Ring ring ring
"Ugh I should've turned off the ringer." Goten said while getting out of bed
"Hm I wonder who it is." Goten thought
He answered the phone.
"Hey is this Goten." Midoriya asked
"Yep. How are you Midoriya?" Goten asked
"I'm good I was wondering when we can start training?" Midoriya asked
"Oh right can you come to Capsule Corp now?" Goten asked
"Sure." Midoriya said
"I'll stay outside so I can let you in." Goten said
"Ok I'll be there in at least a half hour." Midoriya said
"Cool see you then." Goten replied
Goten hung up and flew towards Trunks' room.
He knocked on the door furiously with a massive grin on his face as he knew he was annoying Trunks.
"What the fuck do you want Goten!" Trunks shouted
"Midoriya is coming to train." Goten replied
Immediately Trunks' mood improved.
"So he wanted to train today, that will be fun." Trunks said
They both went and found Bulma who was working furiously on different inventions.
"Hey Bulma, our friend is coming over. We just wanted to tell you so you'd know without being surprised." Goten said
"Oh ok thanks Goten." Bulma said
"Hold on I've got something." Bulma said
She then began looking for something and found it.
"Here I have a capsule filled with gym equipment so he can get a good workout in." Bulma said
"Thank you Bulma." Goten said
They began waiting for Midoriya and then he came.
"Yo how are you man." Goten said while offering a hand shake
"I'm g-good." Midoriya said while shaking Goten's hand
"Ok so just follow me." Trunks said while walking
"Oh ok." Midoriya said
They began walking towards the gravity room. Midoriya marveled at all the things in the building and all the amazing technology.
"So cool." Midoriya said
They arrived at the gravity room and opened the door.
"Woah what is this place? It's pretty big." Midoriya questioned
"Well it's a chamber that increases gravity." Goten said
"So cool!" Midoriya shouted
Goten pulled the capsule out of his pocket and clicked it and threw it on the floor.
POOF!
"Oh a capsule." Midoriya said
"Yep Bulma gave it to us, it has weight equipment." Goten said
"Alright. So are we going to turn up the gravity or stay normal." Trunks said
"Let's try 1.5 times." Goten said
"Ok." Midoriya replied
They turned up the gravity and Midoriya stumbled a bit but steadied himself.
"Do you think you can handle this?" Goten asked
"Y-yeah I can." Midoriya replied
They then began training.
Midoriya struggled a bit but went on training for 7 hours using the weights and shadow boxing and light sparring with Goten and Trunks who were both obviously holding back.
After 7 hours they decided to stop so as to not overtrain Midoriya.
"Alright that was tough but I had fun." Midoriya said
"Yep, we need to create a schedule though." Trunks said
"Ok." Midoriya said
They came up with a plan. Every other day Midoriya will train with Goten and Trunks and the day in between he will train with All Might and weekends are off.
"Alright can't wait." Midoriya said
Within 5 months of the training Midoriya had already cleaned Dagobah beach and had reached 2.5 times gravity and was given One For All then promptly broke his arm trying to use it the next day while training with Goten and Trunks.
"Ok now that I have One For All I think I should test it." Midoriya said
"All Right give it a go." Goten said
"Ok let's try this." Midoriya replied
SMASHHH!
"Ow Ow Ow." Midoriya said while hunched over
"Oh shit your arm." Goten said while looking at Midoriya
"Goten here." Trunks said while handing him something
"Oh thank God a senzu bean." Goten said
"Wait, where did you get it?" Goten asked
"I found some in dad's dresser when I was looking for something for mom. So I took a couple." Trunks said
"Oh ok." Goten replied
"Here Midoriya I know this might seem weird but eat this." Goten said
"Oh ok at least it isn't a hair." Midoriya said gagging a bit remembering the moment
A couple of seconds after Midoriya ate the bean his arm was completely healed like nothing happened.
