Soon, the group had flown back to Middleton, and they were currently at Kim's house.

"And in Europe last night, teen hero Kim Possible captured her 14th villain this year." said a reporter as some footage was shown of Professor Dementor being escorted from his wrecked escape pod into a police car as he angrily ranted.

"Europe, huh?" asked Kim's dad as he turned off the TV. "No wonder Kim and her friends got home so late."

Kim's mother arranged the kitchen table a bit.

"I'm glad she's home safe and sound." Mr. Possible smiled.

"I'm worried about her not getting enough sleep." Mrs. Possible pouted.

"Yeah, well..." Mr. Possible replied.

"...Or dissolving in slime." Mrs. Possible then said.

A drone seemed to fly into the room which hit her as she poured a bowl of cereal.

"Jim?! Tim?!" Mr. Possible called out which summoned a pair of identical twin boys.

"Hicka-bicka-boo?" asked the one in red.

"Hoo-shah." replied the one in green.

"Ahem?" The Possible parents cleared their throats sharply to their boys.

"Our bad, Mom and Dad." Jim said nervously.

"Heh. Yeah," Tim added. "Still working out some bugs."

"Well, I should make sure our gal isn't too tired from her mission to wake up for school." Mrs. Possible then said.

"And her personal guests?" Mr. Possible asked.

"Apparently they'll be new transfer students for a little while and were asked to stay with us." Mrs. Possible replied on the way to her daughter's bedroom.

"Interesting..." replied Mr. Possible.

Kim was stretching in her room as she was already awake.

"Kimmy Anne, the bus is almost here." Mrs. Possible called.

"Wade?" Kim asked.

"The bus will be here in six minutes," Wade reported. "You're looking swell today, Dr. P." he then complimented.

"Thank you, Wade," Mrs. Possible replied. "Now, log off. This is a girls-only convo."

"Over and out." Wade said as he signed off.

The others began to get up to get ready to go to school with Kim in the guest room which was luckily big enough for all of them.

"Guess we hafta go to school, too," Raul remarked. "And to think I came to escape boredom..."

"Well, it's probably go to school with Kim or stay at the house all day with nothing to do." Jenny shrugged.

Raúl sighed. "Ohhhh... Fine." he groused as he got his stuff.

"School... I guess we'll live with that as long as it's not like that nuthouse Wayside." LJ remarked.

"You should try school on Dad's home island," Martin rolled his eyes. "Conch shells blaring in the morning... Banging and smashing for studying... Though Grandma Marjorie would make an excellent History Teacher."

"...I think I'll just take your word for it." LJ replied as he and the others scrambled out the door.

They waited in the living room for Kim as she was still in her room for a little while.

"Shouldn't you guys be getting ready for school too?" Kimberly asked the Possible twins.

"We've been ready for ages." Jim replied.

"Kim's just a slowpoke." Tim added with a smirk.

Martin cracked his neck. "Something about picking out and sorting all her outfits for the month..." he replied.

"Girls..." Jim and Tim rolled their eyes a bit from that.

"They're a bit confusing sometimes, but they're alright in my book." Raul replied.

"Hmm..." Jim and Tim paused.

Elyse read a Coraline book to pass the time.

"Whatcha readin' this time?" LJ asked her.

"Coraline." Elyse replied.

LJ thought for a few seconds. "Coraline... Coraline... Have we done that one? And if not us, did Mom or Dad do that one?" he wondered.

"Excuse me?" Elyse asked, feeling confused.

"Um, I think he means for an adventure," Martin replied. "You know, in this crazy fanfic series?"

Jim and Tim looked twice as confused as Elyse just did.

"Ohh... Okay..." Elyse replied. "I don't think anyone has met her or gone to that other world with her to my knowledge."

"Alright then, good to know." LJ replied as he marked it down on the to-do list.

The twin boys shrugged at each other as they didn't know what that was all about. Eventually, Kim was seen dropping off from a window with her backpack as she landed swiftly on the ground.

"I guess someone's ready for school." Jenny remarked.

Kim nodded and headed up the road, with the group following behind.

Kim's necklace beeped, and Wade's image appeared. "Kim, the bus is on your street now!" he informed her, and in a blip, he was gone.

In the distance, Kim spotted the bus pulling up to the curb, and picked up the pace.

"Wait up, Kim!" Martin called out.

"Oh, hey," Kim smiled playfully. "I was wondering when you guys would show up?"

"Well, better late than never." LJ shrugged.

As they talked, a woman's baby carriage slipped out of her grip and started rolling down the sidewalk.

"Is this Townsville now?" Kimberly asked.

"Preferably before 2016." LJ muttered from that.

"Got it." Kim said as she took out her grappling hook hairdryer and shot it out at the baby carriage to pull it back to safety.

