Almost two months had passed since Launchpad's death, and the whole town was radio silent for a crime. Drake hadn't spoken a word about his death, and the girls were doing better in school. Until one day...
Ashley had a late orchestra class that Thursday, meaning she would get out of school later than her sisters. As she walked past the bay, where her sisters were sitting, Lillis noticed something. "Hey girls? What's that?" Lillis asked as Ashley walked past. Ashley turned and noticed something that looked like a scarf hanging onto a piece of the bridge.
"Is that Launchpad's scarf?" Gos asked. "It is! But it wasn't there when we passed yesterday, was it?" Lillis asked. "No, it wasn't. You guys know what that means?" Lillis asked. "LP's still alive?" Ashley suggested. "That's the stupide- Wait a minute, she's right." Gosalyn said. "What should we do?" Ashley asked. "The only thing we can do. And that is...DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!" Lillis screamed, grabbing the scarf and running towards their house. Gos and Ashley stared at her like "Seriously girl?"
A few moments later, the sisters arrived at their house, where Honker was. Drake was standing on the porch and looked more excited than he was a few months prior. "Whatcha doin here Honker?" Ashley asked. "And why is dad freaking out?" "Well I found this note while walking home." Honker said, handing the girls a note.

Negaduck
Ashley looked at the note and realized what was going on. "I KNEW IT!" Lillis cried out. Ashley and Gosalyn glared at her. "Sorry." She muttered.
"Well, now what?" Honker asked.
"I'll think of something. I hope." Ashley said, walking into the house.
A few hours later...
"Ash, did ya think of anythin?" Gosalyn said as she walked into her bedroom with Lillis. "Nope! All I got was we go after Negaduck cause I noticed that the bay connects to both the quarry to the left and the ocean to the right. So, we should check the quarry, then head out to the ocean and go after him." Ashley explained. "Well, Negaduck is sorta foolable, but you sure that you guys can handle him?" Drake asked. "Well, it's either the city succumbs to crime, or we do this and you get your best friend and sidekick back." Lillis said. "She makes a point." Gosalyn said. "Well, okay. I'll let you guys go after him. But just please be safe." Drake said, almost knowing what Negaduck would do.
"We'll be fine, right girls?" Honker said, and the girls agreed. "Let's get our friend back!"
