Chapter 2: Storming beauty, blades and brains
After the meeting with the Cobra Commander, the Midoriyas and the out of time leader started to make plans.
As a first step, they went to the control room of the E-Island, which from the security was controlled.
"They didn't change much, plus the time took a dent on it. The system didn't even make a warning when I was melted out." said the masked man.
"Good thing I took PIXAL with me." commented Izuku as he started to upload his AI to the Island's system.
"Are you sure it won't turn crapshoot?" asked the Cobra leader from the child with a mix of nervous and worried.
"Izuku's AI design is like of a child. And her "gender" is female" answered the boy's mother instead her son.
"Hold on? She won't turn on anyone because you "raised" that way?" asked the man again from the preteen genius, who quickly turned red.
"No! No! No! No! I just taught her like that! I didn't raise her as you thought!" replied the kid as a little steam came out of his ears.
"Technically what you did count as raising a child, son." added his to the younger's embarrassment.
"At least she is a safe and advanced AI. Unlike most of the BAT's which have "targeting problems" and simple as a videogame AI in most FPS games." commented the founder of Cobra.
When their chat ended, PIXAL uploaded to the E-Island system. "PIXAL of E-Island is fully operational. What can I help you Izuku?"
"I'll give your directives through the phone and prepare to open the cryoprisons holding three of the prisoners: Doctor Mindbender, Storm Shadow and Baroness." replied the boy to his AI.
"Why them? I know that Serpentor is a wild card, but you could release Destro, the Crimson Twins, Firefly, Zartan, Big Boa or even the Interrogator." asked him the man.
"The Twins are needed a little later, now we need Cobra members without crazy stunts or personality Quirks. However, the first person I've chose need a little tight leash, he is the most intelligent from the Cobra. No offense given Cobra Commander-san." started to counter him the child.
"No offense taken. I know about my flaws." returned the masked one.
"Firefly is a mercenary, who is mainly goes for the money. We need stable income of it if we want to keep him in line. Zartan is similar, minus the money part. Big Boa isn't needed now, and Interrogator will be useful later. Oh, and Destro is a big no to go." finished his counter to the older one's question.
"And why Destro is a big no?" tried him the man with curiosity.
"There was an infamous Villain called Destro, formerly Yotsubashi Chikara, he led the Meta Liberation Army or the MLA for short. They opposed multiple governments for several years led by him before their ultimate defeat. Their goal was to make the Quirk usage free and protect this human right. This Villain group is among the most infamous ones from Japan and there is a possibility it still hiding to recover for the return led by Destro's rumored son. Also his bibliography book that he wrote in the prison, the Meta Liberation War is well known too." explained to him the boy.
"Oh. I get it. Name is the same, person isn't. Then why did you choose Baroness and Storm Shadow?" made him Cobra Commander to continue his explanation.
"She is a great choice of public face to the Cobra Industries; she'll lead it in incognito. Granted we can find it this company of ours." replied the child.
"Plus our family has lines to her." added his mother.
"Perfectly made choice." commented the Cobra Commander.
"And I chose Storm Shadow for his loyalty and skills. He could also teach me about ninja arts. I know some martial arts, but this could be an amazing experience for me to be a better fighter." Izuku ended his explanation by speaking his interest.
"I bet one of your Heroes is a ninja." mused the listening man loudly.
"There are over a thousand ninja themed Hero Teams just in Japan and even more single Hero. However, I want to learn real ninjutsu from a real ninja." retorted the boy to him.
"Okay. I surrender." held up his hand the former questioner, Inko just laughed on the scene.
"Whom we will melt out first?" asked the woman from the males, in turn Cobra Commander looked at the child.
"I think I know who should be the one." replied Izuku.
Some time later in the Cryoprison Room the first released prisoner's capsule got swapped with another which opened the same way as that one. This chosen capsule was the second to be open at the day.
