SEVEN SHOT
(Geo)

Lumine and Paimon were travelling together as usual. Slicing up hilchurls, beating up slimes, and destroying whopperflowers. It's been a daily grind for them as they go back and forth from Mondstat and Liyue constantly for their travels as the pathway to Inazuma haven't been opened yet.
Paimon sighs. "We're out of Mora again today…"
Lumine sighs. It's always been like this. Gathering materials, forging them in the forge, crafting with alchemy, cooking food. All of them seemed to cost Mora one way or the other.
It left them broke.
They did all their bounties, requests, ley lines, flowers, yet they still seemed to run out of Mora all too quickly. Their artifacts and weapons just drained them dry as they use them.
"Is this how Mona feels…" Lumine mutters to herself.
Out of nowhere, they hear screaming.
"Look out, look out, look out!"
Lumine side steps in reflex as the screaming person crashes right into Paimon and both of them roll all over the ground for a good ten meters.
Not even feeling guilty, she walks straight up to Paimon and picks her up by pinching her halo. "You ok?"
"WHY WOULD I BE OKAY?" She screams at Lumine.
"That's my damn line!" The voice states as the dust clears.
They turn to see the figure and notice someone. She had twin tails exactly like Mona, black hair like Mona, but she seemed way older than her.
Unlike Mona, whose face was a little rounder, hers was sharper. Blue eyes were replaced by ruby red, the color blue replaced by white and gold.
She looked exactly like a copy-cat Mona. Except way lewder as she had less clothes on.
Paimon floats up directly to the face of the woman. "Who are you to crash into me!?"
Paimon gets flicked in the forehead as the woman glares at her. "You have no clue who I am? I'm the Goddess of victory and beauty!"
Lumine and Paimon stare at her thinking that she's mad. "You're one of the Seven?"
Ishtar smirks, chuckles, then full-blown howls of mocking laughter as she points at them. "Those idiots? They're just people with a long lifespan and a battery plugged to Celestia."
Lumine's eyes widen. "You know about…"
"That's right. I know about gnosis's and the identities of the Seven. Still wouldn't go so far as to call them divine." She chuckles as she floats, her bow seemingly floating beneath her. "My name is Ishtar. Now, apologize for getting in my way."
Lumine sweatdrops before bowing. "I apologize that Paimon wasn't a good enough cushion for you to land on."
Paimone glares at Lumine. "Hey! That's just mean!"
Ishtar raises her eyebrow before sighing. "That'll have to do." She then widens her eyes in remembrance. "Ah. Yeah. That's right. Have you seen a blacksmith nearby? Red haired, golden eyes, talks like an old man?"
Paimon floats. "You mean Muramasa?"
Ishtar nods.
"If I can recall, he was on his way back to Inazuma. He should be in Liyue harbor near the boats…" Lumine mutters.
Ishtar fistbumps the air. "Yes! I can make it in time. Well then, bye bye!"
With sudden speed, she bursts in the air and leaves them all in dust. Forcing Lumine to cover her eyes and for Paimon to be blasted away.
"Well, one of the Seven or not, she certainly has the power to back it up…"
Her mind flashes back to the hips of Ishtar. She recalls seeing a yellow gem….
"Geo huh… Why would Zhongli give her a Vision?" She mutters, walking away while Paimon tries to come up with an extremely long name for Ishtar.
.
.
.
"Windblade!" Lumine holds a vortex of Anemo energy in her hands and blasts away the Citin Mage that is right in front of her.
Paimon floats, "Behind you!"
Lumine's color changes as she raises her hand, summoning the power of Geo. "Starfall!" A huge boulder made of pure Geo slams itself onto the ground, manipulating the earth to form some kind of shell around the glowing geo gem.
It forces the Citin to fly back and keep their distance. The mage chuckles and raises her lantern once more to summon more of them.
"Like I'd let you!" Lumine jumps and slices her sword down on the mage, forcing her to retreat and drops some insignias.
Paimon smiles as she flies by Lumine. "Well then, that's enough for today. You think that Rosaria would like these?"
Lumine chuckles. "Definitely."
She stands up to walk only to see Muramasa with a sulking Ishtar walking towards them, with Senji chuckling and Ishtar… crying?
"Oh! It's Senji!"
Paimon floats towards them while Muramasa bows. "Sorry about this you two, but could I ask for a favor? I'll give you a reward for doing so- "
"What's the reward?" Lumine asks with Mora covering her eyes for some reason.
Senji chuckles. "Actually, a new weapon. Maybe you might not be able to use it, but I heard that some of your friends use claymores and spears. I could make one for each kind, but currently I got no materials."
He points over to Ishtar. "This lassy over here wanted me to work on gems, but I don't got and Cor Lapis. If you could find about fifty for me, I could make this lady her gems and you a fancy new weapon. What do you say?"
Lumine nods while Paimon sweat drops. "Ever since she's gotten that weapon from Senji, she seems like she's gone mad with power…"
It was true. Every time she used the weapon, she could not help but feel joy and glee. It felt refreshing and fun to use.
