"Before you get hasty, I need to get a DNA analysis of these corpses," VEGA said.

The Doom Slayer nodded and got close to the neat pile of corpses. VEGA then began to scan them all and found fingerprints all over the corpses. VEGA began to try to figure out who was responsible.

"I can find out who did this, it would seem that the people who did it must be part of the military of this world," VEGA said. "I shall point out where they are."

The Doom Slayer nodded and left the alleyway. The footprints of the culprits being shown in his HUD leading to where the ones responsible are at.

-Several Hours Later-

It was night time and the brutal officers of the Capital were brutally torturing "guilty" people. Though in reality they sadistically like to torture innocent people for fun. They made a deal with some demons who are more than willing to use the bodies of the deceased tortured ones to make argent energy.

However, their sadistic nature was discovered by the assassin group known as Night Raid, who have arrived to deal with them. But they are not the only ones ready to deliver justice to them.

The Doom Slayer had his Super Shotgun with him and was ready to punch and shoot the crap out of the people who had murdered those innocent people. There were two guards outside of the building.

"Halt! You're not supposed-" He was immediately turned into mincemeat by the Super Shotgun and the other guard was punched so hard his face was destroyed by the green armored man.

"I am detecting human presences nearby. Do note that they do not appear to be hostile as of yet," VEGA said.

The Doom Slayer was curious as to who they were.

Then Night Raid showed up and entered through the windows of the base and the armored warrior heard the sound of combat occurring inside.

A lot of guards were being slaughtered by Akame with her Teigu, Murasame and one guard tried to sneak up on her. But was killed due to a broken skull via Leone showing up in her beast for due to her teigu, Lionel.

Then Imps came about and started to throw fireballs at the duo, who dodged them. Akame was able to bisect one in half while Leone crushed their skulls.

Three more arrived but were quickly entangled and had their inner organs crushed via wires of the teigu Cross Tail used by Lubbock. Which signaled to both Leone and Akame that he was nearby.

"Well this is interesting, I never thought I would see something like this before," Leone said, looking at the corpses of the demons who then turned into ashes.

"No kidding! They seem to look like demons!" Lubbock said.

Back with the Doom Slayer, he was slaughtering both guards and demons left and right. He figured out that the demons are not attacking the humans because they both are working together. Which further pissed him off.

A guard tried to swing his battle-ax at the Doom Slayer but the green armored man ripped his entire arm off and then used it as a bat and kept hitting the guy until he died. A Prowler teleported in to try to kill the Doom Slayer but found that its mouth was caught in the barrel of the Super Shotgun and then its head turned into a cloud of vaporized brain matter and flesh.

The Doom Slayer then pulled out his Rocket Launcher and began to kill off the groups of demons who were all turned into mincemeat by the blast. He then saw a group of guards coming at him and the armored man decided to use his fists for some good ol fashioned glory kills.

He ended up punching one guard in the face so hard that it exploded, he then ripped another in half and then ripped the foot of a guard and then used it to crush his face into paste.

After killing the guards in what could be considered glory kills, he then went to the second floor. Back with Leone, Lubbock, and Akame, they were able to kill more of the guards and demons along the way.

Their targets were in sight who were being hastily escorted by three Hell knights, several Gargoyles, and human guards. The trio was going to do something until the Doom Slayer ran in between them and fired his Gauss Cannon at a Garoglye, instantly destroying it.

"Kill him!" One of the officers said to the three Hell Knights, who gladly ran over to the Doom Slayer with their lesser demons following them. Lubbock, Akame, and Leone decided to take this opportunity to take out their targets.

The Doom Slayer pulled out his super shotgun in one hand and Heavy Assault Rifle in the other. He fired micro missiles that easily took down the gargoyles and did moderate damage to one of the Hellknights. The armored man then fired his Super Shotgun at a Hell Knight which did a lot of damage to it, and then he ran up and delivered a punch that obliterated its face. He then pulled out his Rocket Launcher and fired four missiles due to the lock-on mode at another Hell Knight, which made short work of it.

The Doom Slayer then ended up catching the fist of the Hell Knight and then fired the Super Shotgun directly into its face, obliterating it completely.

Meanwhile, Leone and Akame were dispatching the guards left and right easily via their Teigus' powers. Lubbock ended restraining the officers with his wires to not let them escape. Finally, Akame killed the last guard via the curse poisoning his heart.

BGM End.

The hallway was littered with the corpses of the human, and there was blood all over the walls. Of course, the demons' dead bodies disintegrated until there was nothing left except for the blood on the ground.

"Let us go!" Officer 1 said.

"If you don't then you will be tried for your actions!" Officer 2 shouted.

"Well it doesn't matter since we are already hunted down just for being assassins, not to mention how many of you we already killed," Lubbock said. "Plus, we don't even intend to let you go as we are going to kill you here and now, no matter what."

