Previously
After reentering the forest I was originally in I decided to wander around a bit so as to get the lay of the land when I stumbled across a clearing with makeshift tents and huts with little green creatures walking around before noticing me and calling for the chief. When the chief walked out of his tent only one thought went through my head 'Rigurd!'
—————————————————————————————————————
Now
"Greetings mighty Ogre what can we do for you?" The elder who if I was correct was Rigurd asked. As I go to answer a thought hits me that maybe I can steal everything from Rimuru but first 'Gamer's Sight'.

'Wow, I could have beat him even before I died' I thought. I put a smirk on and answered his question "Indeed I have decided to give you and your tribe the honor of serving me. How large is your tribe?" I asked as I strolled by him and into the village proper. He quickly got over his hock and followed after me "about 100 my lady" he said clearly deciding not to argue about me taking over.
I nodded before stopping in the middle and turning my head to him and saying "gather them all and bring them here so I can begin my plans properly" before turning my attention back to examining the village and could instantly tell thanks to my Construction skill that these structures were shabby at best and quickly began thinking of how to replace them as the elder nodded before quickly moving off to do as I said.
Once they were gathered started speaking "alright hunters come stand to my right and Warriors stand to my left" after they had followed my orders giving me a group of 9 and 17 respectively as the rest were gatherers and builder I turned to the hunters before pulling out the bows and arrows I got off the skeletons and handed them the them and instructed them to use them.
Then I turned to the Warriors and handed out handed out the swords, spears, and armor leaving 2 without weapons and stated that I would be training them to use them tomorrow before turning to the remaining goblins and had them split into smaller groups which I stated would be learning various skills from me like Construction & Forging.
I started on the builders first as it would be the most immediately useful and discovered a nice bonus.
[Construction Leveled Up]
Apparently teaching skills helped level them up so I was definitely going to continue my teaching sessions and decided to spend my Stat Points to buy some more skills.
[Skill Bought: Bow Mastery]
[Bow Mastery (Passive/1): 1% effectiveness with a bow. 1% damage when using a bow]
[Skill Bought: Spear Mastery]
[Spear Mastery (Passive/1): 1% effectiveness with a spear. 1% damage when using a spear]
[Skill Bought: Shield Mastery]
[Shield Mastery (Passive/1): 1% effectiveness with a shield. 1% damage negation when using a shield to block]
Now I can actually teach them to use them. I walked around and taught the utility groups how to use the skill I was teaching that specific group which took up the rest of the day but considering some structures were already being replaced or improved I'd say it was worth it.
[Forging has Leveled Up]
[Weaving has Leveled Up]
[Leather Working has Leveled Up]
[Wood Working has Leveled Up]
[Alchemy has Leveled Up]
'Definitely worth it' I thought as I sat around the fire eating the stew that the cooks made.
—————————————————————————————————————
And so the rest of the week continued with me alternating between teaching the combat groups and the utility groups while also organizing the village and its defenses starting with putting a wall around it. After finishing up for the day I decided to go back to the Nehekharan Rift for some more training.

After making sure my equipment was repaired and polished I told the Elder I'd be back in a few hours as I was going to do some personal training. Since through the rift I decided to experiment with my magic a bit. I decided to see if I could make weapons out of flames as well as give myself some ranged options and try out other elements.
[Skill Unlocked: Flame Weapons]
[Flame Weapons (Active/1): create a weapon made of flames dealing (StrMag)/2 10 Fire damage per skill level. 1 MP/second to maintain and 10 MP per successful hit or block]
[Skill Unlocked: Fireball]

[Imbue Flames, Flame Aura, Flame Weapons, and Fireball have merged to form the Skill Flame Control]

[Skill Unlocked: Ice Control]

"Alright that's not bad at all and apparently skills can merge into more advanced skills" I say as I begin walking towards the ruins once more. As I neared I heard the tell tail rattling of bones and saw that apparently they'd increased the size of patrols as rather then 5 skeletons there were now 10. Two of them had bows, four had spears, and the remaining four had swords.
I wreathed my swords & myself in flames as I drew them before launching a lightning bolt at one of the archers before charging to close the distance.
—————————————————————————————————————
After defeating that and 2 additional patrols as well as the enlarged welcoming committee I decided to move further into the city ruins.

'Hm...maybe I can use magic to speed up the process of my stats increasing' I thought before focusing on my current situation standing outside of what I believe was a storehouse. Once I went in I saw that while a lot of the stock was ruined by age there were definitely some that were still usable mainly raw materials which I stuffed into my inventory.
When I left I found that there were 3 skeletons that looked different then usual. 'Gamer's Sight'.

'So these ones are more powerful than the normal ones' I thought as I pulled out my swords and ignited them and myself followed by them minus the fire. "Let's hope you can actually give me a challenge unlike those other weaklings" I said as I lunged toward the middle veteran.
I jumped so as to dodge the swings from the ones on my side and severed the arms of the one in front before shifting my attention to the one on the left as the middle one wasn't much of a threat without its arms but without that initial surprise the skill of the remaining two balanced out my statistical advantage.
In order to break the stalemate I used Flame Control to create an explosion of flames centered on myself to throw them off balance and give me the chance to beat them.

"Alright onward to more adventures" I say as I set off further into the ruined city looking for more loot to take back and use to make my village better.
After 3 hours and half a dozen more warehouses/storehouses and even an armory along with several more squads of Veterans I decided to head home.

As I left I felt eyes on me but couldn't find them before shaking it from my thoughts and focusing on further improvements to my village and subordinates.
Once back in my village I dropped off the new weapons and armor at the smiths to be fixed and repaired and the raw materials in the large tent I had designated for them before heading towards the central hut to speak with the elder to see if anything happened while I was away.
"Elder how have things been while I was away?" I ask as I enter the hut and see the elder sitting with his sons. "Ah things have been going smoothly my lady and I can feel that your training has paid off" he said as he stood and bowed followed by his sons. I nodded as I sat and indicated for them to join me "good I'd like you to gather 9 people to receive special training from me also I have jobs for your sons" I explain as I pour myself some tea.
He nodded and left to gather the nine while I spoke to his sons. "First I intend to give the two of you names" I say before taking a drink and was amused at their surprise "secondly I intend to send you two out to convince the nearby goblin tribes to serve me and move here" I say before asking if they understand their orders receiving nods in return "good you two are Rigur and Rogur" I declare.
[Skill Unlocked: Naming]
[Naming (Active/1): grant names to targets binding them to you and increasing their power. MP cost varies]
[Subordinate System Unlocked]
[Subordinate System allows you to allocate Stat Points of those under your command and speeds up the learning of skills they know that you don't]
I checked my Mana and found that it had dropped to about 500 which was actually less than I thought given these were just goblins. "Also make sure to tell them that I will give any who join me names" I added, deciding to finally name my goblins mainly so I could allocate their points and make them stronger. They nod before going to pack and say goodbye to their father.
—————————————————————————————————————
3 godforsaken hours of sitting around and waiting for my Mana to regenerate enough to name another one before I finally finished with naming everyone. Afterwards I rested for a few minutes before dividing the group Rigurd got me into 3 groups of 3 and started teaching each one one of my elemental control skills since I decided we needed some magic users while the rest of the village celebrated being named.