"W-wow how is that possible." Midoriya said
"Well it's this plant a family friend of ours makes that's very hard to produce and only he has the soil to produce it." Goten explained only somewhat lying
"Woah so cool." Midoriya said
"Well it's clear we may need to step up our training." Goten said
"Alright." Midoriya replied
They continued training with One For All and eventually found out a way to spread it throughout the whole body without injuring himself and they called it Full Cowling.
They began training with Full Cowling and started coming up with some moves and eventually started moving away from All Mights naming theme but still went with states.
Goten and Trunks taught Midoriya some martial arts including the Turtle School style.
At the end of the nine months they were able to get Midoriya to go Full Cowling 30%.
It was now time for the entrance exam and they all went together.
Goten and Trunks couldn't help but smile seeing U.A. they've always wanted to go ever since they found out it existed.
Midoriya on the other hand had the biggest smile they have ever seen in their life.
"Goten Trunks I can't thank you enough for training me." Midoriya said
"It's no problem man." Goten replied
"Yeah du-." Trunks was about to say until he was interrupted
"DEKU!" Bakugou shouted while charging at the group
Bakugou shoved Trunks away and then Goten did something that Trunks would've never expected.
Goten stuck his foot out tripping Bakugou causing him to fall face first into the ground.
"Hahaha!" Trunks laughed out loud
"I really don't get it. What is your problem with him." Goten said to Bakugou
Bakugou got up and had a face of pure fury.
"It's because he's a Quirkless loser and you extras are defending him making you two fucking losers!" Bakugou shouted
"The only loser here is you bullying someone just because of the way they were born. It's pathetic." Goten said
"The fuck did you say!" Bakugou shouted
"That you're pathetic. Just an annoying bully." Goten replied while walking away with Trunks and Midoriya
Midoriya just had a look of surprise on his face and couldn't even say a thing.
Then Midoriya tripped and before they could catch him he started floating.
"Are you alright?" The girl asked
"I stopped you with my Quirk, sorry I didn't ask." The girl said
Now having trained with Goten and Trunks he had interacted with girls a lot more. Such as talking to Bulma asking questions about her tech. He also ended up interacting with some of the female interns and was able to help a bit with his trouble with talking to girls.
"T-thank you, it's ok." Midoriya said
"It's n-nice to meet you. I'm I-Izuku Midoriya." Midoriya said while raising his hand for a handshake
The girl took his hand and shook it.
"It's nice to meet you too. I'm Ochako Uraraka." Uraraka said
"Nice to meet you Uraraka." Midoriya said
"So are you nervous." Midoriya said
"Yes a bit." Uraraka said honestly
"Well there's no need to be from what I've seen from your Quirk you can end up being the best one in this." Midoriya replied
"R-really?" Uraraka asked
"Yes really it's a very good Quirk so don't worry yourself and if you do get worried try some breathing exercises or some stretching it helps you relax." Midoriya replied
"Oh ok. Thank you." Uraraka said
"No problem." Midoriya replied
"Hey Midoriya it's getting near the time to go so let's head it." Goten said
"Oh ok." Midoriya replied
"Uraraka you can join us if you want." Midoriya said
"Sure!" Uraraka said
They walked into the building and ended up sitting together.
"What's up U.A. candidates thanks to tuning into me your school DJ." Present Mic shouted
"Let's talk about this practical exam ok. Are you ready!" Present Mic shouted
"YEAH!" Goten Trunks and Midoriya shouted
"Alright we got some fans in here good to hear it!" Present Mic shouted
Present Mic explained which training areas each person will be in.
"Ok so I'm in Battle Center B." Midoriya said
"I'm also in B." Uraraka replied
"Damn I'm in A." Trunks said
"I'm in B. Sorry Trunks." Goten said while snickering
Present Mic continued talking about how you can't attack other examinees and all the robots they will fight. He was going to continue talking until someone interrupted.
