This Cute Preppy Blonde must face off against her Gothic Older Brother's First Evil Ex
Disclaimers I don't own the Loud House or the Scott Pilgrim series, and while many would say this should be categorized as a crossover, honestly for what I have in store is way to different for it to be categorized as one in the long run so enjoy.
It was the weekend back home in the Loud House, and while everyone had their own outdoor activities they normally do, things was relatively kept behind doors and if rarely outdoors for both Lincoln and Lucy.
While Lincoln lived a bit of a shut in life style already, Lucy was just about dealing with cabin fever, since she likes to spend her days out and about doing stuff, but unfortunately her and her brother are both infamous and famous celebrities in their own right.
Granted while they felt that they could never leave Royal Woods, since just about every other town and community had made the couple feel more unwelcomed than they do in their home town, they were at least felt free to walk the streets and enter establishments.
"What's wrong Luce" asked Lincoln as he was playing on his Pintendo Swap, while drinking some Mocha-Cola as Lucy had been sighing for a while whilst looking at her phone.
"It's nothing, just wish I could be out on the streets of New York with my friends right now" said Lucy with a sigh as her friends were living their life to the fullest, unlike Lucy.
Looking away from his switch, Lincoln always felt bad for Lucy whenever he saw that sad look in her eyes, but thankfully he had a means and way to turn that frown upside down.
"Hey Lucy, why not go and pack some clothes for the next 2 nights, and be sure to grab your passport" said Lincoln as he got up from the couch.
"Where are we going" asked Lucy, "You'll see" said Lincoln as he went into his room, which was what use to be Lori and Leni's room to grab some things of his own.
Once fully packed, both of them stepped outside the house and made their way towards Lincoln's car.
Granted while it wasn't Vanzilla as Lynn Sr. had hoped to pass down to Lincoln at some point, nor was it something terrifying like a beater modified looking like something that was spat from hell.
Nope his car was your standard muscle car, and while he wanted to give it a black color scheme, the only color they had available for it at the time was orange, and while Lincoln had originally thought about repainting it, he has since long got use to its color.
"Ready to hit the road" asked Lincoln, "Only if you tell me where we're heading off to" said Lucy as she had already got in the passenger side of the seat.
"Canada" Lincoln said simply as Lucy raised her brow, "Really" asked Lucy as she was far from sounding enthusiastic about going to a neighboring country.
"Don't you fret Lucy, there's plenty things to do in Canada that doesn't involve hockey and eating anything and everything covered in maple syrup" said Lincoln as they traveled to the Great North.
Time Skip
Once they had taken a ferry ride into Canada, and handed over their identification papers, Lincoln continued to drive through the yet winter lands of Canada.
"How you feeling Lucy" asked Lincoln as Lucy had decided to entertain herself by playing on her brothers Swap, "Kind of wish that the Swap offered at least some other horror game that wasn't just Friday the 13th or Damned by Twilight" said Lucy.
"Noted, I shall purchase either at least one Residing Evil games in the near future" said Lincoln, "Any chance you can invest in the Devil Within instead" asked Lucy.
"As much as I love that series, I don't think Pintendo or Bethesda will ever reach an agreement where both games can be licensed and carried around on the go" said Lincoln as he began to pull his car over next to a gas station with some sort of outdoor bar of some kind.
"Hang tight, I'm gonna fill her and grab us some road snacks" said Lincoln, "No way, I need to stretch my legs" said Lucy as both exited the car.
As Lincoln had gone inside to pay for the gas, Lucy explored to see the ice bar on the side, and would assume they were serving either some sort of ice shaving treat or even hot coffee and soda's.
"Excuse me, but what do you serve here" asked Lucy approaching the bar tender as he was a young man wearing glasses and slicked back hair as the only thing uniform related was his red apron.
"I take it it's your first time here" asked the employee as Lucy nodded.
"Well this station I work at primarily serves Tire d'erable sur la neige, but we also offer soft drinks here as well" said the employee.
