Marinette was baking macarons for her parents in the bakery. They were one of her favorite things to make, especially when her dad let her make little designs on them with icing. Today, she was making little black cat faces with green eyes on black macarons.

She didn't even make the connection that she was making Chat Noir macarons until she was piping the eyes, and she just giggled to herself.

Ever since the two of them revealed their identities to each other, she couldn't keep her kitty out of her head. She would sketch little cats on the sides of her papers and just smile every time he popped into her head.

Tikki popped out of her blazer pocket. "Got a certain black cat on your mind, Marinette?" She teased.

Marinette sighed and laughed at herself. "Maybe."

"You should bring him one," Tikki suggested. "He would love it."

"That's a great idea, Tikki!" Mari exclaimed. She quickly, and sloppily, finished piping the faces on the macarons and putting them in the case, then boxed up the best-looking one and ran up to her room.

"Tikki, spots on!" She called once in her room. After transforming, she grabbed the macaron box and swung out of the skylight and across town to Adrien's house.

She was glad to see that his window was open she destransformed as she swung in his window. Adrien looked up and smiled as she landed.

"Hey, purrincess," He said with a smirk as he got up from his spot on the couch and crossed the room to greet her.

"Hey, chaton." She said, placing her hand on his chest and kissing him quickly before pulling away. He seemed a little disappointed that she pulled away so fast, but she knew that he would be smiling again soon.

"I have something for you," She held out the little box, and he took it.

"Is that why you swung into my window in the middle of the day with no warning?" He mused.

"It reminded me of you," She explained.

He opened the box and smirked. "Is this a Chat Noir macaron?"

"It might be," she blushed.

"Thank you. I love it," He smiled, leaning forward and kissing her.

"I love you," Mari said after they pulled away.

"I love you, too," Adrien responded before picking up the macaron and shoving the entire thing in his mouth.

"Really?" She giggled. "You don't want to savor it?"

"It looked too delicious," He grinned, his mouth still full with the cookie.

Marinette grinned right back, and then they settled in on the couch for an impromptu video game date.
