Evangelion the Kaiju Angel War

The war with the Angels begins again. But this time the pilots do not fight alone. With the help of the Kaiju and with one who can turn into a Kaiju, NERV is able to beat back the Angels. But it is not just the Angels NERV will have to deal with. What other dark forces will they face? And in the end who will be left standing on the world when it is over?

2. Chapter 2

Hello and welcome to the second chapter of Kaiju Angel war! I am glad that people like this story. Now to go over a few things that I failed to do in the last chapter. Shinji's last name 'Shukuteki' in Japanese means Nemesis. I thought that it was appropriate for this story.

Also, other characters of other anime will show up in this story at other times. Some will be enemies' others will be helpers in this story while others will just be supporting roles in the story.

Now I have had someone ask this in a PM so I will put this here. There will be no lemon scenes in this story. But that does not mean that characters will not have sex it will just be off screen. At this time, I am still new to writing and am not comfortable in writing sex scenes without ruining the story.

Also, in this story I will be looking at the darker aspect of the human race after second impact. We saw that in the last chapter, but I will continue with it in this and later chapters.

Now to "Alexsanderlay" I am sorry but do to a very nasty PM I got from another user I have turned off my PM setting at this time. I am sorry but I will not have those kinds of PMs in my inbox and until I feel I can have it back on, my PM setting will remain off for now. I did not turn off my PMs because of you so don't feel bad.

Again sorry about the long wait. Been having some issues in life and had an asshole ruin my muse for this story and my other stories. I will finish this story, but it will take time.

Chapters 2 Rise of old strengths

(Headless Gyaos)

It had been three hours after the battle with the Gyaos and the fourth angel. NERV is currently in the process of cleaning up the bloody mess left behind from the battle. As the crews cleaned up the land, they are unaware that one person amongst their midst is not a NERV worker.

A man was walking towards the carcass of the dead Gyaos. He is wearing the clothes of a NERV worker, but he is not one of them. When his is close enough he takes out a syringe and puts it into the dead creature's body. He then fills the syringe with blood. He repeats the process four more times until he finally leaves. He then sneaks his way out of the area. He makes it to his vehicle on the other side of the hill without anyone seeing him and then puts the blood in a special cooler for safe keeping. He then proceeds to start his car and drives off.

"I got it. I got the beasts blood. With the amount I got it will help with my project. Soon the world will be saved the way it should be." Said the man as he drives away with no one the wiser.

(NERV HQ hours later)

"And so, help me that if you do something like that again, I don't care if you are fused with a Kaiju! I will spank your ass so damn hard that your grandchildren will be born with a red mark on their butts!" yelled Misato.

"Sorry Misato. And I understand I won't do that again. I promise." Said Shinji.

For the past few hours Shinji had been yelled at by Misato for his actions. First for jumping down five stories to his bike and then ignoring her calls for hours on end.

"Sigh, it's fine Shinji. I just didn't like the fact that you ignored me. I mean we are working together so we need to help each other." Said Misato with a smile.

Shinji smiles at her. "Sorry, Misato it's just that….. I have been on my own with only Nemesis Prime for so long that I'm used to working alone."

"Like I said Shinji it's okay. But we are in this together. I am not going to let you fight alone anymore." Said Misato.

They then walk out of the room to Central Dogma to see Ritsuko since she needed to talk with Shinji. There they find Ritsuko and the bridge bunnies along with the sub-commander.

"So, finally done yelling at Shinji are you?" asked Ritsuko with a smirk on her face.

"Oh, be quiet Rits. He needs to know that he shouldn't do things like that. Especially jumping off of five story balconies." Said Misato.

"I said I was sorry." Complained Shinji. The group gets a good laugh at that. "So, Dr. you needed to see me about something?"

"Yes. I was curious about the civilization that created the Gyaos. Who were they and where was the civilization?" asked Ritsuko.

"Sure. I don't mind. Hey, Shigeru can I borrow your computer for a second?" asked Shinji.

Shigeru raises an eyebrow at the question but a look from both Ritsuko and Kozo told him it was okay. "Sure. What do you need to do?"

"Well I am going to show the location of the Mu Empire." Said Shinji.

This gets the groups attention.

"The Mu? But I thought that they were a myth?" asked Maya.

"No not a myth just lost to time after their empire fell." Said Shinji. Shinji then types in the coordinates for where the empire once was. It turns out that the empire was once in between Japan and Taiwan in the East China Sea.

"Interesting. So, the Mu were once near Japan. But I guess the when the empire fell and with time the island must have fallen into the ocean." Said Ritsuko.

"Yes. The island of Mu fell into the ocean a century after the empire fell." Said Shinji.

"Damn. I guess this is where the story of Atlantis comes from." Said Makoto.

"Actual. The story of Atlantis comes from the story of what happened to Atlantis." Said Shinji.

"Woah wait minute. The island nation of Atlantis was real?! But if they were such a great nation how did they fall?" asked Shigeru.

Shinji sighs at the question. "They fell due to their own arrogance. You see the people of Atlantis did the impossible. They made a machine that could control the weather all over the world." Shinji revealed.

The group is silent at that.

"Shinji, is that true? The Atlanteans actual made a weather machine thousands of years ago?" asked Ritsuko.

"Yes. And when they did, they brought the wrath of the planet on them. The planet didn't like that someone was controlling the natural system that flows throughout the world. So, the world made something to stop the machine." Said Shinji.

"What happened?" asked Maya. She like everyone else was wrapped into the story.

"The planet made a new Kaiju and sent it to destroy the machine. But the Kaiju went too far in its job." Said Shinji.

"What do you mean Shinji?" asked Kozo.

"The Kaiju was just meant to destroy the machine and make sure that it would not be repaired nor rebuilt. But the Kaiju went too far and sought to kill every human on the planet." Said Shinji.

The group is wide eyed at that. A Kaiju wanted to kill every human on the planet and all because of one civilization.

"What was this Kaiju?" asked Kozo.

"Battra." Said Shinji.

Misato then looks at Shinji. "Did you say Battra? Does this Kaiju have any connection with Mothra?" she asked.

The group look at Misato with confusion at her question.

"Mothra? Who is Mothra?" asked Ritsuko.

"On the night Shinji moved into the apartment building I asked him who were the Kaiju that helped in the south pole. Shinji told me that along with Nemesis Prime, three others were there and Mothra was one of them." Said Misato.

"To answer your question, Mothra is one of the strongest Kaiju in the world and Battra is Mothra's dark counterpart. When Battra wanted to go on his killing spree, it was Mothra who stopped him. Their battle was so great that it caused the massive wave that sank Atlantis below the ocean. There were very few survivors that made it to a portal to the inner world. And when they did, they were hunted down like dogs by the Blood Guard." Said Shinji.

"The Blood Guard? Who are the Blood Guard?" asked Kozo.

"In the inner world there are multiple groups and tribes of people living their lives. They each have different views on life. One tribe is a group of thieves, another are secret keepers of ages lost to time and many more but there is one thing all people of the inner world recognize above all others. The Kaiju are the Gods of this world and any who attack or provoke an attack from a Kaiju is an enemy of the world. The Blood Guard are the protectors of the Kaiju, they have people from all tribes working together to hunt down those bloodlines who have harmed a Kaiju in any shape or form. And the Blood Guard do not stop nor rest until their enemies are dead and everything about them are destroyed. That is what happened to the Atlanteans. If there are any left in the world then they are in hiding to protect themselves." Said Shinji.

This surprises the group at large. A civilization was hunted down after it was destroyed by two Kaiju, granted one was not trying to kill them, but you know. Ritsuko was upset that the Atlanteans were all killed, and their technology was destroyed because of one mistake. That technology could help the planet now with the polar ice caps gone. Kozo was saddened by what he heard. Innocent people were killed because of the actions of others. Misato and the bridge bunnies are also upset to hear about this.

"Hey Shinji? Do you think there are any Atlanteans left in the world?" asked Maya.

"Maybe. If there are, then they would only tell someone they trust with their very lives." Said Shinji.

"While this is an interesting conversation, can we get back to the original topic?" asked Ritsuko.

Shinji smiles sheepishly at that. "Sorry about that. But to answer your question. Yes, the Mu Empire was once near Japan, but their empire was more in the Philippines. They controlled all of those islands with power and strength. At the time few other civilizations could go against them. But as the years went on more and more enemies tried to destroy the Mu empire and so, they created the Gyaos when the empire was losing so many soldiers in the many front of the war's they were in." said Shinji.

"I see. So, the Gyaos were not a weapon of first choice but of desperation. The Mu were under a great deal of pressure from all of the threats they faced." said Kozo.

"Correct. But I am worried about how the Angel controlled the Gyaos." Said Shinji.