"What's turd derp slurp- or however it's pronounce" said Lucy as she felt quite embarrassed over butchering something that was more likely to sound delicious than the way she pronounces.
"It's fine, I should've called it by its English name instead, it's basically maple taffy" said the employee, "Maple taffy" repeated Lucy as her assumptions was right over what she was thought to be expected.
"Yup, consider it an upgrade to the ultimate treat and pride and joy of us Canadians" said the employee as he began to show Lucy how the process was done.
Filling up a large metal coffee pot with luke warm syrup, the employee than let it sit on a hot plate and let it boil there for a few minutes as Lucy's eyes were captivated on what she knew was to be a real treat.
"Hey Lucy, what's up" asked Lincoln, "We're able to witness maple taffy in the making" said Lucy as both eyes were set on how the employee took the boiling pot of maple syrup and laid it across a line on the small path of ice he had in front of him, where it instantly froze.
Taking out a single popsicle stick, he began to roll up the most tasty dessert to anyone who loved maple syrup and pancakes.
"Here you both go, this one's on me" said the employee as he handed it to Lincoln before he and Lucy took turns to savor this maple flavored treat.
"Hot damn, this is something I wish could've been a mainstream shared knowledge back to everyone in the states" said Lincoln, "Oh my god, if we'd have discovered this sooner, we could've made a profit in selling this in the winter, like we did with lemonade back in the summer".
"Glad you both enjoyed it" said the employee with a smile as he watched as Lincoln and Lucy licked the dessert on a stick clean.
"Mind hooking us up with more" asked Lincoln, "Sure thing folks, how many we're looking at for today" asked the employee.
"At least 4" said Lincoln as he began to pull out his wallet as the employee went on to making more of the delectable delight for the couple.
With something to eat on the road as the gas had been filled, Lincoln and Lucy continued on their road into the nearest city of Canada where they were to enjoy their 2 day vacation.
In Royal Woods
Meanwhile back at home, Lily had to deal another day of surviving school and wanted nothing more than to sit her butt on the couch and maybe bother her brother to let her watch some of the more violent anime that everyone in the family has gone and practically forbade her to watch.
However her moment of peace came to an end, when the sudden arrival of Lisa has appeared.
"I swear, I told that idiot General of the United States Army to not carry anything bread related with him when using the teleporter, but no~, he had to rush back to the university with a loaf of banana bread that he had intended to bring back home later that night" vented Lisa out to no one.
"Lisa, whatever happened today, I'm sure it could've ended up a lot more worst" said Lily as she began to turn the TV and watch Mad Mel: Into the Pitt.
"Damn right it could've gone a lot worse, had it not been for me keeping aside of emergency C4 in the lab" said Lisa as normally this would raise eyebrows for concern, which it would still do, but to Lily she's learned to normalize some of the more amoral, irresponsible, and overall dangerous things Lisa has said, done, and kept.
"Just glad you're alive, that's all" said Lily before both heard a knock on the front door.
"Not it" shouted Lily, "No way, if it's from the University, or worse the Government, I don't want to risk dealing with them right now" said Lisa.
"You know the 'not it' rules" said Lily as whoever was outside the house knocked again.
"If you get the door and give me a minute to hide, I promise to replace whatever organ in your system with something far better" said Lisa, "Nope I'm not falling to that old trick of being your guinea pig again" said Lily.
"Oh fine, I'll be sure to do your next big school assignment" said Lisa as they heard a knock from the door again, "Now that sounds fair" said Lily as she went over to answer the door.
Upon opening the door, both Lily and Lisa were greeted by an old face, and a feeling like this wasn't a friendly visit.
In Canada
Back to their 2 day vacation here in Canada, Lincoln eventually parked his car outside their destination.
It was outside of a large boarding house, before a friendly face was outside ready to greet the couple.
