I looked at my watch and sighed. "11:30 already?"

"Man, this is going to take a while, huh Z?" I almost laughed. That was my childhood friend, Ikust. It's a weird name, but anyone who read the closing in the last chap. would get the joke. He was a small guy. About 5 foot 9. He was the typical Japanese, no offense. He had a crazy hairstyle, the front being flipped up and crudely brushed to the side, making him the ideal anime character, and his clothes were all black... again, no offense buuuuuuut. His eyes were dark black, and he had a sweet air about him. We had known each other since we were six, and for the last eighteen years I've been stuck with him. The nickname Z. had been stuck, naturally, for the last eighteen years. Connect the dots yet? My name is Zypher Atsutama, age 24. The name 'Zypher' is uncommon, even in America, which is currently being shot to hell. After the great meme was overtook by some child molester, I decided to return to my birth country, Japan. I found a nice house to buy, and during the renovations, Ikust let my bunk with him.

"Hai. You sure you don't want to leave? Aki's waiting. The sack doesn't wait!" It was an inside joke. We were both virgins, of course. He smiled but shook his head. We continued working for about another thirty minutes before calling it a day. I got home at 12:20. I'm a very particular man. I Stopped working at 12 because I promised Eijo, my younger brother, that I would never be later than 12:30. It took me five minutes to pack everything up, another five minutes to get to the car; I parked a long way away so I could get my steps in. Finally, it took me ten minutes to get home. I preferred to get home as early as possible because Eijo always stayed up to meet me at home. He needs his sleep. I opened my laptop and began to type. As a hobby, I wrote fanfiction about different anime I had watched and enjoyed. After, at Eijo's insistence, eating, I typed about 1.5 thousand words. Tomorrow's Tuesday. It's my day off. I'll make a new arrangement, I guess. I have lots of hobbies. One of them is playing piano. I had tried to learn some of Animenz' arrangements when I was 12, but they were too hard, so I had to transpose them to C and take the principles and write my own. That's when I found out I loved to write music. Inside me, I'm still 12 years old though. That's enough for today, I suppose. I walked to my room, checking in on Eijo to find him resting peacefully. I walked into my room and collapsed in my bed. How do I even do this? Ughhhhhhh. Soooooo tiiiiiiired. Well, in any case, I'll probably make an arrangement on 'This Game', maybe. It doesn't matter right now. I'm going to slee...

Considering I woke up at noon, I assume I was tired. Real tired. After some... slightly aggressive questioning on why I wasn't awoken, my poor Otouto started crying and telling me that he didn't want to wake me if I was tired. I assured him that if I was still asleep at 9, to wake me up. I made fried rice with egg and vegetables, and gave some to Eijo, who was sniffling quietly. I assumed he would be fine. That night I played the piano for him, then some video games with him, before deciding to eat out.

"Where are we going!" It sounded like a statement, rather than a question, but I ignored it. I drove to the best ramen place in town, Tsuki Ramen, and we ate peacefully. As a surprise, I had booked two tickets to a new anime movie that was back in theaters again, Kimetsu no Yaiba Eiga: Mugen Train. Roughly meaning Demon Slayer The Movie: Mugen Train. Upon arrival, I promptly ordered some popcorn, soda, and candy early, so we didn't have to wait and miss some of the movie. At the end of the day, We were both tired and satisfied. We left and talked about the movie on the way home. I looked at Eijo, and then back at the road, only to see a car speeding towards at at least 100 Miles per Hour... in other words, not enough time to get out of the way. Using my doctorate in physics and a masters in geometry, I noticed that by the time we hit, the car would be hitting mainly Eijo. I quickly whipped the car to the right, taking the brunt of the damage... not. I'm no Anime character. Instead, I just hit the brakes real hard, praying to God that Eijo would be fine. And then, everything went black.

It was strange, the dreams I had. It was mom and dad, talking in Swedish, then Portuguese, and Spanish. Then it was Eijo, yelling and screaming he hated me. I woke with a start on a strange sort of bed. It was white and fluffy. I soon realized I was sitting on a cloud.

"Huh, I guess I was good enough to go to Heaven. TAKE THAT IKUST! HAHA!" I soon saw three blurry figures come into view. I saw they were a young boy, an old man, and a a young woman.

The old man addressed me like an old friend: "Oh! I see you've woken up already, Zypher! My name is Gain. This is Lulutia", he pointed to the woman, "and Kufo." He pointed to the Young boy. For the next half hour, they explained to me who they were. Turns out Kami-Tachi ni Hirowareta Otoko, By the Grace of The Gods, is real. It also turns out that every anime I can think of is also real. Turns out that existence is a multiverse of different realities.

"Are we really gonna do the eight year-old body thing right now, Chi-chan?" He laughed. "Firstly, I'm a spruce young man! And secondly, no." I sighed thank god. "You will be 18" I laughed. I hope there's no drugs, 'cause if there ar- Nope nope nope. I was about to say some inappropriate things, and this is only rated T.

"By the way, is my brother okay?" I had pretty much absorbed the knowledge that I was dead. They smiled sadly, and I already knew the answer.

"So... is he here?" They nodded and parted to reveal an embarrassed Eijo. "What's wrong, your face is red?" He looked down, and I followed his gaze, and realized he was clothe less.

"AHH! GET THIS INOCENT YOUNG MAN SOME CLOTHES! MY GOD- MY GODS!" He smiled and accepted the clothes that Fuko gave him.

"So, about the 18 part?" Gain smiled.

"You have been writing about a new Isekai Anime called 'Mushoku Tensei'?" I cringed. Oh god.

"You two are going to be twins in the world -yes young Eijo, the same age, 18- in the Kingdom of Ranoa, attending the Ranoa School of Magic. Unless you'd rather be in, say, Wiseman's grandson? Or Black Clover?" We hastily agreed to Jobless Reincarnation, and hit our heels together three times, saying, "There's no place like ranoa" all the while. Lulutia had us close our eyes and the next thing I knew, I was in a bed with a very handsome Eijo on top of me.

"I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto."
