Chapter 2

(Star City, Arrow bunker)

Sara and Laurel-Two were engaging in a sparring match without weapons. They appeared to be almost evenly matched for the most part, but Sara clearly had the edge. Sara punched Laurel-Two in the chest, knocking her back a bit, before grabbing her by the arm and flipping Laurel-Two on the ground.

"You're enjoying this a little too much, aren't you?" Laurel-Two smirked. "Out of six rounds, I only managed to kick your ass once."

"You're really good, Laurel, I'm just better," Sara remarked. She held out her hand and Laurel-Two took it as she got back to her feet.

"You mind if I take five?" Laurel-Two asked.

"Sure, no need to ask," Sara nodded.

Suddenly, the opening of a breach got their attention. The non-sisters turned to the breach, taking fighting stances. They watched as Oliver, Cisco, and, to Sara and Laurel-Two's shock, another Laurel emerged from the breach before it closed.

"Laurel?" Sara said with a stunned expression. It couldn't be the same Laurel who was her sister because she had been dead for two years. However Sara knew firsthand that it was possible for people to come back to life, she didn't want to get her hopes up for what could be for nothing.

Laurel-Two stepped forward towards her doppelganger. "Who are you? Are you me from another time or are you from another Earth?"

"From my perspective, you're the one who is from another Earth," Laurel-One replied. "I take it you're my Earth-2 doppelganger."

"You could say that," Laurel-Two nodded. "What Earth are you from?"

"This one," Laurel-One answered.

Sara and Laurel-Two were taken aback by the other Laurel's answer. "Did you just say you're from this Earth?" Sara asked, not sure if she heard correctly.

"I did," Laurel-One answered, with a smile. "It's me, Sara. It's your sister Laurel, from Earth-1."

Sara took a few speechless moments to process this information. As much as she wanted to believe it, she wasn't entirely convinced. The idea that her true sister was alive again was simply too good to be true. For all Sara knew, this second Laurel could be an imposter, given that Earth-2 Laurel had once fooled everyone into believing she was her Earth-1 doppelganger who had apparently come back from the dead.

"How do I know you're not an imposter?" Sara asked, warily.

"She's not," Oliver said. "I already confirmed it."

"If you need further confirmation, I never apologized for throwing that glass of wine at you," Laurel-One said to her sister. "I could've really hurt you that night, Sara."

"But you didn't," Sara told her. "It's all in the past."

"It helped that you have assassin-trained reflexes," Laurel-One remarked.

"Oh, my God, it is you," Sara gushed, throwing her arms around Laurel-One in a bear hug. "I can't believe it. You're really back." The Lance sisters embraced, holding each other tenderly for several long moments. Sara's eyes got wet and tears started rolling down her cheeks. "I've missed you so much, Laurel. I never told you enough how much I love you."

"I love you too, Sara, and I always knew you love me," Laurel-One replied in a gentle tone. Her eyes were also filled with tears. "But the important thing is that I'm back."

"I just want to hold on to you forever," Sara said. "I'm afraid that if I let go, I'm gonna lose you again."

"I'm not going anywhere this time, Sara," Laurel-One assured her. Granted, her comment may be rather pointless, since anyone could die at literally anytime, but in that moment, she only cared about comforting her little sister. "Besides, you know us Lance sisters. We have an uncanny habit of cheating death."

"You're not wrong about that," Sara chuckled.

Laurel-Two smiled at the sight before her, tears filling her eyes as well. The scene between the Lance sisters reminded her of her own sister, who had perished at sea along with her Earth's Oliver years ago.

Sara and Laurel-One finally released each other from their embrace.

"I must say, I never thought I'd actually get the chance to meet you," Laurel-Two said to her doppelganger. "Everyone on the team spoke so highly of you."

"Really?" Laurel-One asked, incredulously.

"Yeah, they practically made you out to be a perfect saint," Laurel-Two said.

Laurel-One chuckled. "I may not be on the wrong side of the law, but I'm anything but perfect. Far from it, in fact."

"You were always the better of us, Laurel," Sara said. "You were the strong one. I'm damaged."

"I know you would never admit it, Sara, but you're a good person too," Laurel-One told her. "And I'm not so sure I believe your claim about me being stronger than you, because you're the one who endured hardships I can't even imagine. So in some ways, you're better than I am."

"If you say so," Sara said.

Laurel-One turned to her doppelganger. "Your hairstyle looks nice, by the way. Sometimes I wonder how I'd look with short hair."

