Miracles of the Creek
Prologue: The New Hawk Moth.
Creek World: Dimension Number 18
King Xavier had most of the stuff any kid would want. Money, influence, power over other kids. But that wasn't enough for him. He wanted more. He wanted both sides of the creek at his control, he wanted more kids to be his servants. He wants a lot more.
"Maya, any news about the Craig situation or anything new about the Green Poncho" said the king, on a demanding tone to his best friends.
"No, sir. They are still out there" said the king's best friend, making the king a little annoyed.
"And the trader? Was she already taken care?" said Xavier, talking about Kit, who, in their eyes, was a fundamental part in the war that was happening between the sides.
"No, sir. We are still planning on a way of getting her on our side or kidnapping her. But still got no idea of how to execute any of these actions" said Maya, making the king even angrier.
"We need progress! We have been trying for years to expand my family's kingdom, but we are still stuck on this side. It's time to do something! We have waited for too long!" said King Xavier, tired of waiting.
"Then, maybe, you should get help from someone powerful. Someone who can give you something to control others. Someone who could offer you a lot more than you could imagine" said a mysterious voice, leaving the two kids present scared.
"Reveal yourself, foe!" screamed Maya, preparing herself to defend the king. A portal appeared out of nowhere in front of the two kids, and a blue energy man came out of it.
Maya prepared her weapon to attack the mysterious man, but King Xavier made a sign to make her stop. He was interested in what this energy man had to explain.
"Who are you and what you have to offer?" asked the king, making the mysterious man laugh a little.
"You can call me Lord Vortech. And I can give you what you want, but I would need something from you" said Lord Vortech.
"What would it be?" asked King Xavier, wondering if this could be useful.
"Help. Help to conquer the whole universe" said Lord Vortech, leaving the other two with confused faces.
"Stop joking around! The King is not a foul!" said the best friend.
"Maya, no need of screaming yet. Explain this whole universe conquering stuff first" ordered the king, starting to see the use of this deal. Lord Vortech created a hologram of a lot of dimensions inside of spheres.
"You see, the universe is divided in dimensions. Dimensions that are different from one another. Dimensions that are divided and far away from each other. But, with the right objects, you can join them all together. This new dimension would need a new ruler. A ruler that is powerful. That ruler will be me! But I need someone to help me ruling it" said Lord Vortech, increasing the interest of the king.
"So, you want me to help you. But how? You sure are not interested in a bunch of kids to conquer a lot of dimensions" said King Xavier, getting up from his throne, intrigued by the rest of the offer.
"I have two powerful artifacts that can create an army of supervillains. But I can't use them" said Lord Vortech, removing two artifacts out of his pockets.
"They are called miraculouses. These are the Moth and Peacock brooches. One can create villains" said Lord Vortech, intriguing the king of the other side.
"The other is able of creating sidekicks for these villains out of emotions" said Lord Vortech, intriguing Maya. King Xavier put the Moth Brooch in his shirt and his best friend put the Peacock brooch on her hoodie. In this moment, two small lights came out of the objects
"Nooro, we are free! Shadow Moth is no longer controlling us!" said Duusu, believing they were finally free from being used by villains. However, when they noticed the evil grin that the king was giving them, they felt far from free.
"I think we are still trapped, Duusu" said Nooro, scared by what could happen to both.
"Oh No!" said Duusu, getting worried by the cruel aura the two had.
"You both just need to say: 'Nooro, Dark Wings rise!' and 'Duusu, spread my Feathers!" said Lord Vortech, instructing the duo.
"Nooro, Dark Wings rise!" said King Xavier, beginning the transformation. Maya did the same.
"So, what are your new names?" asked the portal man.
"You can call me: Moth King" said the king of the other said, with a malicious tone.
"Peahen Knight" said the king's best friend in an emotionless tone.
"Interesting names. Now, are you ready to show your new powers?" asked Lord Vortech, receiving two nods as answers.
"Then let's go to a place where you guys will find a large number of servants" said the portal man, opening a new portal for the three of them to enter.
Miracle World: Dimension Number 1
Marinette, as always, was late for class. Usually, she would be late for any random reason. However, now that she was the guardian of the miraculouses, this had become more and more frequent.
"Marinette, I have been feeling something really weird since yesterday. It's like something important has disappeared. A kwami, to be more specific" said Tikki, inside her holder's purse.
