing the isle de Rhe. Still didn't research deeper. Please review and tell me what you think, or how to improve this story. Flames Out!