Slowly a beautiful and tall (190 cm!) woman climbed out her former cell, she has black, waist reaching hair, fit and drop gorgeous in a black spy catsuit, which also equipped with snake scales based chainmail based protective armor layer, black boots with retractable heels, snake head themed wrist guards, elbow guards, kneepads, shoulder protecting and rounded pauldrons, blood red "Tron lines" and the iconic Cobra logo on her back and her chest which occasionally glows like the previous lines. Most possibly East German descent is this American, the owner of her family's wealth and the Intelligence Officer of Cobra. Born as Anastasia Cisarovna DeCobray is known as the most infamously as the Baroness to the world. She also has her signature glasses, not that she needs them because of her enhancements.
When she started to walk and regain her consciousness, Izuku eagerly and somehow quietly rushed down to the room, his mother and the Cobra Commander behind him. The boy was eager to meet with his favorite female person, after his mom though.
"Ugh. I swear to god if you dared to do something with my head Mindbender, I make sure you won't survive." said the woman recovering from her previous daze, just before she spotted the four years old. 'Green hair and eyes? Is this the new trend? It doesn't matter.' thought the Baroness as she turned to the boy and spoke. "Come here cuteness for a warm hug."
To her surprise, all the eagerness drained away from the child, he turned hundred eighty and started to sprint away from her, all of these within one second screaming like the best impression of the Cobra Commander's well known line right in the tone of his: "Cobra, Retreat!" Turns out he figured out her hug's type.
The spontaneous scene made the formerly following mother of Izuku and the Cobra Commander laughing on in, even the offer's giver had hard time to hold her laugh back on the cute and retreating kid.
"Before you suffocate him Baroness. Would you listen to me?" as quickly as he could, the Cobra's leader turned to her as the boy hid behind his mother. He used English this time.
"Yes, I do." she replied to him in English, then she realized something is up.
"The boy is the one, who released us out of our cells. He is Izuku Midoriya and the lady is his mother, Inko Midoriya. The boy had a hard time and I entrusted him to lead the Cobra unofficially, because he knows more about the current time period and society." explained her superior.
"Who else is melted out?" she asked him curiously.
"Currently our two are the only ones. The next will be either Doctor Mindbender or Storm Shadow. We can't simply release Destro, because there is a very well known Villain, as in the current society is called, using the same name, albeit in the close past." told her the man.
"I see." she learned, and it clicked to her. "What? Did you put a child to lead Cobra?" she was shocked.
"In some sense we have only 21 members, plus my son has a solid plan to take over the world. You'll tutor him to be a great leader." reassured her Izuku's mother.
"This is a little shocking, but if it works." commented the Baroness and asked the boy. "What would you learn from me?"
"Gathering information from the enemy?" replied shyly the boy like if it was a question. The woman only smiled on the answer, this will be fun.
"Then who is the next to be released?" Cobra Commander was curious about the continue of their work.
"PIXAL, release Storm Shadow." replied to him the child as the previously used capsule get swapped by another and that opened.
Slowly Izuku came out his cover as the cell opened automatically and a man in white ninja outfit (177,8 cm tall) with two katanas on his back's scabbards climbed out. (Basically the classic look of the white ninja of the GI Joe series.)
The newly freed man was Tomisaburo Arashikage, also known as the feared Storm Shadow, who is also known as the Cobra Commander's bodyguard and one of the Cobra's best assassin.
Tommy didn't know what to think at first, until he saw the four years old's unusual hair and eye color. "Green curtains match the window, are you from an anime or a manga?" he asked from the kid in Japanese.
The boy was scared first, but he found his courage to retort to the question. "As you're from a comic. No, I am as normal human as you are." the witty remark earned a chuckle from the Baroness and a quiet whistle from the Cobra Commander.
"Then who are you young one?" continued the ninja without breaking his calm composure.
"I know that you're Storm Shadow. I am Midoriya Izuku. Nice to meet you." introduced himself the youngest in the room and bowed, the assassin bowed back.
"You're brave. Why are you here?" asked from the child the Arashikage.