Standing in front of them was a young man with a moustache, wearing a denim jacket over a yellow button up, slacks, and sharp business shoes and glasses, and still with a large fro on his head, Clyde.
"Lincoln, Lucy, welcome" greeted Clyde at the door as he came out to hug them both.
"Hey Clyde, how's life treating you up here" asked Lincoln, "Pretty good, honestly so good that I might decide to settle down here in the long run" said Clyde.
"Really, that's good to hear man" said Lincoln, "I knew you'd understand, so please try not to say anything to my dad's till I'm absolutely certain" said Clyde.
"So you live here, all by yourself" asked Lucy as she was amazed by the size of the house Clyde lived in, "I actually live here with a lot of my classmates and members of the Comic Book/ Graphic Novel club, and currently more than half of them are studying a semester abroad" said Clyde.
"Are you sure this is a good idea for us to stay here" asked Lucy, "I already brought it up with our house mother, she said it was fine so long as we don't cause a huge mess or disturbance for anyone else" said Clyde.
"Now come on, let's get inside and have ourselves some hot tea and some beaver tail" said Clyde as both Lincoln and Lucy went wide eye over what Clyde just said.
"Excuse me" said Lucy in a heavily offended tone, "Oh no, beaver tail is actually a dessert here in Canada that I'm more than certain you'll both enjoy" said Clyde.
"For a moment there bud, I was gonna say" said Lincoln, "No it's not a euphemism or anything like that, it's just a deep fried dough covered in like peanut butter, banana's and such" said Clyde.
Time Skip
Once they had all settled in and got to relax, Clyde had decided that the best course of action during their stay here in Canada was to experience the life in the local city.
And not says experiencing life in the city than going to a small rock venue to witness up incoming bands playing for their amusement.
"You know what, I never expected Clyde to have changed or grown up as much as he did" said Lucy, "Hey the guy maybe a bit of a nerd, but he's pretty adventurous" said Lincoln as Clyde came back with their drinks.
"Here you guys go" said Clyde as he handed them all a beer, "Oh Clyde, I'm not 21 yet" said Lucy, "Actually according to Clyde the legal drinking age here in Canada is actually 19, so you're more than welcome to drink with us" said Lincoln.
"Of course I could always go back and get you a soda" said Clyde as Lucy stared at her beer for a minute, before taking her first drink.
"Congratulations Clyde, you were the first man to give my little sister her first beer" said Lincoln as he lifted his beer to cheer alongside with Clyde, "You make it sound like I did something bad" said Clyde.
"Just giving you a friendly rib" said Lincoln with a rare smile before they saw that the first band was about to start performing.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting you for their first time here, in Arnold and Amy's bar here in the Township of Michael, Epic City Kids" said the announcer as stepping on stage was a band that consisted of 2 female guitarist, 1 female drummer, 1 male bassist, and 1 lead male singer and pianist".
"We're Epic City Kids, and we're here to make you guys feel like emo weeb's" said the lead singer as the drummer began to tap her drumsticks together before the band started playing.
"Annihilate all the damned, there's no mercy to my eyes, since the day we are born, we are all meant to die" sang the singer as a good number of people were getting into the band.
Just as the music was kicking in, that's when Lincoln's phone began to buzz as he went to pick it up.
"Hello" shouted Lincoln in the crowd as he barely heard half the words Lily was saying.
"I'm good me and Lucy are gonna spend a few days in Canada, why" asked Lincoln just as the music was really starting to get loud alongside with the crowd.
"What" shouted Lincoln as he heard that someone was coming to see him, but didn't know who.
Well fortunately for Lincoln, both he and Lucy found out when crashing through the roof was just so happen to be the same familiar face coming by the Loud house, and just so happened to be Lincoln's ex.
"Lucy Loud, I came to beat you for taking away what is rightfully mine" said a young woman wearing black jeans with a single knee pad on her left leg, wearing a white business shirt with 2 top buttons unbuttoned, as she had a familiar red on white star patch on her left bosom, her hair was kept in a bun as her fist were flying towards Lucy.