"Well, I know an area where we can find some of the ores. But you two will have to accompany me for that." Ishtar says while pointing at them. She smiles so innocently, almost angelically to the unsuspecting victim.
Muramasa smacks her head with a hammer. "Quit doing that. I can tell you're planning something mischievous. Just help them out."
"That hurts old man!" She yells at him.
All Paimon and Lumine could do was chuckle awkwardly as Senji walks his way while leaving Ishtar behind.
Ishtar sulks before she coughs and regains her composure. "Well then, follow me. I know the place." With that she flies off.
"H-hey! We can't all fly!"
Ishtar looks behind and floats down. "Eh? But aren't you?"
"I'm floating not flying!"
"As if you're making that look different!" Ishtar yells at Paimon. Lumine could only chuckle before a full- blown argument between the two happen.
She coughs into her hand and get's the attention of Ishtar. "So, where is this place that you mentioned? I'll meet you there."
Ishtar looks over her head. "Finally, someone with some respect towards me… It's by Mount Aozang. Should be a great amount right over there."
"Got it!" With that Lumine vanished.
"Eh?"
What.
Shaking her head, Ishtar flew towards the Mountain herself. As a Goddess, it shouldn't take long. She could break the sound barrier and appear there in a matter of moments.
And…
What.
Lumine smiles and waves at Ishtar who floats down. "Made it!"
"Ok, I'm sorry, what."
"Where's the Cor Lapis? Senji needs it soon, right?" Lumine asks nonchantly, pretending that nothing special happened.
Ishtar raises her hand before dropping it. "It's somewhere down here, follow me."
They follow her. Along the way there were some hilichurls but they did not pose too large a threat.
They found a small opening, signifying that this is the cavern that they had to go into. It reminded Lumine of the small one where she reunited with Aether. It was dark, gloomy, and the atmosphere felt suffocating and toxic.
"You sure it's here? This place is getting kinda creepy." Paimon asks while shivering.
Ishtar looks at them confused before her eyes widen in realization. "Oh. You don't see it then."
She snaps her fingers as the entire cavern lights up with a golden orange hue. Lumine and Paimon's eyes widen as they see a vast arrangement of Cor Lapis that can be mined for personal reasons.
But they had an agreement with Senji, so they had to use all of this up for him.
Ishtar yawns and lies back on her floating ship. "Well then, get to work. I've done my share."
Paimon turns angrily. "Hey! You should help out too!"
Ishtar waves her hand. "I found the place and brought all the Cor Lapis to surface. You two just teleported and tallied along with me. In my eyes, I've done more than I should have. It's time the both of you did something."
Paimon wants to argue but Lumine holds her back. This was because she didn't want to be in a bad favor with Senji and Ishtar and because it was partially true. They had to do their part since Senji would be rewarding Ishtar her gems and Lumine her brand new weapon.
She turns to the mountains of Cor Lapis with her sword. The colors of her clothes change from a light green to a powerful yellow.
"Time to mine." She lifts her hand and with the power of Geo, slams it across the floor, leaving a large dent among all Cor Lapis. She then picks her sword and begins hacking away.
.
.
.
"That… took… a long time." Lumine pants as she wipes the sweat of her body.
She wipes the sweat off her own body as she hauls in a bag of Cor Lapis. Ishtar smiling while floating in the air.
"Good job! Now we can definitely get my gems!" She fist-bumps the air excited for her own reward.
"Not so fast missy."
Lumine looks behind Ishtar and sees a crowd of Treasure Hunters. Each of them armed and ready to take their rightful earnings.
The one wearing a purple mask sounded smug. "We'll be taking that off your hands. That'll earn us a pretty big fortune." Some of the lackeys were seen drooling and imagining on the spot how much they could possibly earn.
Ishtar's head earns a great big tick. "Oh, so you're threatening to steal the treasure of a Goddess? That's quite ballsy of you."
The treasure hunter looks at her then howls with laughter. "You? A Goddess? The Seven haven't descended from their high thrones ages ago if they even existed. If anything, I'd say that you've got a screw loose."
"That's three."
"Huh?"
Ishtar's eyes went from crimson red to pure gold. "Three times you've offended me. One was when you openly admitted to having the desire to take my treasures. The second was lacking any form of faith in me." Manna suddenly had a bolt of light attached to it like an arrow ready to fire.
She points her finger in an L-shaped position and aims at the crowd of thieves. "The third was when you openly mocked me. I won't take these insults idly."
Some of the thieves recognized the danger they were in and only held up their arms in defense. Some didn't and just chuckled, preparing for battle.
Lumine steps back with Paimon. They didn't want to get caught in this mess.
"Eat this!" She fired her arrow, signaling the start of this battle.
It struck the earth, causing a massive gash on the floor like an open wound. The impact sending a few flying and in shock. The others barely affected by it thanks to their distance from the arrow. Ishtar smirks and lands on the floor gracefully.
"You bitch! Take this!" One of them rushed forward with a shovel.
She immediately spins and kicks him in the face, causing the cracking of his nose, displacing it. It sends him flying back for a good few meters before landing on some of his friends.
One of them lights his bottle with Electro energy. "You…!" He throws it at her.
