Upon reaching the second world, the group were soon greeted with a sort of haunted mansion.
"This place looks really creepy…" Luke said.
"Just look at all of those skeletons. I guess it gives this place a real haunted vibe." Cheetah said. "Too bad Ishihara isn't here. This would've been a good chance to scare him."
"What, that little punk? The less I hear about him, the better." Wario said.
"Oh, come on. Don't be like that. He actually saved you back when Lucien was controlling you." Luke said.
"Not to mention the World of Light incident." Jade said.
"Besides, I meant it as a joke. Ishihara doesn't like horror movies. Except the Predator movies, those are the only exceptions." Cheetah said.
"Exceptions? How?" Zenji asked.
"Because he likes action movies more, which he always considers them." Cheetah said. "Plus, there was that one tidbit where he spoke up that he would imagine himself fighting one of them one of these days. I can see that happening."
"Yeah, even during our time in Spirit Force, he pretty much was always weird like that." Luke said. "But that's one of the main reasons why you always like talking about fighting him, right?"
"I guess you can say that. I think I always liked him a little bit weird, even during the time we were enemies." Cheetah said.
"It is kind of weird that we're hearing all of this from you now." Tear said.
"A lot of people where I'm from tend to be judgmental, and they never bother to hear our sides of the stories. It's kind of sad, actually." Cheetah said.
The group fought against what seemed to be a creepy doll before they find themselves in a circus-like area.
"How deceptively festive." Zamazenta said.
"Like said before, we can't take anything in this place with a grain of salt. We'll need to be wary of everything as we make our way across this mixed-up world." Sojiro said.
"Mixed-up is kind of the right term for it. I can't tell heads or tails with the layout of the whole place." Toya said.
"Neither can most of us. Just what the heck is going on?" Jessica asked.
"I wish I can tell for sure, but this place is all about subverting expectations." Belladonna said.
"We're not going to get any answers standing around here. We must keep moving." George said.
"George is right. The only way we'll know anything for sure is if we keep going. So, let's just bear it for as long as we can." Angelo said.
The group soon fought a clown on a spinning ball before coming face to face with two dragons.
"Two dragons now? Man, gotta give credit. That gem knows how to get creative." Guy said.
"Yes, but creative in design doesn't mean it is skilled in combat. Just get them to attack each other and we're golden." Cheetah said.
The group got the two dragons to use their flame breath on each other a few times before Cheetah and Belladonna sliced them both up.
"See? What did I tell you? Nothing to worry about." Cheetah said as another key piece appeared.
"That's another key piece. Judging by its shape, I believe we are only halfway there." George said.
"Yes. Two pieces down, two to go! It will not be long now!" Wario said.
"Anyone want some deep fried dragon?" Cheetah asked.
"Um… Thanks for offering, but I think we're good." Guy said.
"Your loss. More for us then." Belladonna said.