"What in the world" said Lucy in slow motion as the woman came closer to approaching her, "Stella" said Lincoln in slow motion as he went wide eye over the sudden arrival of his ex.
"What should I do" asked Lucy in slow motion still as Stella was getting more closer by the second, "Fight!" shouted Clyde as that was the motivation Lucy needed to hear before she countered Stella's attack before she went and delivered a 16 hit combo and send her back.
"Lucy loud, you will pay for the injustice you have inflicted upon me by being in a relationship with your brother" said Stella whilst pointing at her menacingly before she began to shuffle her way back in her white on black converse.
Upon hearing this, many of the patrons realized and began to chat amongst themselves how Lincoln and Lucy were here.
"Stella, what are you doing here, and why the hell are you attacking my sister" said Lincoln as he got up from his chair to confront his ex.
"Good to see you Lincoln, as for why I'm here and reason to be here it's a means to attain justice and claiming back what's mine" said Stella, "And that would be" asked Lincoln.
"That would be me knocking this blonde haired chicken back to the other side of the border and claiming back the man I rightfully deserved to date" said Stella.
"Stella this is crazy if you think I intend to date you after you beat Lucy" said Lincoln, "It's no longer up to you Lincoln, as I and the Society of Ex's have spoken and came to an agreement that you could do better than the chicken you're with" said Stella.
"I am not a chicken, why does everyone keep calling me a chicken" demanded Lucy as she was fed up by that universal insult.
"I'm about to call you a lot worse than that in just a minute" said Stella as she began to put up her fists and waited for Lucy to step forward into the ring.
"Alright then if it's a fight you want than, it's a fight you'll get" said Lucy, "Lucy you don't have to do this" reasoned Lincoln, "I know I don't have to, but I want to as my pride as not only a woman but for the man she loves is on the line".
"Hey, Epic City Kids, play us something to kick things up to 11 would you" said Lucy, "We're Epic City Kids and we're here to promote this fight for what's truly a war for love" shouted one of the guitarist as they began to play music in the back ground.
"Come on Lucy Loud, show me what you got" said Stella, "Come get some" said Lucy as she invited her to attack her over.
Charging at Lucy with a fist in the air, Stella was ready to deliver a straight punch to her face, but Lucy only needed to duck and spun around with her right leg extended before she swept Stella off her feet, and on her back.
Once on the ground, Lucy hopped her way over before she began to deal a series of punches to her face, before Stella gain the strength to push her off, before hopping back on her feet.
Charging towards Lucy like before, Stella decided to keep her head down low before she collided her shoulder against her abdomen, before she wrapped her arms around her lower torso.
Bringing her fist down to get Stella off her, Lucy was unsuccessful as Stella brought her down slamming her back against the floor.
Still standing tall and unfazed, Stella lifted her leg up high ready to heal stomp Lucy's face in, but the blonde managed to not only block the attack on time perfectly, but brought her leg in forward before she punched Stella's leg inward, causing her to lose balance and fall to the floor in pain as she gripped her knee.
Not finished with Stella yet, Lucy made her way over to her brother's first ex before she repeated to slam her head against the floor before choosing to get off her herself.
Staggering to get up, it was clear that Stella was dizzy and done as her body began to flash red signaling now was the chance to land the finishing blow.
And Lucy did as she ran up charging and delivered a leg drop to Stella before they heard some shouted the words 'K.O.' from the top of their lungs as Stella disappeared from sight and mind as all the remind of her was a letter.
"What the actual hell was that on about" asked Clyde, "I don't know, Lucy are you alright" asked Lincoln checking on his sister, "I'll be fine, but I think our vacation here may be over" said Lucy dejectedly as many of the patrons were talking about the fight, more so it sounded that a lot of people were rooting for Stella, well almost.