"Seriously? Did someone run away? Oh no, I am the worst guardian!" said the blue-haired girl, scared that she was failing in her duty.
"No, not one that was in the box. It feels like it was Duusu and Nooro. It seems they disappeared from this dimension" said the kwami of creation.
"Is this even possible?" asked Marinette, worrying about the news.
"I am not sure" answered Tikki, making her holder even worse. As they ran through the school, they finally arrived at the class.
"Sorry, I am late again!" said the blue-haired girl, already apologizing for the teacher. However, as she looked around, she noticed she still wasn't there.
"Don't worry girl, Miss Mendeleiev still hasn't arrived" said Alya, calming her best friend. As Marinette sat next to her, she approached to talk.
"It looks like it was a busy night saving Paris" whispered Alya, teasing her best friend.
"It was. I am so tired, and it seems a Kwami disappeared" said the blue-haired girl.
"Is it even possible?" ask the aspiring reporter.
"Tikki doesn't know" answered Marinette.
"It is probably nothing" said Alya, trying to calm her friend down. She knew how stressed she was about being the guardian and how it affected her sometimes.
Out of nowhere, to everyone's surprise, an enormous portal appeared on the front of the class. Lord Vortech, Moth King and Peahen Knight walked out of it.
"Well, well, well. Look if it isn't our two favorite heroes in disguise. Ladybug and Chat Noir" said the portal man, leaving all of the class in a state of shock and surprise.
"What are you talking about, crazy man?!" asked Alix, scared by what she was hearing.
"Oh, didn't you know? Paris most famous superheroes study here" answered Lord Vortech, with a cruel laugh, scaring Marinette and Adrien, who feared having their secrets revealed.
"But how?" asked Rose.
"There is only a 15% chance of them studying here. There are a lot more schools here and they might not even be our age" said Max, also not believing.
"Well, I know exactly who they are. Am I right, pigtails and model boy?" asked Lord Vortech, scaring the two kids.
"What are you talking about? There are no heroes here!" said Marinette, deeply scared about her secret being revealed.
"Yeah, we are just normal students" said Adrien, also worried about their identities.
"Really, in that case, you won't worry about us taking away your ring and your earrings. King Moth, you take their miraculouses, Peahen Knight, after the Miracle Box" asked the portal man, threatening the two students.
"With pleasure" said the Moth King, approaching the two heroes in disguise.
"Marinette, run! We can't let him have the box! He is too dangerous!" screamed Tikki getting out of her purse, finally recognizing who was that man.
"Tikki, spots on!" screamed the blue-haired girl, transforming in front of the whole class, leaving everyone, Chloe, and Lila especially, surprised.
"You will never have my miraculous or the box!" said Ladybug, preparing to attack.
"Then, we will take it by force!" said the Moth King, removing the bottom of his cane and turning it into a sword. Ladybug was worried, she needed to find a way of going back to her room, but she needed to run away from these two villains first.
"Plagg, claws out!" screamed Adrien, transforming himself in Chat Noir.
"Wait, Adrien?!" said the blue-haired girl, surprised just like the rest of the class.
"We will talk about it later, my lady. Go save the box. I will take care of this two" said Chat Noir, preparing to the battle. Ladybug took her chance and run out of the place through the window.
While she was running through the rooftops of Paris, she found Peahen Knight trying to find where the signal of the Miracle Box was coming.
The blue-haired girl saw an opportunity she was not going to waste. She swinged her yo-yo and made her trip.
"You are never going to put your hands in the miraculouses!" screamed Ladybug as she run back to her house.
"You are not going to win" screamed Peahen Knight, going after her. While the peafowl holder was running after her, Ladybug did her best and was able to outwit her enemy.
"I am going to find you, Ladybug. This is not over yet!" screamed Peahen Knight, noticing she was lost.
The blue-haired girl kept focused on reaching the box. However, she had some troubles among the way. Random portals, just like that one that appeared in her class, started to appear. Besides arriving at home, she also needed to avoid those portals to survive.
After running a little more, the blue-haired girl arrived at her house from the rooftop.
"Tikki, spots off" said Ladybug, returning to her regular self.
"Tikki, what was that? Who was that? Why was it more important than my identity?" asked Marinette, not understanding why she needed to risk so much.
