A hard battle with a group of Titans starts as Chaldea tries to clean the area in order to do a scan and identify where they are.
During the confrontation, they find that Titans aren't the only ones in the area.
"Take this!" - using her shield, Mash bashes the head of one of the Titans, stunned by a Gandr shot from Ritsuka.
"Grampa, all yours!" - the Master yelled at Muramasa, who with a quick jump and slice killed their enemy.
Thanks to information provided by Sherlock and Da Vinci after scanning the Titans in Chaldea, Ritsuka and the Servants found out that they would need to cut a specific part of the neck if they desired to kill them for good. That knowledge came in handy immediatly and thanks to it, they managed to get rid of a lot of their enemies.
"Shiki, behind you!" - Fujino warned her teammate of a Titan that tried to ate her, allowing her to dodge the bite and counter with a slice in the eyes.
Using her Mystic Eyes of Distorsion, Fujino warped the Titan's limbs on its own body, causing it to break both legs and arms, falling with no defenses to the ground, which gave Muramasa the perfect chance to take another one down.
"That's the 6th one so far, I hope at least this small area is clean now" - said the Saber Servant while he and the rest grouped up with their Master.
They arrived about 15 minutes and since then, they non-stop killed 6 Titans that came seemingly out of nowhere. While the beasts alone were no match for them, Ritsuka was worried about what would happen if they ended up getting surrounded by them.
"Da Vinci, did you finish the scan of the area?" - Ritsuka asked to Chaldea.
"Yes Fujimaru Kun, there are 0 Titans close to you now, but I have some bad news. A couple of meters away, 3 Titans have cornered a small group of human soldiers and started to ate them" - Da Vinci informed while sending Ritsuka the detailed location via a holographic screen - "Quick, head to this position" -
"Will do, thanks Da Vinci" - Ritsukq quickly cut the comunications and, alongside the Servants, started heading to the area signaled by them.
Arriving fast, they encountered that they arrived too late. The 3 Titans had killed all of the soldiers and left none alive, all but one that was currently being chewed by a Titan with large eyes on its head.
"Please... I don't want to die" - the soldier that was being chewed begged for salvation, even while knowing that at this point, it was far too late.
The Servants reacted as fast as they could and quickly murdered the Titans while Ritsuka tended to the wounder soldier, trying to heal him using his Mystic Code.
"You'll make it out of this, I promise" - Ritsuka said, but he knew that the soldier was alredy past any hope for salvation, the wounds were deep alredy and he had lost an incredible ammount of blood.
"It's alright... I made my peace and... Fulfilled my mission" - the dying soldier held Ritsuka's face with his hands - "Humanity will win, right...?"
"Yes, we'll win no dobt" - the Master made an effort to give the soldier peace of mind in his final moments.
"I'm glad... That I was able to help... Humanity win" - and with those words, he died with a smile on his face.
"..." - Ritsuka got up quietly from the ground as the Servants looked at him - "Da Vinci, are there any other life signals here?" -
"Yes, a couple more soldiers to the east of your location, they are in some roofs and fortunetly, no Titan is close to them. Go and try to help" -
"Alright then. Chaldea, let's go" -
Ritsuka and the Servants arrived to the location that Da Vinci had said them, this time however the soldiers were luckily alive and well, but a lot look demoralized.
"What are you doing here? This area is not fit for civilians" - a blonde man jump at Ritsuka and the Servants as they arrived.
"We're not civilians, we're on a mission to clean this area from Titans and secure as many survivors as possible" - Ritsuka told the first thing that came to his head.
It wasn't a lie at the end of the day.
"On a mission? You don't look like soldiers of any type I've seen in my life" - a blonde woman came to them - "We'll take you to the inside of Wall Rose so you can safely go to Wall Sina" -
- Stop, we're here to help you and..." - Mash was cut short when the group saw 4 Titans heading their way, the largest one being 12 meters tall.
"Master, your orders" - Gray said immediatly.
"They look tired, they can't fight in this condition" - Ritsuka said while looking at the soldiers - "We'll take on all 4 alone. Muramasa, Illya, take on the first one, Shiki and Fujino have the second, Gray and Reines will take care of the third and Erice, Mash and I will handle the fourth, everyone ready?" -
- Yes Master!" -
With that, the Servants divided themselves and went after the enemy, causing surprise and confusion among the wounded troops.
Moving quickly on the roofs, Mash took position and smacked the largest Titan in the head with her shield before using the propulsors on her back to gain impulse and strike it hard enough to make it lose balance.
"Erice San, you're up!" - Mash screamed at her companion, who aimed her spear at the Titan and decended with incredible speed, cutting the neck with no problem.
"This things are barely even an issue for us, I'm pretty sure Master could've just bringed Mash and it would make no difference in the long run" - Erice said after cleaning up her weapon from the Titan blood and watching the body dissolve in the air.
"The others alredy finished, lets regroup" - said Ritsuka to his 2 kouhais.
Chaldea's team retreated to the roof where all of the soldiers were, all amazed at how quickly they managed to take down the 4 Titans and with apparently no effort.
"You did it... With no help from an ODM. What are you?" - the blonde man asked the Chaldeans.
"We'll have time to explain everything after we've gotten everyone to safety" - Ritsuka said, as he extended his hand - "But I'll at least tell you my name, I'm Ritsuka. You are?" -
"Reiner Braum" - the blonde introduced himself as he took Ritsuka's hand - "Well then, if you're going to save us then..." -
Before he could finish speaking a black haired woman landed in the roof, witnessing the handshake between Ritsuka and Reiner.
"Are they civilians?" - the black haired asked.
"Long story, but for now we have to get everyone out of here" - Ritsuka tried to reason with the newly arrived.
"We can't go, there are soldiers still trapped over there" -
Everyone look to where the womanw as signaling, a large structure in the center of the area, surrounded by Titans.
"Alright then, Reines, time for a plan" -
"Always ready for one Master" -
Before ending this episode, I just want to make clear that I'm going to make a ship between Ritsuka and one of the AoT girls, but the identity is going to be left a mistery as of right now.