All of them were going to continue until they heard footsteps and turned around and saw the Doom Slayer approaching them.

"These are the human presence I mentioned earlier. They appear to be the enemy of the humans allied to the demons," VEGA said.

"Not bad at all. You don't seem to be from around here, I presume," Lubbock said as he was actually impressed he was able to take down the groups of enemies with ease.

"Let me speak to them," VEGA said.

The AI then activated the speakers of the Praetor suit to allow him to speak: "Hello there."

"Wait you actually speak?" Leone said.

"He hasn't spoken in ages. So I will speak on his behalf," VEGA said. "As for who is speaking, I am VEGA, an artificial intelligence that was created to help with the UAC's efforts on Mars."

"Artificial intelligence? Mars? UAC? I have no idea what those terms even are…" Akame said as she looked confused.

"I see. This world isn't advanced enough to understand such things. I apologize. You may simply think of me as an assistant to the Slayer over there," VEGA stated.

"Ah, I see then…" Leone said.

"By the way, shouldn't we be trying to eliminate our targets?" Akame said.

"Oh right!" Lubbock said as he was about to have the wires kill them but the Doom Slayer placed his hand on his shoulder and shook his head.

"He wants to do it to these officers," VEGA said.

"Ah I see then, well go on ahead," Lubbock said.

"H-hey we can talk about thi-AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHH!" That officer's entire arm was twisted off by the Doom Slayer and then he proceeded to do the same to the other arm. He then twisted and removed both of his legs and finally punched him in the face. The armored man did this procedure on the rest of the officers for what they had done to their victims. All in less than three seconds for each one.

Lubbock, Akame, and Leone were grimacing but were satisfied as their targets got what they deserved. Anyway, the torn to pieces corpses of the officers were all over the ground once the Doom Slayer was done with them. They were also surprised at how quick he was at making their targets suffer before killing them.

"Hey, I have a question. Were those actual demons that we just fought earlier?" Lubbock said. The Doom Slayer nodded.

"I am sorry to tell you, but demons are real and are very dangerous to all of life in this world," VEGA said.

"I see. So the rumors are true, then," Akame said. "The rumors that there are actual demons in the confines of the empire…"

"Yes. They are true," VEGA said

"Well, this makes it somewhat more complicated...by the way who is this guy right here anyways?" Leone said.

"Many have different names for him. Right now, most call him either the Doom Slayer or the Slayer," VEGA said.

"Ah, I see then…" Leone said.

"I think I remember his name...about how demons feared a green armored knight so mighty and powerful that they feared his very existence. It was a fable of sorts that, well, that I read to my...loved one…" Akame said as a solemn look befallen her.

"I see. Then she must know as well…" Leone said.

"Yeah...she does…" Akame said.

"By my curiosity, who are all of you? You must be assassins but of what organization?" VEGA said.

"Is it okay, Lubbock? Can we tell him?" Akame said.

"Yeah, we should. After all, he already saw our faces. And also, to answer your question. Well, we are part of Night Raid and we deal with corrupted and evil officials who have been terrorizing the innocent, among other things," Lubbock said.

"So it appears that we have a common enemy," VEGA said.

"Yep. And now demons are now going to be on our list of targets…" Lubbock said.

"So it would seem," VEGA said.

"Say, does this mean we are like allies or something?" Leone said.

The Slayer nodded.

"Nice! I bet we'll get along just fine! Say...do you drink?" Leone said.

The Slayer was motionless.

"I'll take that as a no…" Leone said as she sighed.

"Oh well...I was actually hoping for another drinking buddy…"

"One day, Leone…" Akame said. Her best friend was pouting.

"So, I have analyzed your weapons and they seem to be of importance and rather unusual. Can you please tell us what they are?" VEGA asked.

"Oh! Those are Teigus!" Lubbock said.

The Doom Slayer was now curious about what those are.

"Please elaborate on what that is," VEGA said.

Lubbock explained how they were made, their origins, and everything else.

"I understand. How interesting," VEGA said.

The Doom Slayer was now hoping for a teigu that was a chainsaw.

"Say, I haven't seen guns like the one you have," Lubbock said.

The Doom Slayer showed his Super Shotgun.

"That is what the humans from my world call a Double Barrel Shotgun. And this one is a rarity, most call it the Super Shotgun," VEGA said.

"Shotgun, huh? Your friend seems to like it," Lubbock said.

"He has a long history with it. Along with what one could call his very own "Trump Card", as you call them," VEGA said.

"Ah sweet!" Leone said.

"You wouldn't mind if we brought you two to our superior?" Akame said.

"Certainly. I and the Doom Slayer are curious as to whom is leading your organization," VEGA said.

"Alright. Follow me," Lubbock said.

A/n: So here we go. Night Raid meets the Doom Slayer and instantly becomes friends. For obvious reasons as they both hate demons and the monsters that masquerade as humans. Hope you enjoy this right here!