"What do you know of the Gyaos Shinji?" asked Misato.

"Not as much as I would like. Almost all information was lost when the Mu fell thousands of years ago." Said Shinji.

"Almost?" asked Ritsuko. If there was a chance to get ancient high-level technology, then by all of the tech gods she would get some.

"Every hundred years or so the main island of the Mu empire actual rises from the bottom of the ocean. It is due to a volcano that pushes the island to the surface. The problem is that the island is only up for around eight hours or so. But now with the raise of the water levels it will only stay up for maybe two hours, three tops before it sinks." Said Shinji.

"Do you know when it will happen?" asked Ritsuko.

Shinji then takes out a journal from his coat and looks into it. The others look at it, but the language is unknown to most of them. The only ones who recognizes the language is Kozo and Ritsuko and the reason is that it is the same language from the dead sea scrolls.

"Well, according to this. The next time the Mu island is on the surface is in… a month from now. We would have but one shot at getting at the Mu data crystals from the main hub in the hall of records. It would be the only place that holds any information on the Gyaos, or any Kaiju would be." Said Shinji.

"If there is any information there then we should attempt to gain it. Any information on the Gyaos or how the Angel could control them would be of great value. I will speak with the commander about this." Said Kozo. And with that he leaves the room.

"Well if that is all Doctor. I would like to go home and get some sleep. If you don't mind." Said Shinji.

Ritsuko nods her head. "Of course, Shinji. Have a good night."

Shinji bids everyone a good night and heads home.

"Well that went better than expected." Said Ritsuko.

"I'll say. So, do you think the commander will let us go to Mu island to grab these data crystals?" asked Misato.

"Possibly. We will need to convince him but with this new development, the commander will most likely say yes." Said Ritsuko.

"Well I hope so. I don't like the fact that we are basically blind in the fight with the Angels but if we can get some info on the Gyaos it will help in the long run." Said Misato.

"I agree. Well I need to go check up on the data about the Angel and the Gyaos. Hopefully I can get some answers." Said Ritsuko. She then leaves but instead of going to her lab she heads to the commander's office in the hopes of helping the sub-commander to convince the commander of letting them go to Mu island.

"Have a good night Rits! Well I got to go too. I got a large pile of paperwork on my desk that is calling me." Said Misato as she also leaves.

(Gendo's office)

"I see. So, Kaiju 01 doesn't know everything about the Gyaos." Said Gendo.

"No. He even said that almost all information was lost when the Mu empire fell long ago." Said Kozo.

"Have you discovered how the Angel controlled the Gyaos Dr Akagi?" asked Gendo.

Ritsuko shakes her head no. "Not at this time. There is so much we don't know about the Angels and even less about the Gyaos. We do have part of the fourth Angels core, but it is still slow going. But if we can get the data crystals from the Mu island it could help us in the long run."

Gendo thinks on this. The Gyaos and the revelation of the Kaiju has put his scenario in a major bind. And that's not even mentioning the fact that Shinji refuses to pilot Unit-01. Maybe the Mu will have information on how to kill the Kaiju and maybe even help force his wayward son into Unit-01.

"Very well. I agree with the plan of obtaining the data crystals. Have a team ready well before the month comes doctor." Said Gendo. Ritsuko nods along with Kozo. "Also, have you made any progress on the project?"

Ritsuko and Kozo stiffen at that. They know what project Gendo is talking about. They tried to convince him to not go down that route, but he ignored them.

"The chamber is ready, but I need more time. If I get even one thing wrong, then it will not be ready in time." Said Ritsuko.

"Very well. You have until the 10th Angel to have it ready, or you will go along with it even if you're not ready. Am I clear Dr?" said Gendo with steely authority.

"Yes sir." Said Ritsuko. And with that both her and Kozo leave the dark room.

After the two leave, Gendo speaks to himself. "One way or another Kaiju 01, I will have you pilot Unit-01. Either you or your brother." Gendo says with an evil grin on his face.

(A week later Tokyo-3 high)

The past week had been somewhat normal for Shinji. He hung out with his friends and tried to not cry every day in class since the teacher still talked about life before second impact. Shinji also met Toji Suzuhara a day after the fourth Angel battle. Turns out he was punished by his father and grandfather for failing to keep an eye on his little sister. Thankfully, she wasn't hurt but she was missing for a few days. After that Toji had to keep an eye on her until both of them were off their punishment. Shinji and Toji were able to get along better than anyone expected. They also stopped the super perverts from peeping on the girls of the school. Hey, Toji and Kensuke like girls as much as the next guy but even they respect women's privacy.

Shinji had fun with all of his friends and their clubs or hobbies. Shinji had plenty of spars in the Kendo club with Murayama and Katase and their fellow kendo members. Shinji even met the head of the club Saeko Busujima a beautiful purple haired woman. She has this aura around her of a proud swordswoman and an aura that she hides something in herself.

Shinji also helped Hikari with her class rep responsibilities and in doing so met the student council president of the school, Saya Takagi. She comes off as bossy and strict, because she is. She has little tolerance for lateness or what she would call absurdity. She likes things to be in order at all times. But she is also reasonable for the right reasons. She has on hundreds of times tried to have the super perverts expelled from school but somehow fails every time.

For now, Shinji was having fun with Serafall. And how is he having fun with Serafall? Well, take a look.

In a dark room are two people, one standing over the other who is on her knees. The man has a dark cape and full-face mask over his head while the girl wears a pink magical girl outfit with a pink and white wand in her hand.

"Hahahahaha! Give up Magical Girl Sera-tan! You have fallen! Join me and together we will rule the world!" said the masked man.

The girl looks up at the man with determination in her eyes. "Never! I will never join the forces of evil Demon Lord Zero! Love will triumph in the end and I will see to it!" said Magical Girl Sera-tan.

"Then I will force you to join me! Submission Eye!" yelled Demon Lord Zero. When he said that a piece of his mask opens up and a bright red light comes out of the open part of the mask.

The light hits Sera-tan in the eyes and she flinches at the brightness. "Gah! No... my…. mind…. is…. fading."

"Yes. Join me. Become my bride. Together we will be invincible. Come to me Sera-tan." Said Zero.

"Yes. My Lord." Said Sera-tan in a trance like voice.

Sera-tan gets up off the ground and slowly walks over to her hated enemy completely under his control. Zero wraps his arms around her and moves in to kiss her.

But just before they could kiss, the lights in the room turn on and a loud voice erupts thru the room.

"What the hell is going on in here?!" yelled Saya.

The two jumps back away from each other and looks to the door to see Saya and their friends in the doorway. They see that other than Saya all of the girls have blushes on their faces and the Kensuke and Toji look at the scene with grins on their faces.

"Saya-tan! We were just about to get to the best part!" complained Serafall as she takes off her hat.

"Oh really? And which part is that? The part where you break one of the school rules of no improper conduct on school grounds? Because that is what it looks like. And shame on you Shinji for going along with this." Said Saya.

Shinji chuckles a little as he takes off the mask. "I saw no harm in it. This was just for fun. And the rule is only for during school hours. We are just ten minutes after regular school hours so, we technically have not broken any rules."

The group laughs at the small loophole that Shinji used while Saya pouted at that. "Whatever, just leave the school if you are just going to mess about." And with that Saya leaves the area.

"I got to say Shin-man, I didn't think you would be the type to cosplay." Said Toji.

"Hey, it's all in the name of fun. Plus, I look good in a cape." Shinji said with a smirk.

The group laughs again at that.

"I got to admit that it is a good look on you Shinji. Have you ever thought of being an actor later in life?" asked Kensuke.

"Hell no. I met a few actors while globe hopping. True they have lots of money, the looks and they have plenty of the opposite sex around them, but they have no privacy. And if you guys think that the super perverts are bad, they are nothing next to the paparazzi." Said Shinji.

The group shivers at that, more so the girls since they are all prime targets of those two idiots.

"Well, while I would like to continue Serafall-chan. I need to get home and finish my homework." Said Shinji.

"Ok Shinji-kun! But let's finish the scene next time, ok?" Said Serafall.

"No problem." Said Shinji. And with that Shinji removes the cape and the rest of the costume and heads for home.

"Serafall, how did you wrap Shinji-kun into this?" asked Irina.

"Simple, I asked him." Said Serafall.

"And he said yes?" asked Xenovia.

"Yup!" answered Serafall.

"All right everyone, it's time to go home. So, go home and we will see each other on Monday." Said Hikari.

The group then disperses. Outside Shinji makes it to his motorcycle and drives off, unaware of someone looking at him.

"Damn punk. He has been a thorn since he got here. Refusing to answer to his name when called, sleeping in class and most importantly he has been stopping Mr. Matsuda and Mr. Motohama from getting me some good pictures. The girls of this school are truly the best I have seen. Well after tonight I will have one of the girls I want as mine." Said Shido Koichi with a sick smile on his face.