"Thank you ladies and gentlemen for letting us perform here tonight, big shout out to Lucy Loud for also giving a kickass beat down, and for the record on behalf of not only me but my band here, you have our support in for your upcoming battle for love" said the original singer as he stood in front of his keyboards.
While hearing this did made the couple feel happy knowing that normal people had their support, they none the less wanted to leave the venue ASAP as they all went to a local park, where Clyde left them alone to get coffee, while they both read the letter left behind to them after Stella had been defeated.
"To Lincoln and Lucy Loud, if you got this, congratulations on beating the weakest member of the Society of Ex's, but don't get to full of yourselves as from here on the fights will only get more tougher and less forgiving, as we felt wronged and robbed that the man we loved had decided to settle with his sister of all people, and after seeing your court case and coming out victorious we feel heavily offended. So Offended that we band together to form this society where our end goal is to defeat Lucy Loud in a battle to the finish with the victor claiming full rights to claiming you, Lincoln Loud, as our significant other for life. No matter where you go, or the allies whom choose to ally themselves with you, we won't stop until this war on love is over. Sincerely signed by all members of the Society of Ex's" read the letter as reading this didn't leave the couple with any comfort.
"We should go to the police and have them put a stop to this" said Lucy, "What's the point the vast majority of the North American society is against us, and I'm certain there's a great number of people, powerful people, who would gladly give the orders to dismiss our case or find a way to support the Society of Ex's" said Lincoln in a huff.
As they made their way towards a bunch, Lucy could do nothing but rest her head on Lincoln's soldier as she laments on how nobody was supportive of their love, and those that are truly can't help their situation.
"Do regret ever being in love with me, and forming this relationship" asked Lucy as Lincoln turned her head at her.
"If I had regretted ever loving you, I would have never been a big brother to you, much less a lover, besides I knew from the start as to the conflicting problems we might face, granted I never knew they'd be this crazy, but I'm willing to fight for it, just as much as you" said Lincoln as Lucy gave him a smile.
"We should probably pack our things and ready to head back home" said Lucy, "At least stay the night you 2" came the voice of Clyde as he carried with him a small foam tray of coffee and a smile on his face.
"You sure your house mother would even allow us to spend the night" asked Lucy, "Trust me, even she's not heartless to kick anyone out on the streets during these cold autumn nights, and if she was we can all spend the night back on campus, they usually have every room stocked with blankets and heaters in case of an unexpected blizzard storm" said Clyde as he handed them all their hot drinks.
"So what do you guys want to do after this" asked Clyde, "Well the night might be cold, but it's still young, know anywhere that'll serve us food" asked Lincoln.
"There's 2 places I recommend, one of them serves Nova Scotian Lobster Rolls with Split Pea Soup, or if you're interested in tasting that's truly Canadian, there's this awesome Mexican restaurant that serves game meat taco salad" said Clyde.
"What kind of game meat" asked Lucy, "Your choice of either moose or venison, personally I like the moose variety better" said Clyde.
As they continued to discuss as to what their dinner plans was, not far from them was a local security camera monitoring their every moves, so that they could plan their next big move as well.
Hey guys, sorry it took so long for me to update chapter 2, or the official first chapter, but you know a lot of stuff happens when you're busy trying to publish your second novel, along with a lot of paperwork and documents that need to be sign, if I'm completely honest if you were to ask me what kind of job I saw myself 10 years ago, I would've said something like construction or fast food for the rest of my life as I never saw myself as a man who would sit down and do paperwork in his life, but you know life just surprises you for better or for worst.
Also one question did peak my attention in the review section, and that's what happened to the other original and main story, and well to put a long story short, I was actually locked out of my old Fanfic account permanently due to unforeseen and unplanned reasons that I actually went into in my farewell chapter, so please I recommend everyone to go back and read it where all your questions will be answered.
Otherwise I want to thank you guys, new fans and old fans, my most humble followers, and the ones that are complete little jerks who continue to voice their hatred for me 'abandoning' my story, not caring or reading how I had no choice in the matter.