"Oh, my gosh!" A woman cried out who may have been the mother of the baby as she came to the carriage with her friend. "Thank you, Kim!"

"No problem!" Kim smiled as she ran off to catch up with the school bus.

The group followed behind.

"The doors are closing!" Wade told them. "10... 9... 8..."

The bus driver looked over and even though he saw them, he was about to close the doors on them.

"7... 6... 5... 4... 3..." Wade continued.

Kim took out her grappling hook again and hooked it onto the street lamp in front of her to swing herself into the bus. Luckily, she made it in and looked very proud of herself.

"Made it!" Kim cheered.

"Booyah!" Ron cheered back as he looked happy for her.

The other students on the bus didn't seem to care however.

"At least we made it," remarked LJ. "That's more than most people can say."

"Even if this crowd's not the most happy about it." Jenny scoffed at the other students who looked dead silent.

"Phew..." Wade sighed in relief for Kim as he took a drink of his soda as she made it to the bus in time with his help.

Kim smiled sheepishly at her classmates as she went to sit down so that they could get to school.

"So, you think your dad could let us meet Coraline?" LJ asked Elyse.

"I'll ask him and see what he says, but maybe." Elyse shrugged.

"Works for me," LJ replied as he sat down for the rest of the bus ride. "I mean, either way, I'm okay."

"He and Grunkle Drell says these things just happen ever since your mother was one of the Chosen Adventurers from over 20 years ago," Elyse said. "I'm sure it'll happen though. Crazier things have happened. I'm not sure how long I'm gonna stay though, it was supposed to be you, Kimberly, and Raul to go on this adventure. I just came over 'cuz I felt bored at home."

"And I guess that Martin and Jenny coming along was unexpected, too." LJ replied.

"Yeah, it shouldn't be too much of a problem though," Elyse said. "I'm just not sure if I'm qualified to save the day like Kim Possible or like you guys with your own superpowers and such. All I have is a training wand like Ambrose since we're both young witches."

"Hey... I'm sure you'll do your best," replied LJ. "I didn't know I even HAD powers for a long time, and somehow I survived!"

"I feel like it's a coming-of-age thing." Elyse shrugged as she read her graphic novel.

"Might as well be," LJ shrugged. "Didn't get mine until I was 8... Then they came back when I was 11."

"Hmm... Interesting to know." Elyse remarked.

LJ shrugged. "Frankly, I'm just glad they came at all."

"I'm happy for you." Elyse replied.

Martin and Jenny fell asleep on the way to the high school.

"Guess the trip around the world wore them out." Elyse commented.

"I can understand why," Raul replied. "They didn't get much shut-eye."

"Unless I should use an awakening spell to wake them up right away." Elyse smirked.

"Elyse, that almost sounds devious!" Raul replied.

"Who said I was always nice?" Elyse smirked playfully.

"...Well, ya never gave me any reason to think you weren't." Raul replied.

"I'm just kidding, dude," Elyse chuckled. "I thought I'd have a little bit of fun."

Raul rolled his eyes at that.

Eventually, the bus came to a stop to let the students off to get to school.

"Stoppable here at Middleton High." Ron began as he took out his phone to film himself with Kim.

"Ron, you are not live-streaming our first day of school." Kim told him.

"And we are live. This is Kim Possible, along with some new friends of ours," Ron continued anyway. "We're both a little cranky after saving the world last night."

"I'm so not cranky," Kim told him. "I feel great."

The crowd seemed to part like the Red Sea as someone stepped to the front.

"Why do I have a bad feeling?" Kimberly asked.

"I think I know why." Jenny said as she pointed out to someone who stepped out.

"Kim? Kim?" A girl with sunglasses spoke up before she beamed and chucked her backpack to a random student's arms before she gushed and hugged the redheaded girl. "Welcome to high school, my little freshman. Oh!"

"Hi, Bonnie," Kim said as she felt forced in the hug. "I missed you last year."

"Oh, well, I'm here now," Bonnie smirked as she came to bring Kim into the school. "And I want you to think of me as your sophomore big sister. An astonishingly popular big sister."

The gap soon closed as Bonnie led Kim, Ron and the others inside.

Ron made sure to get Bonnie in the shot before he continued. "That's Bonnie Rockwaller," he explained. "She and Kim have hated each other longer than they've been alive."

"Makes sense to me." Jenny replied.

"Who's he blabbering to?" Bonnie asked with a slight eye roll. "Besides everyone, constantly."

"Ron happens to be live-streaming to thousands of devoted fans." Kim replied.

"Okay, Mom. Gotta go," Ron said on his phone, though he seemed to have problems getting his mother back. "Mom? Mom?" he then shrugged off a bit. "Huh. Guess she signed off."