The man then goes over to his desk and takes out a few pictures. All of them are of the girls that Shinji is friends with and a few others in the school. But the one on top is what he is looking at, a picture of Rei Ayanami.

(Misato and Shinji's apartment building underground garage)

Shinji had just arrived in the parking garage of the apartment and parked his motorcycle next to his truck when his cellphone pings. Shinji takes his phone out and sees a text message. When he reads it, he raises an eyebrow.

"A gift, for an old friend." Reads the message.

"What the hell? What does that mean?" asked Shinji.

Shinji then walks around a corner and sees something he has not seen in years. In front of him is a large vehicle. The vehicle looks like a combination of a truck and a tank. The vehicle has an all-black paint job with what looks like a thruster on the back. (Think the Batmobile from Batman: Arkham Knight)

Shinji is stunned to see this. "No way. Ramage? But I thought that it was destroyed in Tel Aviv years ago. What is it doing here?"

Shinji then walks over to his old ride and places his hand on it and runs his hands on the vehicle with a smile on his face. The roof of the vehicle shifts and moves back to open up and on the seat is a truck-case. Shinji then takes the case out of the vehicle and opens it up. When he does his eyes widen once again, for in the case is another item from his past that he thought that he would never see. Along with it is a phone that immediately began to ring.

Shinji picks up the phone and answers it. "Hello?"

"Hello old friend. It has been a long time, Shinji." Said the person on the phone.

Shinji's eyes widen at the voice. "Adam?! What the hell?! Where the hell have you been?! I looked for you and Eve for weeks and I couldn't find you!"

"I know Shinji. But after what happened in Tel Aviv, Eve and I had to disappear. We both decided that telling you would only put you in more danger then we liked. So, we hid away from the world. But we retrieved the remnants of Rampage and we have been fixing it ever since. We are sorry that we caused you much grief and sadness, but we didn't want to put your life in any more danger. Not after everything you did for us." Said Adam.

Shinji calms down at hearing that. "I understand Adam. I am just glad to hear from you. How are you and Eve doing?"

"We are fine. Eve's legs are all healed, and she now has a boyfriend named Romeo and I have a girlfriend in a great girl named Blake. I wish we could see you but there is still the threat from Corsac, he is still angry about his brother's death. I am sorry Shinji, but this call needs to end. But no matter what you chose to do know that Eve and I are eternally grateful for what you have done for the two of us. And I do hope that the Ranger will return one day. Goodbye my friend, I hope to see you again one day." Said Adam. And with that Adam hangs up the call.

Shinji puts the phone down after Adam hangs up. Shinji smiles a little to hear that Adam and his sister Eve are ok. Shinji then looks at what else was in the case and sees a black helmet with red lenses on top of a combat uniform. Shinji takes the mask out and looks at it. As he looks at the mask, he remembers all of the madness and carnage that he had to witness throughout the world. The death, the depression and hatred the world over. During his time of world hoping and looking for the Kaiju and Titans Shinji had at times needed to make new identities in order to get to places or to kill people that got in his way. But there was one I.D. that Shinji used more than any other. This identity was feared and hated by almost all criminals throughout the world. And this identity was known as the Ranger.

Ranger was never known to the public due to him only appearing in the worst places in the world and not many people lived long enough to tell the tale of the Ranger. But after the battle of Tel Aviv were three groups wanted to kill the Ranger, Shinji had to retire the Ranger due to all of the close calls on that day. Shinji then puts the helmet back in the case and closes it. He has Rampage locked up and he goes to his apartment.

The good news is that there are only like two other residents in the apartment at the moment and they each work super late. So, the garage was empty, and he can hide Rampage in the garage for now, but he will need a new place to hide it later.

Shinji is now in his apartment and he just finished his homework. He is now cleaning some of his weapons as he thinks back to his last day as the Ranger.

(Flashback/ three years ago in Tel Aviv)

The air is full of smoke and the sound of gun fire. People are running in fear and panic as they run for their lives. Three organizations have come to Tel Aviv for one purpose, to kill the Ranger. One group is a drug and smuggling ring, another is a group of gun runners that supply various groups including the other two groups in Tel Aviv at the moment. And the last group is the largest group of human slave traders in the world.

Rampage drives down the streets with machine guns firing at the various criminals in the streets. Ranger had already dealt with the leaders of the Smugglers and the Gun runners and is now on route to deal with the twin leaders of the slave traders when he was attacked by the remnants of the first two groups. Rampage broke thru two barriers and fires out a cannon shell into a nearby tank. Just as Rampage was about to move it is rammed into by a sixteen-wheeler with a gas tanker on the back of it. The resulting explosion destroyed the vehicle. However, Ranger was not in the vehicle as he was controlling Rampage from a distance.

"Damn it. This is madness. Corsac and Fennec Albain need to be stopped." Said Ranger.

These brothers have been capturing people left and right as slaves and those they can't capture they kill. Hundreds of people dead or wishing they were dead because of these two brothers.

Ranger then ran over a few roof tops towards where the two brothers are. As he does, he thinks back to his friends Adam and Eve Taurus. The two siblings had lost their parents to the Albain brothers three months ago. Turns out Adam and Eve's parents had a lot of technology that no one else has in the world from before Second Impact. In many parts of the world that are still recovering, pre-impact tech was the best they could get. When the Albain brothers murdered their parents, Adam and Eva ran away and met Shinji.

Shinji did everything he could to help them but the Albain brothers were relentless. Town after town, city after city the brothers hunted the three down. They wanted that tech for their slave empire, and they were determined to get it.

Ranger had found Fennec Albain shouting at a few of his men to find Ranger and the Taurus siblings. Ranger then grabbed a rifle off his back and aimed it at the madman. He lined up the shot and fired.

BANG!

The shot hit Fennec's right shoulder due to him moving at the last second. Fennec screams in pain and shouts orders to get the person who shot him. Ranger then tries to fire another round but is stopped by incoming fire. Ranger dives back and runs down a fire escape. He switches to a FN P90 and runs toward the group of slavers. Firing at the group Ranger was able to kill all but Fennec as he tries to move but the damage to his shoulder makes it difficult. Fennec tries to shoot at Ranger but is stopped by another bullet to his hand.

"Damn it!" yells out Fennec. He looks to Ranger and growls at him as Fennec stares into the red lenses on Rangers mask. "Why the fuck are you getting in our way?! No one cares about this part of the world! All we want is what is rightfully ours!"

"Stealing from others doesn't make it yours. You and your brother have destroyed enough lives." Said Ranger.

"You mother fuck-!" started Fennec but was silenced when Ranger shot him with the P90 killing him in a hail of gun fire.

"You are not a movie villain. So, you don't get to monolog like one. But you do get to die like one." Said Ranger. Ranger was about to move when someone began to shoot at him from his right.

"You mother fucker! I'll kill you from what you did to my brother!" yelled out Corsac.

Corsac fired a heavy machine gun at Ranger and destroyed the P90 in Rangers hands. Ranger then ran behind a truck and waited until Corsac ran out of ammo. He didn't need to wait long as the firing stopped a moment later. No wasting a second Ranger ran out from behind cover and took out a pistol in his left hand and fired it at Corsac making him drop the machine gun. Corsac tried to grab a gun off his belt but Ranger grabbed a machete and sliced Corsac's right arm off at the elbow. Screaming in pain Corsac could only do one last thing, he grabbed a grenade and pulled the pin out with his teeth and threw it at Ranger. Ranger rolled out of the way but was thrown back by the force of the blast.

Disoriented by the blast from the grenade, Ranger gets up and sees that one of the lenses on his mask is now broken. Ranger takes off the mask and looks around. He doesn't see Corsac anymore so he must have run off when the grenade went off. Ranger sees the damage that he and the three groups have caused and is saddened by the destruction. Sighing Ranger looks at his mask and then drops it onto the ground. He then walks away from the area. After leaving Tel Aviv Shinji looked back and saw that much of the once great city was in ruins. Sighing once again, Shinji takes off the rest of his armor and leaves the warzone that he accidently created. It was on that day that the Ranger died.

(Flashback over)

For weeks Shinji looked for his friends but to no avail. A month later he heard thru the grape vine that Corsac somehow survived and placed a five-million-dollar bounty on the Ranger's head. To this day Corsac waits for any word on the man that killed his brother and will wait for his revenge. Shinji's thoughts were interrupted by a knock on his door. Going over to the door he finds Misato at his door.

"Hey, Shinji-kun! Want to come over for dinner tonight? Ritsuko is coming over and I thought that it wouldn't be a bad idea to have one more person with us." Said Misato.