She chuckles and dodges out of the way and throws… a gem?
"Got you."
The gem grew in size, trapping the poor soul inside it. She points her fingers in that same position and fires off dozens of spells inside. The gem prison dissipates, leaving a poor knocked out Treasure Hunter as he took shots from all sides.
"We got you surrounded lady! Give up!"
She turns her head to see all the remaining Treasure Hunters gather up and surround her. Even though she knocked out quite a number, there were sill a hefty amount of them there. It would be troublesome to deal with all of them individually.
"Lumine."
The traveler looks at Ishtar. Her eyes filled with curiosity.
"Keep this in your memory. Proof that I myself am a Goddess."
Ishtar snaps her fingers and a portal from the sky opens. The vast emptiness of space threatening to suck all of them in.
She smirks. "Gate open."
Suddenly a planet the color orange comes through the portal, seemingly shrinking in size each time to form an arrow for her large bow. The power crackles through the room and the wind shudders with the immense power from her next strike.
"Shoot them down! An Gal Ta Ki Gal Se!"
She shoots it off, the floor breaking, causing the ceiling to crumble and fall on top of them. The floor rumbling with light as it breaks beneath them, causing great waves of power and the floor erupts. Making large bursts of lava come right out of the floor.
Lumine makes a run for it with the Lapis while Paimon tries to avoid the oncoming debris. Dodging falling stalactites and rubble as they make it outside panting to see…
"Yo! Sorry you had to deal with these idiots. Seems like they've been following you so I took care of them." Senji says as he slams a hammer onto the head of another Treasure Hunter. There were a dozen bodies outside knocked uncouncsious.
Paimon glares at him. "Why do you always come out at the worst possible time?!"
Senji could only chuckle. "Sorry about that."
With the speed of a divine being, something burst out of the mountain and went right in front of the group.
"Hey! So, you can make my gems now, right?!" Ishtar says with glowing eyes of glee.
Senji chuckles nervously as he signals Paimon and Lumine to toss them the bag of Cor Lapis.
"I'll get it done."
Meanwhile, watching them from the top of the mountains, a purple haired girl observes them. She has a blue ribbon that is tied to her hair.
"That Don Juan doing his thing again…"

"I want to travel with Gramps…" Lumine sighs as she fiddles with her sword. She had this sudden attachment to the swordsmith. He seemed pretty powerful.
Paimon floats besides Lumine. "Well, if you want, you could always wish him to appear."
"You mean gacha?" Lumine asks.
"Well yeah, it seems that there's a chance that we- "
"GACHA!" Lumie screams with crazed eyes, her pupils replaced by both Intertwined Fates and Acquaint Fates. She jumps up and down like mad, rolling on the floor in a circular motion and does a crazed dance. Almost as though she were sacrificing something for a ritual. "GACHA! GACHA! GACHA'S HERE! TEN SHOT AND ONE SHOT GACHA! GACHA!"
Paimon sweat drops. "Ummm. Lumine? What's going- "
Suddenly Lumine stops, runs away and reappears with a pair of shades.
"Those don't even exist here." Paimon mutters. What… what was happening to her? Did Lumine just snap and go insane?
Suddenly a jazzy saxophone plays tunes and Lumine starts tapping her feet. She sways her arms around in a forward motion and pulls them back and then suddenly starts dancing to the music. Stepping, moving her arms, it's almost as though she was prepared for this moment.
Tu tu tu tu. Tu tu tu, Tu tu tu. Tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tuuuuu.
Paimon can only stare. "Wha… what?"
Suddenly shooting stars appear, raining down blue motes of light as swords appear. Paimon runs around covering her head in fear. "Lumine! What the heck is going on!"
Suddenly, a golden shower appears and the blacksmith crashes into the ground. He does not appear injured but appears traumatized. He looks at Lumine and his face pales even more than thought possible.
He shudders and looks at Paimon. "Paimon… did you mention gacha at all?" The fear in his eyes evident.
Paimon shrugs and nods her head.
"Oh no. She won't stop now. If she's anything like… her… then we're doomed until she's satisfied." He runs away, hoping that he wouldn't get caught.
A memory flashes in his mind. His trauma resurfacing.
A young orange haired girl with golden eyes slowly deforming itself into a small goblin. Her eyes sometimes glitching out with quartz and a lust for eggplants. She becomes a Beast of Mankind capable of putting the others to shame. If the same thing happens with Lumine… it would be the end of Teyvat.
"GRAMPS CAME! GACHA!" Lumine had eyes that sparkled with gold as he caught him.
"Agh! No! Let me go for the love of God! Please!"
"GACHA!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

HOW THE FUCK CAN THE TRAVELLER USE BOTH ELEMENTS IN CUTSCENES? HMMMMMM. PRETTY FUCKING SUS TO ME.
For the record, it's in the Taraglia vs Traveler fight.
Also, for saying that using Ishtar's NP and saying it's overkill, Zhongli practically does the same. How is nobody dead?
In the end it's just a game in a fictional world.
Hope you enjoyed this chapter! If not, then thank you for your time.