"That man was Lord Vortech. He is a being made of cosmic energy and wants to join all the dimensions in one! I already heard about him but thought he was destroyed!" said the kwami, extremely worried about what could happen.
"But we can beat him, right?" asked the blue-haired girl.
"Not this way. We need to run away to a place he can't find us" answered Tikki.
"But how?!" asked Marinette, extremely worried.
"If I combine my powers with Kaalki and Fluff, we could change the destination of one of the portals" answered Tikki, making her holder a little less stressed.
"Then let's go!" said the blue-haired girl, motivated to save the dimensions. However, as soon as she finished her phrase, three portals appeared, one with King Moth, one with Peahen Knight but the other was empty.
"There is no chance of running away now! Give us the box!" screamed the Moth King, preparing to attack. Marinette had no idea of what to do. She couldn't let them have the box, but someone would have to stay behind to distract them so that Tikki could bring them somewhere else. And she knew that their only chance was with she stayed behind.
"Okay…" said the blue-haired, putting her plan in action. She used her secret code to open the box and removed it from her secret box. The ladybug kwami noticed what her holder was doing and started to prepare their fled.
Marinette also removed her earrings and put them on top of the Miracle Box, but, as she didn't want it, Tikki was still outside of the object. The ladybug kwami quickly entered in the box world to explain their new plan to Kaalki and Fluff. However, she soon got out of it to avoid more suspensions by the villain duo.
"I am sorry, Tikki, but… I need you to run, now!" screamed the blue-haired girl, throwing the box at the third portal. Tikki quickly picked up the earrings and positioned the box on top of her head, entering the portal.
"What have you done?" asked Kind Moth, mad by losing the box.
"I did what was necessary to save the universe" answered Marinette, making the duo a lot angrier.
"You are coming with us" said the Peahen Knight, grabbing her by the arm and dragging her to one of the portals.
"Be careful, Tikki. We are counting on you" said the blue-haired girl as she entered in the portal.
Creek World: Dimension Number 18
Craig and his friends were having a regular day. While they were eating their usual chocorolls, they were thinking about what they could do this day.
"So, I believe that maybe we could try to see if there is something new in the sewers" said Craig, while looking for locations to explore in his map.
"We should see with Wildernessa needs our help. Maybe we could help in a super-secret mission! We could protect a dragon and help him against dragon hunters!" said Kelsy, fantasizing about one of her mystical adventures.
"I think we should see if the Horse Girls need any help. Maney said a big competition is approaching and I think we should root for her," said JP.
"Or maybe even the Cardboard City. Heard they have been going through some issues" said the map boy. As they continued thinking about what they should do, they heard a small voice that seemed to be asking for help.
"Please… help… me" said the small voice, as she begged for help. The three kids became worried. They all heard this mysterious voice but didn't know where the voice was coming.
They got up from the place they were sitting. Kelsey got prepared for the possible battle and Craig started looking around to signs of the voice and JP did the same.
"Hello? Is anyone here?" asked the map boy, being the calmest of the trio. At this moment, they saw the red creature holding the box and the earrings.
"Please help me…" said Tikki, not being able of holding the box and the earrings and falling in the ground. The three kids ran to help her.
"Hello, miss… red? What happened to you? Can we help you?" asked Craig, holding the kwami.
"The earrings… put the earrings…" asked the creature, handing him the earrings, before blacking out.
The three kids were shocked. They didn't know what to do. They were scared, surprised, and confused.
"What are we going to do now?!" asked Kelsey, scared by what she was seeing.
"Put the earrings?" asked JP, not understanding what the girl was saying.
"No! We can't do that! What if it is a curse? Or a trick? We can't trust this creature!" shouted Kelsey.
Craig looked at the creature and the earrings. He knew Kelsey could be right, but something inside of him wanted to trust her. Something inside of him was telling him he should put the object.
He grabbed the object and put each one of them in each of his signature shoes. Kelsey and JP looked at him.
"Whatever this red creature is, she needs help. And we need to find out who and what she is" said Craig, as he looked at his friends with a serious look.
Suddenly, their alarms started ringing. It could mean only one thing that would put an end to their quest.
"Dinner time! We should go back home and go back to our quest tomorrow. We are still far from any kind of answers" said the map boy, saying goodbye to both of his friends.
