Chapter 2
When Noah comes back into the living room holding Liza, he wheels himself to Kurt and says, "Kurt, when I was overseas I was raped and I only wrote Blaine to tell him. Because I remembered that Dave told me that he told him that's how he became gay. I didn't fall for you until after I got back from being overseas. The day he saved me from getting hit by that truck he caught me staring at you and I told him I didn't want to come in between you two. I still can't believe that he saved me and I know you heard what I told Liza."
Suddenly Noah feels Kurt's lips on his before Kurt wrapped his arms and legs around him. When they broke from the kiss Kurt says, "Noah, Let's see where this goes first and then we can make decisions like that. I mean you just came out. Don't you think that you're rushing things a little here?" Soon Liza is crying as she slaps Kurt and he can see that Noah is tearing up a little before Noah pushes Kurt off of him and says, "Whatever, Kurt, I pour my heart out and all you can do is stomp on it! You didn't mind rushing things with Blaine! What the hell makes me any fucking different here?"
Soon Noah is turning his wheelchair around to go back to Liza's room. When Kurt says, "I lied, Finn wasn't my first crush! It was you! I thought you looked hot back in high school! Okay? But you used to be such a jerk in high school. That I never let myself fall in love with you! Hell, Noah, did you know how many times I would read too much into you calling me your boy? Or that you naming your daughter Beth was like a knife in my heart! You might have thought you were naming her after a Kiss song, But I felt like when you named her that was you telling Quinn you loved me back then! Noah, you have always reminded me of dad and I don't want to fucking screw this up! I am afraid that I will lose you too! Okay?!"
Then Noah looks at Tina and Burt before handing Liza to Burt and turns back around. As he says, "Can you two give us some time alone here?" Tina and Burt just nod as Noah helps Kurt up before saying, "First off, I did name Beth after a Kiss song and until your wedding. I swear, I had no clue that Elizabeth was your middle name. I knew that was your mom's name, but I didn't know you had your middle name changed to that! Plus, Beth is Shelby's daughter now and she could have changed it if she wanted to." Then Noah put his forehead against Kurt's before saying, "I tried taking my time with Quinn and that didn't work out. So, you can't blame a guy for trying, Princess."
The two men soon hear Liza coo happily before Burt and Tina come back into the room. Then Tina says, "I'm going to stay with Dave since he is Artie's aid and he can help me get Artie's head on straight." Before the men can say anything Tina is already gone and Burt says, "Today has been a crazy one and I need a nap after that." This makes Noah say, "Same here, Burt." As he looks at Kurt and wiggles his eyebrows. Which makes Burt say, "Yeah right, Puckerman. Just try to keep it down. Okay?"
Soon Kurt and Noah are laying down with Liza because she wouldn't let Noah leave her alone. As Noah and Kurt watch her sleep, Noah brushes Kurt's bangs out of his face before saying, "Princess, I hate that it took Blaine dying for us to get together, but I am going to do whatever it takes to show you. I am in this for the long haul and I know this is fast here. But come on, Kurt! Even Liza wants us to be together here! Besides, don't you think I would be just as intimidating as Burt was when Liza starts to date?" Soon they hear Burt chuckle before Kurt says, "Lord, you are like dad! And if you leave your shotgun to Noah! I will never speak to you again dad!" Then Burt says, "Puck, has a gun closet full of weapons, son and if I am living with you two when Liza is a teenager. The boys won't have a chance with her! Haha!"
This made Kurt put his pillow over his face and say, "This is not happening!" Over and over before Noah says, "Kurt, can't wait, Burt. " Which made Burt chuckle before saying, "God, Puckerman, I bet Liza will be saying the same thing Kurt is right now, when she is thirteen watching us interrogate her dates." This makes Noah ask, "How much?" Before Kurt says with a pillow still over his face, "Ugh, make it stop! God, I love you, Noah. But you two are not going to team up and embarrasse Liza!" Which makes Noah say, "Will see, Princess, Will see." Which made Burt chuckle.