"Sure. But I'm cooking." Said Shinji.

"Hey! My cooking isn't that bad!" yelled Misato.

"Misato, the last time you cooked something the food tried to lay eggs in your head for crying out loud. And it was a damn meatloaf! I still don't know how that is possible." Said Shinji.

Misato has a depressed cloud over her head at that. After that Shinji heads over and cooks for four. Hours later the three humans and one penguin are eating to their hearts content.

"Oh, Shinji that was so good. You should be a chief since your food is the best I have eaten." Said Ritsuko.

"No surprise. You two probably eat nothing but fast food most of the time due to your work being so difficult." Said Shinji.

The two women chuckles at that since it is true. They both work late hours and hardly get good food at the best of times. As they talked for a while along with Ritsuko and Shinji having a cigarette and cigar respectively. It was at this point that Ritsuko remembered something.

"Oh, Shinji can you do me a favor?" asked Ritsuko.

"What's up?" asked Shinji.

She then digs into her purse and takes out an I.D. card and gives it to Shinji.

"Can you bring this to Rei for me? I forgot to give this to her today after the synch test we had. She needs this new one since her old one doesn't work anymore." Said Ritsuko.

"Sure. I can do that." Said Shinji as he takes the card. He puts it in his pocket and gets up. "Well I'll deal with it now. I'll see the two of you tomorrow." With that Shinji leaves the apartment.

The two women continue to speak with each other, unaware that Shinji forgot to grab his cellphone before he left.

(Rei's apartment a few minutes later)

Shinji decided to walk to Rei's place instead of driving since he wanted to feel the nightly breeze. As he walks, he thinks back to everything that has happened lately. From returning to Japan after years away, to gaining new friends and kicking his father in the nuts as well. Shinji laughs at that. That memory was going to stick around for a long time.

As Shinji was getting near Rei's place, he noticed a black van nearby. It wasn't one of section-2's vans since they had the NERV logo on the side of it. Just as Shinji was going to question it, the apartment building that Rei lives in explodes. Shinji hits the ground hard from the shock wave. He looks up in horror thinking that Rei died when he heard a shout.

Shinji looks back to the black van and sees three guys drag Rei into the van. Shinji runs over to try and save Rei.

"HEY! Let her go!" yelled Shinji.

One of the guys turns around and points a gun at Shinji and fires at him. Shinji dodges and runs into a nearby alley.

"Don't be a hero kid. You'll live longer." The guy said. He then gets into the van and his buddy drives off.

Shinji rushes out of the alley to see that the van is getting away. Shinji growls in anger. He then goes to grab his phone, but he then realizes that the phone he has is not the NERV one he was given. It's the phone he got from Adam. Shinji stares at it. The phone is connected to Rampage and inside of Rampage is everything he would need to save Rei. But the problem is if he should.

"Do I become Ranger again? The last time I was Ranger thousands of lives were lost thanks to those gangs who wanted me dead. But if I don't then Rei will never be seen again." Shinji balls his fist in anger. "No. I won't let that happen! Rei is my friend. There is no other answer."

Shinji pushes on an icon on the phone. A few minutes later a loud roar of an engine is heard from down the street. Rampage barrels down the road like a beast from hell. The vehicle stops in front of Shinji as he smirks. Rampage opens up to reveal the trunk and Shinji grabs it. A few minutes later, Shinji is now dressed in his Ranger uniform. (After a few days I gave up on trying to describe it. Think the Fallout New Vegas Ranger Elite Riot Gear)

Shinji then jumps into Rampage and drives down the road ready to save Rei.

(Waterfront)

The van holding Rei pulled into a warehouse on the waterfront. The goons pull her out of the van and toss her into a cage. At the moment she is the only person in the cage.

"I see that you got the girl." Said the Boss of the goons.

"Of course, Boss. We even destroyed her place and left a fake body in her place to cover our tracks." Said the goon.

"Perfect. Well the buyer will be here in an hour to pick her up. After the deal is over, I want to get out of the city immediately." Said the Boss.

Rei was looking around trying to find a way out of this situation and contact NERV. She and the group of human traffickers then heard a loud rumbling coming near them. The Boss orders his men to grab their weapons since he knows that it is not the buyer for Rei as they had a special time to pick her up and it was too early for it.

Just then a massive vehicle rams right thru the doors of the warehouse, driving over three goons in the process. Then the top of the vehicle open's and a man is launched out and onto the rafters in warehouse. He takes out two pistols and opens fires on four goons near him. The Boss looks up first in anger and then it turns to fear when he sees who had just killed his men. He begins to shake in fear when he sees a ghost from the past.

"No. It's not possible! You died years ago in Tel Aviv!" yelled the Boss.

Ranger looks down at the goons from his place on the rafters. He puts both of his pistols away and grabs an assault rifle off his back and a small cylinder.

"Reports of my demise are greatly exaggerated." Said Ranger. He then pushes a button on the cylinder, and it expands into a shield.

The Boss grits his teeth in rage. "Then allow us to fix those reports! Kill this fucker!" the goons and their Boss open fire at Ranger.

Ranger however uses his shield to block the bullets. Ranger then opens fires and kills four more goons. He then notices that one of the goons was moving towards Rei most likely to use her as a human shield. Ranger has Rampage take a small target lock with its onboard weapons and has it kill the goon and seven others.

The goons then tried to divide their attention between Ranger and Rampage but that is just what Ranger wanted. The goons numbers began to fall quickly after that. After a few minutes only Ranger, Rei and the Boss are still alive. The Boss is on the ground with bullet holes in his kneecaps and crying out in pain and rage. Ranger moves closer to the Boss and shoots his hand to stop him from grabbing a nearby weapon.

Ranger the puts his rifle away along with the shield. He then has Rampage move closer to the downed man and has it back up until the tire of Rampage is right near the man's head. The Boss is wide eye as the tire gets closer.

"Who hired you to grab this girl?" asked Ranger.

"I don't know I swear! I never asked for names! It's part of my business model!" screamed the boss in fear of being run over by the huge tire.

Ranger has Rampage back up onto the man's head and puts pressure on him. The man screams as the tire begins to spin on his face.

"Talk! Tell me who hired you!" yelled Ranger.

"I don't know! It was part of the previous bosses line of work to never know names of those we work with! It was meant so that the ones we work with won't get in trouble!" screamed the boss.

"How many have you taken and sold?!" roared Ranger.

"Hundreds! Men, Women, Children it didn't matter so long as I made a buck!" yelled the boss with fear in his voice.

Enraged Ranger has Rampage run over the man's head as he screams out, pleading for mercy. But for Ranger, he has no mercy, not to the scum of the Earth. Rampage then ran over the man's head with a sickening crunch.

(Music Ends)

Ranger the walks over to the cage that holds Rei and lets her out.

"Are you okay miss?" asked Ranger.

"I am fine. But I must ask. Why did you help me? And why did you kill that man like that?" asked Rei.

"Because I knew it was the right thing to do. And as to the reason as to why I killed those men. They were a stain on this world. They destroy the lives of innocent people for their own gain. Those that do that don't deserve to live." Said Ranger.

"I see. Even thou it wouldn't have mattered as I am replaceable, I thank you for saving me." Said Rei.

Ranger looks at her with shock, but it then changes to anger.

"Never say that again." Said Ranger.

"What do you mean?" asked Rei.

"That you are replaceable. No one is replaceable. Not you nor I. Our lives are unique. So, never say that you are replaceable." Said Ranger.

"Why do you care?" asked Rei.

Ranger looks at Rei for a moment and sighs. He then takes off his mask and for the first time in her life Rei has a shocked look on her face.

"Shukuteki-san?! But how?" asked a surprised Rei.

"When I was globe hopping, I had to make many different identities in order to survive. This one is called the Ranger. And trust me when I say this, I have seen a lot of things in my time of globe hopping." Said Shinji.

"I see. But why do you say that I am not replaceable?" asked Rei.

Shinji looks at her for a moment before he answers her. "I once met a scientist a few years ago. He was a lead researcher in the art of cloning. I had met a few of the clones that the man had created and every single one were unique, even the ones that were clones of the man's dead daughter. And those clones were not like his own daughter. That is why each person is unique, even if you were somehow cloned, the clone would be that person and you would be gone. So, please don't think yourself as replaceable." Said Shinji.

He then put his mask back on and walked over to Rampage. He then opened the back of the vehicle and two seats came out of it. Shinji had Rei sit on one of them and then the seats went back into Rampage. Shinji then got into the driver's seat and drove off. A few minutes later a small car drives up to the warehouse and from the car exits Shido Koichi. He looks around and scowls.

"Damn it what the hell happened here?" asked Shido.

He then hears the sound of police cars coming so he gets back into his car and drives off. Along the way he growls at not getting Rei Ayanami for his collection.

