I don't Own Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Horihoki Araki does.
But, I did come up with some of these Stands though, so I hope you like them. And If I come up with more I'll be sure to let you know.

Appearance:
Clint Eastwood is a lanky, humanoid stand that has a robotic appearance. The Stand wears bulky, green camouflage colored armor that has headlights and a car grill on its chest and round white pauldrons while a pair of metallic vambraces and greaves of the same color rest on the Stands lanky, black limbs. The stands head, which is for the most part circular, is also the same camouflage green color except for the face. The Stands face is pure white and completely featureless, save for the two, curved narrow slits that serve as it's eyes, each having a glowing yellow pupil. In each palm of the Stands alabaster hands are a slot that allow it to use it's ability.
Ability: Future Manipulation and Future Creation.
The main ability of Clint Eastwood is to control the future in some way. How it does this is that first time around the Stand and it's user will stop, though they are both stuck in place, before several strips of film reel will shoot out of the slots in the Stands hands.
These film reels act will show several different possible futures, each containing different actions resulting in different outcomes. Clint Eastwood can select any of these futures, and whatever future he picks it will play out no matter what.
However, if Clint Eastwood's user is presented with several futures that doesn't suit him, then the Stand can use it's secondary ability, which is Future Creation. How this power works is Clint Eastwood will take certain fragments from different future film reels and combine them together to make a completely brand new future.
Here's a basic example of how Future Creation works. In a fight Clint Eastwood is presented with two futures, one where he wins but is severely harmed and one where he gets away unharmed but loses his target. Clint Eastwood will take the victory from future 1 and his coming out unscathed from future 2 and combine them together to create a future where he wins and is completely unharmed.
Unfortunately, Future Creation has a cool down period of several hours each use.

Appearance:
The evolved form of Clint Eastwood, CEFGI loses Its bulky chest armor (exposing it's toned, muscular black torso),vambraces, greaves, and hand slots in exchange for a kasaya that covers the lower half of its body, wooden sanders, a large japamala necklace that float's around the Stands necks, and a large scarf wrapped around it's shoulders and arms that is constantly changing color. Overall the Stand has a very monk like aesthetic, though the one thing that remains the same is the head and face. The stand also now holds a fountain pen in it's hand.
Ability: Total Reality Control
Before when the stand activated it's ability, it could either pick a future to play out or create a new one from fragments of already existing ones. Now however, with the ink pen in its hands, CEFGI can write whatever it wants into the very fabric of space and time, and the universe will have no choice but to obey what it writes. This Stand can allow it's user to become the author of their own life.
The only drawbacks however, is that the whatever the Stand writes needs to be thought out. The user would have to write like a proper author.

Appearance: Star Man is a tall humanoid Stand that looks to be comprised of several different blue crystals, giving it a glistening shine to it. The Stand has pointed shoulders and elbows, while the arms and legs of the Stand end in pointed numbs. The featureless head of the Stand resembles that of a four sided diamond, and it's body is constantly leaking out a white mist from between the crystals of its body.
Ability: Cyrokinetic Touch
The main power of this Stand is quite a basic one. Whatever it touches with it's pointed arms and legs will instantly freeze over in a thick sheet of ice. This can be applied for several uses, such as freezing the terrain and making it hard for opponents to maneuver, creating ice bridges and platforms on bodies of water by simply walking on them, or it can freeze a person's insides by stabbing them with it's pointed arms. Star Man is also capable of freezing things with it's pointed shoulders, elbows, and the top of its own pointed head, though it prefers to use it's limbs instead.
The Stand and it's user is also capable of fast transport via freezing the ground and ice skating on the newly frozen surface, with the user riding piggy back on the stand.

Appearance: STIUTK is an item Stand that takes the appearance of a vertically long white canvas surrounded by an elegant light blue and light purple frame. The stand can appear on any wall without the aid of nails or frame holders for support and can stay on that wall unless the user calls it back.
Ability: Omnipotence
STIUTK's singular ability is that of omnipotence. When the user asks the Stand a question, the blank white canvas will immediately begin to paint itself, and when it is finished with that, the answer of the users question will be painted onto the canvas.
So for example, if the user was trying to look for someone the Stand would paint the location where that person would be. Or if the user was trying to find out the identity of someone, the Stand would paint an image of said someone. The Stand can also answer other questions too like what the weather would be like or what the user should eat. Literally any question that is asked by the user, the Stand can answer with a painting.
However, that is also the main flaw of the Stand. It can only paint images of an answer to the users question, not sentences or anything involving writing. Because of this, it's up to the users interpretation to understand the Stands answers. Answers to simple questions are easy to follow, but trying to ask much more complex questions will lead to answers a little hard to understand.

Appearance: None. Don't Care Anymore is a Phenomenon Stand that grants it's user a special ability.
Ability: Worldly Destruction
Don't Care Anymore is a destructive Stand. When activated by the user, two invisible energy fields will be deployed. One that covers a five hundred meter radius around the users environment, and one that directly covers the user themselves.
The first energy field is the one that is most destructive. When active, the surrounding environment will begin to deteriorate and fall apart around the user. Literally the world around them will crumble all around. If this ability were to be used in a city, concrete buildings will crack and crumble apart, the steel beams inside them would rust and weaken, cars would explode, fire hydrants would burst, and deep sinkholes would appear in the streets and on the sidewalks, as well as other catastrophic things. Though, this ability would not affect any living, sentient creatures like humans or animals.
Fortunately, the user doesn't have to worry about being harmed by the effects of the first energy field thanks to the one that covers him. The second field protects the user from the results of the first one. Things like falling ruble, flying shrapnel, and sudden sink holes would not harm him. And, if someone were to attack him, the second energy field will defend their user. For example, If someone tried to throw a punch at the user a small pothole would appear in front of them, throwing them off balance and fall to the ground instead. Or if someone tried to shoot him, falling debris from a crumbling building would block the bullet.
When this Stand is activated, the user will be completely safe while the world falls into ruin around them.

Appearance: Hearts On Fire is a semi-humanoid Stand that looks like a mix of a human torso and a beating heart. The Stands chest, stomach, and head are fairly humanlike in shape. However the arms and lower parts of it consist of long, thick tentacles that resemble the large veins and arteries found on a human heart. The stands head is also shaped like a real heart as well, and even as the arteries found on one, and though it does have two emerald eyes it lacks a mouth or nose. The Stand is red in color and looks slimy to touch. The Stand always manifests on the back of it's user and it always melds it's tentacles into the users body, which then connect to the users heart.
Ability: Physical Determination.
The purpose of the stand itself is that it's basically a secondary heart. It can absorb any physical damage caused by too much exercise like muscle pain or heart strain. Though it can absorb any damages caused by anything else unfortunately. The users physical strength, stamina, speed, and endurance are also increased as well, and their bodies can get stronger the more confident, determined, and level headed the user is.