"Maybe you should try it yourself," Laurel-Two suggested.

"You know what, I just might," Laurel-One said.

"So how did this happen?" Sara asked. "How are you back?"

"Let's hold off on questions and answers until Quentin, Thea, Roy, John, and Lyla get here," Oliver instructed.

"What about Felicity? I'm sure she'll be thrilled to learn I'm alive again," Laurel-One pointed out.

"She would be if she herself was still alive," Laurel-Two said.

Laurel-One looked stunned and horrified. "Wait, are you saying that Felicity is..." The grim looks on Oliver's, Cisco's, Sara's, and Laurel-Two's faces was enough to answer her question. "Oh, my God. What happened?"

Earth-21

(Smallville, Kent farm)

A breach opened in the barn. A moment later, Conner with Courtney in his arms, along with Barry and Kara, stepped out of it.

"It feels good being back here with you," Conner said to Courtney, feeling nostalgic as he recalled the times when they had lived on the farm together. "Reminds me of old times."

"You mean the times before Rose Wilson killed me?" Courtney said, as Conner released her from his arms. "I can't wait to give that bitch some payback."

"So this is the Kent farm," Kara noted, looking around at the barn. "It looks quite the same."

Conner pulled out his phone and activated a distress signal.

(Metropolis, Daily Planet)

Clark and Lois were in their office working on their computers when the former felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. Pulling it out, Clark looked at the screen.

"It's from Conner," Clark told his wife. "He's at the farm."

"Whatever he needs, tend to it, honey," Lois said, affectionately.

Clark got up, leaned towards Lois, and planted a quick, but passionate, kiss on her lips. He then sped off with a whoosh.

(Smallville)

Now clad in his Superman suit, Clark arrived in the barn within seconds and descended in front of where Conner, Courtney, Barry, and Kara were standing.

"Hey, cuz," Kara greeted with a smile, pulling Clark into a hug, which he immediately returned.

"Hey, Clark," Barry said, before the two also hugged each other.

Clark stopped dead in his tracks upon seeing someone he hadn't expected at all. "Courtney?"

"I'm back, Clark," she replied, pulling him into a hug.

"How is this possible? You were dead," Clark said.

"It's a long story," Conner said.

"One which we would prefer to explain once you've gathered your entire team," Barry added.

"No problem," Clark nodded.

Earth-1

(Star City)

While Oliver and Cisco had gone off to fetch the others, Sara and Laurel-Two had given Laurel-One a quick summary of events that had happened after her death. Laurel-One had learned about Adrian Chase's vendetta against Oliver and how it ended with him blowing up Lian Yu with hundreds of bombs upon shooting himself in the head, resulting in the deaths of Felicity, Samantha, Curtis, and a man named Rene whom she had never met. Needless to say, Laurel-One felt nothing but disgust and hatred towards Chase, especially upon learning that he had involved Oliver's son William in his twisted schemes, and certainly wasn't a fan of the Dinah Drake woman who somehow had the same name as Laurel's mother despite being unrelated to the Lances and had a power identical to the one Laurel now possessed. She also learned stuff about her sister's time with the Legends and wasn't pleased to hear that her killer, Damien Darhk, had been temporarily resurrected, even if he did sacrifice himself to save his daughter Nora from Mallus in the end.

Sara and the two Laurels watched as a breach opened and Oliver, Cisco, Thea, Roy, Quentin, Diggle, and Lyla stepped out of it.

"All right, Oliver, Ramon, what is it that you two wanted to show us?" Quentin wondered, before the sight of not one, but two Laurels, stopped him dead in his tracks.

"Okay, why are there two Laurels in here?" Roy asked, as he, Thea, Quentin, Diggle, and Lyla stared at the two women in question wondering what was going on.

"Believe it or not, guys, the Laurel Lance of our Earth is back," Cisco stated.

"Daddy," Laurel-One greeted.

Quentin stared at her in awe, speechless for a few moments. "Laurel? My Laurel... it's... is it really you this time?"

"It's me, Daddy," Laurel-One rushed into Quentin's arms and the two embraced. "It's me."

"Baby, I can't believe it," Quentin said incredulously, his mind filled with all kinds of emotions. "I must be dreaming."

"If that's the case, we must all be having the same dream then, not that it would be the first time," Thea remarked.

After she and Quentin released each each other, Laurel-One hugged Roy and then Thea.

"It's good to have the real you back," Thea gushed.

"Hey!" Laurel-Two protested, shooting Thea a mock-glare. "I may be from another Earth, but I'm every bit as real as she is!"