"Sir may I ask a question!" An examinee asked
"Sure examinee 7111 go ahead." Present Mic shouted
"Here on the information sheet it says there are four different types of robots while you only show three why would U.A. make such a big mistake and you four, you've been talking during the entire explanation. U.A. isn't going to be a relaxing school so if you think that you might as well leave." Examinee 7111 said
"Hey man I don't mean to be rude and all but he was explaining it and you just interrupted him so he probably was about to mention it. Also we were discussing all the information so we can know where we are. You can't always assume something about someone just from the first impression. All four of us have been training like crazy and preparing for U.A. so I hope you can understand that." Trunks said
"You're exactly right examinee 2336 I was about to explain. The zero pointer is nothing more than an obstacle, just a distraction." Present Mic shouted
"Anyways it's time to head out so let's go go go!" Present Mic shouted
All the examinees walked out of the building and headed on each bus they were taking. Each of the main 4 arrived at their locations.
"Alright it seems I'm all alone for this but it'll still be fun." Trunks thought
He then noticed a girl who had an earphone jacks dangling down from both earlobes looking incredibly nervous. He decided to walk up to the girl and help calm her down.
"Hey are you alright." Trunks said while walking towards the girl
"Yeah I'm just a bit nervous." The girl said
"Hey it'll be ok trust me you'll do great." Trunks said
"Thank you." The girl replied
"It's no problem. My names Trunks Briefs. It's nice to meet you." Trunks said
"It's nice to meet you too. I'm Kyoka Jiro." Jiro said
"Well Jiro are you ready to kick some robot ass." Trunks said
"Hell yeah!" Jiro replied feeling much better
—Meanwhile —
"Ok Goten you ready?" Midoriya asked
"More than ready man." Goten replied
"How about you Uraraka?" Midoriya asked
"Yeah I'm ready!" Uraraka said looking more and more determined
Then all three of them noticed the examinee from earlier walk up to them.
"I'd like to apologize for what I said earlier I hadn't realized how rude it was." Examinee 7111 said while bowing at a perfect 90 degree angle
"Hey it's no problem man." Goten said
Goten was about to ask his name until he heard Present Mic shouting
"The exam has begun, what are you waiting for? Go Go Go! Present Mic shouted
Both Goten and Midoriya rushed into the Battle Center. Midoriya immediately began charging towards the robots ready to destroy them. He had lost his fear of fighting after training against the robots in the gravity chamber and the moment he punched the ones here it was like a red hot knife through butter.
Goten began flying through multiple 3 pointers not even being phased by them. He drop kicked a 2 pointer so hard it went into the ground and was buried about 6 feet under.
"Guess I sent it to its grave." Goten thought
He decided to stay on the ground to get more of a challenge. He noticed three 3 pointers charging towards him and just stood still and let them hit him and the moment they did the parts that hit were instantly disintegrated not even reaching his skin as just his aura was enough to turn the robots into dust. Goten expanded his aura immediately disintegrating the rest of the 3 pointers.
Meanwhile Midoriya was going through robots like it was nothing. Five 2 pointers began charging at him. He ran towards them and went to attack.
"California Rumble." Midoriya shouted while stomping into the ground launching the ground in front of him into the robots destroying them
"Nice, it worked!" Midoriya thought
—Meanwhile—
Trunks was barreling through the robots in his Battle Center. He noticed a line of 3 pointers in front of him and charged an attack to destroy them.
Big Bang Attack!
The robots in front of him were disintegrated and any remaining parts were melted into the ground.
"These are pretty weak, wish there was something more." Trunks thought
Then everything around him started shaking and then he saw it.
"Oh my god that's so goddamn cool!" Trunks shouted as he saw the zero pointer
He noticed people around him running away. He took the time to fire a couple other blasts into the crowd of robots, earning him a couple more points until he heard it.
"Help please help I can't move!" Jiro shouted
Trunks immediately charged towards her crushing the ground beneath himhe and began charging a attack.
