Tartaros was responsible for creating some of New York's dangerous villains. Jackal has become one of them. Natsu has yet to meet his long lost brother, but his brother was the one that created the villains. Zeref looked over the data that helped him create Jackal.

"It seems your little test has done well." Zeref said. "You've gained control over your new powers and abilities well. You're able to control your touch and determine what should explode or not. Very impressive."

"Yeah!" Jackal said with excitement. "I love that I'm making things explode. These powers you gave me are awesome."

"Indeed." Zeref said. "You've been induced with a chemical that causes combustion upon contact. You can do much destruction with it."

"I don't really care how it works. I'm just glad I can do some damage." Jackal said. "If we're done here, I've got some more destruction to cause." Jackal gathered his stuff and was on his way out. When Jackal left, Mard Geer stepped forward to talk to him.

"I still don't understand." Mard Geer said. "You've known for all these years who Dragon-Man really is. Why wait around? Why not attack?"

"Patience, Mard Geer." Zeref said. "Analyzing and studying Dragon-Man to find his weaknesses will allow us to defeat him. I must admit that it is rather painful that I'm against my own brother, but I have goals. I won't let them be hindrance by the likes of him. Father was unwise when he decided to leave. Human beings are weak and insufficient. That's why the Shark tried to mutate the city all those years ago. The "villains" I've created are to help bring upon humanity's end and cause it to enter a new era."

"But Dragon-Man causes problems for that. He's getting in the way of that." Mard Geer said. "All the more reason we should strike when he least expects it."

"We will, one day." Zeref said. "All good things come to those who wait."

"You truly are methodical, cunning, and true evil mastermind." Mard Geer said. "I suppose that's why you're the one who owns the company." Zeref is a patient man. He can wait and will find some way to bring his brother down.

Natsu

Natsu might be Dragon-Man, but he's also trying to live a normal life. That's why he was able to gather enough money and get a small apartment for him to stay in. Although Dragon-Man takes up most of his time, he's still able to do some jobs that allow him to pay for food and rent.

"Add Jackal to another list of criminals." Natsu said as put another article of a new villain on the wall. Natsu keeps track of the villains like Enslavea, Macro, Franmalth, Keyes, and more. Being a hero isn't easy, but he's got to do what he's got to do. Natsu was trying to figure out what's he going to do about Jackal, but he heard a knock on the door. "Is this about rent?"

"No, but I do hope you're keeping up with rent." Natsu heard the voice of his foster father Igneel. Knowing Igneel was here, Natsu acted quickly and hid all that he could about his hero work. Once that was out of the way, he opened up the door and let Igneel in.

"Hey, Igneel." Natsu said. "What are you doing here?"

"I was just swinging by and I thought I say hello." Igneel said. "Are things going well for you?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't they be?" Natsu asked.

"It's New York we live in. There's always something going on." Igneel said. "You might be interested to know I ran into Mrs. Heartfilia some time ago."

"You did?" Natsu questioned.

"Yes. Lucy will be returning home soon." Igneel said. "Have you heard from her lately?" That was a little difficult for Natsu. Lucy was his high school sweetheart, but dating was complicated. In his last breath, Lucy's father wanted Natsu to stay away from her to keep her safe from the enemies he makes. Then, she moved to England to go to Oxford. A relationship with her is quite complicated and it seemed best for the moment for them to go their separate ways.

"No. I haven't heard from her." Natsu said.

"I always thought you and she were great together." Igneel said. "What you and she had was something special. I saw that you were really in love with her. Maybe you two can start again. She is moving back to town."

"I don't know." Natsu said as he isn't sure where he and Lucy stand anymore. They've been apart for so long. The spark the two of them had might be gone now. Igneel was going to keep talking to Natsu about it, but his phone went off and he had to answer since it was one of his fellow firefighters.

"Hello?" Igneel said. "What?! Are you serious?! This doesn't sound good at all. I'll be there as soon as I can."

"What's wrong?" Natsu asked when Igneel ended the call.

"There's some sort of madness happening Wall Street. Sudden explosions are happening out of nowhere." Igneel said.

"Explosions...?" Natsu said as he had an idea as to who might be behind that.

"They need all available firemen." Igneel said. "We'll talk more later, but I need to get going."

"Yeah. Go!" Natsu said as he encouraged Igneel to go and he went right out the door. Once Igneel was gone, Natsu reached for his Dragon-Man attire. He knew who was behind this and he wasn't going to let him escape that easily.

Wall Street

Part of Wall Street was going up in flames. Jackal is unleashing more and more of his power. He laughed like he was crazy as he was enjoying the destruction.

"I like to see anyone try to top this!" Jackal said. He kept causing one explosion after another. Wall Street was known as the street for stock exchange and such. If Jackal keeps this up, it could cause serious financial problems for a lot of people. That's why everyone was doing everything they can to save whatever information and date they could. "I've heard of problems in stock before, but this probably takes it to a whole new level!"

"I've heard of burning through your money, but you're taking it to a stupid level." Jackal looked up in the air and saw Dragon-Man in the air.

"Do you always have to get in the way of my fun?!" Jackal said.

"It comes with the job. I've got to do what I can to ruin things for the bad guys." Natsu said.

"Then, let's see if you can try to stop this!" Jackal said as he caused the area around him to explode. "I'm scoring big! I'm going country-wide!" Natsu wasn't going to let some explosions and flames scare him off. Especially when he can just inhale and take all the fire in. Natsu looked around and saw that Jackal was able to escape.

"How does he do that?" Natsu said. He can't worry about Jackal at the moment. There were matters of greater importance. He had to help the people contain these flames. Natsu flew around and tried intaking some of the flames to reduce them. Luckily, Natsu had some help from the firefighters. They did what they could to douse the flames as well. "Is there anyone trapped in the burning buildings?"

"We're checking right now, but that one guy went to town. He nearly got two blocks of Wall Street." A fireman said.

"Help! Help!" They heard someone calling for help in one of the buildings.

"Where did that come from?!" Natsu said.

"I think on the second floor on that building!" The fireman said as he pointed to the building. That was all Natsu needed to know as he flew to the building and smashed through a window. The firefighters were doing their best to try and contain the fire, but they were also hoping Dragon-Man would get out of there soon. He eventually smashed through another window as another explosion of flames went off. He was able to find the person calling for help and got her out of there.

"You okay?" Natsu asked.

"Yes. Thank you." The lady said. Natsu was glad she was safe, but things were starting to get out of hand. He needs to find Jackal before the situation gets worse. It looked like the firemen were starting to get this situation under control. That means he can go and find Jackal before something else happens.

"Where are you going now, Jackal?" Natsu questioned. He tried to think where Jackal was going to go next. He soon thought about something Jackal might have said. "He's going to score big? He's going country-wide?" Natsu thought about and may have figured out where Jackal is heading. He's got to do something before Jackal gets someone killed, or else Wall Street won't be the only thing that goes up in flames.