"You know what I meant," Thea said.

"I did," Laurel-Two nodded with a playful smile.

Laurel-One then gave Diggle and Lyla each a hug.

"It's good to see you again," Diggle said.

"You too," Laurel-One replied.

"I'm so sorry, Laurel," Diggle apologized. "What happened to you was partly my fault. If I hadn't been so blinded by..."

"Let me stop you right there, John," Laurel-One interrupted. "I don't blame you for what happened to me. You're not the only one to make the mistake of trusting the wrong person. Besides, I'm alive again, which is all that matters now."

"Your ability to easily forgive is one thing I miss about you," Diggle said.

"How did this happen?" Lyla asked the question that was on everyone's minds. "Time travel wasn't involved in Laurel's return, was it?"

"Actually, time travel was involved, but not in your typical save-her-in-the-past-so-she-could-be-alive-in-the-present fashion," Cisco said. "And before any of you ask, it wasn't Barry this time, nor was it the Legends for that matter."

"A man or whatever he is named Mar Novu was responsible for Laurel's resurrection," Oliver explained.

"Who is Mar Novu?" Sara asked.

"Some weird, creepy, cosmic guy with ridges on his head, these big muttonchops, and a kick-ass costume with a long cape," Cisco explained.

"Novu explained to us that he used his powers to travel back in time to a week after Laurel's funeral, took her body from her grave, revived her, and brought her to the present," Oliver said. "He also did the same to a woman named Courtney Whitmore, who is from Earth-21 and was also deceased."

"Courtney Whitmore, I know that name," Sara said. "The version of her on this Earth was a member of a superhero team back in the forties before she ended up in another time period, while the version from Earth-21 was Conner's girlfriend from what he told me."

"Why did this Mar Novu guy resurrect Laurel and this Courtney woman?" Roy asked. "Something tells me it wasn't for no reason."

"Apparently, resurrecting them was part of a plan of his that involves preparing for a crisis he believes is coming," Oliver explained.

"A crisis that could destroy the entire Multiverse, to be exact," Cisco added, and Roy, Thea, Diggle, Lyla, Quentin, Laurel-Two, and Sara all looked shocked and concerned.

"The entire Multiverse?" Diggle questioned, looking like he was about to faint at any moment.

"They're Novu's words, not mine," Cisco stated.

Thea frowned. "Wait, if there are infinite Earths, that means the Multiverse is literally endless. How could it be destroyed?"

"I miss the days when fighting an army of soldiers juiced on Mirakuru was as strange as it gets," Roy remarked.

"Or when the biggest worry was making sure robbers, murderers, and drug dealers didn't get away," Quentin added. "I get where you're coming from, kid."

Diggle turned to Oliver. "So what are we gonna do about this crisis you mentioned?"

"At the moment, there's not much we can do," Oliver stated. "Until we learn more about it, we keep living our lives normally and worry about the crisis further when the time comes."

"In the meantime, I think this calls for a party," Thea suggested.

"Great idea," Cisco agreed. "In fact, maybe we could throw one big party for both Laurel and Courtney. That way, we could have all of us from this Earth and those from Earth-21 all in the same room again."

"That'd be nice," Oliver said. "But first, go to Earth-21 and run it by Barry, Conner, Kara, Clark, and the others."

"On it," Cisco said, before opening a breach and disappearing into it.

Earth-21

(Metropolis)

"All right, Clark, what is this mysterious surprise that you wanted to show us?" Chloe Sullivan asked, curious.

"You'll see in a moment, Chloe," Clark assured her, pulling out his phone and sending Conner a text that read 'It's time'.

Clark was standing with Barry and Kara D. The latter two were now clad in their Flash and Supergirl suits respectively, though Barry had his cowl off. Also present in the main room of Watchtower were the rest of the League: Oliver Queen, Bart Allen, John Jones, Batman, Wonder Woman, John Stewart, Kara Kent, Tess Mercer, Black Canary, Aquaman, and Cyborg.

A breach soon opened and Conner and Courtney stepped out of it.

Everyone who had already been in the room – save for Clark, Barry, and Kara D – stared at the female newcomer in astonishment.

"Courtney?" all of them said simultaneously.

"It's me, everyone," Courtney replied with a smile, before giving the League members hugs.

"Oh, my God, this is a miracle!" Chloe gushed.

"We even saw your dead body," Ollie added.

"To be fair, you all saw my body as well, yet I'm alive again, albeit in the form of an android," Tess pointed out.

