Peter Pan Return To Neverland: An Alternate Tale

Summery

Peter Pan has a secret, he is actually a girl. But so far no one has figured it out yet... well that is until an accident during a rain storm. How will Wendy's daughter Jane react when she discovers Pan's greatest secret? Will Jane keep the Secret of Neverland's protecter? Or will Pan's darkest fears come to light?

Explanations

The morning had started out normal, we were all chatting and running around outside. But then... Tinkerbell had pulled Peter aside and whispered something into her ear, I then saw peter's eyes widen in shock, and she whispered something back to the fairy.

Then, it suddenly began to rain heavily, and I noticed that Peter seamed even more panicked then before. Then in a shaky but firm tone, Peter told us all to go back to Hangman's Tree.

Once we had all entered Peter pulled me to the side, I could tell that he was on edge, almost as if he thought he was going to be punished for something.

"Jane. Listen to me, Tink told me that you found out while treating my wounds. Jane, you can't tell anyone. I can't explain anything right now, but please... promise me that you won't tell anyone, not even the Lost Boys." I nodded. But I was curious, I wanted to ask more quests but instead of asking anything, I looked down at my still soaking wet night-clothes.

"Um peter? what is my mother going to say if I come home in soaking wet clothes?" I asked the last part with a laugh. Peter blinked and we flew to where her room was, she closed the curtain for privacy.

When we came out we both ended up laughing at the look on the lost boys faces.

"What? You guys have never scene Peter ware a dress?" I asked, looking at the other girl in wonder. I then covered my mouth with a hand, but it was already too late. And before I could apologize to Peter, two blinding flashes of light appeared.

"W-What's the matter your Majesty?" Peter asked, looking nervously up at the two angry human-sized fairy's.

"Well, Peter Pan, you and Tinkerbell have a lot of explaining to do." King Auburn spoke in a cold tone of voice. I saw Peter bow her head in shame. I wonder why? I thought.

PETER

I lowered my head in shame. I then raised my head to look at my fairy companion.

"I'm sorry God-Father, I did it so that I could protect myself." I replied, quietly as Tink spoke up next.

"But why are you so angry King Auburn?" The Tinker-Fairy asked, but that seamed to make the King even more angry.

"Tinkerbell, you remember the rules, don't you? You know that we've always chosen a boy to be Pan. So, why did you bring a girl? Much-less keep it from us?" Auburn yelled in rage at the Tinker-Fairy.

"Wait, wait, wait. What's going on? What do you mean only a boy can be pan? I thought Pan was Peter's last name? Why are you so angry at her? What did she do wrong?" Jane yelled, firing off questions, as she glared up at the two older fairy's in anger.

"Young girl, this matter does't concern you. So just stay out of this." Auburn snapped, glaring at Jane.

"Now, because you lied to us Peter, we will be taking back your gift. We'll also be sending you back to Kensington Gardens, and we will be sending that other girl back home to London." Auburn said, I paled and clenched my fists in anger.

"I-I don't want to go back there! I can't not with my uncle. I would rather live here then forced to live with him!" I yelled, I raised my head and glared with fury and hopelessness. I lowered my head once more as I felt tears pricking at the corners of my eyes.

"Aburn please, she's just a child. You can't just-" Queen Gloriana started to say, but she was cut off by a flash of lightning and a clap of thunder. the Queen looked down to see that Peter was on the floor, the girl was curled up into a tight ball, she was shaking and the poor child was sobbing uncontrollably.

"Peter! Why did you yell at her like that? Don't you know that she just a child like I am." Jane spat, running to Peter's side to comfort the sobbing girl.

"Peter, please, calm down. We won't send you back to Kensington Gardens, just please calm down." Gloriana said, trying to south the crying child.

It took a while, but I finally calmed down. i took deep breathes to calm my racing heart. Once I had fully calmed down, I looked up along with everyone else to see that the sky had turned back to blue. And after apologizing once more, the two fairy's were gone in a flash of blinding light.

I took a deep breath to calm myself, once I had calmed down... we got to business, we needed to help Jane learn to fly. It wouldn't be easy... no, not by a long shot, but I know I can do it.
