Seth: Last time, me and these two other kids were pulled into a strange world, the Digital World. We thought digimon were just part of some game, but they're real. We each got this strange message and ended up here. I don't know how we got here, but I got the feeling that we're in for the time of our lives.
A Fighter's Ray
Seth, Rin, and Freddie couldn't believe what they witnessed or experience. They've been pulled into a strange world, met with actual digimon, and now have been introduced to a village.
"What do you think of the village so far?" R-mon asked.
"It's...nice." Seth said as he wasn't sure what else to say. They were in a village with digimon everywhere. It was amazing and unbelievable at the same time.
"I don't know how we got here, but it certainly looks awesome." Freddie said.
"Glad you like it." Vorvomon said.
"It might look nice, but looks can be deceiving." Rin said.
"You really don't have much to worry about. Most of the digimon that lives here are most friendly." Cressmon said.
"Is there really a digimon here that can tell us why we're here and what's going on?" Seth said.
"Sure is...and there he is." R-mon said. They all looked and were met with a thing digimon with a large brain sitting on a tree stump.
"Who is that?" Freddie asked.
"That's Vademon, one of the wisest digimon around. He's actually a psychic as well." R-mon said.
"A psychic? Yeah right." Rin said as she really didn't believe that. "Psychic powers don't really exist."
"To be fair, I don't think others believe this place exists." Freddie said. Seeing as how they had nothing else to go on, they all walked over to Vademon. Vademon opened his eyes and was met with all of them.
"Hi, Vademon." R-mon said. "We got some new friends here who need you to help them out."
"Uh... Hello there." Seth said to try and break the ice.
"Humans in our world? This is certainly a surprise, but I have foreseen this happening." Vademon said. "I have foreseen that humans would enter our world when it was facing danger. It would seem that time has come."
"So, you really know what happened to us? Why we're here?" Seth questioned. "Hold on. Are you the one that brought the three of us here?"
"Me? No, I'm not the one who has." Vademon said. "You were brought here by a powerful force. I have foreseen images and visions of the future. I can tell you what you are doing here. You were called on by a powerful force to face the forces of evil that wish to take our world."
"Evil?!" All three of them said. They're suppose to be some sort of heroes? They were finding all of his harder and harder to believe.
"What evil?" Freddie questioned.
"Anyone can probably tell you about that." Vademon said. "One day, an evil force known as the Dark Army attacked our world. For reasons we do not quite know, they wish to take over our world. Those Gaossmon you fought earlier were part of this army."
"Well, we showed them." R-mon said. "Sounds like you three are some key figures to saving our world. So, let's make with the saving."
"Hold on." Seth said. "Do you not understand that we're really confused and don't know what the heck is going on? We thought this was all some sort of game, but now we don't know what to think."
"Game? What game?" R-mon said. It seems like both sides are a little perplexed as to what is going on with them and it's going to take some explaining.

The Dark Army
The Dark Army, a mysterious and evil force that wishes to take over the Digital World. No one seems to know where they came from, but they do know that they are bad news. One who appeared to be a higher-up in the army was looking over maps of the world and was formulating his plans.
"Things seem to be going well." As he continued to look over his plans, he was receiving a message with it appearing on a computer screen.
"Excuse me, sir."
"What is it, Musyamon?" He asked to the one that was trying to message him.
"I learned about something I thought you should know." Musyamon said. "My Gaossmon just reported back to me. They are claiming that they actually saw humans."
"Humans?!"
"Yes, sir. Awaiting your orders as to how to deal with this matter." Musyamon said.
"Humans aren't much of a threat. They are weak creatures that can barely defend themselves. Do whatever you like with them. Just be sure to crush anyone who would dare oppose us."
"As you wish." Musyamon said as he ended the transmission.
"Humans... This could be interesting if they actually can fight back."

The Village
Seth and the others had a lot to think about. Being pulled into another world and being told you might have to save it is a lot to take in after just a short amount of time. Seth and the others just told the digimon their side of the story as well. R-mon was a bit shocked.
"Let me get this straight. You're saying I'm just some character in a game?" R-mon questioned.
"Yeah. I thought this whole place was just some sort of game. I never would have thought it was real." Seth said.
"Weird." R-mon said. "Then again, I always felt like someone was watching over me. It seems like I was right. How does this game of yours work exactly?"
"Well, I thought I was controlling you the whole time." Seth said. "In the game, you go on adventures, play a few games, and fight some battles. I thought I had control over your movements and actions, but maybe that's not the case?"
"Like I know." R-mon said. "What about that device you've got with you?"
"You mean my D-scan?" Seth questioned as he pulled it out. "It's used to give you information on digimon, as well as help keep track of your stats."
"All sounds a bit weird, but it sounds like this is what helped us come together." R-mon said. "You know what this means? We're partners! We get to fight evil together!" R-mon seems rather excited about this, but Seth wasn't sure.
"Hold on. I'm not a fighter." Seth said. "I can't even stand up to the biggest bully at my school. How am I suppose to save a world? This is all a lot to take in and I'm not sure if I can do it."
"Well, you better start learning how to." R-mon said. R-mon was looking for a fight, but Seth wasn't so sure about this. As for Rin and Freddie, they were trying to figure things out.
"Another world, and we were chosen to protect it." Rin said as she was getting all the facts straight.
"I know. Isn't this cool?!" Freddie said as he seemed to be the only human that was excited about it.
"Glad to see someone seems to be enjoying themselves." Vorvomon said.