"Your case is a little different, Mercy," Ollie said, before turning to Courtney. "Unless you're an android now too of course."

Courtney nodded. "Nope, I'm still all flesh and blood."

"Now that we're all here, it's time for the big question," Clark told her. "How were you brought back to life?"

"I was revived by this guy called Mar Novu, who also goes by The Monitor," Courtney answered.

Kara K's eyes lit up with recognition. "Wait, Mar Novu aka The Monitor?"

"You know him too?" Courtney asked, surprised.

"Before I left the 31st century, he showed up and told me it was important that I moved back to this time so that I could help Kal-El and the rest of the League prepare for a crisis he believes is coming," Kara K explained.

"What type of crisis are you talking about?" Diana asked.

"According to Novu, the type that could end the whole Multiverse," Barry answered.

The Justice League members were speechless as they took in what they just heard.

"Geez, are you serious?" Bart asked incredulously, despite knowing that question was pointless.

"Just when I was beginning to think we were done having to deal with major world-ending threats," A.C. remarked.

"From the sound of things, it's not just this world we'll need to worry about," Ollie said.

"We'll need to worry about infinite worlds," Victor added.

"We can't let the destruction of the Multiverse happen," Dinah said.

"We won't let it happen," Batman corrected.

"We will prevail as always," John Jones stated.

"Whatever it takes," John Stewart added.

Clark turned to his cousin. "When I asked what made you decide to move back here, you said it was because you simply missed us. Why didn't you mention this crisis then?"

"That's a major piece of information you kept to yourself for months that could've proved very useful to us," John Jones added, looking at Kara K firmly.

"Novu instructed me to keep my knowledge a secret and only reveal it when I knew the time was right," Kara K explained.

"And you just decided now was that right time to finally speak up?" Ollie asked.

"Considering that Novu just resurrected one of our formerly deceased team members and doing so was most likely part of his plans, yes," Kara K answered.

"Courtney isn't the only one that Novu brought back," Conner stated. "He did the same to the other Earth's Black Canary."

Dinah widened her eyes. "Wait, are you saying that I was dead on this other Earth?"

"It was your Earth-1 counterpart who died, not you," Tess pointed out.

"I know it wasn't 'me' me, but it's still a little unsettling learning a version of me died," Dinah said.

"If it makes you feel better, like Conner said, that version of you isn't dead anymore," Barry told her.

"So what are we gonna do about this upcoming crisis?" Bart wondered.

Batman turned to Barry, Kara D, and Conner. "Is there more you could tell us about this impending crisis?"

"It would be helpful to know when this crisis is going to occur," John Jones said.

"Novu didn't give a specific date," Barry said. "He just dropped Laurel and Courtney off, said we needed to be ready by the time this crisis arrives, and took off without giving us much information."

"I don't trust the guy," Kara D said. "He seems so cryptic and there's something really off about him."

"If we ever encounter this Mar Novu individual ourselves or until we learn more about this apparent crisis, the only thing we can do at the moment is carry on with our normal routine," Clark stated. "But when this crisis occurs, we'll be ready."

"And kick the ass of whoever's responsible," Ollie added.

As another breach suddenly opened, everyone tensed, preparing for whoever would inevitably come out of it. Barry waved to the others not to engage as the newcomer was just Cisco.

"Cisco, what's going on? Is something happening back on our Earth that requires our attention?" Barry asked, with a look of concern.

Cisco shook his head. "No, nothing like that. I just thought we should discuss throwing a party for both Laurel and Courtney, one that people from this Earth and ours could attend together."

"That's a good idea," Barry nodded, before he and Cisco turned to rest of the heroes to discuss it with them.

Earth-X

Thunder roared loudly as a series of lightning bolts illuminated the reddened dark sky. Hanging on the buildings down below were red flags with Nazi symbols on them as red blimps each bearing the same symbol were flying above the city.

Down below, a portal opened and seven figures emerged from it. Unnoticed by the others, who were distracted by their new surroundings, the yellow-clad speedster smirked and sped off in a streak of red lightning, leaving the Crime Syndicate alone as the portal closed behind them.

Ultraman, Owlman, Andrea, Inertia, Icicle, and Volcana stared up at the high-rise building that stood about fifty feet from where they were standing. The building was covered with red Nazi flags and was several meters taller than the Hall of Doom back on their Earth.

"Well, this certainly isn't the Earth where I met Clark Kent all those years ago, but it does look really interesting," Ultraman noted.

"Are we in Germany or something because there are Nazi symbols all over the place?" Inertia said.

