"The journey is hard...to meet them", Aphrodite warned

"Better to get started sooner that later" Percy thought

"May I dare to say that let the gods be with you" Hestia said

"I know you both will" Percy said rubbing his hands together

"Great", Percy thought "Now to find this 'new friends' of mine". According to Aphrodite the voyage will really long and hard which as a matter of fact is so not fun. He had to cross half the ocean and land on an island in the middle of nowhere just so he can climb a cliff and fall off...

Well partly, because he also had to tame a dragon of some sort to be his companion, to this world that could only be entered with a dragon, and then fall off. Just a recipe for disaster if you ask him. First he had disguised himself. Time to use the blessings he thought. He fitted himself with black clothes to his neck as apparently the blessings had given him tattoos of the symbols of Hestia and Aphrodite on the neck. He also willed his eyes to be blood red. Great! Now he was a vampire.

Next the herculean size task of building a boat but then he thought maybe a little help would be nice. He called rainbow the hippocampus to take him to his destination. After a few question about Tyson and personal nags here and there, they were off in what felt like years to reach that island...only to realize its barely been half a day since he left his home...no ex-home if that makes sense.

Now find a non-existent dragon and make him his pal 'CHECK' but before that food...something blue preferably.

He decided to take a stroll and find some fruits to eat as he considered that they were his safest bet.

"Hmm", he thought "That does seem like an apple tree...Either that or its just giant peaches"

As he approached the tree, he could not believe his eyes as what seemed like a blue animal of some sort - a ice blue dragon maybe?

"If that is a blue dragon then its even better that blue pizza", was Percy's first thoughts. A closer look hinted to that fact that dragons exist and not only that but a blue dragon on that matter.

"Until now I had a feeling that this new friends was a whole load of Minotaur dung" Percy thought...or at least he thought he hadn't spoken it out load. The voice made the beast stir and find Percy in front of it. It made a low guttural voice and lunged at Percy only to fall back due to her foot injury which Percy considered his luck and ran the other way. The foot was bleeding profusely which Percy would later realize to be a blessing.

Sure it wasn't the best personality statement but it all happened so fast that Percy could not process what he was seeing. Then an idea began to form in his head. Dragon injured - he needs dragon - dragon blue. What if he just...

1 week later

Percy had been following the dragon which he named 'Luna' and don't even start on that name because that is the BEST he could think at the time. The dragon was limping due to a foot injury in her right leg. The best time for approach was when she was near the lake. As Percy was strong near water, it made sense to have the advantage. Percy always had his guard up for Hestia-knows-what creature might crouch behind but turns out that Luna is the most dangerous there is. That meant she has no fear and wouldn't look back...also it meant he had one try or he was dragon chow.

He planned to jump on her from a tree and wrestle her but further thought pointed on it not helping him win her trust. So he decided to just help her...Simple as that (In theory of course).

He slowly approached her, careful not to make any noise and still managed to catch her attention. Luna growled and eyed him suspiciously while Percy frantically made efforts to symbol his help fix her foot but failed miserably. Luna lunged at him which Percy barely saved himself by rolling to the left. She pounced again but Percy was faster. His demigod reflexes were not disappointing him. This game of tag went on for a while. Percy knew that he was one lucky swipe away in this deadly deadly game. Fortunately or unfortunately, both of them heard the bushes move. Luna stopped attacking and readjusted her priority to defend herself for the horde of wild boars that just emerged.

"They smell the dragon blood, huh?" Percy assumed. Luna was outnumbered 1 to 40.

Now, Percy wasn't going to let them just attack an innocent dragon even if the dragon in question was just a while ago trying to kill him. He felt his sword 'riptide' in his pocket and his fighting instincts kicked in and he began slashing at the boars. Eventually he was getting worn out and Luna figured helping Percy was the best course of action. They both teamed up and were an absolute mayhem-working like well oiled killing machines. They had won in no time. Percy then approached Luna, motioning towards her leg and used his water powers to heal her paw. The moment he touched the dragon he felt a tingle sensation - some what like a burn mark that grew into intense pain by the second. He curled up into a ball due to pain. The sensation stopped and it was like nothing happened. He looked into the dragon's eyes and muttered,

"Very funny", to which the dragon nodded much to Percy's surprise.

A Few Hours Later

"Well buddy its you and me. What do you say about this cliff jump?", Percy questioned.

The dragon took a look at the fall and just stared at Percy as if to say 'You serious?'

Percy took this as a yes and climbed on her back. He held tight and got ready for the fall, which never came as the dragon had other plans. She spread her wings and took off effortlessly, soaring high in the sky. The adrenaline rush hit him hard but in a good way. The feeling was like riding a Pegasus but faster-strike that way faster.

They had been flying for almost 3 hours due west till they reached the middle of the ocean. Percy's nautical senses confirmed their destination. There seemed to be a stretch of land in the distance. After a few short minutes, they had landed. The whole place looked like a Viking village. It was as if all they owned was metal. He found a small group of kids playing to whom he asked one question,

"Do you know where I can find Hiccup Haddock?"

The kids told him at the training arena. He had left his dragon to hide as he did not trust the reaction of these people to a dragon. He question a few more people for directions after which he found the arena. There were a couple of boys there and a girl but he barely registered them as he was too busy gaping at the arena.

"Which one of you is Hiccup Haddock?" Percy asked aloud.

To which a platinum blond girl answered,

"Duel me to find out"