Galick Gun!
The entire top half of the zero pointer was obliterated. He ran and grabbed Jiro before the robot could topple over.
"Hey are you ok?" Trunks asked
"I-I'm fine thank you." Jiro said
Trunks was about to set down Jiro and continue destroying some robots but was interrupted by Present Mic shouting about how the exam was over.
"Fuck I was having fun!" Trunks shouted
"Can you set me down please?" Jiro asked
"Oh shit sorry got distracted." Trunks said
"It's alright." Jiro replied
He set Jiro down who stood up and moved her arm around a bit as that's where she got stuck.
"Stings a bit." Jiro thought
—3 minutes before with Midoriya and Goten—
"Arizona meteor." Midoriya shouted while drop kicking a 3 pointer
Midoriya had developed his own name for attacks after training with Goten and Trunks.
Goten watched as Midoriya was destroying the robots and had a proud smile on his face. He then charged at nearby robots and prepared to destroy them all.
Kamehameha!
Goten launched the beam and disintegrated the robots in front of him.
He was about to go for some other robots until he heard rumbling all around him.
"The zero pointer." Goten thought
"It's pretty cool and big. I'm surprised U.A. could afford this." Goten thought
He was just going to ignore it but he began hearing something the sounds of screaming.
Someone was stuck under there and their leg was.
"Oh shit!" Goten thought
He started to run towards the girl who had green hair and then he saw a massive blast which looked like it came from one of the other centers.
"Damn Trunks is going strong." Goten thought
He continued running towards the girl and put his hand up and used his Ki to hold the zero pointer in place. He didn't want to destroy the whole thing that would be a total waste of money.
He ran towards the girl and grabbed her and ran out.
"Hey are you ok?" Goten asked
"Y-yeah I'm fine thank you so much. Ribbit." The girl replied while shaking
"Hey it's no problem you were in danger so I helped you." Goten replied
"Ok, could you lay me down I think my leg might be broken. Kero." The girl said
"Sure." Goten replied while setting her down
He was about to start moving again but Present Mic announced that the exam was over.
"Ok that was fun." Goten thought
"You ok?" Goten asked while looking at the girl
"Y-yeah I'm ok my leg is definitely broken though." The girl said while looking in pain
"Hey it'll be ok. Anyways I'm Son Goten. What's your name?" Goten asked
"I'm Tsuyu Asui, just call me Tsu." Tsu replied
"Nice to meet you Tsu." Goten said with a smile
"Nice to meet you too Son." Tsu replied
"Well done good job. You're all heroes in my book." Recovery Girl said
"Ma'am can you please help her." Goten asked
"Of course sonny." Recovery Girl replied
"I'm sorry about this honey but I need to kiss you to heal you." Recovery Girl said to Tsu
"O-ok kero." Tsu replied
Recovery Girl then kissed healing her injuries instantly.
"Wow that's pretty cool." Goten said
"Thank you." Recovery Girl replied
Midoriya then began running over with Uraraka behind him to see what was happening. With Midoriya's help Uraraka got more points due to Midoriya and Her working together to find more.
"Hey Goten you ok?" Midoriya asked
"Oh yeah I'm fine." Goten replied
Goten got up and helped Tsu to her feet and kept her steady as he noticed she was a bit tired looking.
"Oh yes I forgot to mention, my Quirk heals using stamina or energy. This causes you to feel tired depending on how severe your injury is." Recovery Girl stated
Goten looked to Midoriya who was absorbing this information like a sponge. He chuckled to himself.
"Midoriya really is a great analyzer. He'll have a field day when we tell him we are half alien but I think it's best he doesn't know yet." Goten thought
They all then left due to the exam being over and Goten and Trunks went back to Capsule Corp.
—one week later—
Goten and Trunks were walking over to Midoriya's apartment for the first time so they all could see their results at once. They had both gotten their letter and Midoriya was waiting on his letter.