"That doesn't necessarily means we're in Germany," Owlman stated. "We could very well be in America, but the America of this universe."

"I guess you got a point," Inertia said.

"Do you think this building is the headquarters of the allies that speedster promised us?" Andrea asked.

"There's only one way to find out," Ultraman stated.

"Where is that speedster anyway?" Icicle wondered.

"Good question," Volcana said, still skeptical of the yellow-clad speedster's intentions. "I'm starting to think my concerns are coming true."

"Let's not worry about him for now," Ultraman instructed. "We have a new Earth to explore, starting by finding out who is in this building." He paused, his super-hearing picking up some noises. "On second thought, we don't need to go to them."

Immediately after he said that, Ultraman and his team looked up upon hearing a couple of sonic booms. They saw a dark-haired man and a blonde woman clad in black suits containing a red 'SS' emblem on their chests and a long red cape flowing behind their backs approaching. Their faces were concealed with black masks containing red eye lenses.

The pair of figures landed on the ground and were soon joined by a dark-haired woman in Amazonian armor who was armed with a sword and round shield, two archers, a man garbed in a mask and uniform identical to Prometheus' gear, a man garbed in a suit and mask identical to Deathstroke's gear, a blonde woman in black gear that looked nearly identical to Laurel-Two's Black Siren suit. One of the archers, whose uniform was almost entirely black with red trimming, was Dark Arrow. The other archer, who wearing a silver and black uniform that left his arms sleeveless, was Dark Arsenal. Except for Prometheus and Deathstroke, they were all wearing black masks with red lenses.

Without warning, the two flying figures – Overman and Overgirl – unleashed their heat vision simultaneously, prompting some of the members of the Syndicate to jump out of the way. Overman flew at Ultraman, who flew up into the air to avoid the attack, while Overgirl fired heat vision at Inertia, who sped out of the way to avoid the blast. Amazon Queen let out a battle cry as she charged at Andrea, who clenched her fists preparing to fight. Deathstroke unsheathed his sword and charged at Owlman, who took a fighting stance. The woman in the Black Siren gear – Dark Siren – unleashed her sonic scream at Volcana, hitting her dead on as the pyro-meta was sent flying back. Angered, Icicle fired several shards of ice at Dark Siren, but they were all deflected by two arrows fired by Dark Arsenal. Volcana got back to her feet and emitted a blast of fire at Dark Siren, who ducked and rolled out of the way. Dark Arrow and Prometheus engaged Icicle, while Dark Siren and Dark Arsenal took on Volcana.

Ultraman and Overman traded powerful blows before Ultraman caught Overman's fist and clenched it. Overman punched Ultraman in the face with his other hand and followed up with a head-butt, forcing Ultraman to let go of Overman's fist. Recovering quickly, Ultraman punched Overman in the chest and then punched him in the face, knocking Overman to the ground, which became damaged on impact.

Overgirl kept attempting to catch Inertia, but the speedster was too fast for her. She was about to slam her hands together when she was suddenly grabbed by the cape by Ultraman. Ultraman swung Overgirl around several times like a ragdoll before throwing into an approaching Overman. Overgirl crashed hard into Overman and both were sent crashing to the ground.

Owlman ducked under the blade of Deathstroke's sword, narrowly avoiding getting his head chopped off. Owlman threw a punch, but Deathstroke blocked it and tried to elbowed Owlman in the face, but Owlman blocked with his arm. Owlman flipped back several times and threw some explosive pellets at Deathstroke, who deftly avoided them. As Owlman flew around in the air, Deathstroke drew his handgun and fired several shots, but Owlman avoided all the bullets.

Andrea threw a punch that Amazon Queen blocked with her shield, generating a small shockwave that knocked Andrea a few feet back, though she managed to keep her footing and avoid falling down. Amazon Queen brandished her sword, swinging it several times at Andrea, who let out a small cry upon receiving a cut on the right side of her cheek. Amazon Queen then attempted to stab Andrea in the chest, but Andrea caught Amazon Queen's arm, the tip of the latter's sword mere inches from the former's chest. Andrea kicked Amazon Queen in the leg and elbowed her in the face, knocking her back. Recovering quickly, Amazon Queen swung her sword, which Andrea ducked to avoid, and tried to hit Andrea with her shield, but Andrea avoided that too.

Dark Arrow and Prometheus deftly avoided the ice shards that Icicle kept hurling at them. Dark Arrow fired a cable arrow, restraining Icicle. A moment later, the cable electrified, shocking Icicle before he collapsed to the ground.