"And who are you?" Bonnie asked LJ, Raul, Martin, Jenny, Kimberly, and Elyse. "Some exchange students?"

"Yeah, you could say that." Elyse replied.

"Sure, works for me," LJ shrugged. "We'll be at Middleton High for a little while. Few days, really."

"Hmm... Interesting..." Bonnie smirked a bit as she walked off suddenly.

"Almost forgot, Bon-Bon," Kim soon spoke up. "When are cheerleading try-outs?"

"Cheer? You want to cheer at school?" Bonnie smirked. "Yeah, go hang out with the losers in Lowerton."

"Kim Possible not cheerleading?" The Mazinsky twins asked in surprise.

"Twisted." Raul agreed with his cousins.

"Here at Middleton High, we're about one thing," Bonnie continued at Kim. "This is a soccer school. Try-outs are after class, if you're feeling brave," she then blew her whistle to summon a soccer ball which Ron flinched from as Kim caught it in hrer hands. "You can't use your hands!" she then told the redheaded girl which made her drop the ball. "'K, thanks, bye." she then went off a bit merrily.

"Huh... I guess it kinda fits," LJ shrugged. "This is a different dimension, after all. So we're bound to see some obvious differences, as well as some not-so-obvious."

"That's true." Raul admitted as he scratched his head.

"K, thanks, hi." Wade mocked as he signaled Kim.

"Make it quick, Wade," Kim told him. "We gotta get to homeroom."

"Remind me to tell you something about that later," Wade replied he explained why he had called. "Anyway, I don't know if you've heard, but Shego sprang Drakken from the joint."

"What?" Kim's eyes widened.

"No big," Ron shrugged as he walked off before he yelped as he tripped over his shoelaces. "You've captured that dude more times than I've tripped over my own shoelace!"

Kim helped him from falling as she grabbed his backpack.

"Want me to run a suspicious activity sweep over all known lairs, Kim?" Wade offered.

"Please and thank you," Kim nodded before asking, "And, what did you want to tell us about homeroom?"

"Oh, yeah," Wade replied. "It's on the other side of the school."

"No, it's not," Kim remarked knowingly. "I did a VR walkthrough."

"No, they renumbered the classrooms over the summer." Wade corrected.

"What?" Kim's face paled.

"Uh-oh..." Kimberly said as the bell suddenly rang.

"We might be in major trouble..." LJ gulped as they ran off.

Meanwhile, in homeroom...

"In conclusion, it's best to abandon any hope of joy, and find meager satisfaction in monotony." A teacher's voice said from inside one classroom.

"Okay, that's either where we have to go or my mother somehow became a teacher." LJ told the others.

"I think your mother would be an interesting teacher." Kimberly replied.

They soon came in through the door to meet the class, but it had already started without them.

"Oh. You must be Possible and Stoppable along with the two Mazinskys, Rivera, Schwartz, Moltenscar, and... Ladozer?" The teacher greeted.

"Lodoza, sir." Kimberly corrected.

"Ah, right." The teacher replied.

"Who's this guy?" muttered Raul. "He looks kinda like Dr. Phil... Except not gray-haired."

"He must recognize us... From the news..." Ron wheezed.

"Nope! I recognize you from... This," The teacher held up a clipboard with the attendance sheet. "Cuz... You are LATE."

"We got a little turned around, Mr. Barkin." Kim smiled sheepishly.

The group looked a bit surprised and felt weirded out that this was Mr. Barkin as he looked very different from the one they knew from the original reality of Kim Possible.

"Nobody told us they renumbered the classrooms." Kim continued from that.

"Ah. I did that," Mr. Barkin replied. "Keeps you kids on your toes. On your tippity-tippities."

"That's... Not really fair." Jenny remarked.

"It takes me 90 minutes to prepare Lady Whiskerboots her low-carb, high-protein breakfast, but that doesn't stop me from being on time," Mr. Barkin told them as he brought out a framed picture of a fluffy white cat before he cooed to it and nuzzled. "Isn't that right, Lady Whiskerpuss? Yes, it is. Oh, yes it is. Purr, purr~..."

"...I'm still having some trouble believing that this guy is Barkin..." LJ blinked. "Not to mention this kinda creeps me out..."

"You're not the only one." Elyse had to agree.

"Ahem!" Kim cleared her voice loudly to make Mr. Barkin stop what he was doing.

"Anyway..." Mr. Barkin said as he stopped himself before looking firm towards the group at the door. "Seeing as it's your first day at school, I'm willing to show a little uncharacteristic mercy, but, I've got my eyes on both you troublemakers. One each."

"We're not troublemakers," Ron replied. "We're trouble stoppers. Haven't you ever seen us do good stuff on TV?"

"I don't think he cares about that." Elyse said to him.

"Of course he doesn't care, he's a teacher in a TV movie." LJ muttered.

