Chapter 2

With the team still inside, Steven quickly loaded the unconscious blond into the rear trunk next to Amy. He swiftly closed the trunk and sped off of the property. He hummed to himself, proud of his new possessions. Once he was a few miles away, he turned into an abandoned parking lot, grabbed his duffle bag and opened the trunk. Both JJ and Amy were starting to gain consciousness again.. Steven grabbed 2 needles and quickly plunged them into both of his captives before they could even try to put up a fight. They both fell unconscious after only 30 seconds.

Back with the team...

Damn it! Damn it! Damn it! Screamed Morgan.

"God she was the description he wanted. I should have gone with her. This is all my fault!"

He was now in tears as he punched his hand through the drywall.

Hotch was in shock. How could he have gotten JJ? How did they allow him to escape? Hotch quickly realized how dire the situation was. He and the rest of the team knew what this man is capable of.

Hotch knew that JJ could handle herself but worried about the younger, more innocent captive.

Hotch regrouped and pulled the team in together to figure out the next steps of the case.

"Ok, let's retrace our steps, keep the contact with the high school in case he decides to sho—"

HOTCH…don't you understand...he knows we are onto him and he has a girl and a FBl agent with him" we need to do something!!!! Morgan was enraged, running out of the house like a lunatic as he stumbled down the stairs, he dialed Penelope's number.

"Hello my choco—"

"She's gone, she's gone...it's all my fault" sobbed Morgan.

Eh-what-whose gone...Morgan?!

"JJ, I-I told her to go around b-back and now she's gone and there's blood a-and it's all my fault."

Morgan was hysterical now. He didn't realize how much he cared for his team members, they were his family and he loved JJ like a sister so when she was taken, he responded as a brotherly figure would.

Garcia calmed her voice and reassured Morgan that they would be able to find her.

With JJ

JJ slowly became conscious as she tried to remember and comprehend what had happened. Slowly everything came flooding back...the shovel...Derek giving her directions. She opened her eyes to complete darkness and the disappointing feeling that she was in the trunk of a moving car.

"Why was it so dark?"

JJ asked herself as she slowly became aware of the rough cloth wrapped around her eyes and the sturdy duct tape that secured her mouth and kept her arms and ankles together. She then felt the vehicle take a sharp left as she began to tumble towards the left side of the car. She collided with something large and from it, emerged a moan.

JJ's heart dropped as she realized she had hit Amy. JJ heard Amy begin to hyperventilate, as she became aware of her situation. JJ tried to console her as best as she could. It didn't provide any consolation because they understood the severity of the situation they had found themselves in.

Back at the station

The team had quickly left the house and were now regrouping at the police station to debate their next steps.

"Ok so we understand this group's MO."

Hotch added, "Kidnap young women, keep them chained up, physically and sexually assault them and once they get tired of them, he kills them"

The team became silent thinking about poor JJ and Amy.

"Ok so all the other victims were dumped about 2 weeks after they were abducted. He held on to them, keeping their 'prize' for two weeks."

Questioned Hotch.

"Ok even so why would he want 2 victims at once; that's a lot of risk right there? He's kept it at 1 girl per two weeks to all of a sudden kidnapping a federal agent and a low risk high school student in the first day. I mean come on, that's a little bold... even for this guy."

Interrupted Prentiss.

Obviously we know he has a type. All these women were blond hair, pale skin with blue eyes. We aren't sure what his motive is outside of that he feels women should not be in power, but we believe that there is a deeper meaning to this."

Rossi explained.

As Rossi finished his observation, Morgan walked towards them coming back from a long drive to try and cool off. He was still furious, feeling that JJ's kidnapping and Amy's continuous capture was his fault as he should have gone with her to secure the back of the house.

"So what have we got?" Morgan questioned.

Emily responded, "Well we think his timeline means something and I think there is something deeper to these abductions that we previously thought."

Morgan stared at her and whispered, "we better find them."