Dark Siren and Dark Arsenal avoided the flames that Volcana fired at them. Volcana fired a blast of flames at Dark Siren, who unleashed her scream at the same time. As the two blasts collided, the sonic scream sent the flames back in Volcana's direction. While Volcana was immune to fire, she was knocked to the ground due to also getting hit by Dark Siren's scream.

As the fight between the Crime Syndicate and Nazi team continued, a streak of red lightning appeared as the yellow-clad speedster returned. "Halt! That's enough fighting all of you!"

Ultraman and Overman suddenly stopped punching each other and they descended to the ground.

A frustrated Overgirl still hadn't managed to land a single hit on Inertia, who had an amused look on his face. She suddenly stopped fighting and also descended to the ground.

Owlman and Deathstroke were in a deadlock when the two suddenly ceased further fighting.

Andrea actually had a several marks on her face as she was still engaging Amazon Queen. Never since she got her powers had she been involved in a fight this strenuous, as every opponent she had fought in the past were far, far below her level of strength. In fact, the only person in the world who had been stronger than her was Clark himself, leaving Andrea as officially the second strongest person on their Earth, since Clark had murdered all the other aliens or metas who possessed superhuman strength. However, right now, as much as she didn't want to admit it, her current opponent not only clearly had her outmatched in hand-to-hand, but she seemed to have roughly the same level of strength, if not more. It didn't help that her Amazonian opponent was heavily armed with a sword and shield that clearly weren't made of ordinary steel, while Andrea was unharmed, which was understandable since she wasn't really used to dealing with such a powerful opponent. Normally, she wasn't one to back out of a fight, but Andrea felt a bit relieved as the yellow-clad speedster's shout prompted her and Amazon Queen to cease their battle.

Prometheus was about to chop Icicle's head off with his sword when he and Dark Arrow suddenly stopped fighting the icy meta-human.

Dark Siren and Dark Arsenal stood over Volcana, who was down on the ground. Dark Arsenal aimed an arrow directly at Volcana's heart, while Dark Siren leaned down preparing to scream directly in her face. They were about to finish the fiery meta off when they suddenly stopped.

"I brought these people here so they could be our allies, not so you can kill each other!" the speedster exclaimed, glaring at all the Nazi team members. In secret, however, the reason he had sped away for a few minutes before coming back to play 'peacemaker' was because he wanted the Syndicate and Nazis to have a misunderstanding fight simply for his own amusement.

"You're the one who brought these people here?" Overman asked, accusingly.

"I did," the speedster – Dark Flash – nodded. "They're from another Earth – Earth-64, to be precise. Like us, their goal is to take over the Multiverse. So I figured that, if we work together with this team, accomplishing that task and getting rid of any obstacles that will come our way would be that much easier."

"You should've informed us that you were bringing others to our headquarters," Dark Arrow said, sternly. "That fight could've been avoided."

"I'm not complaining, I'm always up for a good fight," Dark Arsenal remarked. "I'm just disappointed I didn't get to kill anybody this time."

"There will always be plenty of enemies to spill the blood of later," Deathstroke pointed out.

"Why should we trust any of these people?" Amazon Queen asked, warily.

"Don't get me wrong, my team and I trust your team about as much as all of you trust us," Ultraman stated. "However, considering our mutual interests, uniting our teams temporarily would speed up the process of turning our respective goals into reality. Once we've accomplished that, we can go our separate ways. You rule your parts of the Multiverse and we'll rule ours."

"Do we have a deal?" Dark Flash asked the Nazi team.

"Fair enough," Overman nodded, before turning to Ultraman. "We'll accept your alliance, but only for now."

"Good," Ultraman smirked. "Now, before we get started, it's time to get the introductions out of the way."

As all of you have already figured out, the Crime Syndicate from Earth-64 will be teaming up with the Earth-X villains in this story. Several of you may remember that I already wrote a "Crisis on Earth-X" story a while ago before it was deleted due to my dissatisfaction with how it turned out (my biggest regret, keeping the West-Allen pairing intact). I'm positive that I will be far more content with this story's version of that crossover.

I will confirm that the Earth-X world of this story (with one exception) will not include elements of Smallville. Also, the actor for both Smallville Bruce Wayne/Batman and Earth-64 Thomas Wayne Jr./Owlman is Richard Armitage, while Smallville Wonder Woman is played by Bridget Regan and Smallville John Stewart/Green Lantern is played by Robert Christopher Riley.