Before Kim could respond, the bell rang and everyone began to pour out of the classroom. Some students shoved against the ones at the door as class seemed to suddenly end, but then again, it was homeroom. However, the group ended up on the floor which made Elyse's wand slip out of her backpack and she didn't seem to notice it yet.

"We gotta get to our first class." Kim said as they came to the hallway.

"Where is it?" Ron asked.

"Wade, where's the class?" Martin asked as Kim summoned the whiz kid.

"The other side of the school." Wade reported.

"Get me a blueprint of any and all vents, tunnels, and roof access points." Kim requested.

"Comin' at ya." Wade nodded as he did just that.

Kim waited and she took a hold of the plans, studying them before she got an idea of what to do and soon ran off with Ron and the others as she said, "Let's roll."

Elyse went to go with them, but she felt something was wrong.

"Come on, Elyse!" Raul called out.

Elyse looked to him and soon ran off after him and the others.

"Man... Is this day gonna put us through the wringer or WHAT?" asked LJ. "And we're barely into the adventure!"

"I am so sorry!" Elyse said.

"Ah, it's fine," LJ shrugged. "The challenge makes it 2x as cool." And he snapped his fingers, teleporting them to the next class. "And before you ask, I wasn't sure if we could still teleport."

"Gee, could've come in handy for when we missed homeroom." Ron mumbled.

"Once again, I wasn't sure," replied LJ. "It would've probably done to you what it did to Vincent Price in that old movie about the fly."

Ron looked like he didn't know who Vincent Price was.

"Oh! You can't tell me you don't know who Vincent Price is." LJ said.

"S-Sorry, I don't think I do," Ron replied. "Is he an old TV hero like The Fearless Ferret? I just love that show."

"...He's an actor from the 1950's," LJ replied. "He was in this movie where he got his head swapped with a fly, among other films."

"Ohh... Okay... Good call then." Ron replied.

LJ just sighed and raced to the next class.

"Hopefully classes will be better." Kimberly said to herself.

"Yeah, I hope so too," Elyse agreed. "I like a challenge in school compared to the last school I was enrolled in."

Kim ran outside, then took out her grappling gun, aimed it up at a windowsill, and fired it, being pulled up to the rooftop. She then ran to the next half of the roof.

Wade pulled up a diagram. "Kim, over there!" he exclaimed, sending a picture of a nearby air vent.

Kim nodded, then ran over and karate-kicked it open, sliding down the pipe and into the vent tunnels.

"Kim might be a little late though." Martin remarked.

"Yep." The others agreed with that.

Kim fell out from the vent in the middle of the floor as she then got up to come to the classroom and to her surprise, it was already filled up before she even got there. "WHAT?!"

Mr. Barkin looked over at her as the bell rang for class.

"How are you here?" Kim continued.

"Is your name Kim Possible because it's impossible for you to be on time?" Mr. Barkin asked her as he closed his textbook.

"...I will admit, that was pretty funny..." LJ noted.

Ron soon came in after Kim as he looked surprised. "Mr. Barkin?"

"Yeah, that's me," Mr. Barkin replied sharply. "I'm subbing for Mrs. Bailey, she's off on eternity leave."

"You mean 'maternity'?" Kim asked.

"No. I mean she's gone, and she ain't comin' back," Mr. Barkin corrected as he sharply pointed at two empty desks. "Now. Sit."

Kim sighed as she and Ron took their seats. Today was definitely not going as she had planned. Elyse stared out the window she sat by for a while as Mr. Barkin began to teach class. She felt like something was missing though. LJ once again took out his notebook and began drawing to kill time.

Some time had passed as Kim seemed to have a rough time in high school so far. "I can't figure it out," The redheaded girl sulked a bit as they walked down in the hallways. "What is high school's deal?"

"You're a freshman, it's expected." Jenny replied.

"Gotta say, KP," remarked Ron, walking with them. "On my 15 years on this planet, this has been the best first day of school I've ever had."

The others glanced at him strangely from that as today seemed to be the worst ever for any of them.

"Remember 6th grade?" Ron asked Kim.

"Today beats losing your pants at the welcome assembly, I'll give you that." Kim admitted.

"That's the spirit," Ron smiled. "And besides, so today was a hot dumpster fire. So what?" he then told her. "The Kim I know doesn't go down without a fight. You got this."

"Well, that's actually helpful." Kimberly smiled from Ron's help to cheer up his best friend.

"You know what?" asked Kim. "You're right. I wasn't planning on trying out for soccer, but how great would it be to wipe that smug look off Bonnie's face?!"

"I sure would like to see that." Elyse smirked a bit.

Ron gave Kim a supportive smile.

"Come on!" Kim beamed as they ran off.

Soon, they came out to the field of the school to meet up for the soccer try-outs.