"I am here to help the Cobra to take over the world. I've got plans for it which will work. And I would like to learn ninjutsu from you." replied him Izuku.
"Why did you choose me as your teacher?" Storm Shadow was surprised on the reply, also on the scenario to teach someone to ninjutsu.
"Because you're the best in it. There aren't others who would teach me. Most of the people have a kind of superpower called Quirk and I am Quirkless, like you." explained to him the boy with more courage.
"Hold on, there is a prejudice against "normal" humans?" asked the ninja and the Baroness from him.
"Sadly, yes. I am smart, but the prejudice pushes me down. Nowadays, the human population's 80% has a Quirk." answered to them the child, as a reply the previously asking woman picked up the small Izuku into warm hug.
"The kid got ideas, I bet even Mindbender could be impressed by them." added the founder of Cobra.
"He can make plans and tech impressing you and still being subjected to discrimination. I don't like this society at all." said the shinobi, he was calm outside, but in the inside a volcano was about to erupt from the anger.
"You tell me. If you have a Quirk, even if it lame, you can get a good job. If you don't, then you're in trouble." added the Cobra Commander.
"We don't care about prejudice or origin." Cisarovna reassured the kid, Inko was both surprised and happy to learn the Cobra don't have any prejudice at all.
"Whom are out the cells?" voice of interrogation heard from the ninja toward the greenette's woman.
"Only your three. Izuku helps you and you help him. Together the Cobra will return in glory." replied to him the boy's mother with a terrified voice and introduced herself more bravely. "I am his mother, Midoriya Inko."
"My apologies for scaring you. I didn't know." apologized the assassin and turned to the Commander to ask. "Whom we'll release next?"
"Today the last will be Doctor Mindbender." declared the boy as his AI made another swap of capsules and opened the chosen one's.
A muscular, tall (200 cm!) and bald man with the fancy, iconic mustache and monocle among his equally iconic tacky wardrobe climbed out this time his former cell. In his previous life he was a great and kind dentist known as Doctor Brian Binder, this man was also part-time pro wrestler known as Vlad the Cruel, after a so-called messed up accident with an experiment turning him into the feared mad and omni-disciplinary scientist of Cobra. Picking up the new aliases Doctor Armand K. Singh and Doctor Mindbender as his codename, he is working hard and even puts his touch into others' work, on the top he is still a dentist.
"I hope I am sober. I won't try another drinking contest with the Dreadnoks again." exclaimed the man, before he just realized what's going on. "Someone took me out, finally. I wonder who it is the responsible." he spotted a young child. "Speaking of Devil." and he his jaw nearly dropped from the surprise. "Green eyes! Green hair! A perfect subject to meet! Is it a super-soldier? Or a new kind of human? Let's find out!" declared just before he could grab the shocked kid, the Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow grabbed his arms to hold him back as the Baroness stood between him and his "target". "Hey!" the scientist's answer was both surprised and sounded like a child, who was prohibited from buying an ice cream.
"Don't even think about experimenting on him or I'll turn you into an iguana." threatened him his superior.
"The boy is our currently known guiding light to take over the world." added the ninja.
"How is he knowing to do that?" asked them the former official dentist, to reply, Izuku peeked out of his cover.
"First, we'll found the Cobra Industries. With it we'll join into the economy and make the world reliant on it. Then we found an independent terrorist-like organization fighting for the weak and other things. Then we gather even more resources and the other nations will be controlled by the made Mega-Corp to obey our demands. If things go well, we don't need to declare ourselves as Cobra. If things turn badly, then we'll use our superweapon." explained to him, his mother and the other three the plan in short.
"What kind of superweapon you have in mind?" both Cobra Commander and Mindbender were interested in the boy's plan.
"I already made it in micro scale." replied to them the child.
"Wait? Did you made a superweapon at home?" questioned Storm Shadow warily.
"Uhm. Yes?" answered Izuku.
"You must be joking." exclaimed the Baroness, she was in a shock.