"So I wonder what Midoriya's apartment is like." Goten said
"It's probably nice but smaller than my home." Trunks said not realizing that what he said was kinda shitty
"Dude be modest." Goten said while punching Trunks in the shoulder
"Sorry sorry didn't realize what I said." Trunks replied
They continued on and walked up the stairs of the apartment and started knocking on the door.
The door opened to reveal who both Goten and Trunks could guess was Midoriya's mom.
"Hi how may I help you?" Inko asked
"Oh we're just here to see Midoriya. We're his friends that he trains with; he probably mentioned us before." Goten said
Inko's face immediately lit up with a massive smile as she reached out and hugged them both.
"Sorry but you two have made Izuku so happy I haven't seen him this happy in years." Inko said with tears in her eyes
"Hey it's no problem he's a good friend." Goten said
"Only an explosive jerk would hate him." Trunks stated
"Oh you know about Katsuki." Inko replied
"Yeah we've met him a handful of times and he isn't easy to be around." Goten said
Then they got distracted as Midoriya had come to see who his mom was talking to.
"Oh hey Goten, hey Trunks." Midoriya said with a smile on his face
"How come you're here?" Midoriya asked
"Well we came to open our letters together. We wanted to get here early so the letter would come while we were here." Trunks stated
Midoriya's face lit up.
"Thank you guys." Midoriya said
"No problem." Goten and Trunks replied at the same time
They all went with Midoriya into his room to hang out for the time being. They joked around a bit and Goten and Midoriya began arm wrestling.
"Full Cowling 20%." Midoriya said while attempting to get Goten's arm down
"Common Midoriya this is like last time you won't win." Goten said while chuckling
"Can't I atleast try." Midoriya said while laughing
They continued joking around until Inko came charging in with the letter.
"It's here your letter is here." Inko said while handing the letter to Midoriya
"That's great I was getting worried it would come another day." Trunks said
"Thank you mom." Midoriya said while getting the letter and hugging Inko
"Tell me the results I'll leave you guys alone." Inko said
Inko then walked out of the room and all three of them put there letter next to each other.
"Alright 3-2-1 go." Goten said while tearing his letter open
They all ripped their letters open and caught the device.
"Um what's this?" Midoriya asked
Then all three lit up and projected onto the wall at the same spot.
"Booya I'm here as a projection now." All Might shouted
"ALL MIGHT!" All three of them shouted at the same time
"Isn't this a letter from U.A." Midoriya said
"The three of you are probably wondering why I'm here." All Might said
"Wait how does he know we are all together?" Trunks questioned
"I knew that you three are great friends so I assumed you would have opened them together." All Might said
He continued explaining about the exam and why All Might was there then they got to the points.
"Midoriya Izuku you got 140 points, 100 villain points and 40 rescue points." All Might said
"Wait rescue points?" Midoriya said
"Yes rescue points. There was a secret factor to weed out the true heroes out of the punch." All Might said
All Might then pulled up the list of scores showing Midoriya Goten and Trunks in the top 3.
1: Trunks 150 villain points and 60 rescue points
2: Goten 140 villain points and 50 rescue points
3: Midoriya 100 villain points and 40 rescue points
"You three really are impressive." All Might said with a massive smile
"Welcome to U.A. High." All Might said
They then heard another voice on the transmission.
"Wait another teacher to meet? I'll be right there." All Might said
The hologram cut off.
Both Goten and Trunks looked at Midoriya and slapped him on the back and cheered.
"Good job dude." Trunks said
"You did great." Goten stated
"T-thank you." Midoriya said tearing up a bit
They continued to talk throughout the night. Midoriya told his mom about the results and she immediately passed out in shock. They helped her up and woke her up. She immediately began crying and hugged Midoriya. They stayed all night and went home in the morning.
—2 weeks later—
Goten's alarm went off. It was time to go to U.A. High.