"I don't know what the hell happened, but I will have her and all the others I want soon enough. And no one will stand in my way." Snarled Shido.

Shido then drives to his home to cool off and plan for another day to add those he wants to his collection.

(Shinji and Misato's apartment)

The drive was quiet for Rei. She had been thinking on what Shinji told her. Is she really replaceable? Can she be replaced if she were to die? These questions and more float thru her head and to be honest they began to scare her. The drive ends when the hatch opens up and Shinji helps Rei out.

"Thank you, Shukuteki-san. For both the ride and for saving my life." Said Rei.

"You're welcome Rei." Said Shinji.

"What happens now? I have no place to go." Said Rei.

"You will be staying with me from now on. Someone went thru a lot of trouble to get you. And they will try again, and I don't plan on letting that happen." Said Shinji.

Rei nods her head at that. For her it is logical to think that the one who wants her will try again since they failed to get her the first time.

The two teens then went up the stairs and they saw that Misato and Ritsuko were just about to head out to look for the two of them since they had just gotten the word that Rei's place was destroyed. After explaining to them what happened, Misato was both furious and relieved to hear it. She was furious at Section-2 for failing to do their jobs and swore that she would have the heads of those on duty tonight for their failure. She was also mad that Shinji didn't contact her right away when it happened, but she let him go for this one since it was an emergency.

Ritsuko was also relieved to find out that this incident ended without tragedy. While she may not have the best opinion about Rei, she will admit that the girl doesn't deserve to be kidnapped for whatever sick things that were planned for her. She also helped with getting Rei some new clothes for her to wear.

Of course, Gendo didn't like the idea of his doll living with his son. He tried to have her removed from Shinji's place, but a quick reminder from Kozo probably saved Gendo from a beating from Shinji. While he hated the fact that Shinji is beyond his control, Gendo knew that there was no way to fix that, for the moment that is.

For the next few days life returned to a certain normalcy. Of course, things do change as life does. For today not only does the Fifth Angel appear, but so does a certain Kaiju and his daughter.

(Tokyo-3 Train station)

A train had just arrived at Tokyo-3. Not many people make the trip to the city these days due to the attacks that happen here. Among the people is a teenage girl around the age of sixteen. She has long black-hair done up in a high pony-tail with an orange ribbon in it. She has deep violet eyes that hold a great deal of mischief along with lust for one person. She wears a mostly black and gold dress with a black and gold jacket with a dragon on its back with black feathered wings behind the dragon. The dress however does not hide her impressive figure in the least with E-cup breasts and a slender figure.

She looks out towards the city and smirks. "Fufufufufu. I found you, my Shinji-kun. And this time I am not letting you go." Said the teen.

She then began to walk but stopped and looked up to the sky. When she does, she grins. "And I see that Daddy is coming here soon. I haven't seen him in a while. It would do me some good to see him again."

The teen begins to walk once again to her destination. And as she does a massive storm builds just beyond the horizon.

(Tokyo-3 High)

Shinji was in his classroom trying to learn the lesson for the day. 'Trying' being the key word here since he is nursing a massive headache. It started early this morning and he wasn't able to get rid of it since. The last time he had a headache this bad was when he was in Gibraltar years ago. Shinji shudders at the memory since it wasn't a pleasant one. He then looked up when Hikari poked him to get his attention.

"Shinji-kun, the teacher is calling you." Said Hikari.

Shinji looks up and sees Shido looking at him with annoyance behind his glasses.

"You called Koichi-sensei?" asked Shinji.

"Yes, mister Ikari. I asked you a history question and I would like an answer to it." Said Shido.

Shinji rolls his eyes at the glasses wearing man. "I have told you day after day. That is not my name anymore. It is Shukuteki. Please get it right. And as for the question, sorry Sensei but I have this killer headache and I didn't catch the question."

Shido frowns at that. "Well that is no excuse mister Ikari. You need to pay attention no matter what is going on with your head." He then continues with the lesson while ignoring the glare he got from Shinji.

"Asshole." Thought Shinji.

The class continued for a time without other incidents or Shinji getting called out again. It was now time for lunch and Shinji and his group were on the roof eating their lunch. The only difference is that Rei had joined the group a few days ago.

"Ugh. My head." Said Shinji.

"Are you okay, Shinji-kun?" asked Irina.

"Not really, Irina-chan. My head is pounding like a drum." Said Shinji as he holds his head.

"Maybe you should go home. If you feel this bad it is not a good sign." Said Xenovia.

"Yeah, dude. No offence but you look terrible." Said Toji.

"Yeah, maybe your right, but first." Said Shinji. He then grabs his bag and takes out two ten-pound paper weights and throws them off the roof. Seconds later two screams of pain were heard.

The group looks down and they see the perverted duo on the ground nursing lumps on their heads. They also saw some girls from the Kendo club now looking in the perverts direction with anger in their eyes. The two perverts had just peeped on them and they were looking for the two. Saeko was leading the search for them and she was now in front of the two looking at them like a demon.

The group on the roof wince when they hear the screams of pain and pleads of mercy from the two perverts.

"Sigh how are those two not out of the school yet?" asked Hikari.

"I don't know but I am losing my patience with them." Said Serafall.

"I agree. They have been caught peeping on every girl in the school at least once! And yet they are still here!" complained Murayama.

"Yeah! In other schools they would have been kicked out on the first offence!" said Katase.

"I am with you girls on this. I mean Toji and I like girls as much as the next guy, but we at least respect your privacy." Said Kensuke.

"And we thank you for that Kensuke, Toji. But the fact remains that those two need to be expelled from school. They are nuisances and they are out of control." Said Murayama.

"Yeah. You two might have been a little perverted back in middle school, I still remember that time that the two of you sold pictures of a few girls back then, but at least the two of you don't do what those idiots do." Said Katase.

"Yeah, Sorry bout that." Said Toji.

"Its fine. You didn't sell any pictures of us and you two only did it once, so we forgive you guys." Said Serafall.

Shinji smiles at the group but then he holds his head in pain once again. The pain was getting worse now.

"Shinji-kun, you need to go home. I will drive you home so please, let's go." Said Rei.

But before Shinji could answer, he falls to the ground screaming in pain. The group then move over to him to help him. But then all of a sudden, the pain in Shinji disappears, like it was never there.

"Huff, puff, the pain, its gone." Said Shinji. The color to his face was returning and his head is now clear.

"Dude you okay?" asked Toji.

"For now. I don't understand what happened. One minute I was seconds from blacking out from the pain but now I am right as rain. The last time this happened was in Gibraltar years ago. But the pain wasn't as bad as this time." Said Shinji.

But before the group could ask what happened in Gibraltar, the warning claxons started to blare. They all look out into the city and see something moving towards them.

"No way. It's one of those creatures! How the hell did it get so close without anyone seeing it?!" yelled Katase.

"I don't know, but you guys need to get to a shelter right now. Rei we need to go." Said Shinji.

"Hai. Please be safe everyone." Said Rei.

The group then ran down from the roof the nearest shelter for safety while Rei ran to the Section-2 van that was waiting for her. Shinji however ran into the city to get a better look at the enemy. Unaware of a teenage girl watching his every move.

"Fufufufu. I see that you are going to fight huh my Shinji-kun. I look forward to fighting by your side." Said the black-haired girl.

(Central Dogma)

"Can someone tell me how we missed a giant version of a girl's best friend flying towards us?" asked Misato.

"At this point we are just as confused as you Captain. The thing just appeared out of nowhere." Said Makoto.

"Damn. Alright then. Is there anything else in the area? I don't want to see any Gyaos showing up for this fight." Said Misato.

"The only other thing that needs a mention is a massive storm front nearby. It had been there all day without moving. But it hasn't caused any interference with our systems. The Magi at this point believe it to be one of those storms that have been showing up since the earth came off its axis." Said Maya.

"Sigh, all right. Just keep an eye on it. I really don't want to fight both an Angel and the weather at the same time. Has the Magi figured out what this Angel is capable of yet?" asked Misato.

"Not yet. They are still working something out." Said Shigeru.

"Okay. Where is Shinji?" asked Misato.

"He is about three blocks away from the Angel. He is trying to get a read on it but so far no luck." said Makoto.

"Have Kaiju-01 engage the enemy right away." Said Gendo.

The group look at their commanding officer with worried looks but none of them make a protest to the man. Well expect one.

"Sir with all due respect. We don't know the abilities of this Angel. So far it hasn't attacked yet. I think we should send up a target dummy to see what it will do." Said Misato.

"No. Have Kaiju-01 attack it right now. And question my orders again Captain and I will have you charged with insubordination." Said Gendo as he glared at the purple haired woman.

