Hey everyone, I'm here with a new chapter. This chapter is a continuation of the last, and I probably will be continuing on from there. This is a series of one-shots, but with the same plot line. Like, they're all connected. Anyways, I own none of the characters, only the plot, so yeah. Enjoy this chapter!

After 3 days, the Avengers finally got word back from Dr. Cho. "She's stable, but hasn't woken up from her faint yet." Dr. Cho informed Steve. "Alright, thank you Dr. Cho." Steve said. "No problem." Dr. Cho said, leaving the room, also leaving Wanda, who was in the bed asleep, alone with Steve. Steve was looking at Wanda, and sighed. A few minutes later, Wanda's eyes had flickered open. Steve's eyes widened. "Dr. Cho!" He called, and the Doctor came running down the hall. "She's awake." Steve said, and Dr. Cho got to work fast. She opened the door to Wanda's infirmary, and let Steve and herself in.

"Where am I? Who are you?" Wanda asked. "Honey, I'm Dr. Cho. I need you to calm down for a few moments before I can get you ready," Dr. Cho said, while working with medical items on her desk/table. "Ready for what?" Wanda asked. "Just so she can keep you stable while you are here." Steve explained. "Wait, so I'm being kicked out?" Wanda asked. "What, no! We just need to make sure your health vitals are stable so they can keep being stable." Steve said, trying not to frighten the girl, she did just wake up after all. "Okay...will I be staying here?" Wanda asked. "Absolutely, we can have a room set up for you and everything." Steve said, and without Wanda noticing, Dr. Cho was putting an IV and other things into Wanda that could help her. "Why, thank you," Wanda said. "You're welcome. I'm going to go now, so just tell Dr. Cho if you need anything." Steve said, giving a small smile. "Alright." Wanda said, and with that, Steve left to find the team.

"Guys! FRIDAY, call the team to the living room." Steve commanded. "Yes, Captain Rogers." FRIDAY responded. Steve made his way over to the living area, and was met by Tony and Natasha. "What's up, Capsicle?" Tony asked him. "I'm gonna need you to drop the nickname." Steve said. "Woah. What happened to calm Cap?" Natasha asked, jokingly. "Guys, I'm serious. Where's the rest of the team?" Steve asked. "They're on their way, Captain Rogers." FRIDAY responded. "Thank you, FRIDAY." Steve said. "No problem, sir." FRIDAY said. "Hey, I thought I was 'sir'?" Tony said, annoyed at his A.I. "Well Mr. Stark, every man is a 'sir', correct?" FRIDAY asked. Natasha chuckled, "She got ya there, Stark." "Sure did. I'm gonna have to change that." Tony said.

"Hey guys, hey Cap. Heard you needed us?" Clint asked, Bruce walking besides him. "Yeah. So, the girl, Wanda Maximoff, just woke up." Steve said. "Oh, really?" Natasha asked. "Yes, and I need you guys not to be-childish all the time whenever she's around...because it could scare her, and I don't want to scare the kid." Steve said. Natasha looked offended. "I'm never childish! They're the children." Natasha said, pointing at the boys. They scoffed. "Really? Last time I checked, you were cold-hearted." Tony said. "Oh is that so? Well wanna do a rain-check? Because I could've sworn I saw you yelling at a video game-a child's video game." Natasha said back. "The game literally was glitched! Somehow, Clint kept beating me! And I'm smarter than him!" Tony complained. "You might want to reword your sentence there, Stark." Clint said, warningly. "Ooh, this is gonna be good!" Natasha squealed. The boys glared at her.

"That's not childish? Steve, don't you think squealing is childish?" Tony asked, trying to get Steve on his side. "This entire roast battle is childish!" Steve said. "Cap knows what a roast battle is!? Oh we are so having one now!" Clint said. "I second that!" Natasha said. "I third that!" Tony added. Steve looked between the trio, then to Bruce, who just shrugged. "Alright, fine." Steve said. "Yay!" the trio squealed. "Now that's childish." Bruce said. They glared at him. Steve just chuckled.