"You actually seem to like this?" Rin questioned.
"Yeah. This is so awesome and cool. Who wouldn't find this exciting?" Freddie said.
"How about someone who has a normal functioning brain like myself." Rin said. "You're not seriously falling for any of this nonsense."
"There's no reason to sound rude." Freddie said.
"Rin is just trying to be rational." Cressmon said. "You humans were just thrust upon all of this. It's going to take some time to process all of this."
"At least someone around here is making sense." Rin said. None of them were quite sure what to think of any of this. There wasn't any time as well. They all suddenly heard some explosions going off and were coming closer to the village.
"What was that?" Seth said.
"Run!" A fellow digimon called. "It's the Dark Army! They're attacking!" Members of the Dark Army began to attack the village. Musyamon ordered the charge and his forces began to attack the village.
"Attack! Leave no stone unchecked!" Musyamon ordered as his forces attacked.
"Who the heck is that?!" Seth questioned.
"Didn't you say that thing you have lets you know what digimon are what?" R-mon questioned. Seth gave it a try as he held his D-scan up to Musyamon. It scanned him and gave information on him.
"It worked! Musyamon, a champion warrior digimon with attacks like Shogun Sword." Seth said.
"What do we do?" Freddie questioned.
"The logical thing would to be get everyone somewhere safe." Rin said. Freddie and the digimon agreed with that as they hurried to help the villagers. As Musyamon's forces were attacking, he soon spotted Seth and R-mon.
"Looks like I found one of those humans." Musyamon said. Seth seemed nervous, but R-mon was ready for a fight.
"You want a piece of me?" R-mon challenged.
"I don't, but one of my pets would like a new toy. Snimon!" Musyamon called. He called for a mantis-like digimon to come down. Seth used his D-scan to learn about that digimon too.
"Snimon, another champion. His signature attack is Twin Sickles." Seth said.
"Oh yeah? Bring it on!" R-mon called as he went to fight.
"No! Wait!" Seth called, but R-mon kept going.
"Sun Beater!" R-mon pulled out his staff and tried smashing it against Snimon, but Snimon knocked him away easily.
"Forget that runt. Get the human." Musyamon ordered. Snimon turned to Seth and moved closer to attack him. Seth was too scared to even more.
"I'm not beat yet!" R-mon called as he hurried to save him.
"Hot Shot!" R-mon launched a fireball from his staff, but it just bounced off him. Snimon hit R-mon with his sickle again and knocked him down.
"Stop, R-mon! You don't have to do this!" Seth called.
"Yes I do." R-mon said as he tried to get back up. "They need to see that we can't be pushed around. If we don't stand up for ourselves and fight, who will?!" Seth was amazed with how brave he was acting.
"Twin Sickles!" Snimon unleashed his attack and hit R-mon with it. R-mon slammed against a wall and it looked like he was really hurt. Seth was impressed with how R-mon acted. He thought about what he said.
'R-mon was so brave. He's willing to fight no matter what.' Seth thought as he looked back at his own life. 'Every time I wanted to stand up for myself, I couldn't. I didn't think I have the muscle or the power. I was just too afraid.' Seth let fear ruled over him in the past, but he's had it. "No more being afraid!" He looked around and found a branch he might be able to use. He grabbed the branch and went over to Snimon as he tried to climb on him.
"Wow! He's either brave or stupid!" Musyamon said.
"Stop, Seth! Get off him! He'll tear you to pieces!" Rin called.
"I'm done being afraid." Seth said as he tried to hurt Snimon with the branch, but Snimon shook around and shook him right off. Snimon turned to him and was ready to attack. "Come on. You don't scare me...much." Seth was trying his best to be brave like R-mon. That's what caused a light from his D-scan to shine. "What's this?"
"What's going on?!" Musyamon said. Seth grabbed his D-scan and could feel power coursing through.
"Synchro Rate: 25%" Power traveled through to R-mon with him being reenergized.
"R-mon digivolve to..." R-mon began changing forms as data gathered around him. His body changed to a red dinosaur-like digimon with sharp claws. His chest was white with a sun right on it. "Raymon!"
R-mon's new form was amazing to everyone. He grew instant strength and gained new power.
"He actually digivolve, just like in the game!" Seth said. "When a digimon reaches enough strength, he digivolves!"
"What?! How could he have digivolves so suddenly?!" Musyamon questioned. Raymon continued the fight as he smashed himself against Snimon. Snimon fought back as he flew in the air and got ready to attack.
"Twin Sickles!" Snimon attacked again, but Raymon was able to endure the attack.
"Heated Ray!" Raymon unleashed an intense blast of heat from his mouth. Snimon got blasted from the attack and he turned into data bits from that attack. This wasn't going the way Musyamon thought.
"Retreat!" Musyamon called. His forces pulled out of the village and got out of there as fast as they could. Everyone was amazed with what just happened. Seth somehow managed to get R-mon to digivolve and drive back enemy forces.
"Amazing!" Seth said as he was amazed at what he and R-mon did. As Raymon roared in victory, Seth wonders what else would come. "Maybe this won't be so bad after all."
Seth: This is incredible. We fought back an invading force, but this Musyamon isn't done with us quite yet. While I'm also trying to get to know these guys better, Rin's acting a little distant. I guess she's more of a loner, but that might be a problem when the big guy with the sword comes back at us. Rin seems pretty smart. I hope she knows what she's doing. It's all next time.