Misato flinches at that but nods her head. "Yes sir." She then looks back at the screen and was about to give Shinji his orders.

"Are you sure that is wise Ikari? She is the operation's director." Said Kozo.

"It doesn't matter what role she has. My orders are absolute and if Kaiju-01 is injured to the point that he has to pilot Unit-01 then I would see that as a win." Said Gendo with a hidden smirk.

Kozo can only sigh at that. Gendo is still trying to control Shinji in some manner.

"Okay Shinji. Your orders are to attack the Angel right away." Said Misato even thou she doesn't like this idea.

"Are those your orders or the orders of a bearded bastard that shouldn't be in charge of the coffee machine in the mess hall?" asked Shinji.

The group of Central Dogma had to hold in their laughs at that. Even Kozo covered his with a cough to hide his amusement. Gendo however was far from amused.

"You have your orders Kaiju-01. You will attack that Angel, or you will be punished." Said Gendo.

"Hey Misato. When did we get the supreme idiot channel on the radio?" asked Shinji.

Now the room was close to outright laughter as Shinji continues to ignore his father. And said father was beginning to lose his patience with the teen.

"I order you to attack the Angel! I am your superior officer, and you will listen to my commands!" yelled Gendo.

"You are not my superior Rokubungi. And I will only listen to the operations director as she is a military officer, and you are not. So, do everyone a favor and sit there and shut up or I will shut you up myself when this is done. Now then I will deal with the Angel in a moment. Something is not right about this thing." Said Shinji.

Gendo is now steaming in rage now. And in that rage, he makes a mistake.

"Get Rei onto the surface right now and have her attack the Angel. And I want Kaiju-01 to be locked up once this Angel is dead." Ordered Gendo.

The bridge crew have no choice but to listen to Gendo at this.

Misato sighs at this but she has her orders. Not to mention that Gendo already threatened her just a few minutes ago.

"You hear that Rei? We will be sending you up in a moment." Said Misato.

"I understand Captain." Said Rei.

"And be careful." Said Misato.

"Hai." Said Rei.

Rei is then launched to the surface to fight. Unaware of what will happen to her.

(Tokyo-3 Surface)

Shinji was still just a few blocks away from the Angel when he heard the claxons blaring out loud.

Shinji widens his eyes at that. "Damn that idiot! When we are done here, I am going to make him pay!"

Just then the Angel began to glow in the center of itself. Shinji widens his eyes again and then sees where Rei is going to appear.

"Damn it! I know what it is going to do now!" Shinji yelled. He ran towards where Rei was going to come out of, but he was too late.

Unit-00 came onto the surface and was blasted in the chest by the Angel. Shinji could hear Rei screaming on the radio and hear Misato yelling to put the blast shield up to save Rei. The blast shield went up, but the Angel put more power into it and tore right thru the shield.

"REI!" yelled Shinji as he ran towards his friend.

Shinji then transformed into Nemesis Prime and got in front of the beam and began to absorb it. The Angel continued the blast in order to kill the one who murdered his siblings. Nemesis was nearing his energy limit and was roaring in pain.

(Central Dogma)

Misato was watching with horror in her eyes as both Rei and Shinji were now in great pain and danger.

"Damn it! Get them out of there! Detonate the explosive bolts! Drop the platform that they are on now!" yelled Misato.

"Belay that order." Said Gendo.

The entire command deck froze at that. Everyone looked at their commander like he was crazy.

"But sir!" tried Misato.

"I said no Captain. One more outburst like that and I will have you removed." Said Gendo as he glared at her.

Misato can only stare in shock at this. Was he so angry with his son that he was willing to threaten everyone on earth?

"Ikari you need to stop this. If we lose them both." Said Kozo.

"This will show Kaiju-01 what happens to those that go against my orders. And Rei is replaceable as is. It is of little consequence." Said Gendo.

But just as Shinji and Rei were about to be killed, another stands in the way of Gendo's scheme.

The Magi just pinged when another signal appeared in the city.

"Captain, the Magi have just got another signal." Said Maya.

"What is it?" asked Misato hoping that it was something that will help both Rei and Shinji.

"It's a green pattern. And it just appeared in the city without any warning!" said Maya.

Misato then looked at the screen and saw the green pattern as it moved towards the Angel.

"Please, whoever you are. Save them both." Prayed Misato.

(Tokyo-3/Surface)

Just as Nemesis was going to go critical, the diamond angel was attacked by a gold and black eastern dragon. The dragon slammed into Ramiel and pushed it back and forced it to stop its attack. The dragon roared in fury at the angel for hurting its love. Ramiel fired at the dragon, but the dragon let lose lightning from its mouth and the two attacks blocked each other.

Nemesis then was able to get back to his feet. He looks back at Unit-00 and sees the damage and growls at it. Unit-00's armor is molten slag with bits of it melting off as he watches. Nemesis then looks back and glares at Ramiel. He rushes forward and fires an energy wave at the angel. The energy wave hits true and forces the diamond back. Nemesis then fires its new energy beam that he got from Ramiel. Just then Ramiel throws up its A.T. field and blocks most of the beam.

The dragon the moves in closer to Nemesis Prime and looks pleased to see him. Nemesis then looks at the dragon that means 'we'll talk later' and the two reengage the angel. The angel tries to fire multiple blast at once but Nemesis either tanks the blasts now while also stopping them with his own, and the dragon dodges each blast with ease. But neither are able to get in close or able to completely pierce the A.T. field.

Just as it seems that the two Kaiju were about to lose their advantage, three lightning like attacks came from the sky and hit the angel tearing thru Ramiel's field and taking chunks of its flesh off.

Both Kaiju and the humans in Central Dogma look up into the sky. The storm from before had moved into Tokyo-3 with no one noticing it until now and when everyone looked up into the storm only one was not shaking in fear at what they saw.

(Central Dogma)

The bridge was silent. No one made a noise. Even miles into the earth they all felt the power coming off the thing that was in the storm. They knew just by looking at it what this creature is. It is the devil. There is nothing else it could be. And the worst part was the fact that it has THREE HEADS.

The creature has golden scales with massive wings that cover almost all of Tokyo-3. Its very presence made the storm that surrounds it. It eyes hold an untold amount of power that no human could ever match. This is the Kaiju known as King Ghidorah aka The Golden Dragon, The False King, Monster Zero, Death Song of Three Storms and The Devil.

Misato is shaking in absolute fear at the beast that was in the city. She couldn't believe it. Another of the creatures from the south pole was here and it frightened her very soul.

"It's Ghidorah. Its King Ghidorah. He truly is the devil." Gasped out Misato.

Gendo looked on at the great beast. He would grit his teeth in anger if he wasn't so afraid at the moment. Even thou he was miles down in the earth he could feel as if the beast was glaring at him thru the screen.

Ritsuko, who had been in her lab doing some tests on the Gyaos blood that they had, was looking upon the giant three headed dragon with true fear to the core of her being. She then looks at her best friend when she heard what Misato said.

"Misato, you know that beast?" asked Ritsuko.

"Yes. That dragon was at the south pole years ago. And Shinji told me his name when he moved into the apartment building. That is King Ghidorah. He is the second strongest Kaiju on the planet." Breathed out Misato.

The command crew could only look on as the great dragon began to utterly destroy the helpless Angel.

(Tokyo-3 Surface)

Ramiel tried to fire its beam at the golden dragon, but the beam didn't even make Ghidorah flinch. The heads scoffed at the pathetic attempt to harm him. The three heads then fire their gravity blasts at the angel. The blasts tore more of the angels flesh off it and then Ghidorah has two of his heads enter the angels body. Then the two heads rip out the core of the angel and bring it up to the middle head. The three heads then begin to eat the core in a bloody and gory mess. Ramiel barely had anytime to send out a signal to his siblings to warn them of this monster when he finally died. Seeing that their opponent was dead the three heads let out an earth-shaking roar.

"RRRRROOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRR"!

The humans in the shelters had to hold their ears in pain when they heard that sound along with those in nearby cities had to hold their ears. Nemesis and the gold and black dragon look on at the great Kaiju. When Ghidorah looks at them both, Nemesis and the other Dragon bow to him in both respect and fear. King Ghidorah looks on at Nemesis with a glare for a moment, but he then looks on at the other dragon with pride. He then takes to the air and flies away.

(Stop Music)

Nemesis Prime let's out a breath that he was holding. He then remembers that Rei was injured. He rushes over to Unit-00 as he changes back to Shinji. The dragon follows to see what has her love in such destress.

Shinji runs up to the entry plug area and smashes the lock and forces the plug out of the Unit. Shinji then grabs the handles and begins to turn them even as his hands begin to burn. After a few seconds Shinji opened the plug and found Rei unconscious in her plug with blood coming out of her nose and her eyes.

