A shattering sound was heard echoing through a volcano and out came a spirit of a child no more than a few hours old.

This was the spirit of Naruto Otsutsuki.

Who was just freed from the seal which held him captive for thousands of years. During this time naruto's body decayed and all that was left was the spirit embodiment.

Naruto's spirit created a vessel in Kushina Uzumaki.

Screaming was heard through a cave.

The screams were of Kushina Uzumaki as she was giving child birth to three children

A boy with blonde hair blue eye named menma

A girl with red hair and blue eyes named mito

And finally a boy with black hair and pitch black eye

Everyone was confuse about the fact that the oldest child had black hair and black eye but they thought it could be a genetic mutation.

A masked appears and grabs menma and say

"Fourth Hokage give me the nine tail jinchuriki or I shall kill the boy"

"Calm down" minato says

The masked man replies by saying "I am perfectly

calm"

The fight goes cannon

During the sealing

Minato Move says Hiruzen sarutobi

As a massive claw struck were Minato was standing

Hiruzen Sarutobi yelled "reaper death seal"

As he sealed half of the kyuubi in Menma

And the other half in Mito

This choice was made due to the fact that naruto didn't have enough chakra to hold the beast

As his chakra was lost during the many centuries he was sealed in.

TIME SKIP 6 YEARS

In this time naruto was beaten tortured and neglected by his so called family.

For not having enough chakra to keep the fox in him and forcing his siblings(the children of prophecy) to taint their chakra to hold the the fox.

On one evening the entire family was training and all of them wanted to release their anger so they decided to poison naruto's food and torture him until they felt like it.

They did just that but the only thing they could account for is that due to the pain naruto's body shut down and went to comatose state because it couldn't handle the pins in his hands, the kunai in his left lung, the whipping on his back or the fact was after they had their fun they threw him out and let villager who were passing by to pelt him with pebbles, knives or an acid bottle. Or the occasional being set on fire or the uchiha genjustu or the Sannin's Rasengan or super strengthened punch

This pain was usual as this happened almost on a weekly basis.

But the fact was that his body couldn't handle it