"Rei! Come on please be alive!" said Shinji.

Rei barely opens her eyes for a second and looks up. "Shinji-kun?" she asked before she falls unconscious once again.

"Rei!" yelled Shinji.

"Shinji-kun?" asked a voice from behind Shinji. Shinji looks behind him and sees a girl with black hair looking at him with worry in her eyes.

"Akeno-chan." Said Shinji with a small smile on his face. "I know that you wish to catch up with me, but I need your help."

Akeno nods her head. Shinji brings Rei over to Akeno and she begins to heal Rei as much as she could. The wounds on Rei slowly begin to heal, but she was still in danger and needs medical help right away or she will not survive.

It was at this point that a group of Section-2 agents and some medics came over to the three teens.

"Kaiju-01, by the orders of Commander Ikari you and this girl are to be detained immediately and you are to hand the first child to the medics for medical treatment." Said the Section-2 agent.

Shinji growls at them. He then looks at Akeno and speak. "Akeno-chan, can you make sure that those medics heal Rei for me please?"

Akeno nods her head. She can see the anger in Shinji's eyes and as much as it is a turn on for her. She knows that Shinji is very angry, and it needs to be vented.

"Of course, Shinji-kun. Go and deal with whatever you need to deal with. We can talk when you are ready." Said Akeno with a smile on her face.

Shinji nods his head in thanks. He then gets up and walks over to the Section-2 agents. "I am going to give you this one chance. Walk away and you won't be hurt."

"No chance kid. We have you out numbered. Now surrender." Said the agent.

"I think. No." said Shinji. He then began a beat down on the section-2 agents that left every single one with multiple broken bones and missing teeth.

Akeno was watching with glee in her eyes. But she was also keeping an eye on the doctors to make sure that they did their jobs.

Shinji then began to run towards where his target is at this very moment. And his target is Gendo Ikari.

(Central Dogma)

"Shinji is currently in the base and tearing thru the agents with ease. And so far, he has not slowed down." Said Maya.

"Well he is angry. The commanders orders almost got him, and Rei killed today. It's no wonder why he is angry." Said Misato.

"I want him stopped, now." Said Gendo.

"If you had just let Captain Katsuragi do her job then Shinji would not be on the war path." Said Kozo.

"It is irrelevant. He will listen to my orders as his father and commanding officer." Said Gendo.

"Uh, Shinji is just three minutes away from Central Dogma." Said a nervous Makoto.

"Fill the hallways with sleep gas." Ordered Gendo.

The bridge crew do as told with great reluctance. They fill the halls with the knockout gas, but it doesn't stop nor slow Shinji at all.

"The knockout gas is not working! He is almost here!" said Shigeru.

The door to Central Dogma is then punched with enough force to dent it. The door was then torn off and in the doorway is an enraged Shinji. His eyes red with pure fury and they hold that anger for only one person.

"Everyone leave. I only want Gendo." Growled Shinji.

The crew look at each other for a second when most began to move, until Gendo spoke up.

"If any of you move, I will have you shot." Said Gendo.

The crew stops and look at the commander with fear. But at this point they don't know who they fear more. Their commander or his son. But their answer came a second later when Shinji lunges at Gendo and grabs him by his throat. Shinji puts more pressure on Gendo to the point that he was unable to speak.

"I would leave now if I were you." Said Shinji to the bridge crew.

They didn't need to be told again as everyone ran out of Central Dogma. Misato, Ritsuko and Kozo were the last ones to leave but they still left.

"Now then. Since we are now all alone. How about some father and son bonding time?" said Shinji with a demonic grin on his face.

Gendo tries to get out of his sons grip but Shinji was too strong to get out of. He could feel his neck break as he hears his neck begins to go crunch.

"You truly are a monster. A foolish man that thinks himself a god. You think that with the power you have that you are untouchable. Allow me to remind you of what you are." Said Shinji as his eyes turn black.

For the next hour Gendo's screams could be heard throughout the Geo-front. With every person in the base wincing in pain at what they heard, even Lilith and Yui could hear the sounds of pain from Gendo from their respective prisons.

(Three hours later/ Gendo's office)

In the office are Misato, Ritsuko and Kozo with Kozo behind Gendo's desk.

"What are the damages?" asked Kozo.

"On the city, Unit-00 or Gendo?" asked Ritsuko with a small grin on her face.

"The city first." Said Kozo as he matches Ritsuko's grin.

"Not as bad as it could have been. Most of the damage came from King Ghidorah when he appeared in the city and when he flew off. Unit-00 however took a lot of damage from the angel. I will need to replace the entire armor and most of the internal components and it will take me a while before it is back on its feet. Rei is also off the roster for some time, again." Said Ritsuko.

"Sigh, will she make a full recovery?" asked Kozo.

"Yes. But she will be given pain meds for at least a month." Said Ritsuko.

"And Gendo?" asked Kozo with a grin.

"It will take me hours to explain everything that was broken on Gendo so I will just say that he will be out of it for at least a minimum of a month. Shinji even made it that he will have difficulty speaking even after he is fully healed." Said Ritsuko.

Kozo and Misato are surprised by that. But they understand as to why Shinji did that. It was Gendo's order that caused Rei to be injured and almost died. Shinji wants to make sure that Gendo never even thinks of giving another order like that again.

"So, with the commander in the med-wing for a while what are we going to do?" asked Misato.

"Well, the U.N. was not happy to hear that Gendo had overridden your orders. So, with their new command, all military actions are under your direct control at all times. I can only take command if you are unavailable. Also, I have gotten word that not only are they sending Asuka to Japan but also Mari as well along with their Units. They should be here in two weeks." Said Kozo.

"That is great news. With more pilots and Evangelions then it will take the pressure off Shinji and Rei once she is back on her feet." Said Misato.

"There is one last thing that needs to be address at the moment." Said Kozo.

"What is it sir?" asked Ritsuko.

"I was also informed that Japan Heavy Chemical Industries has made a machine to take the Evangelions place in fighting the Angels. Not to mention to fight the Kaiju as well." Said Kozo.

"What! Are they crazy?! The Kaiju are on our side! If we were to try and fight them then they would kill us all with ease!" yelled Misato.

"I agree and so do most of the U.N. However, there are those that see the Kaiju as mindless monsters that need to be put down. As it stands, I don't see this machine being able to stand against the Evangelions let alone the Kaiju. Given what we saw today. But we are invited to the demonstration of their robot in a week's time." Said Kozo.

"I will go. If nothing but to see them fail." Said Ritsuko.

"I am going too. I want a piece of the asshole that made the damn thing. Shinji and the other Kaiju have been a god send and I am not going to let anyone get away with trying to hurt them." Said Misato.

"Very well. What of the girl that was with Shinji and Rei?" asked Kozo.

"I spoke with her. Turns out she is the daughter of King Ghidorah." Said Ritsuko.

Both Kozo and Misato go wide eye at that. "How is she King Ghidorah's daughter?" asked Misato.

"Shinji explained that not only can a Kaiju have children the normal way, but when a Kaiju is fused with a human and that human has children then those children will gain powers beyond that of normal humans. One of those powers is the ability to turn into a similar Kaiju like their parent. Miss Akeno told me that she is the daughter of Baraqiel and Shuri Himejima and that her human father was fused with Ghidorah for about a year until Ghidorah left her father. While miss Akeno is on good terms with her parents, that is not the case with most of her family." Said Ritsuko.

"Yes, I have heard of the Himejima family. They are a very old family with strict traditions. And they would consider miss Akeno as something that went against their beliefs. And if that is the case then the family would have tried to kill her as a child along with her parents." Said Kozo.

"Sickening. She had no choice in what happened to her. So, why punish her for it?" asked Misato.

"Unfortunately, somethings like this still hold in humanity to this day." Said Kozo.

"So, did you ask if she wished to help us fight the angels?" asked Ritsuko.

"Not yet. But since she hasn't left Shinji's side, I think that she will at least help us for his sake." Said Misato.

"Please ask her if she would help us. At this point I would like it if we had a second fighter until Asuka and Mari get here." Said Kozo.

The two women nod their heads and then leave the room. Kozo sits back and grins a bit. "I warned you Ikari. And now things will change, and you won't be able to stop it." Said Kozo. Just then a light from underneath the desk gets his attention. He knows what the light is, Seele. They want answers. Kozo presses the button and prepares himself to speak with them.

(Medic-wing)

Shinji is in Rei's room as she sleeps after her treatment. In the room is Akeno and she is sitting next to him with her head on his shoulder.

"It has been a long time since we did this." Said Akeno.

"I know Akeno-chan. I am sorry about leaving you last time." Said Shinji.

"Its fine Shinji-kun. My family was being a pain once again and I needed to hide away for some time. But now I don't plan on hiding anymore." Said Akeno as she takes her head off his shoulders.

Shinji smiles at that. "So, where is Rias? The two of you are normally attached at the hip."

"Fufufufu. I left her in Europe a few days ago. Gave her fake info that you were in France." Said Akeno.

Shinji rolls his eyes at that. He knows that the two of them have been doing this for so long that it is basically a game to the two of them now.

"So, why are you here in Japan? You told me that you would never wish to come back here." Said Akeno.

"I know. But the Shobijin had told me that my destiny was here in Japan to fight these monsters that are coming here." Said Shinji.

"I see. If that is the case, then I wish to help you." Said Akeno.

Shinji looks to her at that. "Are you sure? We are in the middle of a war here. Plus, there is more going on here. And you are not the type to stay in one place for long."

Akeno puts her head on his shoulder again. "It is fine Shinji-kun. I am more than willing to stay here if you are here."

"Well that makes my job easier." Said Misato as she and Ritsuko enters the room.

"Hey Misato, Ritsuko. How did it go with the Sub-commander? And what did you mean by what makes your job easier?" asked Shinji.

"It went okay Shinji. But to answer your other question, I was going to ask miss Himejima if she could fight with us against the angels." Said Misato.

"I would be happy to help. Especially if I can stay with my fiancé." Said Akeno.

Misato and Ritsuko widen their eyes at that and Rei twitches on the bed as she sleeps.

"Fiancé?!" yelled Misato and Ritsuko.

"Sigh, Akeno. I have told you a hundred times that were are not engaged to be married." Said Shinji.

"Fufufu. I know that Shinji-kun. But you do know that you are the only man that both of my father's will accept as my husband. And the only man that they will allow me to have a child with." Said Akeno.

Shinji can only sigh once again as he is stared at by Misato and Ritsuko.

"By the way I want to ask you. How are you dealing with the urge?" asked Akeno.

Misato and Ritsuko is now confused by that.

"What are you talking about? What urge is Shinji dealing with?" asked Ritsuko. As the doctor of the NERV crew she is in charge of the health of every person who works at NERV.

"Sigh, I wish you hadn't said that Akeno-chan. But for now, I am fine with the urge." Said Shinji.

"For the moment Shinji-kun. The longer you wait the stronger it will get." Said Akeno.

"Okay there are two people that are lost here. Can you explain what is going on with Shinji, please." Said Misato.

"Sigh, fine. As you know, the Kaiju are able to have children like any other creature on the planet. The difference is since that they have such long lives they don't have children often with Insectoid Kaiju being the exception. The Urge to have children grows in a Kaiju as the centuries come and go. The Urge that Akeno is taking about is the Urge that Nemesis Prime is having inside of me right now." Said Shinji.

"So, what Nemesis Prime wants to have children? Why is that a bad thing?" asked Misato.

"I think I understand. With Nemesis Prime in you right now, you are feeling the Urge to have children. Meaning that you want to have sex, am I right?" asked Ritsuko.

"Yes. Nemesis Prime is the type of Kaiju that doesn't have the Urge to often. Only once every 5000 years or so. The problem is that when he does he wants to have many children. That means that the urge will not die in me unless I have many children myself and with different women as well. And Nemesis Prime is having those urges right now. Fact is that I have been having them for over a year now. And the Urge has been growing ever since." Said Shinji.

"Is there some way to stop the urges?" asked Misato.

"Misato please. There is no way to stop it except for doing the act or if he leaves. And since his body won't be fully healed for another ten years that won't happen right now. In time I will no longer be able to stop myself. And I am also scared to have any children at this time. Even thou Gendo is out of the picture for the moment I know that it will not stop him from coming after me or my children. And as much as I would like to end the bastard, there are things that only he knows that I need to know. And I also know that no manner of torture or form of persuasion will get him to speak about them." said Shinji.

"It is going to be fine Shinji-kun. I and Rias, once she gets here, will help you." Said Akeno.

Shinji looks at her and see the reassurance in her eyes and his grateful to see it.

"Thank you Akeno-chan. I am grateful to have you in my life." said Shinji.

"Your welcome Shinji-kun." Said Akeno. "Plus, I can tell that there are other women in your life now. I cannot wait to have them help carry your children with me." Thought a devious Akeno.

Shinji then feels a shiver go up and down his spine many times. He is confused as that has never happened before.

After this Akeno was employed in NERV with the call sign Kaiju-02. She then moved into Shinji's apartment and was enrolled at the same school but was placed in class 2-B. Much to her disappointment but she did get along well with the other girls in the class.

For the next week the NERV crew was hard at work getting the city ready for the next attack while Misato and Ritsuko are also getting ready to witness the weapon that is meant to replace the Evangelions and fight the Kaiju. But a day before they had to leave something very strange occurred.

(Shinji's apartment/early morning)

Shinji and Akeno was sleeping in the same bed peacefully without a care in the world. Rei was still in the med-wing of the Geo-front due to her injuries and wouldn't be out for another two days. Just then the two woke up holding their ears in pain. After a few minutes of holding their ears the pain finally stopped.

"Akeno-chan are you okay?" asked Shinji.

"Huff puff I think so Shinji-kun. What was that?" asked Akeno.

"I don't know." said Shinji. He then felt a pulse of energy. Shinji knew what this energy is. A Titan is waking up. "Akeno get dressed. We need to get to the Geo-front." Shinji then went to get some clothes on.

Akeno knew that tone that Shinji just spoke in and nods her head. She then puts on her dress and then follows Shinji to the basement. The two get in Shinji's truck and head to the Geo-front.

(Geo-front/30 minutes later)

Shinji and Akeno walked towards Central Dogma. Along the way they met up with Misato and Ritsuko as they were about to head home for the day.

"Hey Shinji, Akeno. What are you two doing here?" asked Misato.

"Hey Misato, Dr. Akagi. We are here because Shinji-kun sensed that a Titan is about to wake up from slumber." Said Akeno.

This gets the two women to wake right up at that.

"Is that true Shinji?" asked Misato.

"Yeah. A Titan is waking up. I need to use the Magi to see which Titan is waking up and to find out if this Titan is the one to cause that loud sound that we heard." Said Shinji.

"What loud sound?" asked Ritsuko.

"You didn't hear that loud ear bursting sound 30 minutes ago? It woke us right up with us holding our ears in pain." Said Akeno.

"No, we didn't hear anything like that. Let me look at your ears to make sure that you both are okay." Said Ritsuko.

After a few minutes of checking both Shinji and Akeno's ears to see if there was any damage and finding none, the group of four head towards Central Dogma to find out which Titan is waking up. After a few minutes of looking at different locations of Titans, Shinji found the one who is waking up.

"Found her." Said Shinji as he zeros in on Cairo, Egypt.

"Who is it?" asked Misato.

"I know her. It is Sekhmet the giant lion Titan." Said Akeno.

"Wait, giant lion Titan? As in a giant cat?" asked a near giddy Ritsuko.

"Oh boy. Cat lady on the lose again." Said Misato with a grin.

"Oh be quite! So I like cats, sue me!" said Ritsuko.

"Please be quite the two of you. By the looks of it Sekhmet is agitated by something." Said Shinji.

The video shows that Sekhmet was roaring into the sky and was hitting her ears in irritation like as if a sound that wouldn't go away was in them. By her side are five smaller creatures doing the same thing.

"Hey Shinji, what are those by Sekhmet?" asked Misato.

"By the looks of it, Sekhmet had children during her sleep. And by the looks of things they are also in pain as well." Said Shinji.

"Oh my. They are magnificent. From here they seem to be the size of a car. But I do wonder why they seem to be in pain?" asked Ritsuko.

Just then Shinji and Akeno scream in pain and hit the floor holding their ears.

"Damn it! Maya help me get them to the med-wing now!" yelled Ritsuko.

"Yes Sempai!" yelled Maya as she helped Ritsuko get the two teens to the med-wing.

"This isn't good. Keep an eye on Sekhmet. Let me know if anything changes" ordered Misato as she runs out of central dogma.

As Ritsuko works on helping Shinji and Akeno they are unaware of the true cause of their pain was coming from a nearby city.

(Japan Heavy Chemical Industries)

"Is Jet Alone ready?" asked one engineer.

"Yes. Soon we will bury NERV where it belongs. And then the Kaiju will die as well. Mindless beasts don't belong in this world. Humans are the top creatures of this world." Said Shiro Tokita.

The arrogant man looks on at his creation and smirks. Unaware of an unknown hitchhiker in the machine. The hitchhiker was leeching off the reactor and was letting out sound pulses that no human or any normal animal can hear. Only a Kaiju can hear it.

Ba-bump, Ba-bump, Ba-bump, Ba-bump
